Abstract

本发明涉及一种船舶用铝蜂窝复合板。具体说，是用作船舱壁板和顶板的铝蜂窝复合板。其特点是包括芯层，所述芯层是由横截面为六边形的微形铝管呈平行状组合而成的蜂窝板，其两面依次复合有第一胶层、铝板、第二胶层和高压装饰防火层。这种复合板，便于搬运，有利于施工人员健康，使用寿命长，装饰效果好。适用于对四周壁板和顶板有装饰要求的船舱上。

船舶用铝蜂窝复合板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合板。具体说，是用作船舱壁板和顶板的铝蜂窝复合板。尤其适用于对四周壁板和顶板有装饰要求的船舱上。
背景技术
目前，用来装饰船舱的装饰板大都是采用25mm厚的岩棉板。虽然采用这种岩棉板可以实现船舱的装饰，但存在以下问题：一是质量大，12.5kg/m2，搬运起来比较麻烦；二是施工过程中切割时产生的岩棉粉末会四处飞泄，污染施工现场，不利于施工人员的健康；三是岩棉板易吸收水分，易受潮、发霉，使用寿命短；四是岩棉板强度低，易变形，装饰效果差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种船舶用铝蜂窝复合板。这种复合板，便于搬运，有利于施工人员健康，使用寿命长，装饰效果好。
本发明要解决的上述问题由以下技术方案实现：
本发明的船舶用铝蜂窝复合板特点是包括芯层，所述芯层是由横截面为六边形的微形铝管呈平行状组合而成的蜂窝板，其两面依次复合有第一胶层、铝板、第二胶层和高压装饰防火层。
所述第一胶层是PAPU-30型高粘性胶。
所述第二胶层是3012型环氧胶。
所述高压装饰防火层是氟碳滚涂层或PVC薄膜。
由上述方案可以看出，由于本发明包括芯层，所述芯层是由横截面为六边形的微形铝管呈平行状组合而成的蜂窝板，其两面依次复合有第一胶层、铝板、第二胶层和高压装饰防火层，各层之间采用热压成型技术复合在一起。与背景技术中的岩棉板相比，具有以下优点：
一是由于主要由蜂窝板、第一胶层、铝板、第二胶层和高压装饰防火层采用高压成型技术复合一起，各层材质重量较轻，只有8kg/m2，搬运起来比较方便；
二是由于主要由蜂窝板、第一胶层、铝板、第二胶层和高压装饰防火层采用高压成型技术复合一起，主要材料是蜂窝板和铝板，施工过程切割时产生的锯末少且不会四处飞泄，从而避免了对施工现场的污染，有利于施工人员的健康；
三是由于主要由蜂窝板、第一胶层、铝板、第二胶层和高压装饰防火层采用高压成型技术复合一起，具有防潮功能，可避免受潮、发霉情况发生，延长使用寿命；
四是由于主要由蜂窝板、第一胶层、铝板、第二胶层和高压装饰防火层采用高压成型技术复合一起，与背景技术中的岩棉板相比，强度高，不易变形，装饰效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明的船舶用铝蜂窝复合板含有芯层4，所述芯层4是由横截面为六边形的微形铝管呈平行状组合而成的蜂窝板，其两面依次复合有第一胶层5、铝板3、第二胶层2和高压装饰防火层1。
所述第一胶层5是江苏省靖江格林功能材料有限公司生产的PAPU-30型高粘性胶。
所述第二胶层2是上海汉司事业有限公司提供的3012型环氧树脂胶。
所述高压装饰防火层1可以是氟碳滚涂层，也可以是PVC薄膜。本实施例中，所述高压装饰防火层1是氟碳滚涂层。
本发明的船舶用铝蜂窝复合板生产方法是：
先对铝板3两面进行除油、打磨，以增强其两面的粗糙度；
然后，按照3012型环氧树脂胶：固化剂=2:1的重量比例，将3012型环氧树脂胶和固化剂一起混合均匀，并涂覆在两层铝板的一面，形成第一胶层5；之后，将芯层4两面分别与两层铝板3带有第一胶层5的一面贴合在一起；
之后，在两层铝板3的外面均涂上一层第二胶层2，并分别与一层高压装饰防火层1贴合在一起，得到半成品；
最后，利用热胶机在80度的温度下对所述半成品压制25分钟，制得船舶用铝蜂窝复合板。

1.船舶用铝蜂窝复合板，其特征在于包括芯层，所述芯层是由横截面为六边形的微形铝管呈平行状组合而成的蜂窝板，其两面依次复合有第一胶层、铝板、第二胶层和高压装饰防火层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船舶用铝蜂窝复合板，其特征在于：所述第一胶层是PAPU-30型高粘性胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船舶用铝蜂窝复合板，其特征在于：所述第二胶层是3012型环氧胶。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的船舶用铝蜂窝复合板，其特征在于：所述高压装饰防火层是氟碳滚涂层或PVC薄膜。
