本发明属于化妆品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种化妆品组合物及其制备方法和应用。本发明所述化妆品组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:益生菌发酵滤液10‑90份、甘草提取物1‑3份、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇1‑30份。益生菌发酵滤液成分,可为皮肤提供丰富益生菌生长环境,促进皮肤表面益生菌生长。甘草提取物、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇帮助肌肤重建皮肤屏障,利用肌肤自愈能力及自我调节能力完成肌肤重塑,还原肌肤细胞活力。本发明将益生菌发酵滤液、甘草提取物、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇配合使用,并酌定其用量,最终获得了本发明的化妆品组合物,实验证明,该化妆品组合物产品具有显著的平衡皮肤菌群、美白、淡斑以及修复功能,并且安全无刺激。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种化妆品组合物及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
现代人追求高品质的生活,注重保养与养生,但是随着生活节奏变快,工作压力增大,由此产生的长期饮食不节,起居异常,导致气虚、血弱、脾运不健、聚湿生痰、痰郁化热,上蒸于面部固见:面色萎黄、晦暗、多油、痘疮渐起,色斑沉积。尤其是女性,加班熬夜带来的皮肤问题更为显著。爱美之心人皆有之,然而市面上的美白护肤产品良莠不齐,多数美白产品都含有铅等不利于人体健康的成份,甚至护肤品中的各种添加剂也会给皮肤带来隐形的副作用。
化妆品组合物是面部皮肤保养或美容护理产品的一种载体,将其涂敷或贴在脸上保持一定时间,当保养或美容护理产品中的有益物质被皮肤吸收,或者皮表面中有害皮肤健康的物质被化妆品组合物吸附后,通过洗净或剥离将其去除,达到面部肤质保养或美化目的,如其可以保湿、美白、抗衰老、平衡油脂。然而,现有的化妆品组合物的有效成分大多数是化学合成制剂,虽具有润泽肌肤、美白养颜、去皱等功效,但内含有多种化学添加剂,属于强药物刺激性治疗,有刺激皮肤等毒副作用;使皮肤产生药物依赖,长期使用产生抗药性。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有控油、美白、淡斑以及修复功能的化妆品组合物及其制备方法与应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种化妆品组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:
益生菌发酵滤液10-90份、甘草提取物1-3份、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇1-30份。所述的甘草提取物中甘草酸二钾含量为98wt%。所述的羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇为申请人自主研发产品,纯度为98wt%,硼酸含量0.09%,非对应异构体比例关系为66/33。
其中,优选的,所述的益生菌为常见的可食用乳酸杆菌、乳酸链球菌、双歧杆菌中的一种或多种组合。
其中,优选的,所述的益生菌发酵滤液采用以下方法制备:
(1)菌种制备:通过PCA和PDA平板涂布对益生菌分别进行划线和涂布,分别采用有氧和厌氧的方式进行培养后,转接摇瓶液体培养基进行摇瓶培养,发酵筛选保存菌种备用;
(2)复合发酵:将步骤(1)培养的菌种接种到益生菌发酵培养基上,进行发酵培养;
(3)益生菌滤液的制备:对步骤(2)发酵结束后的发酵液进行离心得到菌体,然后对菌体用缓冲液进行重悬,得到重悬液;重悬液用超声波细胞破碎机进行破碎,离心,获得上清液,超滤膜过滤除菌获得滤液,从而得到所述益生菌发酵滤液。
其中,优选的,步骤(1)所述的益生菌为乳杆菌和乳酸乳球菌乳亚种。所述乳杆菌(Lactobacillus helveticus)从中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心购买(保藏编号为CICC6032);所述乳酸乳球菌乳亚种(Lactococcus lactis subsp.lactis)从北纳生物购买(保藏编号为BNCC 336437)。
其中,优选的,步骤(1)中所述摇瓶培养的条件为:转接摇瓶MRS液体培养基在40℃培养28小时,待培养基浑浊后取出,放入4℃冰箱保存待用。
其中,优选的,步骤(2)所述的益生菌发酵培养基包括以下组分:
糖蜜4%、玉米粉4%、黄豆饼粉4%、无机盐类共计3%、小构树根粉2%、白芨粉3%、药蜀葵粉3%,余量为超纯水。其中所述小构树根粉、白芨粉、药蜀葵粉为将筛选个体均匀的小构树根、白芨和药蜀葵叶分别通过粉碎机粉碎成150目。
其中,优选的,步骤(2)所述菌种包括:步骤(1)培养的乳球菌35份、步骤(1)培养的乳杆菌35份;步骤(2)所述菌种按1:30的重量比接种到益生菌发酵培养基上;所述益生菌发酵培养的条件为PH7.0-7.5,25℃~50℃密闭培养5~15天。
其中,优选的,步骤(3)所述缓冲液为磷酸缓冲液,包括以下重量份的组分:磷酸二氢钠9.0份、磷酸氢二钠10.1份;按每克菌/20毫升缓冲液进行重悬。
其中,优选的,步骤(3)中用超声波细胞破碎机按30Hz/3s的频率对重悬液进行破碎半小时;离心机10000rpm,10min离心;用0.22um的超滤膜过滤除菌。
进一步的,本发明还提出了所述的化妆品组合物的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:将获得的益生菌发酵滤液、甘草提取物、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇,在无菌的环境中,混合均匀,封装于无菌容器内,得所述化妆品组合物。
进一步的,本发明还提出了所述的化妆品组合物在制备具有控油、美白、淡斑以及修复功能的护肤品或化妆品中的用途。
有益效果
本发明公开了一种化妆品组合物,相较于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提出了一种同时具有控油、美白、淡斑以及修复功能的化妆品组合物,所述的化妆品组合物中含有益生菌发酵滤液成分,可为皮肤提供丰富益生菌生长环境,促进皮肤表面益生菌生长。所含甘草提取物、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇帮助肌肤重建皮肤屏障,利用肌肤自愈能力及自我调节能力完成肌肤重塑,还原肌肤细胞活力。本发明将益生菌发酵滤液、甘草提取物、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇配合使用,并酌定其用量,最终获得了本发明的化妆品组合物,实验证明,该化妆品组合物产品具有显著的平衡皮肤菌群、美白、淡斑以及修复功能,并且安全无刺激。
具体实施方式
以下,将详细地描述本发明。在进行描述之前,应当理解的是,在本说明书和所附的权利要求书中使用的术语不应解释为限制于一般含义和字典含义,而应当在允许发明人适当定义术语以进行最佳解释的原则的基础上,根据与本发明的技术方面相应的含义和概念进行解释。因此,这里提出的描述仅仅是出于举例说明目的的优选实例,并非意图限制本发明的范围,从而应当理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以由其获得其他等价方式或改进方式。
以下实施例仅是作为本发明的实施方案的例子列举,并不对本发明构成任何限制,本领域技术人员可以理解在不偏离本发明的实质和构思的范围内的修改均落入本发明的保护范围。除非特别说明,以下实施例中使用的试剂和仪器均为市售可得产品。
实施例1益生菌发酵滤液的制备
Step1、菌种制备
将从中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心购买的乳杆菌(Lactobacillushelveticus,保藏编号为CICC 6032)、从北纳生物购买的乳酸乳球菌乳亚种(Lactococcuslactis subsp.lactis,保藏编号为BNCC 336437),通过PCA和PDA平板分别进行划线和涂布,分别采用有氧和厌氧的方式进行培养后,转接摇瓶MRS液体培养基在40℃培养28小时,待培养基浑浊后取出,放入4℃冰箱保存待用;发酵筛选保存菌种备用;
Step2、复合发酵
(1)将步骤1培养的菌种按以下重量份称取:乳球菌35份、乳杆菌35份;
(2)将以上称取的菌种按1:30的重量比放入以下配比的原料中:糖蜜4%、玉米粉4%、黄豆饼粉4%、无机盐类共计3%、小构树根粉2%、白芨粉3%、药蜀葵粉3%,其它用超纯水补足重量,控制水分在65%,放入发酵罐搅拌均匀后36℃密闭培养72小时;
其中,原料粉碎:将筛选个体均匀的小构树根、白芨和药蜀葵叶分别通过粉碎机粉碎成150目;
Step3、益生菌滤液制备
将步骤2获得的菌体和缓冲液按每克菌/20毫升缓冲液进行重悬。放置在超声波细胞破碎机,按每3s,30HZ的频率破碎半小时,用小型离心机10000rpm,10min离心,获得上清液。用0.22um的超滤膜过滤除菌获得滤液从而得所述益生菌发酵滤液。
实施例2化妆品组合物的制备
具体包括以下步骤:
将获得的益生菌发酵滤液67重量份、甘草提取物3重量份、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇30重量份在无菌的环境中,混合均匀,封装于无菌容器内,得所述化妆品组合物。所述的甘草提取物中甘草酸二钾含量为98wt%;所述的羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇为申请人自主研发产品,纯度为98wt%,硼酸含量0.09%,非对应异构体比例关系为66/33。
按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)、QB/T 2872-2017等标准进行检测,合格,可用于临床试验。
实施例3化妆品组合物的制备
具体包括以下步骤:
将获得的益生菌发酵滤液10重量份、甘草提取物1重量份、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇1重量份在无菌的环境中,混合均匀,封装于无菌容器内,得所述化妆品组合物。所述的甘草提取物中甘草酸二钾含量为98wt%;所述的羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇为申请人自主研发产品,纯度为98wt%,硼酸含量0.09%,非对应异构体比例关系为66/33。
实施例4化妆品组合物的制备
具体包括以下步骤:
将获得的益生菌发酵滤液90重量份、甘草提取物2重量份、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇20重量份在无菌的环境中,混合均匀,封装于无菌容器内,得所述化妆品组合物。所述的甘草提取物中甘草酸二钾含量为98wt%;所述的羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇为申请人自主研发产品,纯度为98wt%,硼酸含量0.09%,非对应异构体比例关系为66/33。
实验例1所述组合物的控油、美白、淡斑、修复作用验证
(1)临床试验例1:益生菌化妆品组合物控油效果评价
选择20名不同年龄、性别的有化妆品基础知识的人员对上述实施例2对应的化妆品组合物用无菌超纯水稀释8倍后所得组合物/空白对照无菌超纯水的控油功效进行评价,各评价人员每天清洁擦干脸部后,取适量等量所述稀释后的组合物/无菌超纯水分别涂抹于脸部左/右各半边,7天以后对各人员的评价进行汇总。其结果如下表1所示:

通过表1结果可以看出,本发明的化妆品组合物具有显著的控油功效。
(2)临床试验例2益生菌化妆品组合物美白淡斑功效评价
选择20名不同年龄、性别的有化妆品基础知识的人员对上述实施例2对应的化妆品组合物用无菌超纯水稀释6倍后所得组合物/空白对照无菌超纯水的美白淡斑功效进行评价,各评价人员每天清洁擦干脸部后,取适量等量所述化妆品组合物/无菌超纯水分别涂抹于脸部左/右各半边,28天以后对各人员的评价进行汇总。其各评价等级中人数如表2所示。

从表2结果可以看出本发明的化妆品组合物具有良好的美白淡斑功效。
实施例5含有所述组合物的化妆品制备
所述的化妆品由以下重量份的各原料组成,按照常规方法制备而得:组合物30重量份、透明质酸钠0.1重量份、小核菌胶0.25重量份、甘油3重量份、丙二醇2重量份、丁二醇1重量份、α-熊果苷0.1重量份、烟酰胺2重量份、尿囊素0.5重量份、β-葡聚糖0.5重量份,水补充至100重量份、三乙醇胺调节pH至6-7。
对比例为实施例5不含组合物的混合物。
按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)、QB/T2872-2017等标准进行检测,合格,可用于临床试验。
实验例2
在15名健康男性的上臂上贴上有1.5厘米×1.5厘米小洞的不透明带3处,然后在其上以各对象的最小红斑剂量的约2倍的剂量用紫外线(UVB)照射以诱发皮肤变黑。
UV照射后,将对比例的样品和实施例2、5的样品作为测试物质施用。在一个部位,不施用任何物质(对照)。然后观察肤色的变化,持续8周。在第4、6、8周的时候,观察测量皮肤肤色L(施用完成时刻的L值定为0)。然后,根据公式2计算开始施用时刻与完成施用时刻之间的肤色的差异比值(ΔL)。结果示于表3中。皮肤增白作用通过样品施用部分和对照之间的ΔL的比较来确定。

如表3所示,当组合物单独使用时与将它们制成化妆品使用时相比较,皮肤增白作用增加约1.37倍,与不含组合物的化妆品相比,具有高2.93至3.89倍的皮肤黑色素抑制和皮肤增白作用。因此,它们可以用于皮肤增白类化妆品中。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其进行限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明所要求保护的技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种化妆品组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:益生菌发酵滤液10-90份、甘草提取物1-3份、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇1-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的甘草提取物中甘草酸二钾含量为98wt%;所述的羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇为申请人自主研发产品,纯度为98wt%,硼酸含量0.09%,非对应异构体比例关系为66/33。
3.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述益生菌发酵滤液采用以下方法制备:
(1)菌种制备:通过PCA和PDA平板涂布对益生菌分别进行划线和涂布,分别采用有氧和厌氧的方式进行培养后,转接摇瓶液体培养基进行摇瓶培养,发酵筛选保存菌种备用;
(2)复合发酵:将步骤(1)培养的菌种接种到益生菌发酵培养基上,进行发酵培养;
(3)益生菌滤液的制备:对步骤(2)发酵结束后的发酵液进行离心得到菌体,然后对菌体用缓冲液进行重悬,得到重悬液;重悬液用超声波细胞破碎机进行破碎,离心,获得上清液,超滤膜过滤除菌获得滤液,从而得到所述益生菌发酵滤液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的益生菌为乳杆菌和乳酸乳球菌乳亚种;所述乳杆菌(Lactobacillus helveticus)从中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心购买(保藏编号为CICC 6032);所述乳酸乳球菌乳亚种(Lactococcus lactissubsp.lactis)从北纳生物购买(保藏编号为BNCC 336437)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述摇瓶培养的条件为:转接摇瓶MRS液体培养基在40℃培养28小时,待培养基浑浊后取出,放入4℃冰箱保存待用。
6.根据权利要求3所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的益生菌发酵培养基包括以下组分:糖蜜4%、玉米粉4%、黄豆饼粉4%、无机盐类共计3%、小构树根粉2%、白芨粉3%、药蜀葵粉3%,余量为超纯水;其中所述小构树根粉、白芨粉、药蜀葵粉为将筛选个体均匀的小构树根、白芨和药蜀葵叶分别通过粉碎机粉碎成150目。
7.根据权利要求3所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述菌种包括:步骤(1)培养的乳球菌35份、步骤(1)培养的乳杆菌35份;步骤(2)所述菌种按1:30的重量比接种到益生菌发酵培养基上;所述益生菌发酵培养的条件为PH7.0-7.5,25℃~50℃密闭培养5~15天。
8.根据权利要求3所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述缓冲液为磷酸缓冲液,包括以下重量份的组分:磷酸二氢钠9.0份、磷酸氢二钠10.1份;按每克菌/20毫升缓冲液进行重悬;用超声波细胞破碎机按30Hz/3s的频率对重悬液进行破碎半小时;离心机10000rpm,10min离心;用0.22um的超滤膜过滤除菌。
9.权利要求1-8任一所述的化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:将获得的益生菌发酵滤液、甘草提取物、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇,在无菌的环境中,混合均匀,封装于无菌容器内,得所述化妆品组合物。
10.权利要求1-8任一所述的化妆品组合物在制备具有控油、美白、淡斑以及修复功能的护肤品或化妆品中的应用。
