技术领域
本发明涉及房屋建筑技术领域,具体为一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点及施工方法。
背景技术
目前,建筑节能技术有了前所未有的发展和进步。建筑围护结构的保温隔热和装饰性成为建筑节能研究的重点,内保温技术逐步被外墙外保温技术所代替,外墙外保温正在逐步被推广和应用,现有的建筑外墙保温经常采用平口或是企口拼装复合保温系统,而建筑保温一体化是建筑物的维护体系,直接面向室外区域,一边面向室内结构的剪力墙构件,在施工过程中,建筑保温一体化存在安装缝隙较大,平整度较差,不好固定拼装等特点,尤其是雨天缝隙容易渗水保温一体化内部,造成墙体质量问题,因此需要对保温一体化拼缝进行特殊处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点及施工方法,解决了现有的平口或企口拼装经常被施工人员造成安装缝隙较大,平整度较差,不好固定拼装等现象,影响外立面美观和墙体的耐久性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点,包括基层墙体和保温一体化板;所述保温一体化板设置在基层墙体上,并与基层墙体之间通过连接件连接;所述基层墙体上还设有厚岩棉条防火隔离带和厚膨胀玻化微珠保温砂浆;所述保温一体化板、厚岩棉条防火隔离带和厚膨胀玻化微珠保温砂浆的外侧设有一层水泥砂浆找平层,水泥砂浆找平层的外侧设有聚合物抗裂砂浆,聚合物抗裂砂浆的外侧设有涂料饰面基层。
更进一步地,所述保温一体化板和基层墙体的边缘处预先机切割有卯榫拼接缝A和卯榫拼接缝B,保温一体化板和基层墙体之间通过卯榫拼接缝A和卯榫拼接缝B进行拼接安装。
更进一步地,所述保温一体化板内设置多个连接件,规格为每平方不少于两个连接件,连接件距离保温一体化板不大于100mm,多个连接件之间的边距不小于100mm,其余间距不大于420mm,连接件的长度为保温一体化板的厚度加1/3的基层墙体的厚度。
本发明提供另一种技术方案:一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点的施工方法,流程如下:保温一体化排板结构设计→保温一体化板的裁割→保温一体化板的钻孔→安装连接件→墙柱钢筋绑扎垫块→起吊保温一体化板→保温一体化板临时固定→立内侧模板→穿对拉螺栓→立模板竖向木方次楞→立水平钢管主楞→调整保温一体化板位置和垂直度→固定→浇筑混凝土→拆除内模板和主次楞→对拉螺栓孔封堵→拼缝及阳角和阴角处抗裂处理→抹面砂浆施工→饰面层施工。
更进一步地,外柱、墙、梁钢筋绑扎验收合格后在钢筋内外两侧梅花形绑扎垫块,并靠近对拉螺栓孔,垫块采用“T”型,“T”型与保温一体化板接触,用于增大保温一体化侧与垫块的接触面积。
更进一步地,根据排板结构设计安装保温一体化板,将吊钩插入保温一体化板安装连接件的钻孔中吊装,吊装就位后,用钢丝将连接件与钢筋绑扎定位,先安装外墙阳角和阴角处板,后安装主墙板,安装完毕后,用绑丝将连接件与受力钢筋牢固绑扎在一起,然后安装内外侧模板和主次楞完毕后,进行混凝土浇筑。
更进一步地,所述保温一体化板拼缝处、阴阳角及与自保温砌块填充墙相交处,在找平层施工前,采用抗裂砂浆压入200mm宽耐碱网格布加强抗裂处理措施,首层及门、窗口四周位置在抗裂抹面砂浆内压入纤维网格布进行加强处理,使外立面平整,外墙找平施工时先做局部找平后再整体找平,由上到下,分层施工,形成水泥砂浆找平层。

在上述实施例中,基层墙体1的混凝土浇筑完毕后,保温一体化板2在拼装完毕后涂刷1.5mm厚聚氨酯防水涂料或者是在混凝土浇筑完毕后刷1.5mm厚聚氨酯防水涂料,对保温一体化板2的卯榫拼接缝A10和卯榫拼接缝B11压入250mm宽的耐碱网格布,对拼缝进行处理,提高了拼缝出的抗开裂能力。

具体的,外柱、墙、梁钢筋绑扎验收合格后在钢筋内外两侧梅花形绑扎垫块,尽量靠近对拉螺栓孔,垫块宜使用“T”型,“T”型与保温一体化板接触,增大保温一体化板侧与垫块的接触面积,避免顶模棍陷入保温一体化板,用三段式锥形对拉螺栓套管可代替顶模棍,最大程度避免对拉螺栓过紧“T”型垫块陷入保温一体化。
具体的,根据排板结构设计安装保温一体化板2,将吊钩插入保温一体化板2安装连接件3的钻孔中吊装,吊装就位后,用钢丝将连接件3与钢筋绑扎定位,先安装外墙阳角12和阴角13处板,后安装主墙板,安装完毕后,用绑丝将连接件3与受力钢筋牢固绑扎在一起,然后安装内外侧模板和主次楞完毕后,进行混凝土浇筑。

综上所述:本发明提供的一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点及施工方法,包括基层墙体1、保温一体化板2、连接件3、水泥砂浆找平层4、聚合物抗裂砂浆5、涂料饰面基层6、厚岩棉条防火隔离带7、厚膨胀玻化微珠保温砂浆8、卯榫拼接缝10、卯榫拼接缝11、阳角12和阴角13,具体施工流程如下:保温一体化排板结构设计→保温一体化板2的裁割→保温一体化板2的钻孔→安装连接件3→墙柱钢筋绑扎垫块→起吊保温一体化板2→保温一体化板2临时固定→立内侧模板→穿对拉螺栓→立模板竖向木方次楞→立水平钢管主楞→调整保温一体化板2位置和垂直度→固定→浇筑混凝土→拆除内模板和主次楞→对拉螺栓孔封堵→拼缝及阳角12和阴角13处抗裂处理→抹面砂浆施工→饰面层施工,通过上述构造节点及施工过程满足现行节能标准和防火设计要求,制作施工简便,施工效率高,整体材质强度大,减少施工后期修补工作量,及时解决了安装缝隙较大,平整度较差,不好固定拼装等特点,尤其是雨天缝隙容易渗水保温一体化内部,造成墙体质量问题,从人、材、机等个方面,降低工程整体成本,提高了利润收益,实现了本产品的拼缝效果大大优于常规的做法,解决了现有的平口或是企口拼装经常被施工人员造成安装缝隙较大,平整度较差,不好固定拼装等现象,影响外立面美观和墙体的耐久性的问题。

Claims (10)
1.一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点,其特征在于,包括基层墙体(1)和保温一体化板(2);所述保温一体化板(2)设置在基层墙体(1)上,并与基层墙体(1)之间通过连接件(3)连接;所述基层墙体(1)上还设有厚岩棉条防火隔离带(7)和厚膨胀玻化微珠保温砂浆(8);所述保温一体化板(2)、厚岩棉条防火隔离带(7)和厚膨胀玻化微珠保温砂浆(8)的外侧设有一层水泥砂浆找平层(4),水泥砂浆找平层(4)的外侧设有聚合物抗裂砂浆(5),聚合物抗裂砂浆(5)的外侧设有涂料饰面基层(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点,其特征在于:所述保温一体化板(2)和基层墙体(1)的边缘处预先机切割有卯榫拼接缝A(10)和卯榫拼接缝B(11),保温一体化板(2)和基层墙体(1)之间通过卯榫拼接缝A(10)和卯榫拼接缝B(11)进行拼接安装。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点,其特征在于:所述保温一体化板(2)内设置多个连接件(3),规格为每平方不少于两个连接件(3),连接件(3)距离保温一体化板(2)不大于100mm,多个连接件(3)之间的边距不小于100mm,其余间距不大于420mm,连接件(3)的长度为保温一体化板(2)的厚度加1/3的基层墙体(1)的厚度。
4.一种如权利要求3所述的外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点的施工方法,其特征在于,流程如下:保温一体化排板结构设计→保温一体化板(2)的裁割→保温一体化板(2)的钻孔→安装连接件(3)→墙柱钢筋绑扎垫块→起吊保温一体化板(2)→保温一体化板(2)临时固定→立内侧模板→穿对拉螺栓→立模板竖向木方次楞→立水平钢管主楞→调整保温一体化板(2)位置和垂直度→固定→浇筑混凝土→拆除内模板和主次楞→对拉螺栓孔封堵→拼缝及阳角(12)和阴角(13)处抗裂处理→抹面砂浆施工→饰面层施工。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点的施工方法,其特征在于,外柱、墙、梁钢筋绑扎验收合格后在钢筋内外两侧梅花形绑扎垫块,并靠近对拉螺栓孔,垫块采用“T”型,“T”型与保温一体化板(2)接触,用于增大保温一体化侧与垫块的接触面积。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点的施工方法,其特征在于,根据排板结构设计安装保温一体化板(2),将吊钩插入保温一体化板(2)安装连接件(3)的钻孔中吊装,吊装就位后,用钢丝将连接件(3)与钢筋绑扎定位,先安装外墙阳角(12)和阴角(13)处板,后安装主墙板,安装完毕后,用绑丝将连接件(3)与受力钢筋牢固绑扎在一起,然后安装内外侧模板和主次楞完毕后,进行混凝土浇筑。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点的施工方法,其特征在于,所述保温一体化板(2)拼缝处、阴阳角及与自保温砌块填充墙相交处,在找平层施工前,采用抗裂砂浆压入200mm宽耐碱网格布加强抗裂处理措施,首层及门、窗口四周位置在抗裂抹面砂浆内压入纤维网格布进行加强处理,使外立面平整,外墙找平施工时先做局部找平后再整体找平,由上到下,分层施工,形成水泥砂浆找平层(4)。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点的施工方法,其特征在于,所述水泥砂浆找平层(4)施工完毕后,养护7天后,再进行涂料饰面基层(6)施工,涂料饰面基层(6)施工时,在水泥砂浆找平层(4)上采用柔性耐水腻子批嵌平整。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点的施工方法,其特征在于,所述保温一体化板(2)排板设计时,进行卯榫结构拼接设计,标准板、阴阳角卯榫结构深度根据板厚确定,保温一体化板(2)在运输中,对其卯榫结构绑扎位置做钢结构护角。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种外墙保温一体化缝隙拼装构造节点的施工方法,其特征在于,所述保温一体化板(2)在拼装完毕后涂刷1.5mm厚聚氨酯防水涂料或在混凝土浇筑完毕后刷1.5mm厚聚氨酯防水涂料。
