Description
本发明涉及包括若干平行底梁和与底梁连接的面层的货板。本发明的涉及货板的制造方法、用于制造底梁的坯件和用于制造上述底梁的设备。
过去曾有人提出用硬纸、纸和/或纸板的制成的货板,其主要目的是为木材制成的货板提供一种廉价、简易的替代品。但是这种货板尚未得到广泛的认同,其原因在于其承载能力太差,难于用提升叉搬运、与货板的技术质量相比价格太高、从厂商至用户运输成本太高、难于回收材料等等。
本发明的目的在于克服上述问题、本发明的具体目的是提供具有下述优点的货板:
-货板的结构使其适于在用户处或在其附近生产,这样就可以显著减小货板的储存空间。为生产货板可以储存占用少得多空间的板材。
-从绝对量来看,特别是与其自重相关,货板具有很好的承载能力。
-从生产者至用户,货板的占用空间的运输被中止,而代之以初始材料如叠放的涂胶硬纸的运输。
-在外部货板生产者的地点生产正确数量的货板及储运这些货板的后勤问题可以被解除。可以在货板用户的地点或其附近订购和储存占地很小的初始材料。
-货板可以制得极轻,这减轻的运输总量,可以运输更多的货物。
-假设货板是用非塑料涂覆的材料制成的,那么货板可以在造纸工业中回收。借助材料的适当涂胶,可以使货板几乎完全防水。假如货板通过燃烧而用于生产能量,那么,所形成的气体与焚烧纸张相同。
-特别是在卫生要求很高的工业中,货板可以用作一次性货板。
-当用过货板后,在材料回收或燃烧之前,货板可压缩,从而恢复其最小体积。

货板的可想到的第一实施例的说明
货板1包括下述主要构件,即,面层2和若干底梁3,按照本实施例共三根底梁,它们构成货板的支脚。按照本实施例,材料全部由涂胶的硬纸构成。面层2是由平面的涂胶硬纸制成,涂胶硬纸已被刻痕、折成由多个平行主板5和平行于主板的边板6构成的面层表面4。适当的材料是由若干涂胶层构成非塑料涂覆硬纸,每个涂胶层是由非塑料涂覆液硬纸,即已大面积涂胶的硬纸,构成的。在优选实施例中,多层硬纸的克数大约为1100g/m2。构成面层2的纸进一步折叠,使面层2的下侧具有许多平行的纵向凸起8。凸起8的横截面的水平跨度从靠近面层表面4的位置向下朝着凸起的底9增大,底9构成提升叉的提升面。更确切地说,凸起8具有三角形横截面,三角形的底9构成所述提升面。所述三角形是等腰三角形,两腰10,11向上向内倾斜至三角形顶点。因此,面层表面4的主板5和边板6在三角形的顶点外相互接合,三角形的倾斜的两腰10,11在顶点会合。按照本实施例,三角形的顶角大约为30°。

在凸起8之下,在底梁/支脚3之间形成提升叉的空间23,提升叉使用凸起8的底9作为提升表面。
为了加固底梁/支脚3,向底梁3在凸起8之下的空间中装入加固件25。图3以放大的比例表示稳定和加固件25的外观。加固件25也由涂胶硬纸构成并经刻痕和折叠,在左侧或右侧构成斜三角形26,27和28。加固件在凸起8下面插入支脚3中,使加固件的底29抵靠底梁/支脚3的底15,而其平面的顶面30则压靠在凸起8的底9上。三角形26和28的外侧31抵靠支脚3的腰16的内侧,而三角形27的相应外侧32侧抵靠支脚的腰17。三角形26,27,28的角部33,34压入支脚3的下角部。这样,加固件25就使支承3具有相当好的负载能力。
上述的若干货板1可以连接起来构成在板5、6的纵向上,也在其横向,即,在底梁3的纵向上都加大的货板。在前一种情形中,货板1可以借助三角形棒连接起来,三角形棒穿入面层2的三角形凸起8中,使其在货板之间延伸,从而将货板连接起来。这种三角形棒最好由已折叠成三角形的涂胶硬纸构成。在后一种情形中,货板可以使用基本结构与加固件25相同的延长的加固件连接起来,将延长的加固件穿入相互连接的邻接的底梁/支脚3中,使其在相接的货板之间延伸。这两种方式当然也可以综合使用。

本实施例由图4表示,代表所谓“半货板”的实例(图1和2所示货板是所谓“四分之一货板”的实例)。这就是说,底梁较长,在面层下侧上的凸起的数目和在底梁顶部中的凹部的数目相应增加。与图1-3所示实施例相应的零件使用相同的标号并不再赘述,请参阅第一实施例的有关描述。对于结构有所修改的相应零件则使用相同标号加符号“’”。
与前述实施例的差别在于底梁3’中的加固承或支承件25’的结构。在前述实施例中的加固件25是分离的构件,制成后导入底梁,而支承件25’从开始即与底梁3连为整体,首先从生产技术构思和成本上来说就是一种改进。底梁3’的结构详细地表示在图5中。支承件25’十分简单地由等腰梯形的内管37构成,其外形相应于底梁3’下部的形状。更精确地说,支承件25’由制成底梁3’的材料的若干圈构成。支承件25’是由分别在底梁倾斜侧面区域的两个内层38,39和40,41,以及在支承件25’的顶部的两层42和43构成的。侧壁层38,39和40,41分别在两倾斜侧面16,17的区域与底梁3’的外层44,45连为整体。底部15包括两层或在一个区域包括三层46,47,48。底梁的顶部49只由一层,即,两个外层44,45的延续部,顶部49在支承件25’上方构成一个三角形截面的上部管形或通道50。在顶部49中形成面层表面上的凸起8的凹部21层38,39和44,以及层40,41和45,即,在两倾斜侧16和17区域中的各层分别通过涂胶相互连接,这将使整体的梁得到加强。
支承件25’的各层与底梁3’的连接,使底梁和支承件的外层构成一个整体的、连接的组件,这显著加固了底梁3’并增强了支承件25’支承面层2的能力,面层2是通过凸起8支承在支承件25’上的。支承件25’构成在底梁3’中的下部的内管37,这也使若干货板1’可以通过将连接件穿过内孔37的方式组装成较大的单元。
上面已描述了生产技术方面的优点,下面将进一步描述货板1’,特别是底梁3’的生产。
对货板推荐实施例的生产的描述
图7表示制造底梁3’的坯件52,它由一张矩形硬纸构成,其借助若干平行的横向折线划分成若干平行的板46,38,42等,这些板在底梁3’的不同层使用相同的标号,并已对照图5作过描述。两个“最后的”板44,45分别设有沿与底梁3’的顶点20重合的折线20a分布的一系列孔21X和21Y,这些板构成两倾斜侧壁16和17的外层并构成顶部49。孔21X和21Y的形状和尺寸使得当底梁3’被赋予其最终形状并在放置时使顶点20朝上,在中垂面上穿过底梁突出时,孔21X和21Y相应于凸起8的外部横截面。因此,孔21X和21Y具有高度为hXY的三角形形状,其中
式中,h为凸起8(图8)的高度;
V2为底梁3’的顶角。
凹部21X和21Y的底相应于凸起8的底9的长度,这就是说,按照简单的三角运算,孔21X和21Y的顶角V3稍小于凸起8的更角V1。
孔21X和21Y通过横过折线20a的窄缝54相互连接。凹部21X和21Y从折线20a起的高度hXY小于板44和45的一半宽度,更精确地说,大约为板44和45的宽度的三分之一。
所有的其它板,即,除去两个“最后的”板44和45以外所有的板都没有孔。
图9和10在某些程度上示意地表示由图7的坯件52生产底梁3’的设备60,图中未画出某些细部以便更清楚表示关键的特征。环62安装在支架61上,使其可绕装在支架61上的支承滚轮63,64,65转动。环62在外侧有一为V形皮带67设置的V形皮带槽66,V形皮带67通过驱动轮69由电机68驱动,以便转动环62,驱动轮69在图9中未画出,而是在图10中表示。
一承载器70从环60水平向外延伸。承载器70由一内管71、一外管72、一种间丝杠73和两端的衬套74、75构成。上述配置使承载器70有高的抗弯性能,同时外管可绕内管71转动。
一对双臂杆77在靠近外管72的端部处装在外管上,它们能够与外管72一起绕其中心线78转动。一个面向环62的中心的压力辊81可转动地安装在两外臂79之间,在气缸82的作用下在朝向环62的中心的方向上受压,气缸82的布置象一个压簧,作用在另外两条臂80上。气缸82可转动地装在环62上。
一个构件84平行于承载器70及压力辊81,从支架61水平向外延伸,一直延伸至辊81的外端。构件84在下文中称为内芯,这是由于它用于在坯件52绕成一个管时用作一反撑杆(counterstay)内芯84的外部形状相应于支承件25’/内管37的内部形状,即,其形状为等腰梯形。
也具有一个第二外芯85,其截面形状为与底梁3’顶部中的通道50相同的三角形。外芯85在设备60中设置在内芯84下,在皮带缸(所谓的Origa缸)86的作用下可水平来回移动。外芯85的上、下支承辊的标号为87,88。图9中,外芯85处于其前工作位置,在该位置上,其前端借助一个暗钉89连接于内芯84,暗钉89接合在外芯85外端的一个孔(未画出)中。暗钉89由内芯84外端上的支架90支承,可以侧移,并将两个芯84,85相互固定在外芯85的工作位置上。外芯85在皮带缸86的作用下可被导向和导离其工作位置。在图11中示意地画出两个胶水枪92,它们在运动构件如皮带缸的作用下按照与外芯85相同的方式通过环62来回移动。
现在也参阅图11描述底梁3’的生产。在起始位置上,环62处于图10所示位置,这相当于图11的阶段A。坯件52由板46导入内芯84的槽93中。设备60的工作是由一微计算机(未画出)配合传感器(未画出)控制的。环62从阶段A所示起始位置顺时针方向转动,压力辊81由在芯84的第一倾斜侧上的板38向下引导坯件52,阶段B。在下一阶段C中,第一窄板42在芯84之下折入。其后,在阶段D,板40被压力辊81向上抵靠芯84的第二倾斜侧折叠。当板47在芯84上折入时,即在阶段E完成了第一圈。在该位置,在上述传感器(未画出)的指令下环62停止。胶水枪92在运动和承载构件(未画出)的作用下通过环62导入。胶水枪92前进至芯84的端部,然后再返回。在前进和返回过程中,板38和40被涂上胶水。然后环62再转一圈,阶段F、G、H和I。在这些阶段中,板39、43、41和48抵靠有关侧折入,使板39和41的材料借助在阶段E中涂上的胶水接合在板38和40上。在阶段I,环62再次停止。胶水枪92被再次导过环62并在返回运动中对板39和40喷胶。外芯85被导入内芯84下的位置,并被上述暗钉89固定在该位置(图9)。其余的材料,带有孔21X21Y的折44和45在阶段J和K被折入并固定在涂胶的板39和41上。外芯85从所形成的三角形通道50撤回。最后,在阶段L环62返回其起始位置,使压力辊81支承在已形成的底梁3’的底15上。暗钉89侧移,完成的底梁3’从设备撤至图9的右侧。
面层2也是将刻痕的坯件折成图8所示的形状而制成的。最后,将三角形凸起8引入底梁顶部49中的凹部21,从而使面层2连接于若干底梁3’,在本实施例中底梁为三个。
显然,本发明可以在权利要求书的范围内加以变化。货板结构的基本构思在于,货板的承载能力首先是由底梁3,3’的下部的强度决定的,而底梁的顶部的首要作用是将面层2固定的底梁3,3’上。因此,构成底梁的材料集中在所述下部,按照优选实施例,其厚度为三层,因而其与连接板42、43一起构成面层的凸起8的强固支承。或者,一个单独的支承件25被引入底梁中作为支承。但是,显然上述的实施例只是实际例子而并不是对本发明的限定。另外,底梁3,3’的具体形状显然也可加以变化。底梁的三角形截面是优选的,其特别有利于底梁侧面的倾斜。从强度的观点看是有利的这种形状,也可以使用横截面形状为带有倾斜侧面并带有窄的承载面层表面4的朝上侧面的等腰梯形的底梁,以及使用在底梁的上述上侧上延伸的,为凸起8而设置的凹部来实现。显然,也可以使用硬纸以外的其它材料制造面层和底梁。例如,可以使用塑料板生产面层和底梁,塑料板可以含再生塑料,其折线可通过在塑料板上的槽来构成。在这种情形中,底梁的各层例如可以通过热熔接的方法相互固定。生产货板,特别是底梁的方法也可以变化。例如,可以绕一中心线使芯转动而坯件是静止的,这样来替代将坯件绕在静止芯上的方案。
Claims (23)
1.一种货板,它包括多个平行底梁(3,3’)和连接于底梁的面层(2),其特征在于:面层是由一张可折叠材料构成的,可折叠材料折成由多个平行的至少基本相互邻接的板(5)组成的面层表面(4),在其下侧,在板的接缝下面为平行的凸起(8),底梁的高度显著地超过凸起的高度(h),底梁延伸至至少基本与面层表面下侧面齐平的一点。底梁的顶部(49)具有一个贯通的凹部(21),其横截面形状与面层表面下侧上的凸起相同,面层表面下侧上的凸起引入底梁顶部中的凹部内,从而使所形成的货板带有在底梁之间、在凸起之下的为提升叉而设置的空间(23),而凸起的下侧面构成提升叉的提升表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的货板,其特征在于:凸起(8)的横截面的水平跨度从靠近面层表面(4)的位置向下向着所述提升表面即底(9)增加。
3.根据权利要求2所述的货板,其特征在于:所述面层通过燕尾方式连接于底梁,即,凸起(8)和凹部(21)的横截面都基本呈燕尾形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的货板,其特征在于,凸起(8)的横截面呈三角形,三角形的底构成所述提升表面(9)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的货板,其特征在于:底梁由折叠板状的面层材料形成,其横截面为带有倾斜侧壁的多边形,最好为三角形。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的货板,其特征在于:面层表面(4)由多个紧密相互邻接的平行长板构成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的货板,其特征在于:凸起(8)构成的横截面三角形是等腰的,三角形的底是水平的,三角形具有朝上的顶点,其顶角至少为20°,至多为40°,最好至少为25°,最多为35°,所述凹部是在角顶部分形成的。
8.根据前述任一权利要求所述的货板,其特征在于:底梁横截面为等腰三角形,其顶点朝上,其顶角至少为20°,最多为40°,最好至少为25°,最多为35°。
9.根据前术任一权利要求所述的货板,其特征在于:在底梁中在面层(2)的下侧面之下有一加固件(25,25’)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的货板,其特征在于:所述加固件是由一分离构件构成的,其设置在底梁的下部中,向上延伸至与凸起的底(9)齐平的一点。
11.根据权利要求9所述的货板,其特征在于:底梁是由可折叠材料折叠成管构成的,可折叠材料卷绕至少两圈,至少一圈决定底梁(3’)的外部形状,一个内管(37)也是由构成所述底梁下部中的加固件的至少一圈构成的。
12.根据权利要求11所述的货板,其特征在于:构成所述加固件的内管的横截面形状为对称的梯形。
13.根据权利要求12所述的货板,其特征在于:包括支承件的每个底梁是由一张所述可折叠材料制成的。
14.根据任一前述权利要求所述的货板,其特征在于:它是由克数为700至1500g/m2,推荐为800至1400g/m2,最好为900至1200g/m2的涂胶多层硬纸制成的。
15.根据权利要求13所述的货板,其特征在于:所述硬纸是由三至五层非塑料涂覆的、已涂覆构成所述多层硬纸的涂胶硬纸构成的。
16.由根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的两块或多块货板构成的货板组件,其特征在于:包括在货板组件中的货板(1)是通过连接件相互连接的,所述连接件穿过每个底梁(3,3’),或穿过所述凸起(8),或穿过底梁(3,3’)和凸起(8)两者,并且也在所连接的货板之间延伸。
17.包括在按照权利要求1至16中任一项所述的货板中的底梁坯件,其特征在于:它是一张矩形的可折叠材料构成的,它被划分成由折线相互分开的多个平行的长窄板,至少两个相互邻接的所述板(44,45)具有一系列其位置相对的凹部(21X,21Y),其相似但镜向倒置,穿透材料并沿两板间的折线(20a)分布,这些凹部具有与面层下侧面上的凸起基本相同的形状,每对上述凹部通过一连接部(54)横跨折线相连接以形成一个连续的孔。
18.根据权利要求17所述的坯件,其特征在于:所述凹部(21X,21Y)只在准备构成底梁的侧面(16,17)和顶部(49)的板(44,45)上设置,而其余的板(46,38,42,40,47,39,43,41,48)则没有这样的凹部。
19.根据权利要求18所述的坯件,其特征在于:所述没有凹部的其余的板构成坯件(52)的重要部分。
20.根据权利要求16至19中任一项所述的坯件,其特征在于:所述凹部基本呈锐角等腰三角形的形状,其顶点在折线上,其底平行于折线。
21.按照权利要求1至16中任一项的货板的制造方法,其特征在于:使用设有折线的可折叠材料的坯件通过下述方式制造底梁(3’),即,沿折线卷绕并折叠坯件以形成管,没有所述凹部的坯件部分首先至少卷绕一圈来制造准备形成底梁下部中的所述加固件的内管(37),然后该方法按照下述方式继续,即,在所述内管外侧卷绕坯件的具有所述凹部的部分,从而在底梁顶部的区域内得到一个长形通道(50),具有所述凹部的板包括在底梁的侧面和顶部内,使所述凹部在所述顶部重合,至少一些卷绕圈通过粘接手段相互固定;一面层(2)是通过下述方式制成的,即,沿折线转动一可折叠的面层坯件以形成一面层表面(4),面层表面(4)是由若干基本相互邻接的平行板(5)构成的,在货板表面下侧,在板间接缝下,平行的凸起(8)具有与底梁中的凹部相同的横截面;所述面层是通过将面层凸起引入底梁顶部中的凹部而与若干底梁连接起来的。
22.根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于:当制造底梁时,所述内管绕在第一内芯(84)上,一个第二外芯(85)布置在成形内芯的外侧,然后将坯件的其余部分绕在内管和外芯上。
23.包括在按照权利要求1至16中任一项所述的货板中的底梁的制造设备,其特征在于:设有一内芯(84);用于将可折叠材料坯件(52的一部分卷绕在内芯上的装置;一个外芯(85);用于将外芯布置在已绕在内芯上的材料上的装置;用于卷绕坯件的其余部分使其抵靠已绕在内芯上的材料的装置;用于相互固定至少一些卷绕圈的装置;用于卸除外芯的装置;以及用于从内芯卸除制成的底梁的装置。
