背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起的。这与免疫功能低下以及遗传基因的存在是相互关联的,这是发病的基础。
糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼(视网膜病变与糖尿病性白内障,重者可失明)、肾、心脏、血管(动脉硬化、高血压)糖尿病神经病变;周围神经病变和植物神经病变等疾病,严重损害损害糖尿病人的身体健康。

本发明的目的是在于提供一种适用于糖尿病人的粥及制备方法。为糖尿病患者稳定血糖,控制病情,身体健康。
本发明采用的技术如下:
一种适用于糖尿病人的粥。“糖乐粥”有下述重量份的原料制备而成:铁棍山药20~30、鳝鱼20~25、猪胰10~15、枸杞子5~10、薏苡仁5~10、鬼箭羽5~10、蚕茧10~15、大豆5~8、荞麦10~15、燕麦5~10、豇豆5~10、余量为配制量水。在食用配置成的“糖乐粥”时,辅以青椒小菜可强食欲、健胃气,与粥想配伍则更能具有治疗糖尿病的最佳效果。
在制作“糖乐粥”时,将配方中的药食同源的各种食材:温县铁棍山药、鳝鱼、猪胰、枸杞子、薏苡仁、鬼箭羽、蚕茧、大豆、荞麦、燕麦、豇豆等11种药食同源的原材料,应严格的管控起来,注重质量及它的稳定性。经过筛选炮制、配伍、处置把有损于质量的隐患彻底消除在萌芽状态中,确保“糖乐粥”质量的永恒。

铁棍怀山药是怀山药之精品,主产河南焦作温县。是《本草纲目》,《神农本草经》记载的道地正宗的怀山药,以河南怀庆府温县为所产品质最佳的所属地。
近代医学大家张老(锡纯)临床验证:以其能补脾固肾,滋补膵脏,具有以其治消渴而愈者。
根据国家中科院、国家技术检验监督总局、清华大学生命科学院等多家单位检验检测、研究分析结果:道地正宗的温县怀山药中的极品“温县铁棍山药”,特具有治疗糖尿病的独特功效。其富含十余种之多的皂碱、核黄素等微量元素的物质,其中山药多糖可降血糖,可增加胰岛素分泌,改善受损的胰岛素B细胞功能。温县铁棍山药还含有丰富DHEA(俗称青春因子)能抗疾健身,延缓衰老,使绝佳的延年益寿养生的药食。

《新编神农夲草经》谓:枸杞子适宜由热邪内积而造成的多饮、多食、消瘦等糖尿病症状。现代研究证明枸杞子有较好的降糖作用,对糖尿病患者很有好处。枸杞子填补精血,血充则精足,精足则津复,消渴自除。
《用药心得十讲》中医研究院焦树德著,论述枸杞子对因肝脏不足而致的身体不适,能滋养肝肾,益精明目。还有生津止渴的作用,用于治疗消渴病,可降低血糖,消除糖尿病症状。
枸杞子中的枸杞多糖,能增加2型糖尿病患者胰岛素的敏感性,增加肝糖原的储备,降低血糖水平,并能防止餐后血糖升高,提高糖耐受量。

一种适用于糖尿病人的粥(糖乐粥)由下述重量份的原料制备而成:铁棍山药20一30、鳝鱼20一25、猪胰10一15、枸杞子5一10、薏苡仁5一10、鬼箭羽5一10、蚕茧10一15、大豆5一8、荞麦10一15、燕麦5一10、豇豆5一10。
所述适用于糖尿病人的粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1),把炮制好的猪胰块用文火浸润、焖煮到入口酥软可食时,与制做成的枸杞汤液合并,即得“胰杞汤”。

1.一种适用于糖尿病人的粥(糖乐粥),特征于,由下列重量份的原材料制成:铁棍山药20-30、鳝鱼20-25、猪胰10-15、枸杞子5-10、薏苡仁5-10、鬼箭羽5-10、蚕茧10-15、大豆5-8、荞麦10-15、燕麦5-10、豇豆5-10、将其中的各种原材料,按照不同的食材,采用不同的独特的炮制方法,进行处置、操做,再入粥中制成“糖乐粥”,这样才能确保治疗糖尿病的粥,有效的治疗功效永恒不变。
