Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method and application of enzyme-containing seaweed powder, comprising the following steps: washing large seaweed, removing sand, dehydrating, sun-drying, crushing, sieving with a 60-100 mesh sieve to obtain seaweed powder with uniform particle size, mixing cellulase, pectase, protease and alginic acid lyase according to the ratio of 5-10:3-6:1-2:1 to obtain mixed enzyme powder, and mixing the seaweed powder and the mixed enzyme powder according to the ratio of 300-1000: 1 to obtain seaweed meal. The beneficial effects are as follows: the seaweed powder is prepared from the raw materials of seaweed powder, corn stalks, bean pulp, bran, glucose and the like, wherein the seaweed powder is filtered by a 60-100-mesh sieve to prepare fine powder, so that the leaching rate is improved, the extraction time is shortened, the degradation, denaturation, damage and the like of active ingredients caused by long-time high-temperature conditions can be effectively reduced, and natural active ingredients in seaweed can be reserved to the greatest extent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of seaweed powder, in particular to a preparation method and application of enzyme-containing seaweed powder.
Background
The sea area of China is wide, the natural condition is superior, the wild seaweed resources in each sea area are rich, but the large brown seaweed is relatively less, and the raw materials required by fertilizer and feed mainly depend on imported seaweed. At present, chemical fertilizers, pesticides and the like are used for improving the yield of crops and reducing the occurrence of epidemic diseases in the planting industry, and antibiotics are mainly used for treating various diseases in the feed industry. The adverse consequences of the accompanying pesticide residue exceeding standard, environmental pollution and the like are more serious, and even endanger human health. With the improvement of the living standard of people, the requirements on the quality and nutrition of crops and livestock products are also higher.
In the prior art, the seaweed has extremely rich and balanced nutrition, has strong adsorption capacity, and can concentrate marine substances which are equivalent to 44 ten thousand times of the seaweed. Polysaccharide, polyphenols, alkaloids, mannitol, vitamins, algae-derived hormone, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium macroelements, iron, boron, molybdenum, iodine and other microelements in the seaweed not only have good promotion effect on plant growth, but also can promote the growth of aquatic organisms.
However, because of the strong adsorption capacity of seaweed, the heavy metals contained in seaweed are subject to exceeding standards, and in addition, most of the nutrients in seaweed are insoluble and difficult to degrade, so that the seaweed is not beneficial to absorption of plants and animals.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method and application of enzyme-containing seaweed powder, which are used for solving the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a preparation method of enzyme-containing seaweed powder comprises the following steps:
the preparation method of the enzyme-containing seaweed powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
washing large seaweed, removing sand, dehydrating, sun-drying, crushing, sieving with a 60-100 mesh sieve to obtain seaweed powder with uniform particle size, mixing cellulase, pectase, protease and alginic acid lyase according to the ratio of 5-10:3-6:1-2:1 to obtain mixed enzyme powder, and mixing the seaweed powder and the mixed enzyme powder according to the ratio of 300-1000: 1, mixing to obtain seaweed meal;
taking 40-60 parts of corn stalks, 30-50 parts of bean pulp, 20-40 parts of bran and 5-15 parts of glucose (each component is calculated according to parts by weight), sun-drying, crushing, mixing uniformly, adding 500-700 parts of water, mixing uniformly, sealing, sterilizing, inoculating bacillus subtilis, fermenting for 48 hours to obtain fermentation liquor, and spray-drying the fermentation liquor to obtain an enzyme and bacterium mixture;
mixing the seaweed meal with enzyme and bacteria according to the proportion of 50-100: 1 to obtain the finished product of the enzyme-containing seaweed powder.
Preferably, the coarse powder of seaweed obtained by washing large seaweed has a particle size of 60 mesh or less, and the mixture is dried to a moisture content of 10% or less.
Preferably, the enzyme and bacteria mixture is produced by aerobic fermentation, and the bacteria can be selected from agricultural special bacteria or feed special bacteria according to the application of the seaweed powder.
Preferably, the enzyme-containing kelp powder is stored at a temperature below 25 ℃ and under a drying condition, and the self-degradability shelf life is longer than 6 months.
Preferably, the seaweed is Ascophyllum nodosum [Ascophyllum Nodosum]Undaria pinnatifida [Undaria Pinnatifida (Harvey) Suringar]Fucus vesiculosus [Fucus Vesiculosus]Enteromorpha prolifera [Enteromorpha prolifera (Muller) J. Agardh]Sargassum [ sic ]Sargassum Natans]Sargassum fusiforme [Sargassumfusiforme (Harvey) Setch]Or/and kelp [Laminaria japonica Areschoug]Etc.
When the enzyme-containing seaweed powder is used, the seaweed powder is mixed with hot water at about 40 ℃ and is intermittently stirred, and self-enzymolysis is carried out to obtain an enzymolysis product.
Preferably, the enzymolysis condition is 40-50 ℃, the reaction time is 12-36 hours, the water-insoluble alginic acid in the seaweed is converted into water-soluble small molecule alginic acid without basically viscosity, and the dissolution rate of the alginic acid is more than 90%; the kelp fibers degrade into softened fibers.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
