Claims (10)

1. The overwintering cultivation method for the cuttlefish parents is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, building an overwintering system of cuttlefish tiger spots: selecting a construction position of the overwintering system, and then constructing the tiger spot cuttlefish overwintering system at the selected position;
s2, selecting a squid overwintering parent: selecting female parent and male parent, and controlling the ratio of female parent to male parent to be 2:1-3:1;
s3, putting the squid overwintering parents of tiger spots: putting the parent selected in the step S2 into the system constructed in the step S1, wherein the putting density is 5-7 parents/m 2
S4, daily cultivation and management of cuttlefish tiger spots: including feeding, water quality control, water temperature control, illumination control and cleaning control.

The method for overwintering cultivation of cuttlefish parents according to claim 1, wherein said cuttlefish overwintering system comprises: cultivate pond (1), water inlet unit (2), preheat pond (3), temperature regulating device (4), accuse light device (5), aerating device (6), and drainage device (7), preheat pond (3) with water inlet unit (2) link to each other, water inlet unit (2) with the water inlet of cultivating pond (1) links to each other, drainage device (7) with the delivery port of cultivating pond (1) links to each other, cultivate pond (1) including pool wall (11), bottom of the pool (12) and pond top (13), temperature regulating device (4) set up in pool wall (11), accuse light device (5) set up the top of cultivating pond (1), aerating device (6) set up in the bottom of cultivating pond (1).
3. The overwintering cultivation method for cuttlefish parents according to claim 2, wherein the temperature control device (4) is an electric heater, and the distance between the temperature control device (4) and the inner surface of the cultivation pool wall (11) is 10cm-15cm.
4. The overwintering cultivation method for cuttlefish parents according to claim 2, wherein the light control device (5) is an LED lamp tube, and the distance between the light control device (5) and the upper edge of the cultivation pool wall (11) is 1.5m.

The method for overwintering cultivation of cuttlefish with tiger spot according to claim 2, wherein said cuttlefish with tiger spot overwintering system further comprises a plurality of egg attaching bases (10) for collecting fertilized eggs of cuttlefish with tiger spot, said egg attaching bases (10) are arranged in said cultivation pool (1), and said egg attaching bases (10) are 30cm from said pool bottom (12).

The method for overwintering cultivation of cuttlefish parents according to claim 1, wherein the feeding comprises a daily feeding step and a nutrition enhancing step, wherein the daily feeding step is feeding at least one of ice fresh meretrix, small yellow croaker and prawn at a rate of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm; the nutrition fortification step is to conduct nutrition fortification feeding at the afternoon of 17:00 a day, and the nutrition fortification bait is at least one of sand worm and penaeus vannamei boone.

The method for overwintering cuttlefish parent body according to claim 6, wherein the water quality control comprises a pretreatment step of water for cultivation and a water quality maintenance step in the cultivation process, wherein the pretreatment step of water for cultivation is to take a certain amount of natural seawater, and then add the seawater into the cuttlefish overwintering system after precipitation, sand filtration and bolting-silk bag filtration; the water quality maintenance step in the cultivation process comprises the following steps: after each bait feeding for 1h, the residual bait and cuttlefish excrement at the bottom (12) of the pond are removed by a dip net; once daily, water is fed in the morning, and the water quantity accounts for 30% -50% of the total water quantity of the squid overwintering system; controlling the salinity of water for culturing in the wintering system of cuttlefish with pH of 8.0-8.5 and dissolved oxygen not lower than 6mg/L.

The overwintering cultivation method for cuttlefish parents according to claim 7, wherein the water temperature control step comprises a water inlet temperature control step and a water temperature control step in a cultivation pond (1), wherein the water inlet temperature control step is to control the water inlet temperature entering the cultivation pond (1) to be 22-24 ℃ through the preheating pond (3); the water temperature in the cultivation pool (1) is controlled to be kept at 22-24 ℃ by the temperature control device (4).
9. The overwintering cultivation method for cuttlefish parents according to claim 2, wherein the light control means (5) is used for controlling the water surface illumination intensity of water for cultivation in the cultivation pond (1) to be 300lux-500lux.

The overwintering cultivation method for cuttlefish parents, according to claim 2, characterized in that the cleaning control comprises a disinfection treatment step and a pool pouring treatment step, wherein the disinfection treatment step is that before the cultivation pool (1) and the preheating pool (3) are used, bleaching powder is used for disinfection, sodium hypochlorite is used for thorough disinfection, and then cultivation water is used for cleaning; the step of pool-pouring treatment is to pour the pool once every 15-20 days during the overwintering period.
