本发明涉及一种奶油状物质。
背景技术
传统上,已经提出了一种用于利用填充有奶油状树脂的管来制作诸如蛋糕的伪食品的玩具。例如,专利文献1公开了一种包括树脂管的玩具套装,其中,在管容器中填充有作为合成树脂的奶油状树脂。使用者能够使用该玩具套装玩耍以轻松地形成具有高装饰性的伪食品的装饰玩具,作为模仿具有美丽外观的食物的装饰品。

发明内容
上述作为为奶油状树脂的奶油状物质有多种颜色可供选择,并且能够形成具有装饰性的色彩缤纷的装饰玩具。这种类型的奶油状物质可能需要具有透明性,以形成颜色更多样化的装饰玩具。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有透明性和优异的成形性的奶油状物质。
根据本发明的方面的奶油状物质是如下奶油状物质,其被构造为从挤压工具排出以制作装饰体形成的玩具,并且该奶油状物质包含树脂和淀粉并具有透明性。
根据本发明的该方面,能够提供具有透明性和优异的成形性的奶油状物质。

将参照附图描述本发明的实施例。根据实施例的奶油状物质10可以储存在例如如图1所示的挤压工具20中。挤压工具20的容器22可以通过将由聚氯乙烯树脂等制成的两个柔性片材部件层叠并通过热压结合将两个片材的侧边结合而形成。容器22的后部可以通过热压结合将两个片材部件结合成袋状而封口。奶油状物质10可以从挤压工具20的先端处的排出口24排出并放置于模仿蛋糕等的装饰体的制作表面上,由此能够制作装饰玩具。
此处,奶油状物质10通过将防腐剂等与诸如丙烯酸树脂的合成树脂混合来制备,并且当奶油状物质10通过暴露于空气而干燥时固化。防腐剂的实例包括苯氧乙醇。丙烯酸树脂的实例包括聚丙烯酸聚合物。奶油状物质10是奶油状树脂,其能够形成为多种颜色,诸如白色和粉红色。另外,根据本实施例的奶油状物质10包含例如相对于奶油状物质10的总重量的8.5wt%至10wt%(优选为约9wt%)的含量的淀粉,优选为土豆淀粉,并且奶油状物质10由半透明树脂(具有透明性的树脂)制成。此处,术语“透明性”包括半透明性,并且还包括如下透明性:其使得不仅能够识别被该奶油状物质10覆盖的物体的形状以及隔着奶油状物质10位于相反侧的物体的形状,而且即使无法识别形状也能够使得光透过。
接下来,描述将奶油状物质10排出并放置于如图2所示的装饰玩具的基座30上的示例。基座30在俯视图中呈圆形,并且使用例如树脂材料通过注射成型而形成。基座30的上表面30a是其上制作装饰体40的制作表面。从图1所示的挤压工具20排出的奶油状物质10放置于制作面上的装饰体支撑部32上,以形成装饰体40,从而能够制作出仿圆形蛋糕的装饰玩具。
在本实施例中,四个装饰体支撑部32等间隔地设置在基座30的上表面30a上,以大致呈正锥形突出。在各个装饰体支撑部32的外周的上表面设置有环状凸部34。环状凸部34在俯视图中形成为圆形。
当奶油状物质10放置于基座30的装饰体支撑部32上时,奶油状物质10在具有良好外观的状态下被装饰体支撑部32支撑。环状凸部34能够用作了解奶油状物质10应该放置的范围的引导部,并且也能够防止奶油状物质10从环状凸部34散开,从而使外形整洁。放置于所有装饰体支撑部32上的奶油状物质10被干燥和固化以形成装饰体40,并且完成装饰玩具。
此处,由于根据本实施例的奶油状物质10是半透明的,因此当将奶油状物质10放置于装饰体支撑部32上时,能够透过奶油状物质10视觉识别装饰体支撑部32(见图2)。因此,与不透明的奶油状物质的情况相比,奶油状物质10容易放置于装饰体支撑部32上。
此外,由于通过干燥和固化奶油状物质10而形成的装饰体40也是半透明的,因此能够透过装饰体40视觉识别被装饰体40覆盖的装饰体支撑部32和环状凸部34。因此,能够形成视觉上新颖的装饰体形成的玩具。装饰玩具可以通过将根据本实施例的奶油状物质10与传统的不透明奶油状物质组合而形成。
此外,由于奶油状物质10含有少量淀粉(在本实施例中为9wt%的土豆淀粉),因此,与不含淀粉的传统奶油状物质相比,从挤压工具20排出的奶油状物质10由于淀粉的糊化(α化)而变得柔软。因此,奶油状物质10容易从挤压工具20排出,并且当奶油状物质10放置于装饰体支撑部32上时的成形性也优异。
另一方面,由于淀粉含量少(在本实施例中为9wt%的土豆淀粉),因此,与通过干燥和固化传统的奶油状物质而形成的装饰体相比,通过干燥和固化奶油状物质10而形成的装饰体40由于淀粉的胶化(β化)而变硬。因此,能够提高由装饰体40形成的装饰玩具的稳定性和耐久性。
如上所述,由于根据本实施例的奶油状物质10含有少量淀粉,所以奶油状物质10具有透明性和优异的可成型性。因此,与由传统的不透明的奶油状物质形成的装饰玩具相比,能够容易地形成颜色更加多样化的装饰玩具,并且能够令使用者不厌烦地玩装饰玩具。
根据如上所述的本发明的实施例,能够提供以下方面的奶油状物质。
根据本发明的第一方面的奶油状物质是如下的种奶油状物质,其被构造为从挤压工具排出以制作装饰玩具,并且该奶油状物质包含树脂和淀粉并具有透明性。
根据该构造,与不包含淀粉的传统的不透明的奶油状物质相比,能够实现具有透明性和优异成形性的奶油状物质。
在根据第二方面的奶油状物质中,淀粉是土豆淀粉。
根据该结构,与其他淀粉相比,土豆淀粉的糊化温度低且透明性优异,因此能够提供用于有效地实现具有透明性和优异成形性的奶油状物质的特定材料。
根据第三方面的奶油状物质包含相对于奶油状物质的总重量在8.5wt%至10wt%范围内的土豆淀粉。
在土豆淀粉的含量过少(小于8.5wt%)的情况下,可能难以维持形状,并且奶油状物质的成形性趋于低。另一方面,在土豆淀粉的含量过多(大于10wt%)的情况下,干燥固化后的奶油状物质容易变得过硬。根据上述构造,能够提供特定混合比的土豆淀粉,以有效地实现具有透明性和优异成形性的奶油状物质。

实例
在实例中,制备含有少量土豆淀粉的奶油状物质。作为合成树脂,使用聚丙烯酸聚合物(具体而言,通过在聚丙烯酸中添加纯水和少量表面活性剂而得到的聚丙烯酸水溶液)。此外,加入少量苯氧乙醇作为防腐剂。聚丙烯酸聚合物、土豆淀粉和苯氧乙醇的混合比如表1所示。在表1中,各个原材料的混合比的单位为wt%。

能够确认,当视觉地观察所制作的奶油状物质的透明性时,所制作的奶油状物质是半透明的。此外,能够确认,通过干燥和固化奶油状物质获得的制品也是半透明的。
此外,当通过将奶油状物质排出至装饰玩具的基座上来确认所制作的奶油状物质的成形性时,能够确认,所制作的奶油状物质与传统的不包含淀粉的不透明的奶油状物质相比是柔软的且成形性优异。

Claims (5)
1.一种奶油状物质,该奶油状物质被构造为从挤压工具排出以制作装饰玩具,所述奶油状物质包含树脂和淀粉,并且具有透明性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的奶油状物质,其中,所述淀粉是土豆淀粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的奶油状物质,其中,所述土豆淀粉相对于所述奶油状物质的总重量的含量在8.5wt%至10wt%的范围内。
4.根据权利要求1至3的任一项所述的奶油状物质,其中,所述树脂包括丙烯酸树脂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的奶油状物质,其中,所述丙烯酸树脂是聚丙烯酸聚合物。
