一种可降解绿色食品包装盒,它由若干层薄竹纸叠合而成,竹纸间设置有结合粘胶,其整体形状呈饭盒、水杯等形状,具有结构简单,强度大,外观美观,成本低廉,可降解,有天然香味,无污染等特点,是较为理想的一次性食品包装盒的更新换代产品。

可降解绿色食品包装盒
本实用新型涉及一种食品容器,特别涉及一种可降解的绿色食品包装盒。
随着人们生活节奏的加快和卫生水平的不断提高,对快餐盒、水杯的需求量不断加大,近几年来,由于塑料快餐盒及各类食品包装盒的大量生产和使用,形成了全球的“白色污染”。至今,世界上已有100多个国家和地区明令禁止使用一次性塑料快餐盒。在中国,北京、上海、武汉、杭州、福州等城市已禁止使用一次性塑料快餐盒。目前,市场上出现的塑料快餐盒暂用替代产品主要是可降解塑料和以纸代塑两类,但这两类产品仍不同程度地存在环境污染。北京市朝阳区建国门外雅室里10号楼5门401室李嘉志、王正雄发明的“竹片快餐盒”(专利号97230275.1,授权公告号CN2314675Y)“一次性方型折叠式竹片环保快餐盒”(专利号97231101.7授权公告号CN2314640Y)介绍了一种利用竹片和粘胶,通过粘胶模压成一整体或通过连接带来增加其强度与编织箩筐相似,由于竹片厚度较厚,因而成型难度大,且盒体和盖不能连体,更不能加工成杯等圆台型容器。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能制作成任何形状的可降解绿色食品包装盒。
本实用新型是这样实现的,利用竹子或竹笋壳制成的薄竹纸,依据竹纸间纹路相错进行叠合,在竹纸间设置有结合粘胶。
由于竹纸较薄,因而可塑性强,再加上若干片竹纸相错叠合,从而保证了食品包装盒的强度;采用模压或滚压工艺,使食品包装盒的形状满足使用要求。该食品包装盒是采用竹材制作而成,可降解,因而不会产生任何污染。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。

附图中1是扣,2是盒盖,3是铰链,4是盒体,5是眼,6是若干层竹纸组合,7是杯体,8是杯底,9是塔扣。
参见附图,快餐盒由若干层竹纸组合(6)模压而成一整体,在盒体(4)上开有眼(5),盒盖(2)上设置有扣(1)通过盒体(4)与盒盖(2)间的铰链(3)可以将盒体(4)与盒盖(2)密合,并通过扣(1)插入眼(5)中使快餐盒封闭。
水杯的杯体(7)和杯底(8)均由若干层竹纸组合(6)滚压和模压而成。在杯体(7)的小头部分和杯底(8)上均设置有搭扣(9),杯体(7)上的搭扣(9)设置成向上,杯底(8)上的搭扣(9)设置成向下,其大小相一致。杯体(7)和杯底(8)组合后,通过滚压使杯体(7)与杯底(8)成为一整体,形成一承水用水杯。
根据需要利用竹纸组合,采用模压和滚压工艺可制作成多种食品包装盒。
