Abstract
本发明涉及L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸在化妆组合物中作为脱色或增白剂的用途,本发明还涉及使皮肤脱色或增白的方法,其特征在于其中包括在皮肤上涂抹包括L-2-氧化噻唑烷-4-羧酸的组合物。
Description
本发明涉及L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸在化妆和/或皮肤或皮肤病用组合物中作为褪色或脱色素和/或增白剂的用途。
皮肤的颜色取决于许多因素,尤其是季节,种族和性别,并且主要由黑素细胞产生的黑素浓度确定。
但是,多年来还一直在寻求减少和/或放慢这种黑素生成量的办法以使皮肤脱色或增白,其中涉及到细胞间生化合成黑素的过程中的一或多个点。
因此,多年来已采用不同的分子并试验其作为脱色或增白剂的效果。
更具体地讲,已将维生素C,维生素C衍生物或维生素E衍生物,熊果苷,氢醌,曲酸,胎盘衍生物,谷胱甘肽(gluthation)及其衍生物等化合物加入组合物中。
已知这些化合物可作用于酪氨酸酶,即有助于合成黑素的酶的合成过程和/或其活性,或已知可减少生成的黑素量或已知可通过角化细胞而刺激黑素的去除。不幸的是,这些化合物涂抹到皮肤上的时候,在氢醌的情况下是有毒的,或者是在维生素C和曲酸的情况下在溶液中又不稳定,这从某种程度上使得该组合物的制备过程复杂化,或者是这些化合物会带来令人不快的味道,尤其是在谷胱甘肽情况下会有硫磺味,因此这限制了其用途。而且,这些化合物数量有限。
所以说,需要开发新的皮肤增白剂,在其作用过程中效果与已知制剂一样好,但没有已知化合物的缺点,即在组合物中稳定,对皮肤无毒并且不会带来令人不快的味道,尤其是将该制剂涂抹到皮肤上的时候不会有令人不快的味道。
当然,已知采用L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸,也称为“半胱氨酸前体(procystéine)作为治疗脱发的制剂(EP656201)。但是,还没有人提出用其作为脱色剂。
因此,本发明目的是提出L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸在化妆组合物中作为脱色或增白剂的用途。
本发明另一目的是提出L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸用于制备使皮肤脱色或增白的皮肤或皮肤病用组合物的用途。
将该酸与皮肤接触时的优点是不会产生令人不快的硫磺味。
该酸的存在量为该组合物总重量的0.1-10wt%(重量百分比),优选为2-5wt%。
本发明组合物中还可包括常用浓度的常用于或者和/或皮肤或皮肤病领域的任何成分。这些成分尤其可选自脂肪物质,防腐剂,维生素,胶凝剂,香料,表面活性剂,水,抗氧化剂,填料,润肤剂和滤光剂及其混合物。
脂肪物质可选自矿物油或合成油,蜡,(聚)硅氧烷,脂肪醇或脂肪酸。油可选自凡士林油和西蒙德木油,而蜡可选自sipol蜡。这些油和蜡均可为天然或合成的。
表面活性剂可选自双甘油-硬脂酸的钠盐,硬脂酸钠,而胶凝剂可选自任选氧乙烯化或环氧乙烷化的聚乙二醇。
本发明组合物可制成水、水-醇或油溶液,水包油或油包水乳液,水或油胶体或囊体或泡体,尤其是脂囊体或脂泡体分散液形式。该组合物可或多或少具有流体性质并且具有乳油或乳液,软膏,奶液,洗液,浆液或泡沫外观。该组合物还可任选以气溶胶的形式涂抹到皮肤上。
本发明还涉及使皮肤褪色或脱色素或增白的化妆和/或皮肤或皮肤病学处理或治疗方法,其中包括在皮肤上涂抹包括L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸的组合物。
以下实施例详述本发明,其中浓度以重量百分比给出。

面部增白膏L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸 2硬脂酸钠 3凡士林油 6羟苯甲酸烷基酯 0.05山梨酸钾 10硬脂醇 1香料 1水 适量至(psp) 100

身体增白膏L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸 5西蒙德木油 13sipol蜡 6棕榈酸异丙酯 2甘油 15羟苯甲酸烷基酯 0.5香料 1水 适量至(psp) 100
Claims (9)
1.L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸在化妆组合物中作为皮肤脱色或增白剂的用途。
2.L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸用于制备使皮肤脱色或增白的皮肤用组合物的用途。
3.权利要求1或2的用途,其特征在于L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸的存在量为该组合物总重量的0.1-10wt%.
4.上一权利要求的用途,其特征在于L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸的存在量为该组合物总重量的2-5wt%.
5.权利要求1或2的用途,其特征在于该组合物还包括至少一种选自脂肪物质,防腐剂,维生素,胶凝剂,香料,表面活性剂,水,抗氧化剂,填料,滤光剂,润肤剂及其混合物的成分。
6.上一权利要求的用途,其特征在于脂肪物质选自油和蜡。
7.权利要求5的用途,其特征在于表面活性剂选自双甘油一硬脂酸的钠盐和硬脂酸钠。
8.权利要求5的用途,其特征在于胶凝剂选自任选氧乙烯化的聚乙二醇。
9.使皮肤脱色或增白的方法,其特征在于其中包括在皮肤上涂抹包括L-2-氧代噻唑烷-4-羧酸的组合物。
