preferably, the mass ratio of the barley grass powder to the chlamydomonas reinhardtii is 1 (0.4-1.4), such as 1.
In the invention, the mass ratio of the barley grass powder to the chlamydomonas reinhardtii is too large, namely, the chlamydomonas reinhardtii is too small, so that the flavor of the barley grass powder is increased, the mouthfeel is poor, the gastrointestinal health improvement effect of the beverage is weakened, and the mass ratio of the barley grass powder to the chlamydomonas reinhardtii is too small, so that the fishy and salty taste of the beverage is too heavy, and the negative effect is caused by too much specific gravity in the aspect of adjusting intestinal flora in the aspect of effect.
Preferably, the barley seedling powder has a particle size of 80-120 mesh, such as 80 mesh, 90 mesh, 100 mesh, 110 mesh, 120 mesh, or the like.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the plant polyphenol to the collagen peptide to the coconut powder is (2.75-3.35): 1 (7.3-14), wherein the selection range of the plant polyphenol of 2.75-3.35 can be, for example, 2.75, 2.8, 2.85, 2.9, 2.95, 3, 3.15, 3.2, 3.25, 3.3 or 3.35, etc., and the selection range of the coconut powder of 7.3-14 can be, for example, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14, etc., preferably (2.8-3): 1 (8-12).
According to the invention, the too large mass ratio of the collagen peptide to the coconut powder, namely too little coconut powder, can cause the coconut flavor of the beverage to be light, so that the overall comprehensive flavor of the beverage is poor, and the effects of promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid to quench thirst, tonifying qi to dispel wind, beautifying and protecting skin and the like are weak, while the too small mass ratio of the collagen peptide to the coconut powder can cause the coconut flavor of the beverage to be heavy, so that the taste is reduced overall, and the too little content of the collagen peptide in the aspect of efficacy influences the skin protection and immunity improvement and other effects of the product, so that the product performance is influenced. Preferably, the vitamins comprise the following components in parts by weight:
carotene is the main vitamin A source substance and mainly has three forms of alpha, beta and gamma, wherein the most important form is beta-carotene. Vitamin a is essential for human visual development. If the body is deficient in vitamin A, vision problems, even with nyctalopia, can occur.
Vitamin B1, also known as thiamine, is a water-soluble vitamin that was first purified by humans and has the effect of maintaining normal sugar metabolism. Thiamine plays an important role in maintaining the balance of oxidative metabolism in the brain, such as lipid peroxidation product levels and glutathione reductase activity. In addition, enzymes containing thiamine pyrophosphate as a coenzyme are involved in the synthesis of amino acids and in the synthesis of organic compounds in other cellular metabolic processes. Recent studies have shown that vitamin B1 derivatives can participate in important physiological processes of the body, such as gene expression regulation, cell stress response, signal transduction pathway, and signal transduction of the nervous system, and these actions of vitamin B1 derivatives are independent of their coenzymes. Vitamin B1 is a cofactor of key enzymes of glucose metabolism, is an important bioactive substance for maintaining normal functions of nerves, heart and digestive system, and plays an important role in maintaining the balance of oxidative metabolism in brain.
Vitamin B2, also called riboflavin, is a vitamin of the B group, is slightly soluble in water, and when the vitamin B is stable when heated in a neutral or acidic solution and is lacked, the biological oxidation of the organism is influenced, and the metabolism is hindered. Its pathological changes are manifested as inflammation of the mouth, eyes and external genitalia, such as angular cheilitis, glossitis, conjunctivitis and scrotitis. Vitamin B2 can promote development and cell regeneration, and help prevent and eliminate inflammatory reaction in oral cavity, lip, tongue and skin; but also can improve the vision, relieve the fatigue of eyes and influence the absorption of iron by human body; in addition, vitamin B2, in combination with other substances, can also affect biological oxidation and energy metabolism.
Nicotinic acid and nicotinamide which is a derivative thereof belong to vitamin B series compounds, are indispensable nutrient components in human bodies, and play an important role in promoting the normal growth and development of the human bodies. The niacin deficiency may present with typical triad symptoms, dermatitis, diarrhea and dementia, which are called three-D symptoms, and the three symptoms are few, common skin and gastrointestinal tract symptoms, and only mental disorder or before rash.
Pantothenic acid, also called vitamin B5, is a water-soluble vitamin, and has the characteristics of slow growth and development, adrenal gland lesion, vomiting, alopecia, gastrointestinal ulcer, dysfunction, liver steatosis and the like.
Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, includes pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine, exists in vivo in the form of phosphate, is a water-soluble vitamin, and is abundant in yeast, liver, grain, meat, fish, egg, beans and peanut. Due to the lack of vitamin B6, seborrheic dermatitis and tongue inflammation are easy to occur, or eyes are affected, conjunctivitis and skin allergy and rash occur, peripheral nerves can be damaged, peripheral neuropathy is caused, for example, numbness of hands and feet occurs, nonspecific changes can occur, for example, general symptoms, nausea, vomiting and even obvious weakness occur, appetite is influenced, the appetite is reduced, and thus the body weight of a human body can be reduced to different degrees, and diarrhea and anemia can occur.
Folic acid is a water-soluble vitamin, which is named because of the abundant content in green leaves, also named as pteroylglutamic acid. The lack of folic acid easily causes skin pigmentation, giant cell anemia, stomatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, rash and other symptoms, and the lack of folic acid in pregnant women also causes fetal development deformity and the like.
Vitamin B12, also called cobalamin, is a polycyclic compound containing 3-valent cobalt, and vitamin B12 deficiency can cause vitamin B12 deficiency, which is caused by insufficient B12 intake or poor absorption, and leads to anemia and damage to nervous system and skin mucosa. The clinically common megaloblastic anemia, neurological disorders, glossitis and broadly symmetrical pigmentation of the skin are caused by vitamin B12 deficiency.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, and the main function of vitamin D is to promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus by small intestine mucosal cells. Calcium binding protein is needed for the absorption of calcium ions in intestines, and 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 can induce the synthesis of the protein and promote Ca 2+ Absorption, can promote the regeneration of calcium salt and new bone formation, and promote phosphorus absorption and reabsorption of renal tubule cells on calcium and phosphorus, so as to increase the concentration of calcium and phosphorus in blood, and facilitate the formation and calcification of new bone. In addition, vitamin D also has the effects of promoting the growth and differentiation of skin cells and regulating immune function. In general, adults are exposed to sunlight frequently without causing deficiency, and infants, pregnant women, lactating mothers and old people who are not familiar with outdoor activities need to increase vitamin D supply to 10 mug per day (equivalent to 400 international units). Children lacking vitamin D may suffer from rickets and adult osteomalacia.

exhaustive swimming time is a common index for evaluating the exercise capacity of an organism, and the most direct embodiment of the improvement of the fatigue resistance of the organism is the improvement of the exercise capacity, so the load swimming experiment result in table 2 shows that the compound solid beverage provided by the examples 1-5 can generate the fatigue resistance effect; CK is serum enzyme existing in skeletal muscle, and the detection of the content of CK in blood can reflect the damage degree of long-time endurance exercise to the body, and as can be seen from Table 2, the content of CK in the blood serum of a mouse can be obviously reduced by the compound solid beverage provided by the examples 1-5, which further indicates that the compound solid beverage can reduce the damage of long-time high-intensity exercise to the body of the mouse; BUN is a final product of protein metabolism, and as can be seen from data results in Table 2, the compound solid beverage provided in examples 1-5 can obviously reduce the content of BUN in serum of mice after exercise, which indicates that the compound solid beverage can improve the adaptability of organisms to exercise load.
Glycogen is one of the main forms of energy stored in the body, so that delaying the decrease of hepatic and myoglycogen is an important way to resist fatigue. As can be seen from Table 3, the composite solid beverage provided in examples 1-5 can effectively increase glycogen stores in the liver and muscle of mice, and shows that the composite solid beverage has a significant effect on maintaining the glycogen contents of the liver and muscle of the mice after exercise and can produce an anti-fatigue effect.
Anti-inflammatory performance test:
subject: 30 rats with carrageenan;
the experimental method comprises the following steps: rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, i.e., a control group (the solid drink was provided in comparative examples 1 to 3), an experimental group (the composite solid drink was provided in examples 1 to 5), and an experimental group (the solid drink was provided in examples 6 to 12), and were fed once a day, after adaptive feeding for 3 days, continuously gavage for 7 days, 1 time a day, with clear marks on the same sites of the left and rear toes of rats before feeding, and the volume of the feet of the rats was recorded, and measured after feeding for 1 hour.
The test results are shown in table 4.
TABLE 4
And (3) analysis:
as can be seen from Table 4, the rats in examples 1-5 showed a significant decrease in their foot swelling capacity, the rats in examples 6-12 showed a reduced inhibitory effect on their foot swelling capacity, and the rats in comparative examples 1-3 showed little inhibition in their foot swelling capacity, especially in the absence of barley grass powder, the rats showed a significantly higher foot swelling capacity, and thus the data in Table 4 indicate that the composite solid beverages containing a certain amount of barley grass powder had a better anti-inflammatory effect.
And (3) testing the blood sugar reducing performance:
subject: selecting 96 type II diabetes mice;
the first experimental method comprises the following steps: mice were randomly divided into three groups, namely, a control group (the solid beverage was provided by comparative examples 1 to 3), an experimental group (the composite solid beverage was provided by examples 1 to 5) and an experimental group (the solid beverage was provided by examples 6 to 12), and blood glucose values of the mice after fasting for 12h were measured by tail-cutting blood at 2 hours, 3 days and 14 days after feeding, respectively;
and (2) a second experimental method: three groups of type II diabetic mice were drenched continuously for 14 days and the serum insulin levels of the mice were measured.
The test results are shown in tables 5 and 6.
TABLE 5
And (3) analysis:
as is apparent from Table 5, the symptoms of type II diabetic mice were improved and the blood glucose levels thereof were significantly reduced using the composite solid beverages provided in examples 1 to 5, while the blood glucose levels of comparative examples 1 to 3 were also reduced, but at a lower level, and the reduction level of comparative example 1 was the weakest, indicating that Chlamydomonas reinhardtii plays a crucial role in the hypoglycemic effect.
TABLE 6
And (3) analysis:
the serum insulin is a main hormone for reducing blood sugar in a human body, and the determination of the serum insulin is a reference index for diagnosing and typing diabetes, and as can be seen from the table above, the compound solid beverage provided by the invention can effectively improve the content of the serum insulin in a mouse, and plays a certain role in curing type II diabetes, the compound solid beverage provided by the examples 1 to 5 has the most obvious effect of improving the content of the serum insulin in the mouse and relieving the symptoms of type II diabetes, while the compound solid beverage provided by the comparative example 1 has an obvious and greatly reduced effect, which is probably due to the lack of chlamydomonas reinhardtii, so that the blood sugar reducing effect of the prepared compound solid beverage is weakened.
And (3) testing the mouthfeel:
subject: 100 volunteers aged 20-30 years;
the experimental method comprises the following steps: the taste perception of the beverages after drinking the solid beverages provided in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 3 was investigated 100 volunteers and scored.
The test results are shown in table 7.
TABLE 7
And (3) analysis:
as can be seen from Table 7, the compound solid beverages provided in examples 1 to 5 have better mouthfeel and are more preferred by consumers, while examples 6 to 12 have poor mouthfeel due to too much or too little added substances affecting the matching between tastes, and comparative examples 1 to 3 lack barley seedling powder or Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, so that the unique odors of barley seedling powder and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii are lost, and the anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic effects of the barley seedling powder and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii are also lost, so that the solid beverages provided in comparative examples 1 to 3 have not only single mouthfeel, but also greatly reduced nutritional value.
The applicant states that the present invention is described in the above examples as a composite solid beverage and a method for preparing the same, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, that is, it is not intended that the present invention is necessarily implemented depending on the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
