Effect verification
1. Stability verification
The solid beverage of the ketogenic meal replacement nutrition powder prepared in the example 1 is taken to be subjected to an accelerated test, the accelerated test is carried out in a drug stability test box, the temperature is set to be 37 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃, the relative humidity is set to be 75 percent plus or minus 5 percent, and the verification period is 3 months. During the verification period, the initial sample before the accelerated test, the end of 1 month, the end of 2 months and the end of 3 months are sampled once respectively, and various indexes are detected, and the results are shown in table 1.

The result shows that the product has a deepened color in month 3 compared with the original sample, and the shelf life of the product is calculated to be 24 months according to the food shelf life prediction technology and method and the shelf life of the health-care food.
2. Human body efficacy verification
94 volunteers were collected and divided into two groups of 47 persons, and the body weight was measured and recorded as initial body weight, and the facial skin condition of each volunteer, including three values of moisture, pigment and wrinkles, was measured with a skin test machine. The ketogenic meal replacement nutrition powder solid beverages prepared in the example 2 and the comparative example 1 are selected to be tested in two groups respectively, 14 g/day, and all the beverages replace dinner. 3. The ketogenic meal replacement nutritional powder solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the prebiotics are one or more of inulin, fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide or galacto-oligosaccharide.
4. The solid beverage of the ketogenic meal replacement nutrition powder of claim 1, wherein the mineral compound solid beverage nutrition enhancer is a mixture of magnesium carbonate, ferric pyrophosphate and maltodextrin.

The solid beverage of the ketogenic meal replacement nutrition powder of claim 1, characterized in that the vitamin compound solid beverage nutrition enhancer is a mixture of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, folic acid, calcium D-pantothenate and maltodextrin.

The ketogenic meal replacement nutritional powder solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the skin management component is one or more of medlar powder, pomegranate concentrate powder, red grape concentrate powder, olive fruit powder, blueberry fruit powder, blackcurrant concentrate powder, haematococcus pluvialis powder, oat beta-glucan, niacinamide, or rice bran oil powder.
7. The ketogenic meal replacement nutrition powder solid beverage according to claim 1, characterized in that the sweetener is one or more of stevioside, sucralose or acesulfame potassium.
8. A method for preparing the ketogenic meal replacement nutritional powder solid beverage as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) sieving medium chain triglyceride powder, soybean protein isolate, coconut powder, collagen peptide, prebiotics, essence, mineral compound solid beverage nutrition enhancer, vitamin compound solid beverage nutrition enhancer, skin management component and sweetener respectively;
(2) the mineral compound solid beverage nutrition enhancer and the medium chain triglyceride powder are mixed in an equivalent progressive increase way to obtain mixed powder A;
(3) the vitamin compound solid beverage nutrition enhancer and the medium chain triglyceride powder are mixed in an equivalent progressive increase way to obtain mixed powder B;
(4) uniformly mixing the soybean protein isolate, the coconut powder, the collagen peptide, the prebiotics, the essence, the skin management component and the sweetener to obtain mixed powder C;
(5) mixing the mixed powder A, the mixed powder B, the mixed powder C and the rest of the medium chain triglyceride powder to obtain total mixed powder;
(6) and packaging the total mixed powder to obtain the ketone-producing meal-replacing nutritional powder solid beverage.
9. The method for preparing a ketogenic meal nutritional powder solid beverage according to claim 8, wherein the mesh number of the sieve in the step (1) is 20-60 meshes.
10. The method for preparing a ketogenic meal nutritional powder solid beverage according to claim 8, wherein the mixing time in the step (5) is 30-60 minutes.
