Effect verification
1. Stability verification
The solid beverage of the ketogenic meal replacement nutrition powder prepared in the example 1 is taken to be subjected to an accelerated test, the accelerated test is carried out in a drug stability test box, the temperature is set to be 37 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃, the relative humidity is set to be 75 percent plus or minus 5 percent, and the verification period is 3 months. During the verification period, the initial sample before the accelerated test, the end of 1 month, the end of 2 months and the end of 3 months are sampled once respectively, and various indexes are detected, and the results are shown in table 1.

2. Human body efficacy verification
94 volunteers were collected and divided into two groups of 47 persons, and the body weight was measured and recorded as initial body weight, and the facial skin condition of each volunteer, including three values of moisture, pigment and wrinkles, was measured with a skin test machine. (1) sieving medium chain triglyceride powder, soybean protein isolate, coconut powder, collagen peptide, prebiotics, essence, mineral compound solid beverage nutrition enhancer, vitamin compound solid beverage nutrition enhancer, skin management component and sweetener respectively;
(2) the mineral compound solid beverage nutrition enhancer and the medium chain triglyceride powder are mixed in an equivalent progressive increase way to obtain mixed powder A;
(3) the vitamin compound solid beverage nutrition enhancer and the medium chain triglyceride powder are mixed in an equivalent progressive increase way to obtain mixed powder B;
(4) uniformly mixing the soybean protein isolate, the coconut powder, the collagen peptide, the prebiotics, the essence, the skin management component and the sweetener to obtain mixed powder C;
