Randomly dividing 30 adult mice into 3 groups, wherein each group comprises 10 mice, namely a normal group, a control group and an experimental group, and independently feeding the 3 mice, wherein the normal group is fed with common feed and water; control group was fed high fat diet (containing 75% normal diet, 10% lard, 0.3% cholic acid and 15% egg yolk powder); experimental groups were fed a high fat diet (containing 75% of the nutritional dietary supplement prepared in example 1, 10% lard, 0.3% cholic acid and 15% egg yolk powder); the feeding time is 150 days continuously, the feeding is carried out for 12 hours after 50 days, 100 days and 150 days, blood is taken from a venous plexus after the eyeball is punctured, 0.4-0.5 mL is obtained, 3000g is centrifuged for 10min, serum is taken, and TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C levels are detected by a full-automatic biochemical tester, and the results are shown in the following table:

compared with the normal group, the serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C of the mice of the control group and the experimental group are obviously increased (P <0.05), and the HDL-C is obviously reduced (P < 0.05); compared with a control group, the average levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the serum of the mice in an experimental group are obviously reduced (P is less than 0.05), and the level of HDL-C is obviously increased (P is less than 0.05), which indicates that the eating of the nutritional dietary supplement food beneficial to cardiovascular health can effectively reduce the contents of cholesterol, triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein, improve the content of high-density lipoprotein and is beneficial to the protection and improvement of cardiovascular diseases.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described above, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A nutritional dietary supplement food beneficial to cardiovascular health is characterized in that the raw materials for preparing the effective components of the nutritional supplement food comprise the following components in parts by weight: 650-750 parts of milk powder, 150-230 parts of cereal powder, 10-70 parts of protein powder, 1-30 parts of dietary fiber, 2-50 parts of sweet substance, 2-20 parts of stabilizer, 1-40 parts of phytosterol and 2-15 parts of compound food additive I;
the compound food additive comprises the following raw materials: 0.003 to 0.017 portion of vitamin A, 0.00001 to 0.000125 portion of vitamin D, 0.076 to 0.31 portion of vitamin E, 0.3 to 2.25 portions of vitamin C, 0 to 0.00044 portion of vitamin K1, 0 to 0.022 portion of vitamin B1, 0 to 0.022 portion of vitamin B2, 0 to 0.022 portion of vitamin B6, 0 to 0.000066 portions of vitamin B12, 0 to 0.33 portion of nicotinic acid, 0 to 0.006 portion of folic acid, 0 to 0.08 portion of pantothenic acid, 0 to 0.000076 portions of biotin, 0 to 3.4 portions of choline, 0 to 2.5 portions of inositol, 0 to 0.5 portion of taurine, 0 to 0.4 portion of L-carnitine and 0 to 2 portions of nucleotide.

The cardiovascular health beneficial nutritional dietary supplement food product of claim 1, wherein the raw materials from which its active ingredients are made further comprise: at least one of EPA, DHA, carbon metabolism retarder and tomato extract, wherein the carbon metabolism retarder comprises the following raw materials: white kidney bean extract and mulberry leaf extract.
3. The nutritional dietary supplement food product for cardiovascular health according to claim 2, wherein the raw materials for its active ingredients comprise, in parts by weight: 0.1-20 parts of EPA and/or DHA, 0.1-10 parts of carbon metabolism retarder and 0.1-5 parts of tomato extract.

A nutritional dietary supplement food beneficial to cardiovascular health according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the raw materials of the active ingredients of the nutritional supplement food further comprise 0.03-50 parts of compound No. 2 food additive by weight, and the raw materials of the compound No. 2 food additive comprise: 0 to 6.00 parts of potassium element, 0 to 0.0075 parts of copper element, 0 to 1.10 parts of magnesium element, 0 to 0.20 parts of iron element, 0.03 to 0.06 parts of zinc element, 0 to 0.043 parts of manganese element, 0 to 7.20 parts of calcium element, 0 to 4.20 parts of phosphorus element, 0 to 0.001 parts of iodine element, 0 to 4.50 parts of chlorine element, 0 to 0.00028 parts of selenium element, 0 to 0.00021 parts of chromium element and 0 to 0.00038 parts of molybdenum element.

The nutritional dietary supplement food beneficial to cardiovascular health as claimed in claim 4, wherein the raw materials for preparing the effective ingredients further comprise 0.001-1 part by weight of a colorant and 1-10 parts by weight of fruit and vegetable powder, wherein the colorant is beta-carotene; the fruit and vegetable powder is any one of red beet concentrated juice powder, carrot powder, blueberry powder, elderberry powder and turmeric.

The nutritional dietary supplement food beneficial to cardiovascular health as claimed in claim 5, wherein the raw materials for preparing the effective ingredients further comprise, by weight, 0.3-3 parts of sodium citrate and/or sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.2-3 parts of edible essence, and 0.01-10 parts of butter powder.

The nutritional dietary supplement food beneficial to cardiovascular health according to claim 6, characterized in that the raw materials for preparing the effective ingredients thereof further comprise 1-30 parts by weight of lactic acid bacteria, wherein the lactic acid bacteria comprise lactobacillus paracasei N1115 and bifidobacterium animalis.

A nutritional dietary supplement food product according to any one of claims 1 to 3 and 5 to 7, wherein said cereal flour comprises any one of rice flour, tartary buckwheat flour, oat flour, barley flour, highland barley flour, oat bran flour, corn flour, quinoa flour; the milk powder comprises at least one of whole milk powder and skim milk powder; the protein powder comprises at least one of whey protein powder and milk protein powder; the dietary fiber comprises at least one of inulin, polydextrose and resistant dextrin; the sweet substance is any one of xylitol, isomaltitol, crystalline fructose and solid glucose syrup; the stabilizer comprises any one of xanthan gum, starch, pectin, arabic gum, guar gum, locust bean gum, agar, sodium alginate, carrageenan and gelatin.

A process for the preparation of a nutritional dietary supplement food product for cardiovascular health benefits according to any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the active ingredients comprise, in parts by weight: 650-750 parts of milk powder, 150-230 parts of cereal powder, 10-70 parts of protein powder, 1-30 parts of dietary fiber, 2-50 parts of sweet substances, 2-20 parts of stabilizing agents, 1-40 parts of phytosterol, 2-15 parts of compound food additives, 0.1-20 parts of EPA and/or DHA, 0.1-10 parts of carbon metabolism retardant, 0.1-5 parts of tomato extract, 0.03-50 parts of compound food additives, 0.001-1 part of colorant, 1-10 parts of fruit and vegetable powder, 0.3-3 parts of sodium citrate and/or sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.2-3 parts of edible essence and 0.01-10 parts of butter powder, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps in sequence:
1) screening and weighing of raw materials: detecting that the total number of the bacterial colonies of all the raw materials is within 5000CFU/g and the fineness of the raw materials is not higher than 10 meshes, and then respectively weighing the raw materials;
2) primary premixing: sequentially screening protein powder, butter powder, dietary fiber, sweet substances, compound food additive I, compound food additive II, carbon metabolism retarder, phytosterol, EPA and/or DHA, tomato extract, stabilizer, colorant, fruit and vegetable powder and milk powder with a 10-40-mesh sieve, and mixing for 5-10 minutes to obtain a mixed material A;
