Sensory evaluation comparison
After the berry composite weight-reducing meal replacement powder prepared in examples 1-6 and the control meal replacement powder prepared in comparative examples 1-3 are brewed according to the usage of the berry composite weight-reducing meal replacement powder, sensory evaluation is carried out, and the specific conditions are as follows:

60 volunteers, 20-55 years old, 30 men and women, all with body mass index greater than 24, in an overweight or obese state but otherwise healthy; the meal replacement powder prepared in the examples 1, 2 and 3 are respectively taken as breakfast and supper for 3 groups at random, each meal does not exceed 1 bag (30g), and the breakfast and the supper for taking the meal replacement powder do not suggest taking other staple foods and eating a small amount of water fruits and vegetables. The eating period is 18 weeks. The results show that the body weight of all volunteers is gradually close to the normal body weight during the meal replacement powder eating period, the body mass index returns to the normal range of 18.5-23.9, no anorexia, nausea, fatigue, general weakness and other body discomfort conditions are generated, and the physical state is good. The meal replacement powder with the formula has the effects of losing weight and slimming, and is beneficial to human health.

The berry composite weight-losing meal replacement powder is characterized by comprising the following formula components in percentage: 20-40% of berry powder, 20-40% of protein powder, 10-20% of defatted wheat germ powder, 1-5% of functional oligosaccharide and 5-10% of dietary fiber powder, wherein the percentages are mass percentages relative to the total mass of the berry composite weight-reducing meal replacement powder;
the preparation method of the berry composite weight-losing meal replacement powder comprises the following operation steps:
s1, preparing berry powder; s2, sieving protein powder, defatted wheat germ powder, functional oligosaccharide and dietary fiber powder; s3, weighing the berry powder prepared in the step S1 and the protein powder, the defatted wheat germ powder, the functional oligosaccharide and the dietary fiber powder sieved in the step S2 according to the mass percentage of the components in the formula, and mixing and tempering in a mixer to obtain mixture powder; and S4, carrying out ultraviolet sterilization on the mixture powder obtained in the step S3, and carrying out vacuum packaging after sterilization to obtain the berry composite weight-reducing meal replacement powder.

The composite berry weight-losing meal replacement powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the berry powder can be composed of the following components: berry whole fruit powder, berry juice powder, berry pomace powder, berry seed powder, berry extract concentrated powder, berry pomace extract concentrated powder and berry seed extract concentrated powder.

The composite berry meal replacement powder for weight loss as claimed in claim 1, wherein the berry powder comprises any one or more of whole berry powder, berry juice powder and berry extract concentrated powder; the berry powder also contains one or more of berry residue powder, berry seed powder, berry residue extract concentrated powder, and berry seed extract concentrated powder.

The composite berry weight-losing meal replacement powder as claimed in claim 1 and claim 3, and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that the mass ratio of the total mass of the whole berry powder and/or the berry juice powder and/or the concentrated berry extract powder contained in the berry powder to the total mass of the berry slag powder and/or the berry seed powder and/or the concentrated berry slag extract powder and/or the concentrated berry seed extract powder is 1: 1-6.

The composite diet powder of berries as claimed in claim 1, wherein the berries can be fresh fruits of one or more of red raspberry, yellow raspberry, black raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, strawberry, indigo honeysuckle, cranberry, red blueberry, blackcurrant, rose hip, fig, sea buckthorn, mulberry, or super frozen fruits.

The composite berry meal replacement powder for weight loss as claimed in claim 1, wherein the protein powder comprises one or more of whey protein powder or concentrated whey protein powder, bovine colostrum whey protein powder, probiotic protein powder, soybean protein powder or defatted soybean protein powder or soybean protein isolate powder or soybean protein concentrate powder, peanut protein powder, pea protein powder, corn protein powder and rice protein powder.

The composite berry meal replacement powder for weight loss according to claim 1, wherein the functional oligosaccharide comprises one or more of isomaltooligosaccharide, soybean oligosaccharide, fructooligosaccharide, xylooligosaccharide, maltooligosaccharide, galactooligosaccharide, stachyose, gentiooligosaccharide and inulin.

The composite berry weight-losing meal replacement powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dietary fiber powder comprises any one or more of konjac powder, oat fiber powder, soybean fiber powder, barley fiber powder, wheat fiber powder, buckwheat fiber powder, rice bran fiber powder, brown rice fiber powder, wheat bran fiber powder, corn fiber powder, highland barley fiber powder, potato fiber powder, sweet potato fiber powder, sugarcane fiber powder and celery fiber powder.
9. The composite berry weight-losing meal replacement powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the berry powder, the protein powder, the defatted wheat germ powder, the functional oligosaccharide and the dietary fiber powder are sieved; the number of the screening meshes is 180 meshes or more.
