wherein the weight ratio of the whole milk powder, the concentrated whey protein powder, the zinc citrate, the zinc lactate, the zinc gluconate, the sodium iron ethylenediamine tetraacetate, the prebiotics and the plant additive is 30-45: 17-25: 0.05-0.15: 0.01-0.15: 0.01-0.15: 0.01-0.05: 0.8-2: 2-6; the addition amount of the probiotics is 1 x 106cfu/g-1×109cfu/g;
The plant additive comprises Poria powder, semen Armeniacae amarum powder, flos Lonicerae water extract, semen Cassiae water extract, semen Apii Graveolentis water extract, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae alcohol extract and fruit additive.
2. The nutritional milk powder containing probiotics and zinc according to claim 1, wherein the prebiotics comprise one or more of isomaltooligosaccharide, lactitol, raffinose and xylooligosaccharide.

The nutritional milk powder containing probiotics and zinc as claimed in claim 1, wherein the prebiotics are a mixture of isomaltooligosaccharide, lactitol, raffinose and xylooligosaccharide, and the weight ratio of isomaltooligosaccharide, lactitol, raffinose and xylooligosaccharide is 5-12: 1-3: 1-3: 2-8.
4. The nutritional milk powder containing probiotics and zinc according to claim 1, wherein the probiotics comprise bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus rhamnosus and lactobacillus paracasei according to a weight ratio of 3-10: 1-5: 2-7.

The nutritional milk powder containing probiotics and zinc according to claim 1, wherein in the raw materials of the plant additive, the weight ratio of the poria cocos powder, the almond powder, the honeysuckle aqueous extract, the cassia seed aqueous extract, the celery seed aqueous extract, the tangerine peel alcohol extract and the fruit additive is 2-10: 3-9: 1-4: 0.5-2: 1-4: 0.5-3: 3-7.

The nutritional milk powder containing probiotics and zinc according to claim 1, wherein the fruit supplement is prepared by a process comprising the following steps: cleaning raspberry, mulberry and apple, and cutting the apple into pieces; mixing the cut apples with raspberries and mulberries to obtain mixed fruits; placing the mixed fruits into a pulping machine, adding 0.1-0.15% by mass of citric acid solution, pulping, and filtering to obtain fruit juice and fruit residues; concentrating and drying the fruit juice to obtain fruit juice powder; drying the pomace and then crushing by using an ultrafine crusher to obtain ultrafine powder; uniformly mixing the superfine powder and a sodium bicarbonate solution, standing for 30-60min, performing microwave treatment at 60-80 ℃ for 30-50s, adding a citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution with the pH of 4.5-5.5, adding cellulase, xylanase and pectinase, stirring for reaction at 50-55 ℃ for 2-3.5h, adjusting the pH to 6-6.5, adding alpha-amylase, stirring for 2-5h at 40-50 ℃, adjusting the pH to 6.7-7, adding papain, stirring for 2-3h at 50-55 ℃, inactivating enzymes after the reaction is finished, performing ethanol precipitation after centrifugation, centrifuging, drying, and uniformly mixing with fruit juice powder to obtain the fruit additive.
7. The nutritional milk powder containing probiotics and zinc according to claim 6, wherein the mass ratio of the raspberry, the mulberry and the apple is 1: 2-5: 3-12.
8. The nutritional milk powder containing probiotics and zinc according to claim 6, wherein the weight of the citric acid solution added is 35-55% of the weight of the mixed fruits in the beater; the pulping time is 3-10 min.
