Description

本发明涉及运输工具所用的滑动式滑门或摆动式滑门在其关闭的终点区的运动控制,这时,使之有可能通过一单向离合器、一棘轮或类似物总是沿关闭方向运动门扇,但是,沿打开方向的运动只能在制动器、联轴器或其它用于单向离合器的远离门扇的部分的固定装置被松开,而且此时还存在用于确定门的位置的装置时才有可能。这类门已例如从EP 0673464 A且相应于AT 401082 B中知道。这些印刷品的内容通过引用而被采纳在此说明书中。
在远距离操作或通过定时自动装置或类似物操作的各种类型的自动门中,都提供措施,防止人员或物品被自行关闭的门夹住而受伤或损坏,或防止发生被夹住的人员或物品在车辆行驶时仍然被夹住。
为了能觉察这种夹住,人们经常在门的主关闭边缘的密封区采用传感器。门的在门扇关闭运动中处于前面的垂直边缘,称为主关闭边缘。在门的关闭运动中位于后面的垂直边缘称为次关闭边缘。在双门扇的门中,对称布置的门扇的主关闭侧缘在门的关闭状态彼此相碰,而次关闭边缘则靠在门框上。
在此主关闭边缘上,在密封件的范围内,常常在空心的密封件的内部,布置相应的传感器,它能感知密封件在到达关闭的终点位置之前碰上障碍物,从而给出夹住人员或物品的可能性或危险性。操作这种门的关闭机构的已知的策略为,或是反转驱动装置,并在一预定的时间后,进行新的关闭尝试,或者中断关闭过程一预定的时间,以使乘客有可能脱离只是轻微地被夹住的状态(当确定是被夹住时),然后继续关闭过程。所有这些和其它策略有各种优点和缺点,例如时间消耗、控制费用和能源费用,以及在许多情况下,除了对这些控制装置外,还需要门区的构件和装配,尤其还有其管理所需要的昂贵的传感器。
不言而喻,还有防止夹住的其它方法和装置,但是由于它们都不能解决下面所提到的问题,故在此不再详细说明。
手臂、腿、手提包、狗的夹住经常在关闭运动的最后部分,在所谓的关闭终点区发生。如果此时进行完全可靠的操作,则门要重新打开,然后重复关闭过程,造成完全多余的拖延,此外,这还会使得乘客去打开其它的门,以便登车,这便更要延长发车的延迟。
上述关闭终点区的大小可由各自的车站管理者或按规定逐地确定,而且在多数情况下,在主关闭边缘处且从其关闭终点位置测量或在双扇门时在两个主关闭边缘之间测量,约为150mm。下面,将联系门扇和联系门扇或门的驱动装置的各个部分标志关闭的终点区。由于这些部分的每一个都有一明确的位置,故门扇(更精确一些为其主关闭边缘)达到关闭的终点区时,它的表达是清楚而确定的。

按照本发明对此规定,使可能存在的传统的防夹保护措施在给定的关闭终点区中不起作用;只要门扇位于关闭的终点区中,就减少门的驱动装置的电流供应,从而减少作用在门扇上的力,使得即使有这种电流供应,对于正常的使用者也可以停止和打开门扇;以及松开在单向离合器的远离门扇部分上作用的制动器、联轴器或类似物。
由此可以做到,不必同迄今常用的那样,在关闭的终点区采取浪费时间的措施,而是对乘客提供这样的可能性,以使能将门推得如此开,以致行李、伞等可通过被推开的间隙携带。随着打开力的停止,就可以不耽误地继续关闭过程。
按照本发明规定,在中断的关闭过程中,只有越过预定的关闭终点区才有可能用手推开门;以及当用于监控门的位置的装置已经确定,已经离开此给定的区域时,就使制动器、联轴器或类似物重新介入,以致不能进一步打开。按照这种方式自然可以做到松开被夹住的物品,但是它们允许将该门用于青少年或不负责任的人的游戏场所。
在本发明的一种布置中,还进一步规定,在一给定的时间之后,使制动器、联轴器或类似物在每种情况(在正常关闭时,它们每次在到达终点位置或在闩上时介入)介入,以便运行在每个情况下都能坚持。由于列车长在列车行驶时至少基本能望见该门,故此时不会发生安全问题。
在一种变型中,可以规定,制动器、联轴器或类似物在列车达到预定的速度时介入。
在又一种变型中,可以规定,在离开站台时,通过信号使制动器、联轴器或类似物的介入起作用。通过这种布置,当由于在关闭终点区变小的关闭力或由于饮料瓶的有意夹住-一种许多青少年喜爱的行为-而不能使门扇全部关闭时,即使如同在下面要详细描述的那样完全追求的情况下,也能操作。
在关闭的终点区作用在门上的力必须一方面如此大,以使即使在导轨变脏和润滑剂硬化或缺乏(冬季运行或干运行)时,也能可靠地关闭,但是另一方面,即使儿童或年老体弱的人,也能停住该门并能对抗在关闭终点区作用的关闭力打开该门。通常对此所适用的关闭力在50~150N的范围内,最好约为75N。
本发明可以布置成各种各样的,并与应用条件相配合。例如,制动器、联轴器或类似物松开的关闭终点区可以大于关闭力在其中变小的区域。由此可以做到,在紧急情况下通过一大的强制力而不是通过正常的作用力使门更大地打开。
