众所周知,尼龙6.6纱线具有双弹性抗拉性能,这意味着低初始模量和较高最终模量。低初始模量使得生轮胎中没有任何扭曲的轮胎提升/膨胀工艺成为可能,并且高的最终模量(从低模量到高模量的过渡点之后的模量)提高了高速轮胎的耐久性,作为充气子午线轮胎中的冠带层。

发明内容
本发明的主要目标是尼龙6.6纱线的抗拉增强指数(TRI)高于12,0g/dtex。在制备轮胎帘线增强件时使用高TRI纱线提高了轮胎性能,如轮胎生长、滚动阻力,同时在用作带束层包装上的冠带层时提高了高速耐久性。在胎体应用中,提高了爆裂强度,并能够使用更薄的帘线,其导致重量减轻。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及具有如下定义的高抗拉增强指数(TRI)的高抗拉尼龙6.6纱线:
TRI(g/dtex)=韧度(g/dtex)+7%伸长率下的SASE(g/dtex)
其中:
韧度: 断裂力/线密度(g/dtex)
SASE:规定伸长率下的应力(g/dtex)
LASE:规定伸长率下的荷载。
众所周知,抗拉强度(韧度)和模量(特别是7%伸长率下的应力)(SASE)是两种重要的抗拉性能,其对轮胎性能参数(如高速耐久性、滚动阻力和燃料节省)有显著影响。
为了赋予帘线最终的性能,帘线在高张力和温度下经受浸渍(用于静态和动态粘合)和热定形工艺(3T或热拉伸工艺),以进一步增强分子取向和尺寸稳定性。在相同的3T(时间、张力和温度)条件下,由高TRI尼龙6.6纱线制备的尼龙6.6帘线赋予高于常规尼龙6.6帘线的TRI值。
TRI值高于12,0 g/dtex且同时韧度在9,3 g/dtex与10,5 g/dtex之间的尼龙6.6纱线比具有较低TRI的尼龙6.6纱线更合适。高于12 g/dtex的TRI提供了高模量与高强度之间的平衡。具有高韧度和低模量或低韧度和高模量的规则尼龙6.6纱线不能为最终帘线提供足够的初始强度。
抗拉增强指数(TRI)高于12,0 g/dtex的尼龙6.6纱线具有优化和平衡的韧度和SASE,其适用于充气轮胎中用作胎体和冠带层增强件的轮胎帘线。如果TRI参数高于13,5g/dtex,则由于过度的分子取向,纱线的断裂能或韧性可能太低,长丝可能会变脆。除了最小12,0 g/dtex TRI参数外,最小9,3 g/dtex和最大10,5 g/dtex韧度将是优选的。
根据本发明生产的尼龙6.6纱线的线密度为最小200 dtex和最大3000 dtex。

其中TRI高于12,0 g/dtex,并且韧度在9,3-10,5 g/dtex之间。
