Abstract

本发明涉及一种电话机。
众所周知，电话机，特别是那种移动话机，可以同外围装置(附加配件)进行联络。
在此情况下，各自的电话机同外围装置是通过一个机械传动的接口彼此进行联系的。
本发明是以完成如下任务为目的的，即：使一部开头讲到的那种电话机能够有更多的功能。
按照本发明，这一任务将通过一种在权利要求中得到详尽阐述的电话机来完成。
本发明具有很多优点。按照本发明制做的电话机，具有一个红外线-接口，用于同外围装置进行联系。在此情况下，不管是信号化数据信号，还是有效数据信号，是可以在电话机和外围装置之间进行传输的。
按照本发明的这种电话机，其特征在于：它配有一个可以测定实际亮度的装置，这种装置同时可以产生表示亮度的信号。
按照本发明，可以以不同的方式利用这些信号。如，通过这些信号调节电话机上光学指示装置的亮度。按照本发明的电话机的另一实施方案是：表示亮度的信号可以通过按键使指令发出和中止。进一步的实施方案是：表示亮度的信号可变更和修改发出呼叫的信号，使电话机产生机械振动，以代替声学的和/或光学的信号。

图1是一部按照本发明的电话机的示意图。
一部电话机T，例如一部有线电话机或是一部移动电话机，如示意图中所示，它具有一个TTR装置，用于发送和接收红外线信号化数据信号和/或红外线有效数据信号。因此，装置TTR具有双重功能，即：既能传输信号化数据信号，又能传输有效数据信号。因此，按照本发明制造的电话机具有将信号化数据信号和有效数据信号传输到一种外围装置P中的能力。这类外围装置的实例很多，如：电话终端机、麦克风和扬声器之间的自由通话装置，个人用电脑，手提话机，呼叫信号器和回收信号器，以及数据处理机，特别是所说的手持电脑。
因此，根据本发明可以做到将语言输入外围装置P中(一种自由通话装置的麦克风)，并将语言信号利用红外线信号传输到附属的电话终端机内。以相应的方式，语言信号借助红外线-信号将在电话终端机和扬声器之间互相传输。
用这种方法，电话信息还可被储存在一呼叫信号和回收信号器内。这一信号器在空间上同电话终端机保持着远距离。因此，按照本发明，有效数据信号(如语言和传真信息信号)和信号化数据信号，在一种电话机T和一种外围装置P之间以红外线-信号的方式进行传输。例如，在操作一种呼叫和回收信号器(其中有接通装置和切断装置以及应答程序)时，就是这样传输信号的。
按照本发明的电话终端机的另一实施方案，电话机具有一测定实际亮度的装置SL(即围绕电话机四周的亮度)。这一装置SL产生表示亮度的信号IL。电话机上的光学指示装置DPL(例如显示器、发光二极管)是通过这些表示亮度的信号IL进行操纵的。因此，光学指示装置的亮度各自同其周围的亮度相吻合。
表示亮度的信号IL还可以使一个所说的电键发送器闭锁：信号IL可使按键发送指令或中止指令的发送。表示“无亮度”状态的信号IL中止指令的发送。这个IL信号还防止在“没有亮度”的这种状态下仍操作键盘发出指令，就是说，在其他情况下在“亮度大于零”状态下操作键盘形成指令。从而避免了下述情况：当一部移动无线手提话机放在上衣口袋里，由于其中还放有其它物体(比如钥匙、纽扣、文具等)，因无意的按键碰撞导致发出指令。
表示亮度的信号IL还可用于变更信号，使正在打来的电话呼叫信号改变。因此，在比如放在衣袋里正在打来呼叫信号的话机里，信号IL可以激励安放在话机里的装置M，该装置M可使话机以使用者觉察得出来的感觉进行机械振动。同时使电话正要发出的光学和/或声学的信号不得形成。
本发明电话机的另一实施例表明它具有一个装置SD，用以测定装置SD同一个目标对象之间的距离，同时装置SD还产生表示距离的信号ID。因此，装置SD具有使移动电话终端机可以拿在手里或挂在耳上的特点。按照本发明，表示距离的信号ID可以选择发起或者接受通话。

Claims (11)

1.电话机(T)，其特征在于：它具有一个装置(TTR)，此装置可向一外围装置(P)发送红外线-信号化数据信号和从外围装置(P)接收红外线-信号化数据信号；作为对红外线-信号化数据信号的补充，此装置(TTR)还可发送和接收红外线-有效数据信号。
2.电话机(T)，其特征在于：该电话机具有一个装置(SL)，用以测定实际亮度，并产生表示亮度的信号(IL)。
3.根据权利要求2的电话机(T)，其特征在于：该电话机(T)具有一个光学指示装置(DPL)，此指示装置指示的亮度是可以调节的，而且该表示亮度的信号(IL)可对此光学指示装置(DPL)进行调节。
4.根据权利要求2或3中的电话机，其特征在于：表示亮度的信号(IL)可以使经按键发出指令或中止指令。
5.根据权利要求2至4中的电话机，其特征在于：表示亮度的信号(IL)可变更修改正在发出的呼叫的信号。
6.根据权利要求5中的电话机，其特征在于：表示亮度的信号(IL)可激励设置在话机(T)内部的一个装置(M)，它可使话机(T)发生机械振动。
7.电话机(T)，其特征在于：该电话机有一个装置(SD)，可测定该装置(SD)同一个目标对象之间的距离，并产生表示距离的信号(ID)。
8.根据权利要求7中的电话机，其特征在于：表示距离的信号(ID)可进行选择发起或者接收通话。
9.根据权利要求1至3或7中的电话机，其特征在于：该电话机是可携带的。
