Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于能移动的物体的脚轮、尤其是床脚轮,其至少包括滚轮、接纳该滚轮的托叉、经由至少一个轴承相对于所述托叉能枢转地构造的导引管、在托叉侧设置的闭锁器件以及能够与所述滚轮形成作用连接的防扭转地构造的制动系统,其特征在于,所述制动系统包括制动靴、制动主轴、导销以及导引罐,其中,所述制动主轴具有槽形地构造的导引部,所述导引罐设有突出部并且其中,所述突出部能够与所述制动主轴的导引部形成作用连接以构成防扭转结构。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照第一权利要求的构成类的部分的用于可移动的物体的脚轮。
背景技术
由DE 10 2015 013 415 A1可得知一种用于可移动的物体的脚轮,该脚轮至少包括滚轮、接纳所述滚轮的托叉、经由至少一个轴承相对于托叉可枢转地构造的导引管、在托叉侧设置的闭锁器件以及能够与所述滚轮形成作用连接的防扭转地构造的制动系统,其中,所述制动系统包括基本上柱形地构造的单侧成型的固定元件,该固定元件能够在托叉侧与多角的止动元件形成作用连接以构成防扭转结构。
发明内容
本发明主题的目标是,提供一种有别于现有技术的作为替代方案的用于不同结构类型的滚轮的防扭转结构,该防扭转结构相对于现有技术在结构上更加简单地构造。
这个目标通过以下方式来实现,即:所述制动系统包括制动靴、制动主轴、导销以及导引罐,其中,所述制动主轴具有槽形地构造的导引部,所述导引罐设有突出部并且其中,所述突出部能够与所述制动主轴的导引部形成作用连接以构成防扭转结构。
本发明主题的有利的改进方案可由从属权利要求得知。
与现有技术不同,由此提供一种作为替代方案的防扭转结构,该防扭转结构结构简单并且由此可以更加便宜地制造。
所述导引罐优选由金属制成并且在装配状态下固定地与轴承的构件相连接。
所述导引罐有利地作为冲裁-弯曲件来构造。
此外提出,所述导引罐的内直径被构造得大于轴承的内直径。所述导引罐在此与轴承的内圈固定地连接、尤其是铆接。
所述制动主轴应该包围导销。
按照本发明的另一构思,所述制动靴和制动主轴的朝向彼此的端面分别设有齿部。所述两个齿部在滚轮的被制动的状态中嵌合到彼此当中。
所述导引罐的突出部在脚轮的每个位置中(被制动或未被制动)留在所述制动主轴的槽状地构造的导引部中,从而在所述脚轮的每种运行状态中保证了所述防扭转结构。
此外,所述导销应该被定位在导引管的内部并且能够经由在导引管的区域中设置的偏心轮沿轴向方向运动,以便由此能够实现所述脚轮的不同的运行状态。

图1作为原理草图以不同的视图或者剖面示出了作为床脚轮来构造的脚轮1。所述脚轮包括滚轮2、接纳该滚轮的托叉3、经由至少一个轴承5与托叉3可枢转地连接的导引管4。在托叉侧存在防扭转地构造的制动系统6,该制动系统在图2中进行详细描绘。在图1中可以看出导销7,该导销在导引管4的上部区域中与偏心轮8处于作用连接之中。此外,可以看出以下构件:与所述滚轮2的外周面10形成作用连接的制动靴9、制动主轴11以及作为金属件来构造的导引罐12。所述上端面12a与轴承5的内圈5a固定地连接、尤其是铆接,其中,所述导引罐12的内直径d1被构造得大于所述轴承内圈5a的内直径d。

图3示出了按照图1的脚轮连同处于最上面的位置中的制动系统。所述导引罐12的突出部19在此静止在制动主轴11的导引部18中。通过对于偏心轮8的操纵能够引起所述脚轮1的运行状态、比如被制动、未被制动或可枢转。在图3中示出了所述托叉3以及由此所述滚轮2相对于导引管4可枢转的运行状态。
图4至6以不同的视图和剖面示出了作为床脚轮来构造的脚轮1的作为替代方案的原理草图。
相同的构件用与在图1至3中相同的附图标记来表示。可以看出所述脚轮1、滚轮2、托叉3、导引管4以及以其它式样构造的轴承5。此外,可以看出所述制动系统6、导销7、偏心轮8、制动靴9、制动主轴11、导引罐12。与图1类似,在这里所述导引罐12的内直径d1也构造得大于所述轴承5的轴承内圈5a的内直径d。
图5作为单件图示示出了所述脚轮1的设计结构。所述制动系统6与图2类似地示出。可以看出以下构件:所述导引罐12、在所述导引罐12上模制的突出部19、导销7、制动主轴11连同槽状地构造的导引部18以及托叉3。
此外,可以看出所述制动靴9、制动靴保持架20以及升降罐21。所述制动靴9在脚轮的装配状态中抗扭转地定位在制动靴保持架20的内部,而所述升降罐21则与导销7协同作用。在所述脚轮或者制动系统6的运行状态的变化中,所述升降罐21操纵制动靴9。所述制动主轴11设有沿着轴向方向环绕的齿部15。这同样适用于所述制动靴保持架20,其中,所述齿部设有附图标记16。在运行状态中,所述齿部15、16嵌合到彼此当中,其中,所述齿部15能够沿着轴向方向相对于齿部16运动。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于能移动的物体的脚轮、尤其是床脚轮(1),所述脚轮至少包括滚轮(2)、接纳所述滚轮的托叉(3)、经由至少一个轴承(5)相对于托叉(3)能枢转地构造的导引管(4)、在托叉侧设置的闭锁器件以及能够与所述滚轮(2)形成作用连接的防扭转地构造的制动系统(6),其特征在于,所述制动系统(6)包括制动靴(9)、制动主轴(11)、导销(7)以及导引罐(12),其中,所述制动主轴(11)具有槽形地构造的导引部(18),所述导引罐(12)设有突出部(19)并且其中,所述突出部(19)能够与所述制动主轴(11)的导引部(18)形成作用连接以构成防扭转结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脚轮,其特征在于,所述导引罐(12)由金属制成并且在装配状态中与所述轴承(5)的构件固定地连接、尤其是铆接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的脚轮,其特征在于,所述导引罐(12)作为冲裁-弯曲件来构造。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的脚轮,其特征在于,所述导引罐(12)的内直径(d1)被构造得大于所述轴承(5)的内直径(d)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的脚轮,其特征在于,所述导引罐(12)与所述轴承(5)的内圈(5a)固定地连接、尤其是铆接。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的脚轮,其特征在于,所述制动主轴(11)包围所述导销(7)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的脚轮,其特征在于,一方面所述制动靴(9)和另一方面所述制动主轴(11)的朝向彼此的端面(13、14)设有齿部(15、16)。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的脚轮,其特征在于,所述导销(7)定位在所述导引管(4)的内部并且能够经由在所述导引管(4)的区域中设置的偏心轮(8)沿轴向方向运动。
