Abstract

本发明属于农药技术领域,具体属于一种含氟唑菌酰羟胺的杀菌组合物。一种含氟唑菌酰羟胺的杀菌组合物,其活性成分由氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑或金合欢醇组成;其中,所述氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑的质量比为1‑9:19‑1;所述氟唑菌酰羟胺和金合欢醇的质量比为1‑40:15‑1。本发明活性成分氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑或金合欢醇混配后具有很好的协同增效作用,可以提高对农作物真菌性病害的防治效果,可以减少农药的施用剂量,降低成本,减轻环境污染。另外,本发明氟唑菌酰羟胺与氯氟醚菌唑或金合欢醇在杀菌时的作用机理不同,可以延缓病原菌抗药性的产生和发展,降低单一施用氟唑菌酰羟胺的抗药性风险,可以在一定程度上延长药剂的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体属于一种含氟唑菌酰羟胺的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
氟唑菌酰羟胺(通用名:pydiflumetofen)是由先正达公司研发的作用于琥珀酸脱氢酶的新型吡啶酰胺类杀菌剂,通过干扰呼吸电子传递链复合体II上的三羧酸循环来抑制线粒体的功能,阻止其产生能量,抑制病原菌生长,最终导致其死亡,可用于防治由镰刀菌、尾孢菌、葡萄孢菌和链格孢菌等许多病原菌引起的病害,如白粉病、叶斑病、褐斑病、网斑病、云纹病、灰霉病、赤霉病、早疫病、黑星病和菌核病等。但由于氟唑菌酰羟胺作用位点单一,为中-高等抗性风险药剂,单一使用时容易使病原菌产生抗药性,进而导致其防效降低。
氯氟醚菌唑是巴斯夫研发的三唑类杀菌剂,其广谱高效,不仅具有内吸传导性,还兼具保护、治疗和铲除作用。氯氟醚菌唑通过抑制病菌麦角甾醇的生物合成使菌体细胞功能受到破坏,进而抑制或干扰菌体附着孢及吸器的发育、菌丝和孢子的形成。
金合欢醇又名法尼醇,分子式C15H26O,英文名Farnesol,CAS号4602-84-0,化学结构式如下:
有研究报报道金合欢醇对真菌性病原菌具有抑制作用,比如申请号CN201810279387.7,公开了法尼醇对三唑类杀菌剂在防治黑粉病中的增效应用,并具体公开了法尼醇与三唑类杀菌剂苯醚甲环唑、己唑醇混配时对防治黑粉病具有增效作用。
为了延缓抗药型的产生和发展,同时进一步扩大防治谱,将不同农药成分进行混配是便捷有效的途径之一。目前,还尚未见到将氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑或金合欢醇混用的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含氟唑菌酰羟胺的杀菌组合物,以克服氟唑菌酰羟胺作用位点单一的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种含氟唑菌酰羟胺的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,其活性成分由氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑或金合欢醇组成;其中,所述氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑的质量比为1-9:19-1;所述氟唑菌酰羟胺和金合欢醇的质量比为1-40:15-1。
优选地,所述氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑的质量比为1:9。
优选地,所述氟唑菌酰羟胺和金合欢醇的质量比为15:1。
本发明还提供了一种杀菌剂,包括所述的含氟唑菌酰羟胺的杀菌组合物。
优选地,所述杀菌剂的剂型为微囊悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂或悬浮剂。
另外,本发明还提供了所述的含氟唑菌酰羟胺的杀菌组合物或所述的杀菌剂在防治农作物真菌性病害上的用途,农作物真菌性病害包括番茄灰霉病。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明活性成分氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑或金合欢醇混配后具有很好的协同增效作用,可以提高对农作物真菌性病害(比如番茄灰霉病)的防治效果,可以减少农药的施用剂量,降低成本,减轻环境污染。
(2)本发明氟唑菌酰羟胺与氯氟醚菌唑或金合欢醇在杀菌时的作用机理不同,可以延缓病原菌抗药性的产生和发展,降低单一施用氟唑菌酰羟胺的抗药性风险,可以在一定程度上延长药剂的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的内容仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例:增效组合物筛选
1.试验病菌:采自田间番茄果实上的灰霉病病原菌菌落,在实验室内分离纯化,得到番茄灰霉病病原菌灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea),保存于PDA培养基上。(PDA培养基配方为:去皮马铃薯200g、蔗糖20g、琼脂15g,蒸馏水1000mL。)
2.试验药剂
98%氟唑菌酰羟胺原药(先正达南通作物保护有限公司)、97%氯氟醚菌唑原药(巴斯夫欧洲公司)、95%金合欢醇原药(西格玛奥德(上海)贸易有限公司)
3.试验方法:
3.1将供试药剂用二甲基亚砜溶解后用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释,配制成单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂和配比混剂均按等比方法设置5个质量浓度梯度,所有药剂现配现用。
3.2将预先融化的PDA培养基9mL加入无菌锥形瓶中,从低浓度到高浓度依次定量吸取药液1mL,分别加入上述锥形瓶中,充分摇匀后等量倒入4个直径为9cm的培养皿中,制成相应浓度的含药平板;并设不含药剂的处理作空白对照,每个处理设置3个重复。用直径5mm打孔器在供试菌株菌落边缘切取直径为5mm的菌饼,接种于含药平板、空白对照平板中央,盖上皿盖后置于25℃恒温箱培养4d,用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算不同处理对菌丝生长抑制率。
4.数据分析:采用DPS软件进行数据统计分析,以杀菌剂浓度对数值为x,对应的菌丝生长抑制率几率值为y进行线性回归,得出毒力回归方程及药剂对靶标病菌的毒力EC50值,根据孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
根据计算的共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用,结果见表1-2。

由表1可知,氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑混配后,在质量比为1-9:19-1内对番茄灰霉病病原菌的共毒系数在126.9698-571.1725之间,均大于120,表现为增效作用。尤其是当氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑的质量比为1:9时,对番茄灰霉病病原菌的共毒系数达到了571.1725,增效作用最为明显。

由表2可知,氟唑菌酰羟胺和金合欢醇混配后,在质量比为1-40:15-1内对番茄灰霉病病原菌的共毒系数在132.0070-396.1703之间,均大于120,表现为增效作用。尤其是当氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑的质量比为15:1时,对番茄灰霉病病原菌的共毒系数达到了396.1703,增效作用最为明显。
综上所述,氟唑菌酰羟胺和氯氟醚菌唑或金合欢醇混配后具有很好的协同增效作用,可以提高对农作物真菌性病害(比如番茄灰霉病)的防治效果,可以减少农药的施用剂量,同时可以延缓病原菌抗药性的产生,降低单一施用氟唑菌酰羟胺的抗药性风险。
