本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含三氯卡班的增效杀菌组合物。
背景技术
小麦是我国重要的粮食作物,小麦的安全生产直接关系半数以上国民的生命健康。当前,在小麦生产上由小麦茎基腐病、小麦赤霉病及小麦纹枯病等重大作物病害侵染小麦而造成的影响是限制小麦安全生产、产量和质量的重要因素。因当前在生产过程中,尚缺乏对小麦茎基腐病、小麦赤霉病及小麦纹枯病稳定的常规高抗性小麦品种。同时,因病害在发生过程中存在隐蔽性、潜在性等特点,单纯的农业管理措施是不能有效根治病害发生的,且迅速做出防控措施、有效避免病害的发生及发生范围扩大是防控病害的有效途径。
目前,“一喷三防”等措施是当前小麦生产中的重要措施,该措施的实施对有效防控有害生物危害小麦及确保小麦的安全生产具有重要的意义。当前使用的杀菌剂多为现代选择性杀菌剂,虽然杀菌效果好,但靶标单一,长时间、大量及不科学地施用此类杀菌剂可能会带来病原菌对杀菌剂产生抗药性等风险。挖掘新型防控药剂及开展不同类型的杀菌剂复配对科学防治小麦病害具有重要意义。
三氯卡班(Trichlorocarban,TCC),分子式:C13H9C13N2O,分子量:315.58,熔点:250-260℃,是一种广泛应用于洗衣液、沐浴露及伤口消毒剂等个人防护用品的高效且稳定的广谱性杀菌剂。与普通的抗菌剂相比,三氯卡班具有稳定性好、气味较小、低量高效且持久杀菌等特点。相关研究表明三氯卡班稀释到三千万倍后仍具有杀菌活性(Musee,2018;Fan et al.,2019;Huynh et al.,2018)。三氯卡班具有较强的疏水性,难溶于水,但可溶于二甲基亚砜和丙酮等有机溶剂,因此含三氯卡班的产品易吸附在皮肤表面而不易被水冲走;另外,三氯卡班在纤维纸和人造毛料都具有良好的吸附性能,即使多次用清水冲洗,也很难完全将其去除(Weavers et al.,2016;Lawson and Weinstein,2002)。前期研究结果表明,三氯卡班对禾谷镰刀菌、假禾谷镰刀菌及立枯丝核菌等具有微弱的抑菌活性。
粉唑醇(Flutriafol)为英国捷利康公司开发的一种甾醇脱甲基化抑制剂,具有内吸、保护和铲除作用,是针对作物叶片和穗部病害的一种优异杀菌剂,对禾本科作物的白粉病、叶斑病、锈病等具有优异的防效。氟啶胺(Fluazinam)是一类保护性杀菌剂,其主要通过作用与线粒体呼吸链尾端的ATP合成酶的多个特异性位点解除氧化与磷酸化的关联,最大程度消耗电子传递链积累的电化学势能。研究表明,氟啶胺对马铃薯晚疫病、柑橘黑点病、辣椒炭疽病、大白菜根肿病等均具有较好的防治效果。咯菌腈(Fludioxonil)是一种安全高效低毒的新型苯基吡咯类杀菌剂,具有较强的抑菌和杀菌作用,其既可以通过抑制与葡萄糖磷酰化有关的转移,进而抑制真菌菌丝的生长,最终导致病原菌死亡,也可以溶解病原菌(灰霉病菌)菌体的细胞壁,并快速破坏灰霉菌细胞膜上的疏水链,氧化溶解作为病原菌生命活动主要物质的蛋白质,破坏蛋白质与核酸的合成,从而干扰和破坏灰霉菌的生物合成与生物氧化过程。咯菌腈目前主要用于壳二孢属、曲霉属等引起的病害,对小麦网腥黑腐病、番茄灰霉病等均具有优异的防效,且因具有用量少、持效期长等特点而被美国环保局评为零风险产品。但是,随着粉唑醇、氟啶胺或咯菌腈单剂在生产上的长期、大量及不科学施用,生产上已有一些关于植物病原真菌对其产生抗药性的报道,这对单独施用粉唑醇、氟啶胺或咯菌腈来有效防控作物病害提出了挑战,开展粉唑醇、氟啶胺或咯菌腈与其他有效成分的复配,进一步提高其对供试病原真菌的活性、扩大防治谱对延长二者的使用寿命及确保作物的安全生产具有重要的意义。
发明人通过室内生物活性实验发现,三氯卡班与粉唑醇、氟啶胺或咯菌腈、复配时,具有增效作用,可以提高对禾谷镰刀菌、假禾谷镰刀菌及立枯丝核菌等病原菌的活性,对防治上述病原菌引起的植物病害具有重要意义。目前还未见到这方面复配的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含三氯卡班的增效杀菌组合物,以解决长时间、大量及不科学地施用选择性杀菌剂可能会带来病原菌对杀菌剂产生抗药性等风险的问题。

下面结合对本发明专利的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
1.供试菌株
小麦赤霉病病原菌禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)(供试菌株编号为G-1)、小麦茎基腐病优势病原菌假禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium pseudograminearum)(供试菌株编号为SQ-1)、小麦纹枯病病原立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)(供试菌株编号为WK-1)。其中,供试菌株禾谷镰刀菌和假禾谷镰刀菌于2019年分离自河南省新乡市小麦田;立枯丝核菌于2020年分离自河南省新乡市小麦田。
将供试菌株在PDA培养上25℃扩繁3d,备用。
2.供试药剂
99%三氯卡班原药、95%粉唑醇原药、95%氟啶胺原药、96%咯菌腈原药,以上药剂均为市售。
将供试药剂用二甲基亚砜溶解后用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释成单剂母液,然后设置多组配比,各单剂母液和配比混剂均按等比方法设置5个质量浓度梯度。
3.试验方法(参考《NY/T 1156.2-2006农药室内生物测定准则杀菌剂第2部分:抑制病原菌真菌菌丝生长试验平皿法》)
将PDA培养基冷却至50℃左右后加入无菌锥形瓶中,吸取药液加入上述锥形瓶中(PDA培养基和药液的体积为9:1),充分摇匀后倒入直径为9cm的培养皿中,每个培养皿10mL。冷却后制成相应浓度的含药平板,同时设不含药剂的处理作空白对照,每个质量浓度药液处理设置8个平板。用打孔器在扩繁后供试菌株菌落边缘切取直径为5mm的菌饼,接种于含药平板和空白对照平板中央,24℃恒温箱培养2d,用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算不同处理对菌丝生长抑制率。
4.数据分析
采用DPS软件进行数据统计分析,得出毒力回归方程及药剂病原菌的毒力EC50值,并根据孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
根据计算的共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用,结果见表1-9。

由表1可知,三氯卡班与粉唑醇复配后对禾谷镰刀菌(G-1)表现出了优异的抑菌活性。其中,当三氯卡班与粉唑醇复配比为1:9和4:6时对禾谷镰刀菌(G-1)的共毒系数位于80-120之间,表现为相加作用;其他所有供试的复配组合对禾谷镰刀菌(G-1)的共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。尤其是当三氯卡班与粉唑醇复配的比例为9:1时,共毒系数最大,达到了888.8362,表现出显著的增效作用。

由表2可知,三氯卡班与粉唑醇复配后对假禾谷镰刀菌(SQ-1)表现出了较强的抑菌活性。所有供试的复配组合对假禾谷镰刀菌(SQ-1)的共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。尤其是当三氯卡班与粉唑醇复配的比例为9:1时,共毒系数最大,达到了999.1850,表现出显著的增效作用。

1.一种含三氯卡班的增效杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述含三氯卡班的增效杀菌组合物的有效成分由三氯卡班与粉唑醇、氟啶胺或咯菌腈复配而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含三氯卡班的增效杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述三氯卡班与粉唑醇的质量比为1-9:9-1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含三氯卡班的增效杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述三氯卡班与氟啶胺的质量比为1-9:9-1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含三氯卡班的增效杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述三氯卡班与咯菌腈的质量比为1-9:9-1。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的含三氯卡班的增效杀菌组合物在防治小麦病害中的用途。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用途,其特征在于,所述小麦病害包括小麦茎基腐病、小麦赤霉病和小麦纹枯病。
