背景技术
植物病害是当前影响农作物产量、品质的重要因素之一。据联合国粮农组织(FAO)统计,谷物生产因病害造成的损失为10%,棉花生产因病害造成的损失为12%,且全世界每年因有害生物造成的经济损失高达1200亿美元,相当于我国农业总产值的1/2。但因化学农药的长时间、大量施用,导致农产品存在残留污染、有害生物产生抗药性、生态环境条件恶化和生物多样性水平下降等一系列突出问题。
植物源农药是指从植物中提取具有杀虫或抗菌作用的活性物质,直接或间接加工合成的新型农药,其涵盖了从植物中提纯的活性成分、植物本身和对活性结构修饰后合成的化合物。植物源农药具有环保、生物活性多样、有害生物不易产生抗药性和对非靶标生物安全等优点而备受关注和青睐。目前,植物源农药产品已有很多在生产上被登记用于有害生物的防控,如苦参碱、茶蝉净、藜芦碱等。
白藜芦醇(Resveratrol)又称芪三芬,分子式为C14H12O3,是一种天然存在于葡萄、花生、蓝莓、虎杖等多种植物中的非黄酮类天然多酚化合物,具有抗氧化、抗菌消炎、抗心血管疾病、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性。白藜芦醇具有顺式和反式两种异构体,通常在自然界中以反式构型为主。白藜芦醇作为一种植物抗毒素,在植物中发挥着保护作用,具有抵御紫外线辐射、预防真菌感染等作用。已有研究表明,白藜芦醇因在促进人体营养健康中发挥了抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎症、抗肿瘤、抗心血管等优异的功能活性,在食品、药品及日化品领域都有广泛的应用。已有研究表明,白藜芦醇可通过抑制糖酵解的方式来抑制哺乳动物肝细胞的增殖,肝细胞对白藜芦醇也较为敏感。同时,Parekh等发现白藜芦醇通过促进细胞凋亡来抑制人HepG2肝癌细胞的生长。Liu等发现白藜芦醇联合顺铂可通过降低ASCT2的表达来减少谷氨酰胺的吸收,并提高顺铂的抗肿瘤活性。此外,Dai等发现白藜芦醇通过March1诱导的PTEN/Akt信号转导调节抑制肝细胞癌的恶性进展。研究结果进一步表明了白藜芦醇可通过诱导癌细胞凋亡、抑制癌细胞生长、加强化疗药物活性等作用来抑制哺乳动物癌细胞的扩展。
当前,关于白藜芦醇的研究涉及到植物病害方面的很少,本课题组研究发现白藜芦醇对禾谷镰刀菌和假禾谷镰刀菌具有优异的抑菌活性,对齐整小核菌、立枯丝核菌、变红镰刀菌、木贼镰刀菌、层出镰刀菌和尖孢镰刀菌具有较强的抑菌活性,在防控小麦赤霉病、小麦茎基腐病、玉米赤霉病和花生根腐病方面具有较强的潜力。
为了进一步扩大防治谱和提高对植物病害的防治效果,本研究进一步开展了白藜芦醇与候选植物源杀菌剂厚朴酚、香芹酚、牛至油、蛇床子素和大蒜素二元复配研究,结果表明白藜芦醇与候选杀菌剂复配时对禾谷镰刀菌、假禾谷镰刀菌、齐整小核菌、立枯丝核菌、变红镰刀菌、木贼镰刀菌、层出镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌表现出了较强的增效作用,进一步表明了白藜芦醇及其复配组合对小麦赤霉病、小麦茎基腐病、玉米赤霉病和花生根腐病具有较强的防控潜力,本发明对有效防控小麦赤霉病、小麦茎基腐病、玉米赤霉病和花生根腐病,进一步确保小麦、玉米及花生安全生产具有重要的意义。

作为优选,所述厚朴酚与白藜芦醇的质量比为1-9:9-1。
作为优选,所述香芹酚与白藜芦醇的质量比为1-9:9-1。
作为优选,所述牛至油与白藜芦醇的质量比为1-9:9-1。
本发明还提供了所述的含白藜芦醇的杀菌组合物在防治农作物真菌性病害中的用途。
作为优选,所述农作物真菌性病害包括小麦茎基腐病、小麦赤霉病、花生根腐病、花生白绢病和玉米赤霉病。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明将厚朴酚、香芹酚或牛至油与白藜芦醇以一定质量进行复配,对多种植物真菌性病害病原菌表现出协同增效作用,可以提高对植物病害的防治效果,为小麦茎基腐病、小麦赤霉病、花生根腐病、花生白绢病及玉米赤霉病的有效防控提供了数据支撑,且对小麦、花生、玉米等作物的优质高产具有重要的意义。
具体实施方式
下面结合对本发明专利的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
实施例
1.供试菌株

2.供试药剂
98%厚朴酚原药(上海阿拉丁生化科技股份有限公司)、92.5%香芹酚原药(上海源叶生物科技有限公司)、99%牛至油原药(江西海瑞天然植物有限公司)、98%白藜芦醇原药(上海源叶生物科技有限公司)。
供试药剂溶解后用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释成单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂母液和配比混剂均按等比方法设置5个质量浓度梯度。
3.试验方法
将预先融化的PDA培养基9mL加入无菌锥形瓶中,从低浓度到高浓度依次定量吸取药液1mL,分别加入上述锥形瓶中,充分摇匀后倒入1个直径为9cm的培养皿中,制成相应浓度的含药平板,同时设不含药剂的处理作空白对照,每个质量浓度药液处理10个平板。用直径5mm打孔器在供试菌株菌落边缘切取菌饼,接种于含药平板和空白对照平板中央,盖上皿盖后置于25℃恒温箱培养。待空白对照菌落直径长至培养皿直径的2/3左右时,用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算不同处理对菌丝生长抑制率。
4.数据分析
采用DPS软件进行数据统计分析,得出毒力回归方程及药剂对靶标病菌的毒力EC50值,并根据孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
5.测定结果
根据计算的共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用,结果见表2-10。

由表5可知,厚朴酚与白藜芦醇复配时,当质量比为8:2、6:4、5:5或3:7时,复配组合对禾谷镰刀菌的共毒系数小于80,表现出拮抗作用;当质量比为7:3或2:8时,复配组合对禾谷镰刀菌的共毒系数在80-120之间,表现出相加作用;其余各复配组合对禾谷镰刀菌的共毒系数均大于120,表现出增效作用。

综上所述,本发明将厚朴酚、香芹酚或牛至油与白藜芦醇以一定质量比进行复配,对多种植物真菌性病害病原菌表现出协同增效作用,可以提高对植物病害的防治效果,为小麦茎基腐病、小麦赤霉病、花生根腐病、花生白绢病及玉米赤霉病的有效防控提供了数据支撑,且对小麦、花生、玉米等作物的优质高产具有重要的意义。

3.根据权利要求1所述的含白藜芦醇的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述香芹酚与白藜芦醇的质量比为1-9:9-1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含白藜芦醇的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述牛至油与白藜芦醇的质量比为1-9:9-1。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的含白藜芦醇的杀菌组合物在防治农作物真菌性病害中的用途。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用途,其特征在于,所述农作物真菌性病害包括小麦茎基腐病、小麦赤霉病、花生根腐病、花生白绢病和玉米赤霉病。
