Abstract

本发明涉及一种防水面料的生产工艺,具体步骤包括,S1、基布准备、练漂;S2、配备防水整理液;S3、配备PU涂层原料;S4、喷射防水整理液;S5、基布干燥处理;S6、辊涂PU涂层;S7、喷洒PU胶粉;S8、加热烘干。本发明具有如下优点:提高防水面料的剥离强力,避免渗胶,同时又保证面料的柔软舒适度。

一种防水面料的生产工艺
技术领域:
本发明属于防水面料领域,具体涉及一种防水面料的生产工艺。
背景技术:
随着科学的发展以及社会的进步,人们生活水平的不断提高以及纺织服装面料的多元化,各种衬衣面料应运而生,各种功能性服装特别是防水面料大量涌现,目前这种防水面料越来越难粘合,而且剥离强力较低,再增加涂胶粉量会带来渗胶的后果,因此需要凸出一种防水面料的生产工艺,既提高防水面料的剥离强力,又避免渗胶,同时又能保证面料的柔软舒适度。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种防水面料的生产工艺,提高防水面料的剥离强力,避免渗胶,同时又保证面料的柔软舒适度。
发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种防水面料的生产工艺,具体步骤包括,
S1、基布准备、练漂:将基布置于煮布锅内,在高温高压下,将煮练液循环进行煮练,煮练后用热水、冷水交替洗涤,除去基本表面杂质及油污;
S2、配备防水整理液:按重量份数计,选取100-120份纯水、80-90份整理剂、10-20份增效剂、1-2份PH中和剂、40-50份的聚氨酯以及3-5份的分散剂,并混合搅拌均匀,形成防水整理液;
S3、配备PU涂层原料:按重量份数计,选取80-90份的PU胶、5-6份的增稠剂,形成PU涂层原料,并注入涂胶辊内;
S4、喷射防水整理液:将基布放置在传输辊上进行传输,在基布的上下端面同时喷射防水整理液,使防水整理液向基布形成对喷;
S5、基布干燥处理:对已经喷射完成的基布进行脱水干燥处理,然后在130-140℃的温度下烘干10-20分钟,使基布处于不滴水状态,从而实现对基布的加湿处理以及初步防水处理;
S6、辊涂PU涂层:在基布表面通过涂胶辊辊涂PU涂层原料使基布表面形成多个均匀分布的圆点状PU涂层;
S7、喷洒PU胶粉:在含有圆点PU涂层的基布表面喷洒PU胶粉,使PU胶粉均匀附着在基布表面以及圆点状PU涂层上;
S8、加热烘干:先对基布表面进行红外加工处理,使PU涂层以及PU胶粉固着于基布表面,再将基布输送至烘干房内进行烘干定型。
本发明的进一步改进在于:步骤S2中,选取110份纯水、85份整理剂、15份增效剂、1份PH中和剂、45份的聚氨酯以及4份的分散剂,并混合搅拌均匀,形成防水整理液。
本发明的进一步改进在于:步骤S3中,选取85份的PU胶、6份的增稠剂,形成PU涂层原料,并注入涂胶辊内。
本发明的进一步改进在于:步骤S7中,烘干房的定型温度为120-150℃。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明配备特制的防水整理液,在基布的表面进行涂层喷粉前先经过防水整理液进行面料整理以及初步防水处理,适当提高了面料的含潮度,为后续涂层辊涂以及胶粉喷射提供一定的附着力,进一步起到防水处理的同时,保证提高防水面料的剥离强力,同时又避免出现渗胶,经防水整理液整理后的防水面料,具有较高的柔软舒适度。

本发明一种防水面料的生产工艺的一种实施方式,具体步骤包括,
S1、基布准备、练漂:将基布置于煮布锅内,在高温高压下,将煮练液循环进行煮练,煮练后用热水、冷水交替洗涤,除去基本表面杂质及油污;
S2、配备防水整理液:按重量份数计,选取100-120份纯水、80-90份整理剂、10-20份增效剂、1-2份PH中和剂、40-50份的聚氨酯以及3-5份的分散剂,并混合搅拌均匀,形成防水整理液;
S3、配备PU涂层原料:按重量份数计,选取80-90份的PU胶、5-6份的增稠剂,形成PU涂层原料,并注入涂胶辊内;
S4、喷射防水整理液:将基布放置在传输辊上进行传输,在基布的上下端面同时喷射防水整理液,使防水整理液向基布形成对喷;
S5、基布干燥处理:对已经喷射完成的基布进行脱水干燥处理,然后在130-140℃的温度下烘干10-20分钟,使基布处于不滴水状态,从而实现对基布的加湿处理以及初步防水处理;
S6、辊涂PU涂层:在基布表面通过涂胶辊辊涂PU涂层原料使基布表面形成多个均匀分布的圆点状PU涂层;
S7、喷洒PU胶粉:在含有圆点PU涂层的基布表面喷洒PU胶粉,使PU胶粉均匀附着在基布表面以及圆点状PU涂层上;
S8、加热烘干:先对基布表面进行红外加工处理,使PU涂层以及PU胶粉固着于基布表面,再将基布输送至烘干房内进行烘干定型。
进一步的,步骤S2中,选取110份纯水、85份整理剂、15份增效剂、1份PH中和剂、45份的聚氨酯以及4份的分散剂,并混合搅拌均匀,形成防水整理液。
进一步的,步骤S3中,选取85份的PU胶、6份的增稠剂,形成PU涂层原料,并注入涂胶辊内。
进一步的,步骤S7中,烘干房的定型温度为120-150℃。

Claims (4)

1.一种防水面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤包括,
S1、基布准备、练漂:将基布置于煮布锅内,在高温高压下,将煮练液循环进行煮练,煮练后用热水、冷水交替洗涤,除去基本表面杂质及油污;
S2、配备防水整理液:按重量份数计,选取100-120份纯水、80-90份整理剂、10-20份增效剂、1-2份PH中和剂、40-50份的聚氨酯以及3-5份的分散剂,并混合搅拌均匀,形成防水整理液;
S3、配备PU涂层原料:按重量份数计,选取80-90份的PU胶、5-6份的增稠剂,形成PU涂层原料,并注入涂胶辊内;
S4、喷射防水整理液:将基布放置在传输辊上进行传输,在基布的上下端面同时喷射防水整理液,使防水整理液向基布形成对喷;
S5、基布干燥处理:对已经喷射完成的基布进行脱水干燥处理,然后在130-140℃的温度下烘干10-20分钟,使基布处于不滴水状态,从而实现对基布的加湿处理以及初步防水处理;
S6、辊涂PU涂层:在基布表面通过涂胶辊辊涂PU涂层原料使基布表面形成多个均匀分布的圆点状PU涂层;
S7、喷洒PU胶粉:在含有圆点PU涂层的基布表面喷洒PU胶粉,使PU胶粉均匀附着在基布表面以及圆点状PU涂层上;
S8、加热烘干:先对基布表面进行红外加工处理,使PU涂层以及PU胶粉固着于基布表面,再将基布输送至烘干房内进行烘干定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防水面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,选取110份纯水、85份整理剂、15份增效剂、1份PH中和剂、45份的聚氨酯以及4份的分散剂,并混合搅拌均匀,形成防水整理液。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种防水面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,选取85份的PU胶、6份的增稠剂,形成PU涂层原料,并注入涂胶辊内。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种防水面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S7中,烘干房的定型温度为120-150℃。
