生存素与GM‑CSF的融合体、编码DNA、重组表达载体、抗肿瘤疫苗及其应用。所述生存素与GM‑CSF的融合体包含可操作地连接的生存素和GM‑CSF。编码所述生存素与GM‑CSF的融合体的DNA包含可操作地连接的生存素编码元件和GM‑CSF编码元件,其中所述生存素编码元件编码生存素的氨基酸序列,所述GM‑CSF编码元件编码GM‑CSF的氨基酸序列。所述融合体有效提高了生存素蛋白的免疫原性,所构建的重组BCG疫苗同时联合发挥BCG疫苗载体和治疗药物的作用,实现抗原、佐剂和疫苗载体的协同作用,使得肿瘤疫苗的免疫原性达到更有效、更持久的发挥。
