Abstract
本发明公开了一种包装纸表层触感材料及其制备方法,涉及触感材料生产技术领域,本发明按质量百分比由以下原料制成:水性聚氨酯分散体60‑70%、水性聚氨酯弹性乳液10‑20%、流平剂1‑3%、偶联剂3‑5%、手感蜡浆3‑5%、增稠剂0.3%、手感抗刮剂0.5‑2%、消泡剂0.1‑0.3%、水0‑3%,以上原料的质量百分比之和为100%;本发明有益效果在于:具有优异的天鹅绒触感、低光泽、高耐磨、耐刮、耐黄变以及耐白电油的性能,对高档产品包装和贵重金属包装盒上光,大大提高产品档次,并且起到良好保护作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及触感材料生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种包装纸表层触感材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在一些高档礼品盒和一些珠宝首饰盒外面的涂层都会涂布一层水性哑光天鹅绒触感光油,对水性哑光天鹅绒触感光油提出严格的技术要求,要求涂布后具有非常优异的天鹅绒触感,像丝绸和天鹅绒一样手感。
一些差的水性触感光油产品本身涂上去后泛白,触摸次数多后,出现触感变差、有划痕,甚至出现掉粉等现象,更有甚者放置时间长后,会出现粘连及黄变现象。
现有的触感(织绒)光油以水溶性为主,产品在稀释时一般是按照水和醇类4:6做成混合溶液,还是要使用到醇类物质,印刷表面遮盖性交叉而且产品稳定性不好,会出现同一印刷面触感强度不同导致的印刷效果不平均,所用溶剂挥发性强,在印刷过程中依然会产生voc排放和溶剂残留,长期使用对环保排放不利。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种稳定性高、印刷效果好的包装纸表层触感材料及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种包装纸表层触感材料,按质量百分比由以下原料制成:水性聚氨酯分散体60-70%、水性聚氨酯弹性乳液10-20%、流平剂1-3%、偶联剂3-5%、手感蜡浆3-5%、增稠剂0.3%、手感抗刮剂0.5-2%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%、水0-3%,以上原料的质量百分比之和为100%。
优选的:所述水性聚氨酯分散体的PH值为8、固含量为30%。
优选的:所述水性聚氨酯弹性乳液为Tg值小于0°C、固含量为35%的成膜乳液。
优选的:所述流平剂为聚硅氧烷聚醚共聚物。
优选的:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
优选的:所述手感蜡浆为聚四氟乙烯改性巴西棕榈蜡,所述手感蜡浆固含量为50%。
优选的:所述增稠剂为缔合型水性增稠剂。
优选的:所述手感抗刮剂为水性大分子有机硅。
优选的:所述水为去离子水。
如上述一种水性哑光天鹅绒触感光油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:在常温下,先加入水性聚氨酯分散体,然后加入分散剂和一部分消泡剂,分散搅拌30分钟、转速为900-l200r/min;
步骤S2:确保彻底分散开后,降低转速为600-900 r/min,加入水性聚氨酯弹性乳液,分散均匀;
步骤S3:依次加入手感蜡浆、流平剂、偶联剂、手感抗刮剂和剩余消泡剂,搅拌分散10分钟,使体系各种原料分散均匀;
步骤S4:灌装储存。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
具有优异的天鹅绒触感、低光泽、高耐磨、耐刮、耐黄变以及耐白电油的性能,对高档产品包装和贵重金属包装盒上光,大大提高产品档次,并且起到良好保护作用。

下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所采用的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的,下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
下面对本发明作进一步说明:
一种包装纸表层触感材料及其制备方法,按质量百分比由以下原料制成:水性聚氨酯分散体60-70%、水性聚氨酯弹性乳液10-20%、流平剂1-3%、偶联剂3-5%、手感蜡浆3-5%、增稠剂0.3%、手感抗刮剂0.5-2%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%、水0-3%,以上原料的质量百分比之和为100%;所述水性聚氨酯分散体的PH值为8、固含量为30%;所述水性聚氨酯弹性乳液为Tg值小于0°C、固含量为35%的成膜乳液;所述流平剂为聚硅氧烷聚醚共聚物;所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂;所述手感蜡浆为聚四氟乙烯改性巴西棕榈蜡,所述手感蜡浆固含量为50%;所述增稠剂为缔合型水性增稠剂;所述手感抗刮剂为水性大分子有机硅;所述水为去离子水。
如上述一种水性哑光天鹅绒触感光油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:在常温下,先加入水性聚氨酯分散体,然后加入分散剂和一部分消泡剂,分散搅拌30分钟、转速为900-l200r/min;
步骤S2:确保彻底分散开后,降低转速为600-900 r/min,加入水性聚氨酯弹性乳液,分散均匀;
步骤S3:依次加入手感蜡浆、流平剂、偶联剂、手感抗刮剂和剩余消泡剂,搅拌分散10分钟,使体系各种原料分散均匀;
步骤S4:灌装储存。
产品性能测试:
耐磨性:SUTHERLAND 2000耐磨仪,2磅压力、Speed4,200来回。
耐刮性:用手指甲,轻微用力刮已经干燥表面样品。
耐白电油:用棉签在白电油(正己烷)中充分吸收,后迅速在已经干燥的样品表面用力来回擦拭,观察表面是否有留下痕迹,记录来回擦洗的次数。
耐黄变:将已经涂布好的样品,放置50°C的烘箱中,一星期后观察是否黄变。
由测试结果可知增加聚氨酯分散体的用量,耐白电油性能会提高;增加水性聚氨酯弹性乳液的量后,耐刮性能有所提高,但耐白电油会有所下降,增加蜡的用量抗磨会有所提升,其中偶联剂会提升本身附着力效果。采用上述方案制备的光油,具有优异的天鹅绒触感、低光泽、高耐磨、耐刮、耐黄变以及耐白电油的性能,对高档产品包装和贵重金属包装盒上光,大大提高产品档次,并且起到良好保护作用。

1.一种包装纸表层触感材料,其特征在于:按质量百分比由以下原料制成:水性聚氨酯分散体60-70%、水性聚氨酯弹性乳液10-20%、流平剂1-3%、偶联剂3-5%、手感蜡浆3-5%、增稠剂0.3%、 手感抗刮剂0.5-2%、 消泡剂0.1-0.3%、水0-3%,以上原料的质量百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装纸表层触感材料,其特征在于:所述水性聚氨酯分散体的PH值为8、固含量为30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装纸表层触感材料,其特征在于:所述水性聚氨酯弹性乳液为Tg值小于0°C、固含量为35%的成膜乳液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装纸表层触感材料,其特征在于:所述流平剂为聚硅氧烷聚醚共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装纸表层触感材料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装纸表层触感材料,其特征在于:所述手感蜡浆为聚四氟乙烯改性巴西棕榈蜡,所述手感蜡浆固含量为50%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装纸表层触感材料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为缔合型水性增稠剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装纸表层触感材料,其特征在于:所述手感抗刮剂为水性大分子有机硅。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装纸表层触感材料,其特征在于:所述水为去离子水。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种包装纸表层触感材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:步骤S1:在常温下,先加入水性聚氨酯分散体,然后加入分散剂和一部分消泡剂,分散搅拌30分钟、转速为900-l200r/min;
步骤S2:确保彻底分散开后,降低转速为600-900 r/min,加入水性聚氨酯弹性乳液,分散均匀;
步骤S3:依次加入手感蜡浆、流平剂、偶联剂、手感抗刮剂和剩余消泡剂,搅拌分散10分钟,使体系各种原料分散均匀。
步骤S4:灌装储存。
