技术领域
本发明涉及水性触感油技术领域,具体涉及一种哑光耐刮擦水性触感油的制备方法。
背景技术
纸张是一类由植物纤维或无机纤维或有机纤维或金属纤维制成的一类薄片材料,为了使纸张具有良好的使用功能,需要在纸张表面涂布触感油,满足消费者的使用要求。但目前市场上生产的水性触感油存在不耐刮擦、泛白、抗老化性能差等缺点。因此,为了避免现有技术中存在的缺点,有必要对现有技术做出改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种抗刮擦好、手感好、抗白电油、抗酒精、不泛白、防粘结、防返粘的哑光耐刮擦水性触感油的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种哑光耐刮擦水性触感油的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤(1):准备原材料,所述原材料按质量百分比包括60%~85%水性哑光聚氨酯、0.1%~5%水性高光聚氨酯、0%~1%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、12%~32%稀释剂、0.2%~1%流平剂、0.2%~3.5%手感剂、0.2%~0.75%石蜡乳液、1%~3.5%固化剂、0%~3%成膜助剂、0.05%~2%增稠剂及0%~1%消泡剂;
步骤(2):把步骤(1)中的原材料添加到真空搅拌机中进行混合,真空搅拌机的搅拌速度为400r/min~600r/min,搅拌时间为75min~95min,制得混合液,所述混合液的固含量为32%~34%,粘度为600mPa.s~2000mPa.s,PH值为8.5~8.8;
步骤(3):把经过步骤(2)处理的混合液密封储存到罐体中,储存温度为25℃,遮光保存,得到成品。
进一步,所述步骤(2)中真空搅拌机的搅拌速度为500r/min,搅拌时间为85min。
进一步,所述稀释剂为异丙醇、蒸馏水或浓度为95%的酒精。
进一步,所述石蜡乳液为PP石蜡乳液或PE石蜡乳液。
进一步,所述原材料按质量百分比包括75%水性哑光聚氨酯、4%水性高光聚氨酯、0.45%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、15%稀释剂、0.75%流平剂、0.2%手感剂、2.5%固化剂、0.05%成膜助剂、1.16%增稠剂及0.89%消泡剂。
进一步,所述原材料按质量百分比包括76%水性哑光聚氨酯、3%水性高光聚氨酯、0.45%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、15%稀释剂、0.75%流平剂、0.5%手感剂、2.5%固化剂、1.16%增稠剂及0.64%消泡剂。
进一步,所述原材料按质量百分比包括76%水性哑光聚氨酯、2%水性高光聚氨酯、0.45%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、15%稀释剂、0.75%流平剂、1.5%手感剂、2.5%固化剂、1.16%增稠剂及0.64%消泡剂。

进一步,所述原材料按质量百分比包括69.5%水性哑光聚氨酯、3.5%水性高光聚氨酯、0.45%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、15%稀释剂、0.75%流平剂、3.5%手感剂、2.5%固化剂、3%成膜助剂、1.16%增稠剂及0.64%消泡剂。
相对于现有技术,本发明通过将原材料添加到真空搅拌机中进行混合,得到固含量为32%~34%、粘度为600mPa.s~2000mPa.s、PH值为8.5~8.8的混合液,制得的哑光耐刮擦水性触感油抗刮擦好、手感好、抗白电油、抗酒精、防干湿摩擦、不泛白、防粘结、防返粘、抗老化性能好。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种哑光耐刮擦水性触感油的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤(1):准备原材料,原材料按质量百分比包括60%~85%水性哑光聚氨酯、0.1%~5%水性高光聚氨酯、0%~1%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、12%~32%稀释剂、0.2%~1%流平剂、0.2%~3.5%手感剂、0.2%~0.75%石蜡乳液、1%~3.5%固化剂、0%~3%成膜助剂、0.05%~2%增稠剂及0%~1%消泡剂;稀释剂为异丙醇、蒸馏水或浓度为95%的酒精。石蜡乳液为PP石蜡乳液或PE石蜡乳液。
步骤(2):把步骤(1)中的原材料添加到真空搅拌机中进行混合,真空搅拌机的搅拌速度为400r/min~600r/min,搅拌时间为75min~95min,制得混合液,混合液的固含量为32%~34%、粘度为600~2000mPa.s、PH值为8.5~8.8;作为一种具体的实施方式,真空搅拌机的搅拌速度为500r/min,搅拌时间为85min。
步骤(3):把经过步骤(2)处理的混合液密封储存到罐体中,储存温度为25℃,遮光保存,得到成品。
水性哑光聚氨酯是一类自消光脂肪族聚氨酯树脂,它黑影度高,对纸张具有良好附着能力,在使用过程中添加碳化二亚胺类或氮丙啶类交联剂提高物性和耐候性能。
水性高光聚氨酯是一类水性脂肪族聚碳酸酯分散体,它具有良好的成膜性能、手感超软、不返粘、抗紫外线、抗刮擦、防水等特性。
水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体,它可以有效降低纸张涂层摩擦系数、防止粘连、提高抗磨损性能,属于功能性助剂。
95%浓度酒精或异丙醇或蒸馏水,作为溶剂或者稀释剂使用,其中95%浓度酒精和异丙醇具有很好的挥发性,在纸张烘干过程中能够迅速成膜,提高其成膜效果,适合在气刀涂布过程中使用,蒸馏水作为溶剂和稀释剂使用主要是为了调整水性触感油的固含量,触感纸在凹版印刷机生产过程中,网纹辊上的触感油转印到纸张表面,需要触感油具有一定的自流平性能,不需要快速成膜。
流平剂,作用是促使水性聚氨酯具有良好的流变性能,能够在纸张表面自流平,使纸张表面具有良好的成膜性和遮盖效果。
PP石蜡乳液或PE石蜡乳液,作用是使纸张具有一定的蜡质感、提高其抗刮擦能力、降低纸张涂层摩擦系数。
固化剂,作用是与水性聚氨酯内部羟基反应形成稳定的结构,促使纸张快速熟化,有效改善纸张耐刮擦性能。
成膜助剂,作用是提高纸张涂层成膜效果。促使聚氨酯涂层具有良好的遮盖效果,成膜柔韧、不发脆、良好附着性能、耐干湿摩擦性能,涂层在摩擦过程中不脱落等性能。
增稠剂,作用是调整水性触感油的粘度,适合触感油在不同涂布方式下的具有良好的流变性能。
消泡剂,作用是消除水性触感油中的气泡以及抑制气泡产生,避免在生产过程中由于水性触感油的湍流产生气泡,引起纸病。
通过以下实施例,本发明的制备方法采用不同比例的原材料制得哑光耐刮擦水性触感油。
实施例1:
原材料按质量百分比包括75%水性哑光聚氨酯、4%水性高光聚氨酯、0.45%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、15%稀释剂、0.75%流平剂、0.2%手感剂、2.5%固化剂、0.05%成膜助剂、1.16%增稠剂及0.89%消泡剂。
实施例2:
原材料按质量百分比包括76%水性哑光聚氨酯、3%水性高光聚氨酯、0.45%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、15%稀释剂、0.75%流平剂、0.5%手感剂、2.5%固化剂、1.16%增稠剂及0.64%消泡剂。
实施例3:
原材料按质量百分比包括76%水性哑光聚氨酯、2%水性高光聚氨酯、0.45%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、15%稀释剂、0.75%流平剂、1.5%手感剂、2.5%固化剂、1.16%增稠剂及0.64%消泡剂。
实施例4:
原材料按质量百分比包括76%水性哑光聚氨酯、1%水性高光聚氨酯、1%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、15%稀释剂、0.75%流平剂、2%手感剂、2.5%固化剂、1.16%增稠剂及0.59%消泡剂。
实施例5:
原材料按质量百分比包括74.5%水性哑光聚氨酯、2.5%水性高光聚氨酯、0.45%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、15%稀释剂、0.75%流平剂、2%手感剂、0.75%石蜡乳液、2.5%固化剂、1.16%增稠剂及0.39%消泡剂。
实施例6:
原材料按质量百分比包括69.5%水性哑光聚氨酯、3.5%水性高光聚氨酯、0.45%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、15%稀释剂、0.75%流平剂、3.5%手感剂、2.5%固化剂、3%成膜助剂、1.16%增稠剂及0.64%消泡剂。

步骤(1):准备原材料,所述原材料按质量百分比包括60%~85%水性哑光聚氨酯、0.1%~5%水性高光聚氨酯、0%~1%水性超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散体、12%~32%稀释剂、0.2%~1%流平剂、0.2%~3.5%手感剂、0.2%~0.75%石蜡乳液、1%~3.5%固化剂、0%~3%成膜助剂、0.05%~2%增稠剂及0%~1%消泡剂;
步骤(2):把步骤(1)中的原材料添加到真空搅拌机中进行混合,真空搅拌机的搅拌速度为400r/min~600r/min,搅拌时间为75min~95min,制得混合液,所述混合液的固含量为32%~34%,粘度为600mPa.s~2000mPa.s,PH值为8.5~8.8;
步骤(3):把经过步骤(2)处理的混合液密封储存到罐体中,储存温度为25℃,遮光保存,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的哑光耐刮擦水性触感油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中真空搅拌机的搅拌速度为500r/min,搅拌时间为85min。
