Abstract

盘式制动器包括一制动盘,它借助于支撑制动垫装置的制动卡钳夹紧。制动盘在朝向制垫面的一侧具有一凹的制动盘面。为了至少减小惰性制动时出现的噪音,制动盘面的凹度和制动垫面的凸度设计成能产生噪音减小的形状连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆的盘式制动器。
背景技术
盘式制动器能很好地适用于车辆的有目的的减速,然而在惰性制动过程中在低的系统压力范围偶尔会引发噪音,例如当汽车驶近人行道、信号灯时,这些噪音会干扰行人。
为了避免制动盘不均匀的磨损,DE 43 36 094 A1公开了用轮廓线来扩大制动盘。在这一实施例中制动盘为凹的弧形。这种结构很难避免所述的干扰噪音。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于对盘式制动器的制动盘及制动垫装置采取措施,在良好的制动效果时至少使在相应的操作条件下的噪音减小。
按照本发明,上述目的的技术方案在于一种用于车辆尤其汽车的盘式制动器,具有一制动盘、一与制动盘一起作用的固定在制动卡钳上的制动垫装置,其中,制动盘在朝向制动垫面的制动垫装置的一侧具有一凹的制动盘面,其特征在于,制动垫面(19)相对于凹的制动盘面(18)被设计成凸的,这样,在制动过程中,通过制动盘面(18)的凹度和制动垫面(19)的凸度在制动盘面(18)和制动垫面(19)之间的制动垫面(19)的主要范围产生噪音减小了的形状连接;
制动盘面(18)的凹度由凹度因子KF如下确定:
KF = K × 100 H
KF≥3
其中,K对应于外界限(20,21)和制动盘面(18)的最大凹入量(22)之间的尺寸,而H对应于制动垫面(19)的高度;
制动垫面(19)和制动盘面(18)之间的形状连接由导向因子F确定,F由下式确定:
F = LG H
F≥1.8
其中,LG为制动垫的几何长度,H为制动垫面的高度。
本发明所获得的主要优点在于,由于制动盘面的凹度和制动垫面的凸度而在制动过程中使这两面相互定中心。这样就实现了功能完善的形状连接,并减小了惰性制动、遇人行道和信号灯时的干扰噪音。
如果制动盘面的凹度由凹度因子确定为等于或大于3,则可获得良好的功能。一旦影响形状连接的导向因子F等于或大于1.8,则能附加地使两面产生噪音小的相互作用。如果根据制动盘面的中间摩擦周缘线UM和振荡波节来确定有效的制动垫长度LW,则可实现另一最佳点。
制动盘面的凹度和制动垫面的凸度从横截面看分别由半径构成。然而,凹度和凸度也可以由任意弧形的曲线或两段分别按钝角延伸的直线构成。最后也可以设想在制动盘之间设置一条或多条通道,和可以沿径向改变制动盘的壁厚。
在附图中表示了本发明的实施例,下面对其作详细说明。

具体实施方式
例如可以安装在公路车辆、有轨车辆、飞机等上的盘式制动器1包括一制动卡钳2和一带相对的摩擦半环4、5的制动盘3。
制动卡钳2设计成所谓的固定卡钳,其在制动盘3的两侧具有阻尼安装的制动垫装置6、7,它们可由活塞8、9加载。活塞8、9安装在卡钳壳体12、13的孔10、11中,可轴向移动。每个制动垫装置都包括一个支架14和一个垫15,它们相互牢固连接。支架14上设有容纳支承螺栓17的孔16。制动垫装置6安装在支承螺栓17上,可沿其轴向移动。
制动盘3在朝向制动垫装置6的一侧,即在摩擦半环4上具有一凹的制动盘面18。与制动盘面18相邻的制动垫装置6的制动垫面19对应于所述的制动盘面被设计成凸的。
制动盘面18的凹度由凹度因子KF确定如下:
KF = K × 100 H
KF≥3
其中K对应于外界限20、21和位于制动盘面18的中间摩擦周缘线UM上的最大凹入量22之间的尺寸,H为径向的制动垫面19的高度。
在制动过程中,在制动盘面18和制动垫面19之间产生形状连接,这一形状连接由下述的导向因子F确定:
F = LG H
F≥1.8
这里LG为图2中的制动垫的几何长度,如上所述H为径向制动垫面19的高度。
此外,制动盘面18和制动垫面19之间的形状连接根据图2的制动垫的有效长度可从下式读出:
LW≈0.7×LG
LW > UM N
在上式中,LG是制动垫的几何长度(图2),UM为制动盘面的中间摩擦周缘线,N为振荡波节的数量,其中LG和UM已在上面作了说明。
振荡波节SK的数量N例如可以是4、6、8。在图5中有六个振动波节SKI~SKVI,这与制动垫的有效长度LW有关。在这一实施例中,LW约为制动垫面圆周的1/6。波形的最大振幅,也称为波腹分别位于振动波节SKI~SKVI之间,并用阴影线表示,其中测量点MP包括在格子线GL上。
按照图1,从横截面看,制动盘面18的凹度由半径R构成。在图3中制动盘面18的凹度表示为任意弧形的曲线23,其在中部BM处比边缘部24、25要平坦。此外,凹度也可由按钝角α相互延伸的直线26、27构成。
从图1可知,摩擦半环4和5具有凹的制动盘面18、18’。也可以设想将制动盘面18制成凹的,而制动盘面18’制成平面的。
在摩擦半环4和5之间设有通道28,而摩擦半环4、5上可以设置多个通孔29,用于散热(图3)。
摩擦半环5的壁厚WDV(图3)相对于连续的壁厚WDK沿径向方向RRA变化。最好摩擦周缘线UM范围内的壁厚大于其余范围,也就是说,壁厚从摩擦周缘线UM朝中心看去是向着摩擦半环5的外侧减小。

Claims (8)

1.用于车辆尤其汽车的盘式制动器,具有一制动盘、一与制动盘一起作用的固定在制动卡钳上的制动垫装置,其中,制动盘在朝向制动垫面的制动垫装置的一侧具有一凹的制动盘面,其特征在于,制动垫面(19)相对于凹的制动盘面(18)被设计成凸的,这样,在制动过程中,通过制动盘面(18)的凹度和制动垫面(19)的凸度在制动盘面(18)和制动垫面(19)之间的制动垫面(19)的主要范围产生噪音减小了的形状连接;
制动盘面(18)的凹度由凹度因子KF如下确定:
KF = K × 100 H
KF≥3
其中,K对应于外界限(20,21)和制动盘面(18)的最大凹入量(22)之间的尺寸,而H对应于制动垫面(19)的高度;
制动垫面(19)和制动盘面(18)之间的形状连接由导向因子F确定,F由下式确定:

2.按照权利要求1的盘式制动器,其特征在于,制动垫面(19)和制动盘面(18)之间的形状连接由预定的制动垫面的有效长度按下式确定:
LW≈0.7×LG
LW > UM N
其中,LW为有效的制动垫长度,UM为制动盘面的平均摩擦周缘线,W为振荡波节(SK)的数量4,6,8。
3.按照前述权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,从横截面看去,制动盘面(18)的凹度和制动垫面(19)的凸度分别由半径(R)构成。
4.按照前述权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,从横截面看去,制动盘面(18)的凹度和制动垫面(19)的凸度由任意的弧形曲线(23)或两段分别按钝角α相互延伸的直线(26,27)构成。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,该盘式制动器具有相对的制动垫,制动垫作用在相邻的制动盘面上,其中,在制动盘(3)一侧,制动盘面(18)是凹的,而制动垫面(19)是凸的,相反,在制动盘(3)的另一侧,制动盘面(18’)和制动垫面被设计成平面。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,制动盘面(18,18’)包括间隔的摩擦半环(4,5),在所述的摩擦半环(4,5)之间设置一条或几条通道(28)。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,制动盘面(18,18’)包括间隔的摩擦半环(4,5),所述摩擦半环(4,5)的壁厚在径向方向(RRA)上变化。
8.按照权利要求7的盘式制动器,其特征在于,在摩擦半环(4,5)的中间的摩擦周缘线(UM)范围的壁厚要大于其余范围。
