1)将异壬酸异壬酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、聚乙烯、蜂蜡、三羟基硬脂精加入,搅拌加热至完全溶解;
2)步骤1)中加入二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石、PEG-30羊毛脂,搅拌混合均匀,保温搅拌,冷却降温;
3)步骤2)加入山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯、聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯、异十六烷,搅拌均匀,降温;
4)依次加入姜黄根提取物、白池花籽油、刺阿干树仁油、乙基己基甘油、苯并三唑基十二烷基对甲酚、白花春黄菊花油、迷迭香叶油、姜黄素,开启搅拌,混合均匀,抽真空,降温;
5)检验合格后出料,灌装,得到天然温感姜黄卸妆膏。
进一步,所述步骤1)中,加热的温度为85~90℃。
进一步,所述步骤2)中,冷却降温至80~85℃。
进一步,所述步骤3)中,冷却降温至温度55~65℃。
进一步,所述步骤5)中,冷却降温至温度50~55℃时进行出料,在72~75℃下进行灌装,得到天然温感姜黄卸妆膏。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的天然温感姜黄卸妆膏是以山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯和聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯作为卸妆的主要成分,配合多孔结构-二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石,锁住清洁因子和天然油酯,一触即融,释放乳化微粒-乳化溶解彩妆(眼影、睫毛膏、眼线液)和毛孔污物,温和无刺激,无需二次卸妆;在使用时,姜黄(CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物同时释放姜辣素,产生温感,促进皮肤毛孔打开,促进血液循环,消除疲劳一整天。同时该卸妆膏在高温和低温条件下均保持较高稳定性;并且该卸妆膏用姜黄素调了淡淡天然黄的外观颜色,受到广大消费者的青睐。其制备方法简单,适用于大规模工业化生产。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
一种天然温感姜黄卸妆膏,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:
异壬酸异壬酯:10-15%、异十六烷:10-15%、山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯:0-15%、聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯:0-5%、聚乙烯:3-5%、二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石:3-5%、PEG-30羊毛脂:2-4%、三羟基硬脂精:0.5-1.5%、蜂蜡:0.5-2%、姜黄根提取物:0.3-1.5%、白池花籽油:0.1-1%、刺阿干树仁油:0.1-1%、乙基己基甘油:0.05-0.1%、苯并三唑基十二烷基对甲酚:0.1-0.2%、白花春黄菊花油:0.1-0.3%、迷迭香叶油:0.1-0.2%、姜黄素:0.005-0.015%、余量为:棕榈酸乙基己酯。
山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯,高HLB值,是一种具有优异乳化作用的非离子表面活性剂,结构巨大,对彩妆的融妆能力强,卸妆效果好。
聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯,低HLB值=4.2,其宽大的亲油端和窄小的亲水端组成了三角形立体结构,使形成的乳液中分散液滴曲率较大,即形成的分散液滴较小。
山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯搭配聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯,这两种乳化剂的复配使用,可降低表面张力,同时提高界面膜中乳化剂的堆积密度,使之更接近临界堆积参数,减小乳液粒径。从而达到更好的卸妆效果。
白池花(LIMNANTHES ALBA)籽油具有非常好的抗氧化剂,同时也能舒展肌肤纹理,深层修复肌肤损失,提升肌肤整体轮廓。
刺阿干树(ARGANIA SPINOSA)仁油具有对人体有较好的抗氧化能力,以及修复皮肤的脂质屏障,对敏感性肌肤又一定的修护效果。
白花春黄菊(ANTHEMIS NOBILIS)花油具有良好的抗炎效果,同时能消除自由基,有抗氧化性,达到缓解衰老的作用。
实施例1~5
实施1-5的卸妆膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将异壬酸异壬酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯余量、聚乙烯、蜂蜡、三羟基硬脂精,加入主锅中,搅拌;升温至85-90℃,完全溶解后,
2)加入二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石、PEG-30羊毛脂,搅拌混合均匀(可适当均质),保温搅拌,冷却至82℃,
3)加入山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯、聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯、异十六烷,搅拌均匀,降温;
4)降温至60℃依次加入姜黄(CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物、白池花(LIMNANTHESALBA)籽油、刺阿干树(ARGANIA SPINOSA)仁油、乙基己基甘油、苯并三唑基十二烷基对甲酚、白花春黄菊(ANTHEMIS NOBILIS)花油、迷迭香(ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS)叶油、姜黄素,开启搅拌,混合均匀,抽真空,降温;
5)降至50-55℃时,检验合格后出料。此产品需热灌,温度控制在72-75℃灌装,得到天然温感姜黄卸妆膏。
实施例1~5的卸妆膏的配方,具体见表1。

卸妆使用感受测试
一、测试产品:1.I’m Chic眼线液笔;2.Clio棕色睫毛膏;3.Clio棕色睫毛膏;4.Clio棕色睫毛膏。
二、测试条件:1.干手条件下,用滴管取2ml料体;2.计时揉搓15秒;3.加少量水,乳化揉搓15秒;4.洗净,用纸巾印掉表面残留水分。测试结果见图1。
由图1可知,实施例3的卸妆效果明显优于实施例1和2,数据证明,山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯搭配聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯有明显提高卸妆能力的效果。
卸妆膏肤感测试试验:
一、试验品:实例卸妆膏、市售相似卸妆膏。
二、受试人群:选用年龄在20-40岁的女性志愿者50名,其中25名的皮肤为干性皮肤,另外25名的皮肤为油性皮肤,且都非严重系统疾病、无免疫缺陷或者自身免疫疾病者,无活动过敏性疾病,无体质高度敏感者,近一个月内未曾使用激素类药物和免疫抑制剂这。
测试方法:每个样品对应选择干性皮肤和油性皮肤的女性志愿者各2名,使用五次,每天一次,共测试5天,测试部位为志愿者脸部,在志愿者使用相同的化妆品上妆后,取相同量的料体,计时揉搓20秒,加水乳化后,冲洗进行卸妆测试。分别测试对乳化速度、易冲洗程度、使用后油膜感、卸妆效果和温和度进行评分(1-10分,1分最差,10分最好),取平均分,同时测试温感度(无、适中、热)结果参见表2。

由表2可见,实施1~5制备的卸妆膏在乳化速度、易冲洗程度、使用后油膜感、卸妆效果、温和度、温感度等方面综合测评,使用体验感最好的是实施例3,深受志愿者的青睐。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种天然温感姜黄卸妆膏,其特征在于,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:
异壬酸异壬酯:10-15%、异十六烷:10-15%、山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯:0-15%、聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯:0-5%、聚乙烯:3-5%、二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石:3-5%、PEG-30羊毛脂:2-4%、三羟基硬脂精:0.5-1.5%、蜂蜡:0.5-2%、姜黄根提取物:0.3-1.5%、白池花籽油:0.1-1%、刺阿干树仁油:0.1-1%、乙基己基甘油:0.05-0.1%、苯并三唑基十二烷基对甲酚:0.1-0.2%、白花春黄菊花油:0.1-0.3%、迷迭香叶油:0.1-0.2%、姜黄素:0.005-0.015%、余量为:棕榈酸乙基己酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的天然温感姜黄卸妆膏,其特征在于,所述天然温感姜黄卸妆膏包括下按重量百分比计的原料:异壬酸异壬酯:15%、异十六烷:15%、山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯:15%、聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯:5%、聚乙烯:3.8%、二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石:3.5%、PEG-30羊毛脂:2%、三羟基硬脂精:1%、蜂蜡:0.9%、姜黄根提取物:0.4%、白池花籽油:0.5%、刺阿干树仁油:0.5%、乙基己基甘油:0.1%、苯并三唑基十二烷基对甲酚:0.1%、白花春黄菊花油:0.1%、迷迭香叶油:0.1%、姜黄素:0.005%、余量为:棕榈酸乙基己酯。
3.权利要求1或2所述的天然温感姜黄卸妆膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将异壬酸异壬酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、聚乙烯、蜂蜡、三羟基硬脂精加入,搅拌加热至完全溶解;
2)步骤1)中加入二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石、PEG-30羊毛脂,搅拌混合均匀,保温搅拌,冷却降温;
3)步骤2)加入山梨醇聚醚-30四油酸酯、聚甘油-3聚蓖麻醇酸酯、异十六烷,搅拌均匀,降温;
4)依次加入姜黄根提取物、白池花籽油、刺阿干树仁油、乙基己基甘油、苯并三唑基十二烷基对甲酚、白花春黄菊花油、迷迭香叶油、姜黄素,开启搅拌,混合均匀,抽真空,降温;
5)检验合格后出料,灌装,得到天然温感姜黄卸妆膏。
4.如权利要求3所述的天然温感姜黄卸妆膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中,加热的温度为85~90℃。
5.如权利要求3所述的天然温感姜黄卸妆膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中,冷却降温至80~85℃。
6.如权利要求3所述的天然温感姜黄卸妆膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中,冷却降温至温度55~65℃。
7.如权利要求3所述的天然温感姜黄卸妆膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中,冷却降温至温度50~55℃时进行出料,在72~75℃下进行灌装,得到天然温感姜黄卸妆膏。
