清洁产品在化妆品中属于一大类,占据全球护肤品市场的20%以上。在皮肤保养的过程中,洁肤是第一步,清洁皮肤不仅是保持肌肤卫生健康不可或缺的步骤,同时也是皮肤保养的基础,因此它是人们生活中的必需环节。根据消费者需求,市场上已开发出多种不同类型的清洁类化妆品,如卸妆水、卸妆乳、卸妆油、卸妆膏、卸妆洁面乳、眼唇卸妆液等,而不同类型的清洁产品使用性能各不相同,针对彩妆产品的清洁效果也各有差异。如卸妆水对于疏水成膜剂卸妆效果一般,并且配合卸妆棉使用更加剧了其对皮肤的物理伤害;卸妆油的使用油腻、需要乳化才能清洗彻底、容易去除过多皮脂等特点,并且对于水性成膜剂清洁效果一般。而含油卸妆啫喱和卸妆乳霜则避免了卸妆水和卸妆油的不足,近几年越来越受年轻消费群体的欢迎。

中国专利201410683413.4(已放弃)公开了一种温和的眼唇部卸妆啫喱,其包括以下重量百分比的组分:环五聚二甲硅氧烷22~26%、 1,3-丁二醇6~8%、苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油0.2~0.3%、异十二烷 5~6%、氨甲基丙醇/水混合物0.46~0.61%、EDTA二钠0.05%、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物6~8%、辛二醇/乙基己基甘油0.1%、色料 0.0004%、甲基丙二醇8~12%、马齿苋提取物/水/丁二醇混合物1~ 3%、橄榄油PEG-7酯类3~5%、水余量。
中国专利申请201710069242.X(已放弃)公开了一种微乳化卸妆啫喱及其制备方法,该微乳化卸妆啫喱包含以组分:辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯22.0%~28.0%、甘油三乙基己酸酯14.0%~19.0%、微乳化剂与洁肤剂10.0%~20.0%、油橄榄果油6.0%~8.0%、生育酚乙酸酯 0.1%~0.5%、丙烯酰胺二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.1%~0.3%、透明质酸钠0.02%~0.05%、防腐剂0.6%~0.8%、PPG-9双甘油醚1.0%~ 4.0%、甘油12.0%~18.0%、丁二醇5.0%~9.0%、乙基己基甘油0.10%~ 0.20%、辛甘醇0.10%~0.3%、香精0.05%~0.10%、去离子水余量。
中国专利申请201710119744.9(已放弃)公开了一种卸妆啫喱及其制备方法,其中,卸妆啫喱包括(重量份):油脂1.2-4.8份、乳化剂3.2-11.4份、杀菌防腐剂0.1-0.35份、丁羟甲苯0.01-0.05 份、卡波姆0.1-0.6份、氨甲基丙二醇0.1-0.6份、去离子水70-90 份;所用的乳化剂包括氢化卵磷脂、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、PPG-4-鲸蜡醇聚醚-20,氢化卵磷脂、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、PPG-4-鲸蜡醇聚醚-20的重量比为(0.1-1):(3-10):(0.1-0.4)。
中国专利201710522945.3公开了一种弹性透明卸妆啫喱组合物,该组合物是A组份、B组份和C组份组成;A组份由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20~35%、二辛基醚3~10%、防腐剂适量组成;B组份由甘油8~25%、聚乙二醇-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯3~10%、EDTA二钠0.05%、水30~65%组成;C组份由高山雪绒草花提取物0.5~5%、鼠尾草籽提取物0.3~3%、水解胶原蛋白0.2~1.5%、色料0.0005%、香精适量组成。
中国专利201711291797.5公开了一种卸妆啫喱及其制备方法,该卸妆啫喱按质量百分比包括:椰油醇-辛酸酯/葵酸酯25-60%、甘油15-40%、谷草菌酯肽钠0.3-1.0%、柠檬茶树油0.8-1.5%、甜扁桃油5-20%、沙棘果油3-10%、透明质酸酶0.02-0.05%、余量为去离子水。
中国专利申请202110721694.8(在审)公开了一种冰沙状的用于卸妆和面部清洁的组合物,其包含丙烯酸(酯)类交联聚合物钠-2 或聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉等,形成独特的慕斯冰沙质地,以便通过按摩,加速溶解彩妆。
然而这类产品也存在一些问题,如:有些卸妆乳霜和卸妆啫喱中搭配了合适的乳化剂和油脂量,但会存在乳化剂稳定乳化配方中的油脂后,难以破乳释放配方中油脂,导致对于彩妆的融妆能力一般;而另一方面,配方中的乳化剂因为已经乳化油脂,导致乳化剂的卸妆性能受到一定影响,卸妆后残留感重,难以达到满意的效果。有些卸妆乳霜和啫喱使用较多的油脂来溶解彩妆,减少乳化剂用量,但是油脂增多,可能造成配方的不稳定,影响产品的上市销售。
因此,有必要提供一种卸妆啫喱,这种卸妆啫喱能够强效清除粉底、眼线、眼影、唇釉等各类彩妆,并且融妆卸妆速度快,温和不刺激,长期稳定性良好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种卸妆啫喱及其制备方法,该卸妆啫喱采用采用D相乳化法制备,能够强效清除粉底、眼线、眼影、唇釉等各类彩妆,融妆卸妆速度快,温和不刺激,长期稳定性良好。
为了实现本发明的目的,一方面本发明提供了一种卸妆啫喱,以重量百分比计,该组合物包括纯化水以及如下的组分:
非离子乳化剂:2.5%-8%
胆甾醇聚醚类乳化剂:0.1%-0.6%
磷酸酯类乳化剂:0.1%-0.8%
阴离子乳化剂:0.01%-0.2%
油脂:60%-80%
小分子多元醇:8%-18%
其中,所采用的非离子乳化剂为PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯、蔗糖酯类乳化剂、聚甘油类乳化剂中的至少一种。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,发明人为了克服现有技术存在的问题,选择使用D相乳化技术来制备卸妆啫喱。D相乳化技术是上世纪八十年代Sagitani所提出的,其可以制备粒径微细、稳定性俱佳的乳化体系,且能节省乳化机械的能量输入。本发明通过使用这种D相乳化技术,利用少量的乳化剂,即可乳化大量油脂,这一方面会减少乳化剂(表面活性剂)带来的刺激性,另一方面,由于存在更多的油脂,会带来更好的融妆能力。
实质上,D相乳化法就是表面活性剂相乳化法,该方法是将油分散于含水和多元醇的表面活性剂中,制得O-D(油在表面活性剂)乳状液。O-D乳状液是透明的或者半透明的,因为分散介质和分散相的折射率相近,内相比例大,连续相呈薄膜状的缘故。D相(又称作表面活性剂相)的界面膜张力趋近于0,当外界条件发生变化时很容易发生相态转变,形成十分微小的O/W或W/O乳化体,几乎不需要过多的机械能量输入。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,其配方的各组分及其比例相对比较严格,主要目的是实现卸妆啫喱的如下功能:产品本身在存储或未使用状态下是稳定的,而在使用时能够快速破乳,释放出油相中的油脂,以快速发挥卸妆能力。本发明所设计的D相乳化的卸妆啫喱,其结构相对容易受到施用于皮肤后的外界影响,皮肤上存在的妆容、温度引起的水分挥发、人手施加的剪切力、面部皮肤的微酸性环境等,卸妆啫喱由O/W体系很快破乳,释放体系中的油脂,发挥卸妆能力,后期用水冲洗,又会很快转化为O/W体系,将妆容冲洗带走,洗后清爽。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,所采用的胆甾醇聚醚类乳化剂是一种聚醚型非离子表面活性剂,其在卸妆啫喱中的主要作用是乳化作用,对眼睛和皮肤无刺激。由于其分子结构大,在体系中具有较好的稳定乳化结构和增稠能力。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,所采用的磷酸酯类乳化剂起液晶乳化剂的作用,对眼睛和皮肤无刺激。具有良好的稳定乳化结构和增稠能力。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,所采用的阴离子表面活性剂,具有较好的清洁能力,对眼睛和皮肤无刺激。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,将胆甾醇聚醚类乳化剂与磷酸酯类乳化剂搭配组合,由于两者分子结构大,且是液晶类产品常用的乳化剂,可以很好地稳定乳化界面膜,加强D相乳化产品的稳定性,防止D相乳化产品在储运或未使用时出现变稀分层的现象;而同步使用少量阴离子乳化剂,可进一步加强D相乳化产品的稳定性。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,所采用的蔗糖酯类乳化剂和聚甘油类乳化剂的HLB值均大于8。所谓的HLB值(Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance Number),也称亲水疏水平衡值,或称水油度,其能说明表面活性剂分子中的亲水基团与亲油基团的平衡关系。即,HLB=亲水基的亲水性/亲油基的亲油性。HLB值越大代表亲水性越强,越小代表亲油性越强,一般在1~40之间。亲水亲油转折点的HLB为10,HLB小于10为亲油性,大于10为亲水性。在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,选取蔗糖酯类乳化剂和聚甘油类乳化剂的HLB值均大于8,意味着其在接近亲油性和亲水性之间、且倾向于亲水性。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,所采用的蔗糖酯类乳化剂为选自于但不限于如下一组物质中的至少一种:蔗糖硬脂酸酯、蔗糖棕榈酸酯、蔗糖月桂酸酯、蔗糖椰油酸酯等;所采用的聚甘油类乳化剂选自于如下一组物质中的至少一种:聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10山嵛酸酯等。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,所采用的胆甾醇聚醚类乳化剂为选自于但不限于如下一组物质中的至少一种:胆甾醇聚醚-5、胆甾醇聚醚 -10、胆甾醇聚醚-15、胆甾醇聚醚-20、胆甾醇聚醚-24等,优选为胆甾醇聚醚-10。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,所采用的阴离子乳化剂为选自于但不限于如下一组物质中的至少一种:硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、甲基硬脂酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠、硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠等。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,所采用的磷酸酯类乳化剂为选自于但不限于如下一组物质中的至少一种:三(鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯、三(鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-5)磷酸酯、三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯等。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,所采用的油脂为非极性烃油、酯油、甲基硅油中的至少一种;其中,非极性烃油可以为选自于但不限于如下一组物质中的至少一种:液态链烷烃、液态异链烷烃、氢化聚异丁烯、角鲨烷、氢化聚癸烯等;酯油可以为选自于但不限于如下一组物质中的至少一种:甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、硬脂酸乙基己酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、异壬酸异壬酯、异硬脂酸酯异丙酯、油酸乙酯、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯等;甲基硅油可以为选自于但不限于如下一组物质中的至少一种:十甲基环戊硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甲基聚硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷等。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,所采用的小分子多元醇可以为如下一组物质中的至少一种:甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇和 1,2-己二醇。
在本发明的卸妆啫喱中,还可以进一步包括0.01-0.1%的 EDTA-2Na、0.01-0.5%的防腐剂和/或0.01%-5%的皮肤调理剂。其中,所采用的所述的防腐剂可以为但不限于苯氧乙醇、甘油辛酸酯、甘油十一碳烯酸酯中的至少一种;所采用的皮肤调理剂可以为选自于但不限于如下一组物质中的至少一种:椰子油、油菜籽油、油橄榄果油、角鲨烷、霍霍巴籽油、生育酚、牛油果树果脂、可可籽脂、生育酚乙酸酯和白池花籽油。
另一方面,为了实现本发明的发明目的,本发明还提供了一种制备上述卸妆啫喱的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将乳化缸温度调节为70-80℃,在搅拌状态下,依次向乳化缸中缓慢加入非离子乳化剂、胆甾醇聚醚类乳化剂、磷酸酯类乳化剂和多元醇,搅拌熔解至均匀无颗粒状态;
(2)称取部分水相加入外置容器中,将阴离子乳化剂加入上述水相中,外置加热到65-75℃溶解至透明无颗粒状。
(3)将上述步骤(2)所得混合物加入上述步骤(1)中,搅拌均匀后开启降温到45-60℃;
(4)将油脂加入油相缸中,设置温度为45-60℃,开启加热和搅拌;
(5)上述过程完成后,在搅拌状态下,将油相缸中的原料缓慢抽入乳化缸中,保温;
(6)上述过程完成后,在搅拌状态下,将剩下的水相缓慢加入乳化缸中,完成后乳化缸降温并继续搅拌,出料。
在上述本发明的制备方法中,步骤(2)中还包括在水相中加入 EDTA-2Na;步骤(4)中还包括在油相缸中加入皮肤调理剂。
本发明的卸妆啫喱采用D相乳化法制备,能够强效清除粉底、眼线、眼影、唇釉等各类彩妆,融妆卸妆速度快,温和不刺激,长期稳定性良好,具有广阔的市场前景。
下面,结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明,但这些具体实施方式只是针对本发明某些特定的具体实施方式的说明而已,并非是对本发明的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的情况下,还可以作出若干改进和变型,这也视为本发明的保护范围。
具体实施方式
制备实施例1
本实施例所采用的原料配方如下:
PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯:4%
胆甾醇聚醚-10:0.6%
三(鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯:0.3%
甲基硬脂酰基牛磺酸钠:0.1%
甘油三(乙基己酸)酯:50%
棕榈酸乙基己酯:15%
异十六烷:10%
甘油:8%
丁二醇:7%
EDTA-2Na:0.01%
对羟基苯乙酮:0.15%
角鲨烷:0.2%
水:余量。
其制备过程包括如下步骤:
(1)设置乳化缸温度为75℃,在搅拌状态下,依次向乳化缸中缓慢加入PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯、胆甾醇聚醚-10、三(鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯和多元醇,搅拌熔解至均匀无颗粒状态;
(2)称取部分水相加入外置容器中,将甲基硬脂酰基牛磺酸钠和EDTA-2Na加入上述水相中,外置加热到70℃溶解至透明无颗粒状。
(3)将上述步骤(2)所得混合物加入上述步骤(1)中,搅拌均匀后开启降温到45-60℃;
(4)将上述甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、异十六烷和角鲨烷加入油相缸中,设置温度为45-60℃,开启加热和搅拌;
(5)上述过程完成后,在搅拌状态下,将油相缸中的原料缓慢抽入乳化缸中,保温;
(6)上述过程完成后,在搅拌状态下,将剩下的水相缓慢加入乳化缸中,完成后乳化缸降温并继续搅拌,出料。
制备实施例2
本实施例所采用的原料配方如下:
蔗糖月桂酸酯:5%
胆甾醇聚醚-10:0.3%
三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯:0.5%
硬脂酰谷氨酸钠:0.05%
甘油三(乙基己酸)酯:30%

其制备过程包括如下步骤:
(1)设置乳化缸温度为73℃,在搅拌状态下,依次向乳化缸中缓慢加入蔗糖月桂酸酯、胆甾醇聚醚-10、三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯和多元醇,搅拌熔解至均匀无颗粒状态;
(2)称取部分水相加入外置容器中,将硬脂酰谷氨酸钠和 EDTA-2Na加入上述水相中,外置加热到68℃溶解至透明无颗粒状。
(3)将上述步骤(2)所得混合物加入上述步骤(1)中,搅拌均匀后开启降温到45-60℃;
(4)将上述甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、异十六烷和角鲨烷加入油相缸中,设置温度为45-60℃,开启加热和搅拌;
(5)上述过程完成后,在搅拌状态下,将油相缸中的原料缓慢抽入乳化缸中,保温;
(6)上述过程完成后,在搅拌状态下,将剩下的水相缓慢加入乳化缸中,完成后乳化缸降温并继续搅拌,出料。
制备实施例3
本实施例所采用的原料配方如下:
聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯:5%
胆甾醇聚醚-10:0.3%
三(鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯:0.6%

其制备过程包括如下步骤:
(1)设置乳化缸温度为78℃,在搅拌状态下,依次向乳化缸中缓慢加入聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、胆甾醇聚醚-10、三(鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯和多元醇,搅拌熔解至均匀无颗粒状态;
(2)称取部分水相加入外置容器中,将甲基硬脂酰基牛磺酸钠和EDTA-2Na加入上述水相中,外置加热到73℃溶解至透明无颗粒状。
(3)将上述步骤(2)所得混合物加入上述步骤(1)中,搅拌均匀后开启降温到45-60℃;
(4)将上述甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、异十六烷和角鲨烷加入油相缸中,设置温度为45-60℃,开启加热和搅拌;
(5)上述过程完成后,在搅拌状态下,将油相缸中的原料缓慢抽入乳化缸中,保温;
(6)上述过程完成后,在搅拌状态下,将剩下的水相缓慢加入乳化缸中,完成后乳化缸降温并继续搅拌,出料。
测试实施例
1.稳定性测试。将制备实施例1、实施例2、实施例3进行稳定性评估,实验结果汇总于表1中。
2.卸妆能力测试,取实施例1和市售某卸妆啫喱进行卸妆效果评估。测试方法:安排30名年龄20~55岁身体健康成年人,根据随机表在前手臂内侧的4个面积大小相同的区域(3×3cm)分别均匀涂抹等量的唇釉、睫毛膏,10min后分别将50mg的实施例1、市售卸妆啫哩置于对应的测试区域,依次沿同一个方向按摩20秒后加适量的水乳化10秒后冲洗,并对卸妆啫哩的卸妆能力依次进行评分。测试环境温度为21±1℃,相对湿度为50±5%。卸妆能力的分值越高,表示卸妆能力越强,评分范围是0-10分,评分统计结果如下表2:

1.一种卸妆啫喱,以重量百分比计,该卸妆啫喱包括纯化水以及如下的组分:
非离子乳化剂:2.5%-8%、
胆甾醇聚醚类乳化剂:0.1%-0.6%、
磷酸酯类乳化剂:0.1%-0.8%、
阴离子乳化剂:0.01%-0.2%、
油脂:60%-80%、
小分子多元醇:8%-18%,
其中,所述的非离子乳化剂为PEG-20甘油三异硬脂酸酯、蔗糖酯类乳化剂、聚甘油类乳化剂中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的卸妆啫喱,其中,所述的卸妆啫喱是采用D相乳化法制备的。
3.如权利要求1所述的卸妆啫喱,其中,所述的蔗糖酯类乳化剂和所述的聚甘油类乳化剂的HLB值均大于8。
4.如权利要求1所述的卸妆啫喱,其中,所述的蔗糖酯类乳化剂为选自于如下一组物质中的至少一种:蔗糖硬脂酸酯、蔗糖棕榈酸酯、蔗糖月桂酸酯和蔗糖椰油酸酯;所述的聚甘油类乳化剂选自于如下一组物质中的至少一种:聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯和聚甘油-10山嵛酸酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的卸妆啫喱,其中,所述的胆甾醇聚醚类乳化剂为选自于如下一组物质中的至少一种:胆甾醇聚醚-5、胆甾醇聚醚-10、胆甾醇聚醚-15、胆甾醇聚醚-20和胆甾醇聚醚-24,优选为胆甾醇聚醚-10。
6.如权利要求1所述的卸妆啫喱,其中,所述的阴离子乳化剂为选自于如下一组物质中的至少一种:硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、甲基硬脂酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰乳酰乳酸钠和硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠。
7.如权利要求1所述的卸妆啫喱,其中,所述的磷酸酯类乳化剂为选自于如下一组物质中的至少一种:三(鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯、三(鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-5)磷酸酯和三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯。
8.如权利要求1所述的卸妆啫喱,其中,所述的油脂为非极性烃油、酯油、甲基硅油中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求8所述的卸妆啫喱,其中,所述的非极性烃油为选自于如下一组物质中的至少一种:液态链烷烃、液态异链烷烃、氢化聚异丁烯、角鲨烷和氢化聚癸烯;所述的酯油为选自于如下一组物质中的至少一种:甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、硬脂酸乙基己酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、异壬酸异壬酯、异硬脂酸酯异丙酯、油酸乙酯和C12-15醇苯甲酸酯;所述的甲基硅油为选自于如下一组物质中的至少一种:十甲基环戊硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甲基聚硅氧烷和甲基苯基聚硅氧烷。
10.一种制备如权利要求1-9之一所述的卸妆啫喱的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将乳化缸温度调节为70-80℃,在搅拌状态下,依次向乳化缸中缓慢加入非离子乳化剂、胆甾醇聚醚类乳化剂、磷酸酯类乳化剂和多元醇,搅拌熔解至均匀无颗粒状态;
(2)称取部分水相加入外置容器中,将阴离子乳化剂加入上述水相中,外置加热到65-75℃溶解至透明无颗粒状。
(3)将上述步骤(2)所得混合物加入上述步骤(1)中,搅拌均匀后开启降温到45-60℃;
(4)将油脂加入油相缸中,设置温度为45-60℃,开启加热和搅拌;
(5)上述过程完成后,在搅拌状态下,将油相缸中的原料缓慢抽入乳化缸中,保温;
(6)上述过程完成后,在搅拌状态下,将剩下的水相缓慢加入乳化缸中,完成后乳化缸降温并继续搅拌,出料。
