Abstract
本发明公开了一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶,所述卡波姆痔疮凝胶的制备原料包括卡波姆50~100份、植物萃取液20~30份、聚乙烯醇5~8份、甘油7~14份、苯甲醇3~6份、纯化水30~80份,所述植物萃取液的植物原料为枳实、麦门冬、虎杖、龙胆草、金银花、丹参、白芍中的一种或几种,本发明一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶,利用国际先进的低温冷凝萃取技术,从植物中萃取羧酸基团配置成溶液后,再经过纳米技术处理,得到的含羧酸基团因子的溶液与卡波姆经过络合作用后,强化分子结构中羧酸基的特性,结合临床试验研究,合作研发的阴道填塞凝胶敷料产品,具有生物相容性好,作用时间长,广谱抗菌,安全性高的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及卡波姆凝胶领域,具体是一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶。
背景技术
阴道炎是导致外阴阴道症状如瘙痒、灼痛、刺激和异常流液的一组病症,可由各种原因引起,与感染、菌群失调、激素水平有关,常表现为阴道分泌物增多、瘙痒、白带异常,其类型比较多,需要根据具体类型选择合适的治疗方法,以免对女性生育、生活或健康造成影响,阴道炎疾病的症状表现并不是十分的突出的,但疾病的发生会严重的损害到女性的身心健康,细菌和真菌感染是诱发阴道炎疾病的主要原因,细菌和真菌等病毒细胞是有机生物,99%以上都是单细胞体,基本结构有细胞壁、细胞膜、细胞质和DNA集中的区域,没有成形的细胞核,没有叶绿体,是靠分裂进行生殖的,在环境适宜的时候,不到半小时,细菌就能分裂一次,而单细胞细菌必须依靠氧代谢酶的氧化作用来进行呼吸。
阴道内常见的病原体为大肠埃希菌、葡萄球菌、链球菌等,阴道填塞凝胶对类似病菌引发的炎症有着抑制作用,而市面上的阴道填塞凝胶种类是非常多的,其主要成分为卡波姆,具有抗菌消炎的效果,能起到治疗阴道炎症的作用,但相对恢复与治疗周期较长,大量应用免疫抑制剂及广谱抗生素又会对女性患者的身体造成较大损害,容易诱发其它妇科炎症出现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶添加免疫抑制剂及广谱抗生素,会对引导健康造成损害的问题,提供一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶,从而解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶,所述卡波姆痔疮凝胶的制备原料包括卡波姆50~100份、植物萃取液15~30份、聚乙烯醇5~8份、甘油7~14份、苯甲醇3~6份、纯化水30~80份。
进一步地,所述植物萃取液的植物原料为枳实、麦门冬、虎杖、龙胆草、金银花、丹参、白芍中的一种或几种。

本发明一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶,枳实果实萃取液有抗菌、抗病毒、抗过敏作用,活血化瘀;麦门冬根萃取液可促进微循环,改善肤质,抗皱,抗衰老,消除色素沉着,增强免疫能力;虎杖萃取液能清除自由基、抗氧化作用,预防衰老,改善皮肤微循环,补充皮肤营养;龙胆草萃取液有清肝火,除湿热,健胃的功能,舒缓、镇静、消肿、抗菌、收敛、抗脂溢、抗过敏作用;金银花萃取液有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、解热功能、增强细胞免疫功能;丹参萃取液能祛瘀止痛,活血通经,清心除烦,用于月经不调,经闭痛经,症瘦积聚,胸腹刺痛,热痹疼痛,疮疡肿痛,心烦不眠,肝脾肿大,心绞痛;白芍萃取液有止血、活血,而且有镇痛、滋补、调经的效果。
进一步地,一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将植物原料清洗切片,投入到蒸汽设备中,关闭腔门,通入饱和蒸汽,保温5~15分钟,蒸汽压力维持在0.3~2.6MPa,保温结束瞬时卸压,通入压缩机中,压缩成液态后,冷凝收集液化溶液;
步骤2:将得到的液化液体送入亚临界萃取设备中,加入萃取溶剂和夹带剂,浸泡搅拌1~4小时,温度保持在30~80°C,提取1~3次,收集提取液,蒸发得到萃取膏;
步骤3:将适量的卡波姆、聚乙烯醇、甘油、苯甲醇加入纯化水中,加热温度在60~80°C之间,加入萃取膏,用盐酸溶液调pH到4.5~7,混合搅拌15min,保温2~6小时,静待降温,得到充分溶胀的卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本发明一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶,利用国际先进的低温冷凝萃取技术,从植物中萃取羧酸基团配置成溶液后,得到的含羧酸基团因子的溶液与卡波姆经过络合作用后,强化分子结构中羧酸基的特性,结合临床试验研究,合作研发的阴道填塞凝胶敷料产品,具有生物相容性好,作用时间长,广谱抗菌,安全性高的特点,可形成保护膜阻断细菌及病毒细胞氧的供给,依靠共轭效应和诱导效应发挥抑菌作用,刺激病菌细胞自溶发挥强效杀菌,促进组织修复与再生,消耗能量,抑制生物大分子合成,透化细菌外膜,提高细胞内渗压,诱导宿主产生抗菌肽,适用于宫颈炎、阴道炎引起的瘙痒、糜烂、疼痛、阴部异味症状,促进宫颈糜烂面的愈合。

步骤3:将适量的卡波姆、聚乙烯醇、甘油、苯甲醇加入纯化水中,加热温度在80°C,加入萃取膏,用盐酸溶液调pH到6,混合搅拌15min,保温3小时,静待降温,得到充分溶胀的卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶。

分别对实施例1~3所制取的卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶进行抑菌试验,拟为实验组1、实验组2、实验组3,先将4块凝胶培养基放入4个培养皿内做成平面,除对照组以外,其余凝胶培养基培养皿内均加上预先培养的葡萄球菌4毫升,摊平,上面再放上一个外径8毫米的不锈钢圆筒,筒内倒至一层营养液之后,在35—37℃培养12—16小时,观察、记录、统计在2h/6h/12h/24h各时段的菌群总量,菌群扩容比为同一实验组前后两个时段菌群总量的比值,得到实验结果如下:

尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶,其特征在于,所述卡波姆痔疮凝胶的制备原料包括卡波姆50~100份、植物萃取液15~30份、聚乙烯醇5~8份、甘油7~14份、苯甲醇3~6份、纯化水30~80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶,其特征在于,所述植物萃取液的植物原料为枳实、麦门冬、虎杖、龙胆草、金银花、丹参、白芍中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1~2任一项所述的一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将植物原料清洗切片,投入到蒸汽设备中,关闭腔门,通入饱和蒸汽,保温5~15分钟,蒸汽压力维持在0.3~2.6MPa,保温结束瞬时卸压,通入压缩机中,压缩成液态后,冷凝收集液化溶液;
步骤2:将得到的液化液体送入亚临界萃取设备中,加入萃取溶剂和夹带剂,浸泡搅拌1~4小时,温度保持在30~80°C,提取1~3次,收集提取液,蒸发得到萃取膏;
步骤3:将适量的卡波姆、聚乙烯醇、甘油、苯甲醇加入纯化水中,加热温度在60~80°C之间,加入萃取膏,用盐酸溶液调pH到4.5~7,混合搅拌15min,保温2~6小时,静待降温,得到充分溶胀的卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中选取植物原料的根、茎、果实。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中的萃取溶剂为丙烷、丁烷、四氟乙烷、二甲醚中一种或几种的混合溶液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中的夹带剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯中一种或几种的混合溶液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中萃取溶剂、夹带剂与萃取溶液的重量比值为1:2:5。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种卡波姆阴道填塞凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中提取液内的萃取溶剂经减压气化,通过压缩机压缩成液态冷凝后回到溶剂储罐循环利用。
