本申请涉及护肤品技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种祛痘组合物及祛痘凝胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
痘痘一般是指痤疮,是由于毛囊及皮脂腺阻塞、发炎引起的一种慢性炎症性皮肤病。在青春期时,体内荷尔蒙会刺激毛发生长,促进皮脂腺分泌更多油脂,毛发和皮脂腺因此堆积许多物质,使得油脂和细菌附着,引发皮肤红肿。痘痘不仅影响面容皮肤,如果不当挤压,除了会造成痘痘周边的组织破坏,引起更多的炎症,痘印明显等不良后果外,还可能会造成细菌随血液播散,引起更加严重的后果。
目前祛痘的方法有很多,例如激光祛痘,使用含有芦荟、茶树等天然植物的中药祛痘,还有使用水杨酸、波尔松等西药祛痘,但目前的祛痘方法均存在一定的局限性,激光祛痘法的治疗作用太强,而且只是物理方法将痘痘破除,不能从根部上治痘;中药祛痘法虽然安全,但祛痘时间长,祛痘后痘印不易完全去除;西药祛痘法副作用强,成本高。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人发现研制一种治愈速度快,治愈后不留痘印的祛痘药物是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为了加快痘痘的治愈速度,且治愈后不留疤痕或不产生色素沉积,本申请提供一种祛痘组合物及祛痘凝胶及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种祛痘组合物,采用如下的技术方案:
一种祛痘组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:0.5-1份马齿苋提取物、0.3-0.8份侧柏提取物、0.2-0.6份姜根提取物、0.1-0.5份烟酰胺、0.1-0.4份甜菜碱水杨酸盐、0.05-0.1份红没药醇。
通过采用上述技术方案,使用马齿苋提取物、侧柏提取物、姜根提取物等组分作为祛痘组合物的原料,各组分之间互相协同,改善祛痘组合物对痘痘的修复效果,提高愈合速度,并防止色素沉积,引发痘印的产生;马齿苋中富含大量的黄酮类、肾上腺素类、多糖类和各种维生素、氨基酸等化合物,马齿苋提取物能减少炎症因子白介素的分泌,具有一定的抗炎效果,从而舒缓皮肤炎症,抑制因干燥引起的皮肤瘙痒,还能抑制角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞的凋亡,并具有逆转角质形成细胞分化,还能保护人体皮肤细胞免受紫外线诱导的细胞损伤,起到舒缓、修复皮肤屏障的功能,马齿苋提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力和自由基清除活性,能促进胶原蛋白的合成,减少细纹,其还能抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,阻止黑色素的合成,防止痘印的引发;侧柏提取物对酪氨酸酶活性具有一定的抑制作用,能有效的清除DPPH自由基,总黄酮和总酚含量高,抗氧化性高,防黑色素沉积效果好;姜根提取物能具有抗炎症和抗氧化效果,增强肤色均匀度和光泽,淡化斑点,提亮皮肤,减少痘痘引起的发红,对抗色素沉着,减少炎症反应;烟酰胺能促进细胞新陈代谢,使含有黑色素的角质细胞脱离,淡化痘印,甜菜碱水杨酸盐拥有水杨酸和甜菜碱的双重功能,具有保湿、温和去角质、祛痘,抑菌的效果,红没药醇具有抗菌、抗炎作用,保护和治愈皮肤,加速皮肤的治愈过程,多种组分协同使用,加快痘痘的愈合,且愈合后不留痘印。
可选的,所述祛痘组合物中还包括以下重量份的组分:0.02-0.1份黄瓜籽油、0.2-0.6份绿玉树提取液、0.1-1份须津草提取液。
通过采用上述技术方案,黄瓜籽油能提高水分含水分,减少皮肤炎症,排出毛孔内的毒素,降低痤疮和皮疹的再发生率,绿玉树提取液能消炎、杀菌、止痒,消除红肿,防止瘙痒引起的皮肤损伤,须津草中含有黄酮、氨基酸等多种营养成分,主要能抑制血管扩张,防止痘痘消退后,毛细血管的扩张仍没法消退而产生痘印。
可选的,所述绿玉树提取液和须津草提取液均由以下方法制成:
(1)将新鲜的原料在水中浸泡后沥干,并立即放入温度为-(30~40)℃的环境中冷冻15-20h,然后在-(1~5)℃下粉碎成粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)中的粉末加入到质量浓度为15-18%的盐水中,通入超声波振荡3-5min后,室温浸渍17-20h,离心,获得提取液。
通过采用上述技术方案,将新鲜的绿玉树或须津草先在水中浸泡,使绿玉树和须津草的细胞充分吸水,然后在低温下冷冻后浸泡在盐水中,使绿玉树和须津草的细胞失水,细胞体积缩小,消除绿玉树和须津草细胞内多余的水分,提高有效物质的提取率,并且在盐水浸泡的过程中引入超声波振荡,不仅起到搅拌作用,还起到破坏细胞结构的作用,从而提高有效成分的提取率。

可选的,所述改性凹凸棒土由以下方法制成:
将凹凸棒土粉碎、酸处理后洗涤至中性,在320-400℃下焙烧1-2h,获得焙烧物,将焙烧物与硅烷偶联剂水溶液混合后在室温下处理0.5-1h,干燥后与三乙氧基辛基硅烷、孔雀石原液和牛油果核粉、海盐在负压0.05-0.1MPa下混合均匀,制得改性凹凸棒土。
通过采用上述技术方案,凹凸棒土经过酸处理后,凹凸棒土晶体通道中的杂质被去除,层间键力削弱,孔道疏通,使得其吸附性能提高,然后在高温下焙烧,凹凸棒石中的吸附水和沸石水逐渐蒸发,减少它们对凹凸棒土吸附效能的影响,并去除凹凸棒土中的杂质,使凹凸棒土内部结构更加疏松多孔,增大其比表面积,提高吸附效果;

制备例1:将凹凸棒土粉碎,过20目筛,加入其质量6倍的盐酸溶液,在80℃下恒温搅拌1h进行酸处理,以1500r/min的转速离心10min,用去离子水洗涤至中性,在320℃下焙烧2h,获得焙烧物,将焙烧物与质量浓度为3%的硅烷偶联剂水溶液混合后,在室温下浸渍处理0.5h,80℃下干燥2h后与三乙氧基辛基硅烷、孔雀石原液和牛油果核粉、海盐在负压0.1MPa下混合均匀,制得改性凹凸棒土,凹凸棒土、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、孔雀石原液和牛油果核粉的质量比为1:0.08:0.2:0.4:0.1,牛油果核粉由牛油果核粉粉碎制成。

性能检测试验
试验一、斑贴试验
1.1试验样品:应用例1、应用例5、应用例10和应用例14制成的祛痘凝胶。
1.2受试者:选取36人(各试验样品使用同一批受试者)。
1.3试验方法:采用封闭式试验,取0.02g受试物置于斑贴器内,用低致敏胶带贴敷于受试者对象的手臂曲侧,试验区域至少为5cm×5cm,贴敷时让受试者伸直手臂,从下方往上贴,用手掌轻轻按压胶带,排出空气,使之紧贴皮肤,持续24h,空白对照组为不使用试样品。
1.4观察结果:分别在去除斑贴器后48h后根据下述判断标准进行判读,统计试验结果,试验结果如表2所示。
判读标准:(-)阴性反应;(+-)可疑反应:仅有轻度红斑;(+)弱阳性:红斑、浸润、可有少量丘疹;(++)强阳性:红斑、浸润、丘疹、水疱;(+++)极强阳性:红斑、浸润、丘疹,出现水疱、大疱。

由表2内可知,由实施例1、实施例4、实施例9和实施例13制成的祛痘组合物制成祛痘凝胶后,斑贴试验安全,不刺激。
试验二、祛痘效果验证
2.1试验样品:应用例1-26制备的祛痘凝胶。
2.2受试者:选择脸部有痘受试者,平均分为26组,每组30人。
2.3试验方法:取祛痘凝胶,涂抹于受试者规定区域,用量为2mg/cm2,轻轻按摩至完全吸收即可,每天2次,连续使用14天,记录治疗效果,试验期间,受试者在试验部位不能涂抹任何化妆品。
2.4观察结果:受试者连续使用祛痘凝胶3天、7天、10天和14天时,在同一时间统计受试者痘印数量;并按照下式计算皮损率:皮损修复率=(治疗前皮损计数-治疗后皮损计数)/治疗前皮损计数×100%,治疗效果分为显效、有效和无效三个级别,其中显效是指皮损修复率为60-90%,症状减轻,有效是指皮损修复率为20-60%,症状改善,无效是指皮损修复率<20%,临床症状未改善,具体疗效如表3所示,其中皮损由视觉评估,主要包括炎症性丘疹+开放性粉刺+闭合性粉刺;并在连续使用祛痘凝胶的第3天、第7天、第10天和第14天时,对每组30名受试者面部痘印数进行统计。

实施例1-4中采用马齿苋提取物、侧柏提取物、烟酰胺等制成的祛痘组合物,在连续使用10天后,就能达到显效的祛痘效果,且使用后痘印数量少,说明祛痘凝胶不易引起黑色素沉积,降低痘印的产生。
应用例5-6与应用例1相比,分别使用实施例4和实施例5制备的祛痘组合物,还掺入了绿玉树提取液、须津草提取液和黄瓜籽油,表3内显示,应用例5和应用例6制备的祛痘组合物的祛痘效果得到改善,且痘印数量降低。
应用例7-9中分别采用实施例6-8制备的祛痘组合物,实施例6-8中在进行绿玉树提取液和须津草提取液的制备时,分别未进行低温冷冻、盐水浸泡和超声波振荡,应用例7制备的祛痘凝胶使用后,皮肤修复效果不佳,应用例8-9制备的祛痘凝胶,对于痘痘的去除效果均不及应用例1,痘印残留数量增多。
应用例10和应用例11中分别采用实施例9和实施例10制成的祛痘组合物,其中还添加了洋槐花提取物、小茴香油和改性凹凸棒土,与应用例1相比,在第10和第14天时,受试者的皮损修复率进一步增大,且痘印数值下降,说明本申请中祛痘凝胶的修复速度快,且修复彻底,不易引起色素沉积。
应用例12和应用例13分别采用实施例11和实施例12制成的祛痘组合物,实施例11和实施例12中分别使用制备例2和制备例3制成的改性凹凸棒土,参照表3内数据,应用例12和应用例13制成的祛痘组合物,对痘痘、丘疹等的修复效果下降,且痘印残留数量增多。
应用例14与应用例11相比,使用车前草提取物等制备洋槐花提取物,应用例14制成的祛痘凝胶对于面部的修复效果提升,在第14天时,皮损率修复率达到90%以上,且痘印残留数量降低至20个以下,修复效果进一步提升。
应用例15和应用例16与应用例14相比,制备洋槐花提取物时,分别未添加车前草提取物和金盏花油,表3内数据显示,应用例15和应用例16制成的祛痘凝胶对于面部的皮损修复率有轻微下降,痘印残留量比应用例14大,说明加入车前草提取物和金盏花油能进一步改善祛痘效果。
应用例17-19与应用例11相比,分别未添加洋槐花提取物、改性凹凸棒土和小茴香油,应用例17-19制备的祛痘凝胶对痘肌的改善效果不及应用例9,且不及应用例11,可见洋槐花提取物、改性凹凸棒土和小茴香油的添加,可以改善祛痘凝胶的祛痘效果。
应用例20-22中依次采用实施例19-21制备祛痘组合物,实施例19-21与应用例5相比,依次未添加绿玉树提取液、须津草提取液和黄瓜籽油,制成的祛痘组合物在第3天时的修复效果不及应用例1,且在后期第14天时修复效果减弱。
应用例23-25与应用例1相比,分别未添加侧柏提取物和红没药醇、马齿苋提取物、甜菜碱水杨酸盐,表3内数据显示,应用例23-25制备的祛痘凝胶对于的治愈效果减弱,且痘印残留数量增大。

Claims (5)
1.一种祛痘组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:0.5-1份马齿苋提取物、0.3-0.8份侧柏提取物、0.2-0.6份姜根提取物、0.1-0.5份烟酰胺、0.1-0.4份甜菜碱水杨酸盐、0.05-0.1份红没药醇、0.02-0.1份黄瓜籽油、0.2-0.6份绿玉树提取液、0.1-1份须津草提取液、0.3-0.9份洋槐花提取物、0.1-0.3份小茴香油和0.1-0.5份改性凹凸棒土;
所述改性凹凸棒土由以下方法制成:
将凹凸棒土粉碎、酸处理后洗涤至中性,在320-400℃下焙烧1-2h,获得焙烧物,将焙烧物与硅烷偶联剂水溶液混合后在室温下处理0.5-1h,干燥后与三乙氧基辛基硅烷、孔雀石原液和牛油果核粉、海盐在负压0.05-0.1MPa下混合均匀,制得改性凹凸棒土;
所述绿玉树提取液和须津草提取液均由以下方法制成:
(1)将新鲜的原料在水中浸泡后沥干,并立即放入温度为-(30~40)℃的环境中冷冻15-20h,然后在-(1~5)℃下粉碎成粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)中的粉末加入到质量浓度为15-18%的盐水中,通入超声波振荡3-5min后,室温浸渍17-20h,离心,获得提取液;
所述洋槐花提取物由以下方法制成:
将干洋槐花粉碎、过筛、脱脂、干燥,获得脱脂槐花粉,加入蒸馏水,升温至80-85℃,浸提5.5-6h,离心,重复浸提4-5次,合并浸提液,减压浓缩,将浓缩物与车前草提取物、金盏花油和淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝,微波处理2-3min,制得洋槐花提取物;
所述黄瓜籽油由以下方法制成:将黄瓜籽研磨破碎,与其1-2倍质量的去离子水混合,升温至105-110°C,搅拌20-30min,冷却后与正己烷按照料液比为1:8-10混合,在超声功率为100-110W的条件下,超声25-30min提取油脂,蒸馏去除残留溶剂,得毛油,加入毛油重4-5wt%活性白土,升温至80-90°C保温脱色15-20min,过滤,滤液减压浓缩,脱臭,得到黄瓜籽油。
2.一种祛痘凝胶,其特征在于,包含权利要求1所述的祛痘组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的祛痘凝胶,其特征在于,祛痘凝胶包括以下重量份的组分:2-8份祛痘组合物、1-3份皮肤调整剂、0.1-1份pH调节剂、0.1-0.3份黄原胶、0.01-0.02份透明质酸、0.1-0.3份己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐、0.1-0.3份卡波姆、70-80份水、1-3份丁二醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的祛痘凝胶,其特征在于,所述皮肤调整剂包括质量比为1:1-2的PEG-16澳洲坚果甘油酯类和β-葡聚糖。
5.权利要求4所述的祛痘凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将皮肤调整剂、pH调节剂、黄原胶、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐、透明质酸和水混合,搅拌加热至80-85℃,制得物料A,加入卡波姆和丁二醇,保温搅拌后降温至40-45℃时,加入祛痘组合物,搅拌均匀,即得祛痘凝胶。
