一种用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜 技术领域
本发明涉及具有治疗青春痘、 淡化色素沉斑、 具有美白作用的膏霜
背景技术
青春痘是一种皮肤病, 又称粉刺、 暗疮、 痤疮或面疮, 是处于青春期发育期、 油性 皮肤严重、 喜吃脂肪和糖类食品辛辣刺激食物因为熬夜或工作性质等因素造成的常见皮 肤病。 患者因皮脂腺分泌过盛, 大量的角质层脱落, 与油脂尘垢混合后, 使毛孔堵塞, 进而引发毛囊红肿发炎。严重时还会造成色素细胞增生, 留下难以消除的色素沉着斑等, 对患者容貌产生影响。 目前, 市场上治疗青春痘及青春痘造成的色素沉斑的化妆品大多 通过添加化学杀菌剂、 激素等来发挥作用, 虽然这些组分能够在短时间内杀菌或消除炎 症, 但对皮肤刺激性大, 长期使用会增加患者的皮肤负担, 甚至还会进一步引起皮肤红 肿、 化脓或疼痛, 有的还会激发色素细胞的进一步增生, 加重色素沉斑。 如何研制一种 更为安全、 温和、 有效的治疗青春痘及淡化色素沉斑的护肤品已成为本领域亟需取得突 破的课题之一。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足, 本发明的目的在于提供一种刺激性小、 无毒副作用、 可有 效祛除青春痘及淡化色素沉斑, 同时起到美白作用的膏霜。
本发明解决其技术问题, 所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜,膏霜配方中包含如下质量份的各组份: 霍霍巴油 5份; 聚二甲基硅氧烷 4份; 甘油硬脂酸酯 3份; 鲸蜡硬脂醇 3份; PEG-20 甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯 1份;异壬酸异壬酯 3~7份;玻尿酸 0.1~0.5份;富氢富氧水 25~35 份; 海藻糖 1~2份; EDTA二钠 0.05~0.1份; 微量元素组合物 1~3份; 胶原蛋白 3~5份; 超氧化物歧化酶 1~5份; 防腐剂 0.05~0.1份; 去离子水 20~35份。 其中, 所述微量元素 组合物为葡萄糖酸锌、 亚硒酸钠中的一种或两种, 富氢富氧水为富氢水和富氧水的混合 物。 本发明所用的超氧化物歧化酶其比活力为 1000~2000IU/mg。
所述防腐剂并无特别限制,可选用化妆品领域常用的防腐剂,例如可选择 DMDM乙 内酰脲、 羟苯甲酯等。
膏霜的制备工艺按照现有工艺就可制备, 可选用如下具体步骤制备:
( 1 ) 按照配方称取各组份; (2)将霍霍巴油、 聚二甲基硅氧烷、 甘油硬脂酸酯、 鲸蜡硬脂醇、 PEG-20甲基葡糖 倍半硬脂酸酯、 异壬酸异壬酯混合并加热至 85摄氏度溶解, 作为 A相备用;
(3) 将海藻糖、 EDTA二钠、 防腐剂、 去离子水、 1/2质量的富氢富氧水加热至 85 摄氏度溶解, 作为 B相备用;
(4) 将 A相物料缓慢加入 B相物料中, 开启搅拌器以 30转 /分的转速搅拌, 然后均 质 2分钟, 形成基料;
(5 ) 将余量的富氢富氧水、 玻尿酸、 超氧化物歧化酶倒入已消毒的容器中, 搅拌至 各组份完全溶解并混匀, 作为 C相; 将微量元素组合物和胶原蛋白倒入洗净并已消毒的 另一容器作为 D相, 将 C相物料倒入 D相中, 并不断搅拌至各组分均完全溶解, 形成 CD相。
(6)待步骤 4的基料降温至 45摄氏度, 将步骤 5的 CD相物料加入基料中, 并搅拌 均匀。 (若膏霜配方中还添加有中药组合物, 中药组合物在步骤 5中的 C相中添加。) 所述微量元素组合物为葡萄糖酸锌和亚硒酸钠按照质量比 (5~10): 1组合而成。 所述富氢富氧水为质量比 1: ( 1-3 ) 的富氢水和富氧水的组合。
所述富氢水其含氢 (以氢气分子计) 浓度为 0.9~1.2ppm, 所述富氧水其溶解氧浓度 为 20~50ppm。
优选的, 膏霜配方中还含有中药组合物 5~10质量份, 所述中药组合物由如下药材配 方的各组分提取制得: 木槿花 1~5质量份、 草石蚕 2~5质量份、 牡丹根皮 1~3质量份、 甘草 2~6质量份、 白茯苓 1~4质量份。
进一步优选的, 所述药材配方为: 木槿花 3质量份、 草石蚕 4质量份、 牡丹根皮 2 质量份、 甘草 4质量份、 白茯苓 2质量份。
优选的, 所述中药组合物按照如下步骤的提取工艺制得:
1 ) 按药材配方称取各味药材, 将草石蚕、 牡丹根、 白茯苓粉碎后与木槿花、 甘草混 合, 加人去离子水室温浸泡 4~8小时, 所加水量为药材总质量的 4~6倍;
2) 之后在 50~60°C下加热煎煮 3~5小时, 将所得提取液进行过滤, 所得滤液即为中 药组合物。
下面对本发明的技术方案中所用的几种组分进行介绍:
胶原蛋白: 胶原蛋白 (collagen) 是一种生物性高分子物质, 是一种白色、 不透明、 无支链的纤维性蛋白质。 它可以补充皮肤各层所需的营养, 使皮肤中胶原活性增强, 对 滋润皮肤, 延缓衰老、 美容、 消皱、 养发等有一定功效。 富氢水: 又称水素水 (Hydrogen Water), 是日语的音译, 氢气本身就是一种最佳天 然抗氧化剂, 所以加入氢气的水具有很强的还原功能。 可以中和身体血液和细胞里的活 性氧(自由基)。 现代医学认为活性氢可以有效去除体内自由基, 富氢水具有超过维生素 C、胡萝卜、卵磷脂等所有人类已知抗氧化物的抗氧化性,对过敏性皮炎、便秘、高血压、 糖尿病、 癌症等由自由基引起的各类症状都有强大的防治作用。 富氢水能够很好的促进 新陈代谢, 使每个细胞都能自动保持健康的状态, 去除体锈, 延缓衰老。 富氢水其制取 方法已是一种较为成熟的技术, 如公开号为 CN102408147A的中国专利申请介绍了富氢 水的一种制取方法。
富氧水: 是指使溶于水中的溶解氧浓度而比一般的水高的含有更多氧的水。 将这种 含有高浓度溶解氧的水直接供给到皮肤上, 能够促进皮肤细胞的呼吸病活化细胞, 提高 保湿能力, 延缓衰老, 促进皮肤的更新, 从而促进排出皮肤中生产的黑色素, 从而可以 显示美白效果。 富氧水是一种天然的抗微生物防腐剂与氧增加剂, 可促进皮肤的新陈代 谢, 促进整体皮肤的健康。 富氧水其制取方法已是一种成熟的技术, 如公开号为
CN1200355A的中国专利申请以及公开号为 CN102641223A的中国专利申请中均介绍了 富氧水的制取方法。
玻尿酸: 玻尿酸不仅有保持皮肤弹性的功能, 还能锁住大量水分子, 对组织具有保 湿润滑作用, 使肌肤饱满年轻有弹性, 但随着年龄的增长, 玻尿酸流失的速度比生长速 度快时, 肌肤也将渐渐变得缺乏水分, 失去光泽弹性, 长久下来便出现皱纹等老化现象。
超氧化物歧化酶(SOD): SOD 是很强的氧化还原剂, 能与体内的氧自由基发生还 原反应, 从而使人体细胞修复和基因组织不受损害; 对人体不断地补充 SOD具有抗衰老 的效果, 超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) 为自由基清除剂, 能清除自由基 02- (超氧阴离子自 由基), 而 02-具有细胞毒性, 可使脂质过氧化, 损伤细胞膜, 引起炎症, 肿瘤和自身免 疫性疾病, 并可能促使机体衰老。 SOD是强力自由基清除剂, 可以抑制色素细胞沉积, 具有抗衰老、 免疫调节和抗辐射作用。
木槿花: 含有丰富的维生素 C、 铁、 钙、 锌、 硒等微量元素, 并含有黄酮类活性化 合物及粘液质。 木槿花提取液具有保湿、 抗氧化、 清除自由基的功能, 能抑制金黄色葡 萄球菌和伤寒杆菌。
草石蚕: 又名银条, 是我国河南省偃师市的特产, 形状、 味道与绿豆芽相似。 草石 蚕富含糖类、 酚类、 维生素 C、 粗蛋白、 氨基酸、 有机酸等物质, 对软化血管、 降低血 脂、 改善血液循环具有独特的疗效。 牡丹根皮: 为毛茛科植物牡丹干燥根皮。 所含牡丹酚及其以外的糖苷类成分均有抗 炎作用; 牡丹皮的甲醇提取物有抑制血小板作用; 牡丹酚有镇静、 降温、 解热、 镇痛、 解痉等中枢抑制作用及抗动脉粥样硬化、 利尿、 抗溃疡等作用。 牡丹根皮提取成分有抗 菌消炎除痘和美白等作用。
甘草: 味甘、 平。 甘草还有抗炎, 抗过敏作用, 能保护发炎的咽喉和气管粘膜。 甘 草浸膏和甘草酸对某些毒物有类似葡萄糖醛酸的解毒作用。甘草能清热解毒, 润肺止咳, 调和诸药性; 具有抗炎、 抗病毒, 和保肝解毒及增强免疫功能等作用。 缓解药物毒性、 烈性。 甘草的黄酮具有消炎、 解痉和抗酸作用; 解毒作用的有效成份为甘草甜素, 解毒 机制为甘草甜素对毒物有吸附作用。
白茯苓: 具有美白抗炎, 防护紫外线损伤, 促进皮肤代谢的作用。
本发明所采用的技术方案具有如下有益效果:
( 1 ) 本发明一种实施方案中, 在膏霜中添加微量元素组合物、 胶原蛋白、 富氢富 氧水、 玻尿酸、 超氧化物歧化酶, 这些组分按照特定的质量配伍, 对青春痘具有良好的 治疗效果, 对沉着色斑具有淡化功效, 可起到美白作用。 由葡萄糖酸锌、 亚硒酸钠组合 形成的微量元素组合物, 可为皮肤补充锌、 硒。 锌具有协调免疫反应的作用, 锌参与碳 酸酐酶、 碱性磷酸酶、 DNA聚合酶等多种酶的合成, 增加创伤组织的修复。 硒是功效卓 著和全面的抗氧化剂, 在大幅延迟细胞衰老的同时还同步有力阻止胶原蛋白变性, 亦即 增加胶原蛋白合成量又减少其流失量。 目前的研究证明, 硒具有抗氧化作用, 清除自由 基保护细胞膜结构合功能, 修复分子损伤部位; 硒可促进体内多种代谢活动, 硒是肌肉 的正常成分, 是谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的必需成分呢, 硒在人体内有拮抗和降低多种重金属 毒性的作用, 硒能刺激免疫球蛋白和抗体的产生, 提高肌体免疫功能。 富氢水和富氧水 混合形成的富氢富氧水, 含有丰富的活性氢和溶解氧, 促进新陈代谢, 使每个细胞都能 自动保持健康的状态, 有效清除体内自由基, 促进皮肤细胞的呼吸并活化细胞, 提高保 湿能力, 促进皮肤的更新及排出皮肤中产生的黑色素。 配方中同时搭配胶原蛋白、 玻尿 酸及超氧化物歧化酶, 为肌肤补充水分营养及胶原蛋白成分, 同时 SOD作为强力自由基 清除剂, 还可抑制色素细胞沉积。 在这种方案, 微量元素、 胶原蛋白、 富氢富氧水、 玻 尿酸和超氧化物歧化酶合理搭配应用, 能提高机体免疫力、 修复创伤、 活化细胞, 达到 祛痘的目的, 同时还可促进细胞新陈代谢及抑制黑色素沉积, 实现淡化色素沉斑的效果。 实践证明, 连续使用 4周后青春痘有效率就可达到 89%, 治愈率可达到 70~80%, 色斑 有效率可达到 88%, 色斑治愈率可达到 65~79%; (2) 本发明的一种优选方案中, 在膏霜中进一步添加中药组合物, 其由木槿花、 草 石蚕、 牡丹根皮、 甘草、 白茯苓这几种中药材按照一定质量配伍形成, 可为膏霜补充天 然有效成分, 提升祛痘及淡化沉斑, 同时还有美白效果。 木槿花中含有多种微量元素, 使膏霜中具有不同来源的更为丰富的微量元素, 这些不同来源的微量元素协同作用, 加 速对损伤细胞的修复, 更好的提升机体免疫力、 抵抗外部环境侵扰。 通过在膏霜中添加 由木槿花、 草石蚕、 牡丹根皮、 甘草、 白茯苓混合提取制得的中药组合物, 还进一步为 膏霜补充了植物来源的维生素。、 黄酮类活性化合物、 粘液质、 酚类、 粗蛋白、 氨基酸、 有机酸、 牡丹酚、 甘草酸等丰富的活性物质, 不仅可进一步提升抗氧化作用、 抑菌抗菌 作用, 而且还可补充肌肤营养、 活化肌肤、 美白淡化肌肤色斑。 采用这种优选方案, 可 以縮短显效时间。 实践证明, 该优选方案制备的膏霜, 使用者连续使用 3周后, 就可有 效治疗青春痘、 淡化色斑, 青春痘有效率可达到 95%, 治愈率可达到 78~89%, 色斑有 效率可达到 92%, 色斑治愈率可达到 80~90%。
(3 ) 本发明提供的膏霜安全性好, 无毒副作用。 所制备的膏霜可直接涂抹使用。 具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例 1 :
一种用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜
( 1 ) 按照如下配方称取各组份 (质量份): 霍霍巴油 5份; 聚二甲基硅氧烷 4份; 甘油硬脂酸酯 3份; 鲸蜡硬脂醇 3份; PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯 1份; 异壬酸异 壬酯 7份; 玻尿酸 0.5份; 富氢富氧水 35份; 海藻糖 1份; EDTA二钠 0.05份; 微量 元素组合物 3份; 胶原蛋白 5份; 超氧化物歧化酶 5份; 防腐剂 DMDM乙内酰脲 0.05 份; 去离子水 25份。
其中, 微量元素组合物为葡萄糖酸锌、 亚硒酸钠按照质量比 10: 1组合而成, 富氢 富氧水为富氢水和富氧水按照质量比 1: 3的混合物, 富氢水其含氢浓度为 1.2ppm, 富氧 水其含有的溶解氧浓度为 50ppm。 所用超氧化物歧化酶的比活力为 2000IU/mg。
(2) 将霍霍巴油、 聚二甲基硅氧烷、 甘油硬脂酸酯、 鲸蜡硬脂醇、 PEG-20 甲基葡 糖倍半硬脂酸酯、 异壬酸异壬酯混合并加热至 85摄氏度溶解, 作为 A相备用;
(3) 将海藻糖、 EDTA二钠、 防腐剂、 去离子水、 1/2质量的富氢富氧水加热至 85 摄氏度溶解, 作为 B相备用;
(4)将 A相物料缓慢加入 B相物料中, 开启搅拌器以 30转 /分的转速搅拌, 然后均 质 2分钟, 形成基料;
(5)将余量的富氢富氧水、 玻尿酸、 超氧化物歧化酶倒入已消毒的容器中, 搅拌至 各组份完全溶解并混匀, 作为 C相; 将微量元素组合物和胶原蛋白倒入洗净并已消毒的 另一容器作为 D相, 将 C相物料倒入 D相中, 并不断搅拌至各组分均完全溶解, 形成 CD相。
(6) 待步骤 4的基料降温至 45摄氏度, 将步骤 5的 CD相物料加入基料中, 并搅 拌均匀。
实施例 2:
一种用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜
( 1 )按照如下配方称取各组份: 霍霍巴油 5份; 聚二甲基硅氧烷 4份; 甘油硬脂酸 酯 3份; 鲸蜡硬脂醇 3份; PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯 1份; 异壬酸异壬酯 3份; 玻尿酸 0.1份; 富氢富氧水 25份; 海藻糖 2份; EDTA二钠 0.1份; 微量元素组合物 1 份; 胶原蛋白 3份; 超氧化物歧化酶 1份; 防腐剂 DMDM乙内酰脲 0.1份; 去离子水 35份。
其中, 微量元素组合物为葡萄糖酸锌、 亚硒酸钠按照质量比 5: 1组合而成, 富氢富 氧水为富氢水和富氧水按照质量比 1:1的混合物, 富氢水其含氢浓度为 0.9ppm, 富氧水 其含有的溶解氧浓度为 20ppm。 所用超氧化物歧化酶的比活力为 1000IU/mg。

实施例 3:
一种用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜
( 1 )按照如下配方称取各组份: 霍霍巴油 5份; 聚二甲基硅氧烷 4份; 甘油硬脂酸 酯 3份; 鲸蜡硬脂醇 3份; PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯 1份; 异壬酸异壬酯 5份; 玻尿酸 0.3份; 富氢富氧水 30份; 海藻糖 1份; EDTA二钠 0.05份; 微量元素组合物 2 份; 胶原蛋白 4份; 超氧化物歧化酶 3份; 防腐剂 DMDM乙内酰脲 0.1份; 去离子水 35份。
其中, 微量元素组合物为葡萄糖酸锌、 亚硒酸钠按照质量比 7: 1组合而成, 富氢富 氧水为富氢水和富氧水按照质量比 1:2的混合物, 富氢水其含氢浓度为 l.Oppm, 富氧水 其溶解氧浓度为 30 ppm。 所用超氧化物歧化酶的比活力为 1500IU/mg。
(2) 其余步骤与实施例 1基本相同, 不再赘述。
实施例 4: 一种用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜
( 1 )按照如下配方称取各组份: 霍霍巴油 5份; 聚二甲基硅氧烷 4份; 甘油硬脂酸 酯 3份; 鲸蜡硬脂醇 3份; PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯 1份; 异壬酸异壬酯 7份; 玻尿酸 0.5份; 富氢富氧水 35份; 海藻糖 1份; EDTA二钠 0.05份; 微量元素组合物 3份; 胶原蛋白 5份; 超氧化物歧化酶 5份; 防腐剂 DMDM乙内酰脲 0.05份; 去离子 水 25份; 中药组合物 5份。
其中, 微量元素组合物为葡萄糖酸锌、 亚硒酸钠按照质量比 5: 1组合而成, 富氢 富氧水为富氢水和富氧水按照质量比 1:1的混合物, 富氢水其含氢浓度为 0.9ppm, 富氧 水其含有的溶解氧浓度为 20ppm。 所用超氧化物歧化酶的比活力为 1000IU/mg。
(2)其余步骤与实施例 1基本相同,主要不同点在于 C相中还同时加入了中药组合 物。
所用的中药组合物按照如下步骤制备:
a: 按照如下药材配方称取各组分: 木槿花 1质量份、 草石蚕 2质量份、 牡丹根皮 1 质量份、 甘草 2质量份、 白茯苓 1质量份;
b: 将草石蚕、 牡丹根、 白茯苓粉碎后与木槿花、 甘草混合, 加入去离子水室温浸泡
4小时, 所加水量为药材总质量的 4倍;
c: 之后在 50~60°C下加热煎煮 3小时, 将所得提取液进行过滤。
实施例 5:
一种用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜
( 1 )按照如下配方称取各组份: 霍霍巴油 5份; 聚二甲基硅氧烷 4份; 甘油硬脂酸 酯 3份; 鲸蜡硬脂醇 3份; PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯 1份; 异壬酸异壬酯 3份; 玻尿酸 0.1份; 富氢富氧水 25份; 海藻糖 2份; EDTA二钠 0.1份; 微量元素组合物 1 份; 胶原蛋白 3份; 超氧化物歧化酶 1份; 防腐剂 0.1份; 去离子水 35份; 中药组合物 8份。
其中, 微量元素组合物为葡萄糖酸锌、 亚硒酸钠按照质量比 5: 1组合而成, 富氢富 氧水为富氢水和富氧水按照质量比 1:1的混合物, 富氢水其含氢浓度为 0.9ppm, 富氧水 其含有的溶解氧浓度为 20ppm。 所用超氧化物歧化酶的比活力为 1000IU/mg。
(2) 其余步骤与实施例 1基本相同, 主要不同点在于 C相中还同时加入了中药组合 物。
所用的中药组合物按照如下步骤制备: a: 按照如下药材配方称取各组分: 木槿花 5质量份、 草石蚕 5质量份、 牡丹根皮 3 质量份、 甘草 6质量份、 白茯苓 4质量份;
b: 将草石蚕、 牡丹根、 白茯苓粉碎后与木槿花、 甘草混合, 加入去离子水室温浸泡 8小时, 所加水量为药材总质量的 6倍;
c: 之后在 50~60°C下加热煎煮 5小时, 将所得提取液进行过滤。
实施例 6:
一种用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜
( 1 )按照如下配方称取各组份: 霍霍巴油 5份; 聚二甲基硅氧烷 4份; 甘油硬脂酸 酯 3份; 鲸蜡硬脂醇 3份; PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯 1份; 异壬酸异壬酯 5份; 玻尿酸 0.3份; 富氢富氧水 30份; 海藻糖 1份; EDTA二钠 0.05份; 微量元素组合物 2 份; 胶原蛋白 4份; 超氧化物歧化酶 3份; 防腐剂 0.1份; 去离子水 30份; 中药组合物 10份。
其中, 微量元素组合物为葡萄糖酸锌、 亚硒酸钠按照质量比 7: 1组合而成, 富氢富 氧水为富氢水和富氧水按照质量比 1:2的混合物, 富氢水其含氢浓度为 l.Oppm, 富氧水 其含有的溶解氧浓度为 30 ppm。 所用超氧化物歧化酶的比活力为 1500IU/mg。
(2) 其余步骤与实施例 1基本相同, 主要不同点在于 C相中还同时加入了中药组合 物。
所用的中药组合物按照如下步骤制备:
a: 按照如下药材配方称取各组分: 木槿花 3质量份、 草石蚕 4质量份、 牡丹根皮 2 质量
份、 甘草 4质量份、 白茯苓 2质量份;
b: 将草石蚕、 牡丹根、 白茯苓粉碎后与木槿花、 甘草混合, 加人纯净水室温浸泡 6 小时, 所加水量为药材总质量的 5倍;
c: 之后在 50~60°C下加热煎煮 4小时, 将所得提取液进行过滤。
效果测试:
每个实施例均选择 50人进行试用,试用者的入选标准为患有青春痘或因曾经患有青 春痘而造成面部有色素沉斑。
使用方法: 用各实施例制备的膏霜涂抹在患处, 每日早晚 1次。
疗效评定标准: 使用者用后青春痘减少、 炎症减轻、 红色变浅为有效; 青春痘完全 消失为痊愈; 色斑变浅变少为有效; 色斑完全消失为痊愈。 试用结果: 实施例 1~3的使用者连续试用 4周后青春痘有效率达到 89%, 治愈率达 到 70~80%, 色斑有效率达到 88%, 色斑治愈率达到 65~79%; 实施例 4~6的使用者连续 试用 3周后青春痘有效率达到 95%, 治愈率达到 78~89%, 色斑有效率达到 92%, 色斑 治愈率达到 80~90%。
典型例子介绍:
万某, 25岁, 网络工程师, 工作需长期面对电脑, 脸上经常长痘痘, 面部暗沉, 使 用本发明实施例 1的产品 4周后, 痘痘消失了, 皮肤也更加水润嫩白。
刘某, 17岁, 学生, 由于升学压力大, 作息时间不规律, 脸上长满了青春痘, 脸上 还几处色斑, 使用本发明实施例 5的产品 3周后, 大部分痘痘都消失了, 色斑得到明显 淡化, 皮肤显得白皙。
以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制, 故 凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容, 依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单 修改、 等同变化与修饰, 均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

霍霍巴油 5份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷 4份;
甘油硬脂酸酯 3份;
鲸蜡硬脂醇 3份;
PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯 1份;
异壬酸异壬酯 3~7份;
玻尿酸 0.1~0.5份;
富氢富氧水 25~35份;
海藻糖 1~2份;
EDTA二钠 0.05~0.1份;
微量元素组合物 1~3份;
胶原蛋白 3~5份;
超氧化物歧化酶 1~5份;
防腐剂 0.05 0.1份;
去离子水 20~35份;
其中, 所述微量元素组合物为葡萄糖酸锌、 亚硒酸钠中的一种或两种, 富氢富氧 水为富氢水和富氧水的混合物。

、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜, 其特征在于, 所述富 氢富氧水为质量比 1: ( 1-3 ) 的富氢水和富氧水的组合。
、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜, 其特征在于, 所述富 氢水其含氢浓度为 0.9~1.2ppm, 所述富氧水其含有的溶解氧浓度为 20~50ppm。
、根据权利要求 1~4任一项所述的用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜,其特征在于, 膏霜配方中还含有中药组合物 5~10质量份, 所述中药组合物由如下药材配方的各组 分提取制得: 木槿花 1~5质量份、 草石蚕 2~5质量份、 牡丹根皮 1~3质量份、 甘草 2~6质量份、 白茯苓 1~4质量份。
、 根据权利要求 5所述的用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜, 其特征在于, 所述药 材配方为: 木槿花 3质量份、 草石蚕 4质量份、 牡丹根皮 2质量份、 甘草 4质量份、 白茯苓 2质量份。
、 根据权利要求 5所述的用于治疗青春痘色素沉斑和美白的膏霜, 其特征在于, 所述中 药组合物按照如下步骤的提取工艺制得:
1 ) 按药材配方称取各味药材, 将草石蚕、 牡丹根皮、 白茯苓粉碎后与木槿花、 甘草 混合, 加入去离子水室温浸泡 4~8小时, 所加去离子水的质量为药材总质量的 4~6 倍;
2) 之后在 50~60°C下加热煎煮 3~5小时, 过滤并保留滤液。
