Abstract
本发明提供含有甘油葡糖苷(αGG)的系列化妆品及其制备方法,本系列包括保湿水光精华液、保湿霜、晒后修护凝胶、保湿面膜以及提亮面膜,化妆品配方中主要含有如下质量含量的各组份:甘油葡糖苷(αGG)0.5‑1%;燕麦‑β‑葡聚糖0.01‑0.1%;海藻提取物0.01‑0.1%;绿茶提取物0.1‑1%;透明质酸钠0.01‑0.1%;薄荷提取物0.1‑1%;玫瑰精油0.001‑0.01%。本发明提供的保湿系列化妆品具有良好保湿效果且无刺激和毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,尤其涉及一种含有甘油葡糖苷(αGG)的具有保湿修护功效的系列化妆品。
背景技术
众所周知,皮肤的干燥是由于当空气温度降低时,皮肤角质层不能及时调节足够的保湿因子,油脂腺活度下降,脸上油脂、水分下降,皮肤会出现紧绷现象、甚至在眼下及鼻旁出现细纹。正常皮肤含水量为20%-35%,皮肤组织细胞和细胞间的水分含量减少,导致细胞排列紧密,当角质层中水分降到10%以下时,皮肤就会显得干燥、失去弹性、起皱、起屑、开裂,导致老化加速。健康皮肤内有真皮层水分供给及天然保湿因子锁水,外有角质层屏障及皮质保护膜阻止水分蒸发,不应该出现干燥现象。皮肤之所以干燥是皮肤自身保湿补水系统出现了问题,从这个角度设计保湿类化妆品,应主要包括真皮层修复、基底层修复、角质层屏障功能修复。市面上目前有多款保湿类化妆品,其中大多数产品的成分都包含透明质酸,透明质酸吸水能力非常强,水溶液的渗透压和粘弹性较好,亲和吸附的水分约为本身质量的1000倍,所以他是公认的天然保湿因子,但是透明质酸属于高分子物质,并不能通过皮肤角质层屏障,因此这只是治标不治本的方法。随着经济的快速发展,越来越多的人由于熬夜工作以及生活环境等各种因素的影响,皮肤角质层遭到破坏,自身保湿系统出现越来越多的问题,补水保湿成为消费者最为关注话题。但是,目前护肤品市场上,保湿类产品种类较多,功效成分组成混乱,部分产品的保湿效果较差、甚至对皮肤还存在毒副作用等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明为弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种具有良好保湿修复效果且无毒副作用的甘油葡糖苷(αGG)化妆品。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
甘油葡糖苷(αGG)(C9H18O8)是一种糖苷化合物,由葡萄糖基和甘油组成,是微生物在胁迫条件下合成的一种渗透保护物质;它可以保护细胞免受渗透压、热、干旱和紫外线等恶劣环境的破坏。其分子量比透明质酸钠小5000多倍,具有保湿、抗氧化、抗衰老以及细胞修复等功效,可以消除洁面后皮肤的紧绷感。本发明利用多种保湿成分从源头开始,直达真皮层,促使αGG加快老化细胞中I性胶原蛋白前体的合成,增加肌肤的弹性和光滑度,增加细胞活力和新陈代谢,激活再生皮肤细胞。在低水合状态下,膜之间的水很少,膜面受到侧向应力,变成胶状,胶化后的膜,单个脂分子面积降低,膜厚度增加,而αGG的渗透和体积能使水合作用提高,膜间距增大,侧向应力降低,膜在低水合状态下依然能保持流体状,提高细胞膜的稳定性,锁住水分。
一种甘油葡糖苷(αGG)系列化妆品,化妆品配方中含有如下质量含量的各组份:αGG0.5~1%、燕麦-β-葡聚糖0.01~0.1%、海藻提取物0.01-0.1%、绿茶提取物0.1-1%、透明质酸钠0.01~0.1%、薄荷提取物0.1~1%。

上述含有αGG的保湿精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(A1)按配方称取各组分,将水、羟乙基纤维素、甘油、卡波姆941、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、1,3-丁二醇按比例混合,得到A相;
(A2)将1,2-丙二醇、透明质酸钠按比例投入到水相中,作为B相备用;
(A3)将A相、B相分别加热至80-85℃,将A相、B相混合;
(A4)待步骤(A3)得到的混合物冷却至50-55℃后,向其中加入αGG、燕麦-β-葡聚糖、海藻提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物,再滴加三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,冷却,得到含有αGG的保湿精华液。

(D4)降温,将两相降温至55-60℃,再向其中按比例加入αGG、燕麦-β-葡聚糖、海藻提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物,搅拌混合均匀;
(D5)再向步骤(D4)得到的混合物中加入百合香精、氢化蓖麻油CO 40,得到含有αGG的保湿面膜。

(E1)按配方称取各组分,将水、小核菌胶、1,3-丁二醇、羟乙基纤维素、5000万道尔顿级透明质酸钠、20万道尔顿级透明质酸钠、120万道尔顿级透明质酸钠按比例混合,得到A相;
(E3)将A相和B相在85~90℃下加热均质,按比例加入1,3-丁二醇、对羟基苯乙酮,混合均匀,然后按比例加入玫瑰精油、增溶剂LRI,混合均匀;
(E4)步骤(E3)得到的混合物降温至60℃以下,按比例加入αGG、燕麦-β-葡聚糖、海藻提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物,混合均匀,冷却,得到含有αGG的提亮面膜。
下面对本发明提供的化妆品中含有的几种功效组分进行介绍:
甘油葡糖苷(αGG):αGG是一种糖苷化合物,由葡萄糖基和甘油组成,葡萄糖基与甘油之间由α-糖苷键连接,它是密罗木(不死草)的主要活性成分,对不死草在长期干旱环境中存活是必不可少的。它能使不死草存活在恶劣环境中(干旱、极端温度、高盐度),保护不死草免受栖息地恶劣条件的伤害。实验表明:在低水合度时,αGG这种小分子溶质的浓度高,降低了细胞膜的应变能力,即细胞膜变为胶状的趋势降低,以此保护细胞膜稳定。除此之外,它还具有强效激活和再生性,能够增强细胞活力和新陈代谢,激活再生皮肤细胞,增强皮肤细胞的抗氧化性,加速老化细胞I型胶原蛋白前体的合成,经体内实验发现,αGG能增加肌肤保湿性、弹性和光滑度,减轻皮肤发红,对抗红疹以及加速伤口愈合和组织再生。所以αGG是一种天然的源于绿色植物的重要保湿功效成分。
燕麦-β-葡聚糖:燕麦-β-葡聚糖主要是指经过独特的生产工艺从燕麦中分离得到的纯天然生物活性因子,其拥有优异的抗衰老功效,能够抚平细小皱纹,改善皮肤纹理度。燕麦β-葡聚糖独特的直链分子结构,赋予了产品良好的透皮吸收性能,可作为活性成份的释放载体,给予皮肤如丝绸般滋润光滑的触感。他具有比较好的保湿效果,具有持水的功效。
透明质酸钠:其是D-葡萄糖醛酸及N-乙酰葡糖胺组成的双糖单位玻尿酸(Hyaluronan),又称糖醛酸、透明质酸,基本结构是由两个双糖单位D-葡萄糖醛酸及N-乙酰葡糖胺组成的大型多糖类。与其它粘多糖不同,它不含硫,所以不会对皮肤产生刺激。它的透明质酸分子能携带自身重量500倍以上的水分,为目前公认的最佳大分子保湿剂。
绿茶提取物:绿茶提取物可作为食品天然抗氧化剂,因为无论在抗氧化性、安全性或使用成本方面,其主要成分茶多酚均明显优于现在市场上已广泛使用的人工合成类抗氧化剂BHA、BHT、TBHQ、PG等。茶多酚,又名茶单宁、茶揉质,是一类存在于茶叶中的多羟基酚类化合物,其主要成分为儿茶素(黄烷醇类)、黄酮及黄酮醇类、花青素类和酚酸及缩酚酸类等四类,是三十多种酚类物质组成的复合体。纯天然提取产物,具有健美肌肤、延缓皮肤衰老等功能,能够清除体内的各种自由基,达到抗氧化的效果。
薄荷提取物:薄荷草为唇形科植物。该提取物经生化工艺精制而得。高档化妆品内主要含有薄荷醇、内薄荷酮及薄荷烯酮。在药用上治痛、消风散热,其用于化妆品中使皮肤有一种凉感,刺激神经末梢,从而激化皮肤细胞,扩张血管,使其有弹性、光滑丰满。另外,因其味辛凉,抑制皮肤真菌,能消除皮肤瘾疹、瘙痒症状,还可以作为气味抑制剂,是高档化妆品的添加剂之一。
海藻提取物:海藻是地球上最古老的植物,它无根、无花也无果。海藻从海洋里吸取营养,并通过孢子进行无性繁殖。海藻提取物是一种纯天然的海洋生物产品,它内含有藻胶酸、粗蛋白、多种维生素、酶和微量元素。海藻提取物对皮肤有保湿、润滑和防皱的作用,还有一定的抗菌、消炎和促进伤口愈合的作用。海藻多糖对细胞具有免疫调节作用、抗肿瘤作用、抗突变作用、诱导细胞分化、抗病毒、抗氧化等多种功效。可防治地方性甲状腺囊肿,显著降低胆固醇,增加钙的吸收。对高血压、动脉硬化及脂肪过多症有一定的预防和辅助治疗作用。临床研究有抗疲劳作用、抗高血脂、凝血作用及其在心脑血管疾病中的应用和降血压作用及放射防护效果等。我国最早在公元3000年前就用海藻治疗胃病;古代波利尼西亚人用海藻医疗各种伤口、碰伤和肿块。本发明所用的海藻提取物所含物质如下所示:
富含各种维生素:维生素A、B1、B2、B3、B5、B12、C、E、K、叶酸和胆碱。氨基酸:丙氨酸、精氨酸、甘氨酸、赖氨酸、天冬氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸等。无机物:碘、钙、磷、铁、钠、钾、氯、镁、硫、氯、铜、锌和锰,以及其他微量元素。糖类:岩藻糖、甘露糖、木糖、半乳糖和葡萄糖。其他成分:藻酸、藻酸盐、角叉酸、琼蛋白、蛋白质和粘质等。
烟酰胺:其通过溢脂黑色素颗粒的形成及其抑制黑色素颗粒向表皮细胞上行至角质层,影响皮肤颜色或形成色斑,有效抑制黑色素向角质层细胞传递,当有部分黑色素不可避免到达表层皮肤后,烟酰胺又能通过加速皮肤细胞的更新速度从而促进含有黑色素的细胞脱落。
本发明的系列化妆品采用甘油葡糖苷(αGG)与其他组分按照特定的比例复配形成多元功效组合物,各功效中所含的有效成分互补、协同、配合,得到了更合理高效的利用。具体的,一方面组合物含有αGG、燕麦-β-葡聚糖、透明质酸钠,从多角度由内到外对皮肤进行调理,起到补水保湿作用。αGG能够直达皮肤真皮层,加速老化细胞I型胶原蛋白前体的合成,增强细胞活力和新陈代谢,激活再生皮肤细胞,清除自由基增强皮肤的抗氧化性,保护细胞膜稳定,使皮肤更加光滑富有弹性;与此同时,透明质酸钠具有强烈吸水性,其吸收水分后,使得弹力纤维及胶原蛋白处在充满湿润的环境中,为外来补充的胶原蛋白合成自身的胶原提供了适宜的环境,为αGG促进胶原蛋白前体的合成创造了条件;燕麦β-葡聚糖独特的直链分子结构,赋予了产品良好的透皮吸收性能,可作为活性成份的释放载体,给予皮肤如丝绸般滋润光滑的触感。因此αGG搭配燕麦-β-葡聚糖和透明质酸钠三组分,可以由里到外使皮肤光滑更有弹性。另一方面,组合物具有抗氧化成分绿茶提取物、海藻提取物,绿茶提取物中主要成分茶多酚是一类存在于茶叶中的多羟基酚类化合物,其抗氧化性明显优于现在市场上已广泛使用的人工合成类抗氧化剂BHA、BHT、TBHQ、PG等,其主要成分儿茶素(黄烷醇类)、黄酮及黄酮醇类、花青素类和酚酸及缩酚酸类等四类,是三十多种酚类物质组成的复合体。纯天然提取产物,具有健美肌肤、延缓皮肤衰老等功能,能够清除体内的各种自由基,达到抗氧化的效果;海藻提取物其中富含多种维生素如维生素C、E等以及多种微量元素和糖类,其能消除体内产生的自由基,达到抗氧化的目的。另一方面组合物还有抗菌,舒敏组分如薄荷提取物、绿茶提取物,薄荷提取物主要含有薄荷醇、内薄荷酮及薄荷烯酮,使用之后使皮肤有一种凉感,刺激神经末梢,从而激化皮肤细胞,扩张血管,使有弹性、光滑丰满。因其味辛凉,抑制皮肤真菌,能消除皮肤瘾疹、瘙痒症状;绿茶提取物当中的茶多酚除具有抗氧化作用外,还具有抑菌作用,如对葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌等有抑制作用。本甘油葡糖苷(αGG)系列化妆品配方兼具上述三方面特点,不仅能加速老化细胞中I型胶原蛋白前体的合成,补充基底水分,清除皮肤细小皱纹,使皮肤更加光滑富有弹性;同时独特的复合配方中还含有绿茶提取物、海藻提取物,清除自由基,提升皮肤的抗氧化性,使皮肤屏障功能健康,抵御外界对皮肤的伤害;富有薄荷提取物、绿茶提取物,达到舒缓肌肤,避免细胞受到刺激,抗菌的功效;而且本发明的化妆品组合物将多样化的功效成分复配在一起,不仅各组份可相互融合、稳定存在,达到温和的无刺激性的平衡状态,而且可加速老化细胞I型胶原蛋白前体的合成,又可滋润肌肤、修复肌肤损伤、为肌肤补充养分,最终达到综合调理、标本兼治的保湿功效,同时还具有修复抗衰老祛皱的效果。

实施例1:αGG保湿水光精华液。
实施例1~5的αGG保湿水光精华液的配方见下表1所示:

αGG保湿水光精华液按照如下制备工艺制备:
1)按配方称取各组分,将水、羟乙基纤维素、甘油、卡波姆941、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、1,3-丁二醇投入到烧杯中作为A相备用;
2)将1.2-丙二醇、透明质酸钠投入到水相锅中分散好,作为B相备用;
3)将A、B两相分别加热至85℃,将A、B两相混合,(均质时搅拌速度控制在300转/分);
4)降温,待两相冷却至50℃加入C相αGG、燕麦-β-葡聚糖、海藻提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物(搅拌速度控制在350转/分),然后再滴加三乙醇胺,搅拌15分钟均匀冷却后即可出料。
αGG保湿水光精华液产品试用结果:
试用对象:每个实施例制备的精华液试用的对象均为年龄20-40岁,皮肤干燥缺水起屑的女性40名。
试用方法:使用周期30天,每天早晚各使用一次,使用时取适量精华液均匀涂抹于脸部,摩擦掌心贴于脸部,使精华快速渗透于皮肤。

试用对象:每个实施例制备的修护凝胶试用的对象均为年龄20-40岁,皮肤晒伤情况类似。
试用方法:使用周期10天,每天使用一次,使用时取适量修护凝胶均匀涂抹于脸部。
治疗效果数据见下表8:

对于实施例15的具体是实验:用αGG0.5%;燕麦-β-葡聚糖0.01%;海藻提取物0.02%;绿茶提取物0.1%;透明质酸钠0.05%;薄荷提取物0.5%处理老化的真皮成纤维细胞,培养基培养72h,测试老化成纤维细胞合成I型胶原蛋白的量。

1)按配方称取各组分,将水、卡波姆941、甘油、1,2-丙二醇、拉丝剂、羟乙基纤维素、尼泊金甲酯投入到烧杯中作为A相备用;
3)将A、B两相在85-90℃下均质(搅拌速度控制在350转/分);
4)降温,将两相降温至60℃,加入C相αGG、燕麦-β-葡聚糖、海藻提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物(搅拌速度控制在350转/分),搅拌15分钟;
5)加入D相百合香精、氢化蓖麻油CO 40,均质搅拌15分钟冷却即可出料。
αGG保湿面膜产品试用结果:
试用对象:每个实施例制备的保湿面膜试用的对象均为年龄20-40岁,皮肤干燥起屑女性。
试用方法:使用周期30天,每两天使用一次,使用时取适量面膜均匀涂抹于脸部,敷15-20分钟后,冲洗干净。
治疗效果数据见下表11:

1)按配方称取各组分,将水、小核菌胶、1,3-丁二醇、羟乙基纤维素、5000万道尔顿级透明质酸钠、20万道尔顿级透明质酸钠、120万道尔顿级透明质酸钠投入到烧杯中作为A相备用;
3)将两相在85-90℃下加热均质,加入C相1,3-丁二醇、对羟基苯乙酮(搅拌速度控制在350转/分),然后加入D相玫瑰精油、增溶剂LRI均质;
4)降温,待四相降温至60℃以下,加入E相αGG、燕麦-β-葡聚糖、海藻提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物(搅拌速度控制在350转/分),搅拌15分钟均匀冷却即可出料。
αGG提亮面膜产品试用结果:
试用对象:每个实施例制备的提亮面膜试用的对象均为年龄20-40岁,皮肤较黑、暗沉的女性。
试用方法:使用周期40天,每两天使用一次,使用时取适量面膜均匀涂抹于脸部,敷15-20分钟后,冲洗干净。
治疗效果数据见下表14:

Claims (11)
1.一种化妆品添加组合物,其特征在于,包括如下组分:
αGG0.5~1%、燕麦-β-葡聚糖0.01~0.1%、海藻提取物0.01-0.1%、绿茶提取物0.1-1%、透明质酸钠0.01~0.1%、薄荷提取物0.1~1%。
3.权利要求2所述含有αGG的保湿精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(A1)按配方称取各组分,将水、羟乙基纤维素、甘油、卡波姆941、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、1,3-丁二醇按比例混合,得到A相;
(A2)将1,2-丙二醇、透明质酸钠按比例投入到水相中,作为B相备用;
(A3)将A相、B相分别加热至80-85℃,将A相、B相混合;
(A4)待步骤(A3)得到的混合物冷却至50-55℃后,向其中加入αGG、燕麦-β-葡聚糖、海藻提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物,再滴加三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,冷却,得到含有αGG的保湿精华液。
11.权利要求10所述含有αGG的提亮面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(E1)按配方称取各组分,将水、小核菌胶、1,3-丁二醇、羟乙基纤维素、5000万道尔顿级透明质酸钠、20万道尔顿级透明质酸钠、120万道尔顿级透明质酸钠按比例混合,得到A相;
(E3)将A相和B相在85~90℃下加热均质,按比例加入1,3-丁二醇、对羟基苯乙酮,混合均匀,然后按比例加入玫瑰精油、增溶剂LRI,混合均匀;
(E4)步骤(E3)得到的混合物降温至60℃以下,按比例加入αGG、燕麦-β-葡聚糖、海藻提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物,混合均匀,冷却,得到含有αGG的提亮面膜。
