Abstract

一种抗菌耐用的弹力布,以制成的纤维重量含量计,成分为:涤纶28~31%、腈纶15~21%、棉纶纤维43~25%、天丝纤维6~10%、镀银纤维8~13%,且弹力布由含有前述对应成分纤维重量的纱线织造而成。本发明制备的弹力布,选择适当配比的涤纶、腈纶、棉纶纤维、镀银纤维,既充分发挥各自的优点,又相互补充,具有良好的抗菌性与耐用性,柔软度合适,弹性强度大,能够满足制备休闲服装的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及服饰面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌耐用的弹力布。
背景技术
面料是服装设计的物质基础,运动休闲服装设计中,各种功能性面料和时装面料被大量运用。功能性纤维运用方面,莱卡纤维具有优秀的延展能力,在很大程度上保障了运动舒适性,并可达到很好的修身效果。休闲服装的要求是突破弹性局限,穿着舒适随意,但目前应用于休闲服装的弹力布还存在不足:力学性能差,弹性强度不够,耐磨性弱,导致衣服在穿着一段时间后膝关节、 肘关节处面料的磨损和变形严重,同时因这些部位长时间受力变形,导致面料表面会产生突起、走样,进而影响衣服美观。且较长时间在户外活动,衣服不可避免沾染有病菌,日常通过消毒液对衣物进行洗涤,不可避免对衣物造成损坏。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种抗菌耐用的弹力布,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种抗菌耐用的弹力布,以制成的纤维重量含量计,成分为:涤纶28~31%、腈纶15~21%、棉纶纤维43~25%、天丝纤维6~10%、镀银纤维8~13%,且弹力布由含有前述对应成分纤维重量的纱线织造而成,具体加工步骤如下:
1、整经
将含有对应成分纤维重量的纱线混纺为一条包纱,而后对包纱进行整经;
2、织造
同经同纬在织造机上织造坯布;
3、清洗
对步骤2)织造的坯布进行水洗,以去除坯布上的杂质;
4、预缩
将步骤3)中完成清洗并晾干的坯布置于预缩机上进行预缩;
5、定型
在步骤4)的坯布完全收缩时,采用烫平机使坯布在无张力状态下烫干,以完成坯布定型;
6、烘干
通过烘干机对步骤5)中完成定型的坯布进行烘干,得抗菌耐用的弹力布。
有益效果:本发明制备的弹力布,选择适当配比的涤纶、腈纶、棉纶纤维、镀银纤维,既充分发挥各自的优点,又相互补充,具有良好的抗菌性与耐用性,柔软度合适,弹性强度大,能够满足制备休闲服装的要求。

实施例1
一种抗菌耐用的弹力布,以制成的纤维重量含量计,成分为:涤纶28%、腈纶15%、棉纶纤维43%、天丝纤维6%、镀银纤维8%,且弹力布由含有前述对应成分纤维重量的纱线织造而成,具体加工步骤如下:
1、整经
将含有对应成分纤维重量的纱线混纺为一条包纱,而后对包纱进行整经;
2、织造
同经同纬在织造机上织造坯布;
3、清洗
对步骤2)织造的坯布进行水洗,以去除坯布上的杂质;
4、预缩
将步骤3)中完成清洗并晾干的坯布置于预缩机上进行预缩;
5、定型
在步骤4)的坯布完全收缩时,采用烫平机使坯布在无张力状态下烫干,以完成坯布定型;
6、烘干
通过烘干机对步骤5)中完成定型的坯布进行烘干,得抗菌耐用的弹力布。
实施例2
一种抗菌耐用的弹力布,以制成的纤维重量含量计,成分为:涤纶30%、腈纶16%、棉纶纤维38%、天丝纤维7%、镀银纤维9%,且弹力布由含有前述对应成分纤维重量的纱线织造而成,具体加工步骤如下:
1、整经
将含有对应成分纤维重量的纱线混纺为一条包纱,而后对包纱进行整经;
2、织造
同经同纬在织造机上织造坯布;
3、清洗
对步骤2)织造的坯布进行水洗,以去除坯布上的杂质;
4、预缩
将步骤3)中完成清洗并晾干的坯布置于预缩机上进行预缩;
5、定型
在步骤4)的坯布完全收缩时,采用烫平机使坯布在无张力状态下烫干,以完成坯布定型;
6、烘干
通过烘干机对步骤5)中完成定型的坯布进行烘干,得抗菌耐用的弹力布。

上述实施例1~实施例5中,所述烘干机工艺参数:烘干温度145~155℃。

1.一种抗菌耐用的弹力布,其特征在于,以制成的纤维重量含量计,成分为:涤纶28~31%、腈纶15~21%、棉纶纤维43~25%、天丝纤维6~10%、镀银纤维8~13%,且弹力布由含有前述对应成分纤维重量的纱线织造而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌耐用的弹力布,其特征在于,成分为:涤纶31%、腈纶20%、棉纶纤维27%、天丝纤维10%、镀银纤维12%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌耐用的弹力布,其特征在于,成分为:涤纶31%、腈纶21%、棉纶纤维26%、天丝纤维10%、镀银纤维12%。
4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种抗菌耐用的弹力布,其特征在于,具体加工步骤如下:
1、整经
将含有对应成分纤维重量的纱线混纺为一条包纱,而后对包纱进行整经;
2、织造
同经同纬在织造机上织造坯布;
3、清洗
对步骤2)织造的坯布进行水洗;
4、预缩
将步骤3)中完成清洗并晾干的坯布置于预缩机上进行预缩;
5、定型
在步骤4)的坯布完全收缩时,采用烫平机使坯布在无张力状态下烫干,以完成坯布定型;
6、烘干
对步骤5)中完成定型的坯布进行烘干,得耐用透气的弹力布。
