背景技术
茶是一种常见的生津止渴物质,是日常最长使用的饮品,茶和中药同用及其保健作用开发,于佩雯等,中国中医药现代远程教育,第18卷第2期,总第322期,描述了茶和中药能否同用的观点,对茶和中药同用的建议如下,
1)茶是一味中药,有偏性,有适应证,也有禁忌证。不应回避其禁忌证,对失眠、需要休息的患者用量要少,或白天使用,或避免使用;对胃肠病患者用量要轻或者不用,或者辨证配伍治疗胃肠疾病的其它药物:对于虚弱患者或贫血患者避免使用茶。
2)茶偏性较小,其疗效可以惠及大多数人群,所以是一种可以普遍使用的健康饮品,但不要夸大其作用,对于禁忌人群,也不要罔顾其副作用。
3)必须使用茶叶时,要辨证使用,或者通过配伍以减少其偏性损害,如在所有制茶形式中绿茶预防肿瘤作用最好,但绿茶寒凉,多饮可能会伤脾胃之阳气,理论上配伍益气健脾中药可以纠正这种偏差,达到1+1大于2的效果,或者退而求其次用温性的红茶。总体上,不需神化、拔高茶的作用和使用范围,也不要不分青红皂白地全盘否定,要在专业知识指导下应用。
专利CN201510309797.8公开了一种清咽保健中药组合物及其制备方法和应用,由以下重量份原料制备而成:地黄20-40份、麦冬20-40份、玄参20-40份、金银花10-30份、川贝母10-30份、甘草10-20份、罗汉果10-20份。该中药组合物使用了具有清热解毒、滋阴清火、生津止渴、润肺祛痰止咳等功效的药食两用的材料,可以制备成口服液、含片或胶囊等剂型,用于治疗急慢性咽喉炎等病症,尤其适用于因热毒引起的口干舌燥、咽喉肿痛,以及阴虚火、旺虚火夹实之慢性咽喉。但是这种中药成分在与茶共饮时,口感较差,难以直接使用。

Claims (10)
1.一种生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物,其特征是,包括如下重量百分含量组分,黄精提取物40-50%、玉竹提取物40-50%和茶提取物5-15%。
2.如权利要求1所述的生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物,其特征是,包括如下重量百分含量组分,黄精提取物45%、玉竹提取物45%和茶提取物10%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物,其特征是,所述黄精提取物的制备方法为,将黄精干燥,粉碎,加入纤维素酶、果胶酶和水,调节pH值为7-8,浸泡一段时间后,加热浓缩,过滤,将滤液在无水乙醇中进行醇沉,离心取沉淀,干燥,得到黄精提取物。
4.如权利要求3所述的生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物,其特征是,所述纤维素酶和果胶酶的重量比为2-3:1,所述黄精与纤维素酶、果胶酶总重量比为1:2-4。
5.如权利要求3所述的生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物,其特征是,滤液和无水乙醇的体积比为1:3-5。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物,其特征是,所述玉竹提取物的制备方法为,将玉竹和石油醚混合,加热回流,干燥后,将其和乙醇溶液混合,回流,减压浓缩,过滤,滤液在无水乙醇中进行醇沉,过滤,滤液减压浓缩,得到玉竹提取物。
7.如权利要求6所述的生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物,其特征是,所述玉竹提取物的制备方法,乙醇溶液的体积浓度为70-80%。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物,其特征是,所述茶提取物的制备方法为,将茶叶粉碎,加入有机酸,控制pH值为9-11,浸泡处理,然后加入氯化钠,加热,过滤,滤液减压浓缩,得到茶提取物。
9.如权利要求8所述的生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物,其特征是,茶叶和氯化钠的重量比为1:0.1-0.3。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物的制备方法,其特征是,将黄精提取物、玉竹提取物和茶提取物混合,然后进行真空冷冻干燥,抽真空控制为10~30kPa,温度为-50~-40℃,保持一段时间后,得到生津止渴、养阴润燥的组合物。
