Abstract
本公开提供了一种像素电路、显示面板及显示装置,属于显示技术领域。该像素电路包括的半导体层能够形成各个晶体管的有源层,该像素电路包括的第一栅极金属层能够形成各个晶体管的栅极。上述各个晶体管包括用于对驱动晶体管的栅极进行复位的第一复位晶体管,用于对发光件的阳极进行复位的第二复位晶体管,以及与发光元件的阳极耦接的第一发光控制晶体管。并且,该第一复位晶体管的沟道区位于第一发光控制晶体管的沟道区与第二复位晶体管的沟道区之间。相应的,第二复位晶体管距发光元件的阳极的距离较大。如此,该第二复位晶体管的漏电路径可以较长,漏电流可以较小。由此,发光元件的阳极的电位可以较为稳定,发光元件的发光效果较好。
