Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种电池提供动力的手引导的电动工具,特别涉及一种锤,其中,一充电电池盒通过一轨槽结构可拆卸地连接该锤的工具壳体,并且,该电池盒锁定在此工具壳体上的操作位置,并可移动到一释放位置,在操作位置,借助一设置在工具壳体上的锁紧装置电池盒的电接触件与电动工具的相关的电接触件沿在轨槽结构的纵向上延伸的接触长度电连接,从而,当锁紧装置移动到一释放位置时,该电池盒沿轨槽结构的纵向移出操作位置,并可以从工具壳体上将其取下。
在一种形式为钻锤的公知的这样的电动工具(DE19521423A1)中,轨槽结构的壳体侧部分在工具壳体的形成后抓握部分的那部分的前侧延伸,且大致与工具夹持器的纵轴线成直角。在抓握部分的下部有一弹簧加载的锁紧件,在锁定装置,该锁紧件与插入的电池壳体一起接合于电池壳体的锁定凹入部内,如此,将电池盒保持在工具壳体上的其操作位置。通过克服弹簧的弹性力将锁紧件拉回,将电池盒释放,可以从工具壳体上将其取下。
这种已知的电动工具的一个问题在于,使用者必须用一只手握住该电动工具,而用另一只手将锁紧件移动到释放位置,以释放电池盒。如果在这样做的过程中,使用者已经为电动工具取向,所以电池盒在重量作用下能够脱离电动工具,但有一个危险,就是若使用者不能同时抓住该电池盒,那么其会以失控的方式掉出,这可能导致电池盒毁坏,也许甚至导致受伤。另一方面,如果使用者保持电动工具的取向,从而,当移动锁紧件时电池盒支撑在壳体的形成抓握部的部分上,即使工具夹持器的轴线朝向上方,在锁紧件被拉回时电池盒不会从其位置移动。当锁紧件连续被释放时其将再次进入电池盒的锁定凹入部,从而电池盒继续与电动工具连接。
如果使用者偶然将已知的电动工具的电池盒插入所述的最后位置,那么电动工具和电池盒的接触件可以接触,但锁紧件可以不经意的没有锁定在锁定凹入部内。虽然电动工具可以在此位置进行操作,但当电池盒倾斜一相关的角度时其会突然脱离电动工具,可能发生令人震惊的影响,特别是导致使用者或其他人员受伤,例如,如果该电动工具使用在建筑工地上。
本发明的目的是构造一种电动工具,使得其在使用中非常安全,电池盒可以以简单的方式移出其操作位置。
为解决这一问题,按照本发明设计一种在引言中提及的那种电动工具,从而,在电池盒和工具壳体之间设置一弹簧,该弹簧对插入的电池盒沿移出其操作位置的运动方向加载,且移动的行程大于接触件的接触长度,且在接触长度上该弹簧的恢复力大于电池盒的重量。
弹簧的行程最好在轨槽结构的区域内沿弹簧的纵向不大于电池盒的一半长度。
因此,在本发明的电动工具中,一弹簧用作帮助将电池盒从工具壳体上取下,该弹簧施加一否则是使用者通过抓住电池盒而施加的力,借助轨槽结构的轨和槽的彼此相对位移以控制的方式将电池盒从工具壳体上取下。由于使用者需要用一只手抓住电动工具而用另一只手操作锁定装置,因而这样的动作不能用在此描述的电动工具来做。因此,使用者用一只手致动锁紧装置,以释放电池盒,结果是弹簧将电池盒相对于工具壳体移动一定量。这样,如果使用者让锁紧装置连续运行,锁定装置沿锁定位置的方向的返回运动不会再将电池盒锁定。进而,因弹簧引起的电池盒的位移将电池盒和电动工具的接触件分开。可以安全地避免电动工具错误地接通未锁定的电池盒。由于弹簧的恢复力的作用,即使是抓住电动工具时也能有效实现这种分离,所以,电池盒必须垂直向上位移。对于其他而言,弹簧的有限行程是指,当位移是水平的时候,电池盒沿轨槽结构移离其操作位置不能太远,以便其自动脱离电动工具。如非常明显看出,行程限制需要满足的只有这一条件,否则就不是必须要完全一致的变量
在锁紧装置被释放且弹簧移动电池盒之后,使用者用先前用来操作该锁紧装置的手将电池盒从电动工具上取下。
值得一提的是,弹簧当然对电池盒的插入以及向其锁定操作位置的运动发生作用,且弹簧的构造应尽可能的软,以便电池盒的插入不会太困难。由于本发明的弹簧的结构,保证了电池盒的插入,没有锁紧装置卡住而导致电动工具和电池盒的接触件分离,即,在这种状态电动工具不会意外地操作。
本发明结构特别有利的是,如果锁紧装置包括两个操作件,它们设置在包含工具壳体的纵轴线的中心平面的相对侧上,而且这两个操作件必须由使用者同时致动,以释放电池盒,那么明显不能使用致动操作件的手也来支持电池盒,所以,本发明设置的弹簧显然使电池盒的取下得以简化。
在本发明的构造中,轨槽结构的工具侧部分至少大致平行于电动工具的工具夹持器的纵轴线延伸,且位于工具壳体的抓握区的前面,该抓握区在电动工具的通常功能位置向下延伸。在这种情形中,弹簧安装在抓握区的前边。然后,在电动工具的通常功能位置取下电池盒,而在此位置,工具夹持器的轴线大致为水平的,其中,弹簧在锁紧装置移出其锁定位置时将电池盒向前移离抓握区。然而,电池盒也可以在这样一个位置取下,在此位置,由于弹簧支撑电池盒的全部重量工具夹持器朝向上方。
在这样一种结构中,弹簧可以是螺旋弹簧,且在其远离抓握区的端部有一帽,该帽通过抓握区的壁上的孔延伸,而且该帽有朝向外部的肩,此肩接合在抓握区的内部的孔的边缘区后面。这样,该弹簧牢固地连接工具壳体的抓握区。

图示钻锤具有一工具壳体,该壳体包括一筒状电机壳体1,其朝壳体1的后端敞开,且在后部与此相邻的包括一抓握壳体,该抓握壳体由两个半壳2、3构成。一电机(未示出)和一未示出的气动锤机构通常位于该工具壳体内。固定在钻锤的前端的是一工具夹持器7,其以通常的方式固定在一芯轴上,该芯轴未示出;一未示出的锤头插入工具夹持器内,在以通常的钻锤的方式工作的过程中,锤头受到锤机构的冲击和/或被驱动旋转。
握持壳体2、3上形成有一握持孔4,其内延伸着一开关致动器5,用于致动电机。电机由电池盒50供电,该电池盒以一种后面将描述的方式可拆卸地固定于钻锤上。
特别是从图3至5中可以清楚地看出,电机壳体1的下侧具有一整体形成的框架部15,该框架部在其后部区域具有整体形成的连接套筒14,而在其前部区域具有两个凹入部分16、17,一横向壁将该两个凹入部分分隔开,该横向壁位于工具壳体1、2、3的中平面43上,与工具夹持器7的旋转轴线重合的工具壳体的纵轴线6也处在该平面内。
压缩弹簧20、21和压紧件18、19插入为盲孔形式的凹入部分16、17。在凹入部分16和17的外侧壁上设有一个相应的狭槽形通孔44、45。各操作件22、23中的内臂26、27伸入到这些相应的通孔中,此两操作件的形式为一基本上L形的双臂杆,并且具有一前枢轴销28、29和一相应的后枢轴销30、31,这些枢轴销与操作件成一体。枢轴销26、28和29、31分别卡入与框架部15一体形成并朝外敞开的前和后支撑套筒32、34和33、35中。因此,将操作件22、23枢轴地安装在框架部上。
盖8和9侧向上固定到框架部15上,它们各有一通孔10、11,相应的操作件22、23的相应外臂24、25伸入各相应的通孔中,因此,可以从外面接近臂24、25的外表面。盖8、9具有向内凸突的连接插座12、13,这两个插座在安装状态下伸入连接套筒14中。借助于未示出的插入连接插座的螺钉与连接套筒的内螺纹的接合,盖8、9可拆卸地保持在框架部上,它们特别分别覆盖操作件22、23的枢轴销28、30和29、31以及相关的支撑套筒32、34和33、35,并构成电机壳体1的一可见的向下连续部分。
应该说明的是,借助于这种结构,压紧件18、19可以很容易地安装并保持在凹入部分16和17内。如果一个弹簧和相关的压紧件插入凹入部分,然后使压紧件保持固定,则相关的操作件的22、23的内臂26、27被推过相应的凹入部分16、17的侧壁上的相应的狭槽形通孔44、45,并进入相应的压紧件18、19的一侧向狭槽形孔。事实是正是这种接合防止了压缩弹簧20、21可能分别将其相关的压紧件18、19推出相应的凹入部分16、17。各操作件22、23的枢轴销28、30和29、31分别卡入相应的支撑套筒32、34和33、35,因此,操作件22、23定位在图3中清楚地示出的操作件23的位置。在此位置,在图3中未示出的压缩弹簧20顶着操作件23的内臂27向下压压紧件19,伸入压紧件19的孔中,使操作件23受偏压,使其顺时针枢轴旋转,这一枢轴运动受到抵触设置在框架部15上的狭槽形通孔45的下边缘的内臂27的限制,这就是说,压紧件19向下突出到凹入部分17之外只能到达图3所示的下锁定的位置。这同样适用于图3中未示出的压紧件18,该压紧件插入凹入部分16,并与操作件22配合工作。

正如图2、6、9和10中清楚地示出的,在框架部15的后面,如在图7和11中也示出的接触件42固定于电机壳体1,通过连接于工具壳体内的不同部件,接触件与电机壳体彼此电连接。这些接触件42设置在一朝向前面敞开的框架结构中。相应的接触件51位于电池盒50的其后部区域的上侧,并且安装在一后部敞开的框架结构中。在图2、6和7所示的位置,这就是说,图1、2和6中所示的电池盒50的锁定或工作位置,电池侧接触件与工具侧接触件42在一接触长度上是导电接合的。
在工具壳体的用于电池组50的后端面的支撑面的上端区域内有一孔40,一大致为拇指形的帽39穿过该孔延伸,该帽在其后端具有一个朝向外部的肩部,其外径大于孔40的直径,因此,帽39不会穿过孔40从壳体中脱出。帽39受到一螺旋弹簧38的偏压,该弹簧坐放在一支撑销41(见图10)上,此支撑销与抓握壳体1、2上的与孔40相对的壁一体形成。螺旋弹簧顶靠在抓握壳体的该壁上,使帽39产生一向前的位移,这就是说,产生一个向一位置的位移,在该位置,帽39的肩部顶靠在围绕着孔40的壁区域上。如图6所示,随着电池盒50插入并定位在锁定或工作位置,帽39被推到工具壳体内最远处,螺旋弹簧38完全被压缩。
为了在其工作位置上将电池盒50从钻锤上卸下,使用者用一只手从前面握住盖8、9和电池盒50的前部区域,并例如用其拇指和食指向内压操作件22和23的外臂24、25。这使操作件分别绕其枢轴销28、30和29、31转动,并使压紧件18、19克服压缩弹簧20、21的力提升,即,它们进一步移动到凹入部分16、17内,直到压紧件18、19的下端从电池盒50的锁定凹入部52、53缩回。当压紧件18、19放开电池盒50时,螺旋弹簧38将盖39压靠在电池盒50上,电池盒受到螺旋弹簧的这种力的压迫,沿轨道36、37向前。只要有一个微小的位移就足以保证压紧件18、19不会在释放操作件22、23之后电池50重新进入压紧凹入部52、53。代替之以压紧件靠在电池盒50的上表面上。螺旋弹簧38不仅产生这样一种微小的位移,而且在缩回压紧件18、19时使电池盒50沿着工具壳体上设置的轨道36和37移动一段距离,使得电池侧接触件51安全地与工具侧接触件42脱离接合。因此,螺旋弹簧38使电池盒50产生的位移不仅使电池组50机械脱开接合,而且安全地中断了电池盒50与电动工具的电连接。为此,弹簧件38具有一大于电池盒50的重量的恢复力,从而可以可靠地使电池盒产生相应的位移。这样,既使当电动工具的工具夹持器7朝上时,只要使用者将电池盒50解锁,弹簧力38就会使电池盒50克服重力,沿着垂直定位的轨道36、37移动。然而,弹簧38在图6所示的全压缩位置与帽39的朝外的肩部支撑在工具壳体的围绕着孔40的壁区域上时的位置(图10)之间的移动大于电池盒50在图1、2和6所示的工作位置时电池侧接触件51与工具侧接触件接合的长度。由于压紧件18、19从图6所示的锁定位置移动到图10所示的释放或缩回位置,因此,无论电动工具如何定向,弹簧38都能可靠地使电池盒50沿着轨道36、37产生位移,使得电池侧与工具侧接触件51、42有效分离。
至于其它,弹簧38在全压缩位置(见图6)与图10所示的帽39的朝外的肩部坐放在围绕着孔40的壁区域上的位置之间的移动不应大到使电池盒50移动到不再可靠地保持在轨道36、37上,实际上已经“弹出”其在轨道上的安装的位置。因此,有利的是,弹簧38的移动不大于在轨槽结构36、37、54、55的区域内电池盒的在槽54、55的纵向的长度一半,因此,在被弹簧38移动的状态下,电池盒50仍然位于轨道35、36的纵向延伸的至少一半。
当使用者将电池盒50插入钻锤时,他不得不适当地向后移动帽39,并压缩弹簧38,以将电池盒50移动到压紧件18、19锁入电池盒50的锁定凹入部52、53的位置。在该位置,电池侧接触件51也电连接于工具侧接触件42。然而,如果使用者不能将电池盒50推到压紧件锁入的位置,松手时电池盒将受到弹簧38的作用移动到图8和10所示的位置,使用者显然很容易发现这一错误。进而,当电池盒50没有通过压紧件18、19的接合锁定在其工作位置,无论如何电池盒50没有与钻锤电连接的并将此设定在运转中的机会。
