本发明涉及一种导电性涂布液组合物及包含由此制造的导电层的柔性显示器用透明导电膜,所述透明导电膜即使经过多次弯曲之后,表面电阻变化仍然少,雾度低,透光率高,因此适用于柔性显示器。
背景技术
现在,使用最多的显示器用透明电极的材质是ITO(氧化铟锡,Indium TinOxide)。但是,用ITO形成透明电极时,有如下缺点,不仅需要过高的成本,而且难以实现大面积。特别是,当大面积涂布ITO时,由于表面电阻的变化大,存在显示器的亮度及发光效率降低的缺点。此外,作为ITO的主原料的铟是稀有矿物,随着显示器市场的扩大正在迅速枯竭。为了克服ITO的这些缺点,正在进行利用柔软性优异且涂布工序简单的聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩/聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polystyrene sulfonate;PEDOT/PSS)形成透明电极的研究。
另一方面,最近随着液晶显示元件的使用日益增加,其构成材料的使用也在增加。其中,替代金属或玻璃等材料的各种透明塑料材料被广泛用于需要高透明度的部分。其中,液晶显示元件的面板表面暴露于外部,因此用于保护面板免受各种外部刺激的透明基材被广泛使用。
但是,当使用PEDOT/PSS作为透明电极且使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethyleneterephthalate;PET)作为透明基材来形成显示器时,在热处理工序中,未反应的低聚物从PET涌出到表面,从而增加雾度(haze)值或损坏透明电极,导致表面电阻增加。另外,由于经过多次弯曲后表面电阻的变化大,所以不适用于经过多次弯曲时要求高物理稳定性的柔性显示器(参照韩国公开专利第2011-0095915号)。

发明要解决的课题
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种导电性涂布液组合物及包含由此制造的导电层的透明导电膜,即使经过多次弯曲之后,表面电阻变化仍然少,雾度低,透光率高,从而能够制造适用于柔性显示器的导电层。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种导电性涂布液组合物,包含聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩/聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polystyrene sulfonate;PEDOT/PSS)、有机粘合剂、有机溶剂、硅烷偶联剂及表面活性剂。
为了达成另一目的,本发明提供一种柔性显示器用透明导电膜,包括透明基膜和导电层,其中所述导电层由所述导电性涂布液组合物形成。
发明效果
本发明的柔性显示器用透明导电膜包含由导电性涂布液组合物形成的导电层,所述透明导电膜具有如下优点,即使经过多次弯曲之后,表面电阻变化仍然少,雾度低,透光率高。

具体实施方式
本发明的导电性涂布液组合物包含聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩/聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polystyrene sulfonate;PEDOT/PSS)、有机粘合剂、有机溶剂、硅烷偶联剂及表面活性剂。
所述导电性涂布液组合物可以包含10~70重量%的PEDOT/PSS、1~20重量%的有机粘合剂、10~80重量%的有机溶剂、0.05~1重量%的硅烷偶联剂及0.02~0.4重量%的表面活性剂。具体地,所述导电性涂布液组合物可以包含30~60重量%的PEDOT/PSS、1~10重量%的有机粘合剂、40~65重量%的有机溶剂、0.1~1重量%的硅烷偶联剂及0.1~0.4重量%的表面活性剂。更具体地,所述导电性涂布液组合物可以包含35~50重量%的PEDOT/PSS、1~5重量%的有机粘合剂、45~60重量%的有机溶剂、0.5~1重量%的硅烷偶联剂及0.1~0.4重量%的表面活性剂。
所述PEDOT/PSS是在聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)(PEDOT)中掺杂聚(4-苯乙烯磺酸盐)(PSS)的水分散性导电聚合物。所述PEDOT/PSS在噻吩(thiophene)结构中具有环形式的乙烯二氧(ethylene dioxy)基,通过被置换到3和4位置的乙烯二氧基带来的电子供给效果,具有比噻吩更低的光学带隙(760nm~780nm或1.6eV~1.7eV),可以根据氧化/还原的电位差来改变颜色,在氧化状态下,红外线区域存在吸收带,从而可确保透明性。
所述有机粘合剂可以包含选自由三聚氰胺树脂、聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂和聚丙烯酸树脂构成的群中的一种以上。此外,所述有机粘合剂可以是水分散性树脂。
所述有机粘合剂的重均分子量可以是5000~30,000g/mol。具体地,所述有机粘合剂的重均分子量可以10,000~20,000g/mol。
所述有机溶剂可以包含醇类有机溶剂及酰胺类有机溶剂。具体地,所述有机溶剂可以包含重量比为10乃至30:1的醇类有机溶剂和酰胺类有机溶剂。更具体地,所述有机溶剂可以包含重量比为10乃至25:1,重量比为15乃至25:1,重量比为17乃至25:1的醇类有机溶剂和酰胺类有机溶剂。当醇类有机溶剂和酰胺类有机溶剂的混合比在上述范围内时,在涂布导电性涂布液组合物之后导电率上升,从而可以获得具有低表面电阻的涂层。
所述醇类有机溶剂起到通过降低导电性涂布液组合物的表面张力来提高涂布性的作用。具体地,所述醇类有机溶剂可以是碳原子数为1~4的醇。更具体地,可以是甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇或正丁醇。
所述酰胺类有机溶剂起到提高所制备的导电层的导电性的作用。具体地,所述酰胺类有机溶剂可以包含选自由乙酰胺、N-甲基乙酰胺、N-二甲基乙酰胺及N-甲基吡咯烷酮所构成的群中的一种以上。
所述硅烷偶联剂起到通过提高导电性涂布液组合物的附着力以便于在透明基膜上层压导电层的作用。具体地,所述硅烷偶联剂可以包含选自由三甲氧基类硅烷、三乙氧基类硅烷、四甲氧基类硅烷及四乙氧基类硅烷构成的群中的一种以上。
所述三乙氧基类硅烷可以是2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三乙氧基硅烷(2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltriethoxysilane)、(3-氨基丙基)三乙氧基硅烷((3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane)、(五氟苯基)三乙氧基硅烷((pentafluorophenyl)triethoxysilane)、(3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基)三乙氧基硅烷((3-glycidyloxypropyl)triethoxysilane)或(4-氯苯基)三乙氧基硅烷((4-chlorophenyl)triethoxysilane)。
所述三甲氧基类硅烷可以是(3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷((3-glycidyloxypropyl)trimethoxysilane)、(3-氯丙基)三甲氧基硅烷((3-chloropropyl)trimethoxysilane)、(3-巯基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷((3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane)、(3-氨基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷((3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane)、[3-(2-氨基乙基氨基)丙基]三甲氧基硅烷([3-(2-aminoethylamino)propyl]trimethoxysilane)、(N,N-二甲基氨基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷((N,N-dimethylaminopropyl)trimethoxysilane)、(3-溴丙基)三甲氧基硅烷((3-bromopropyl)trimethoxysilane)或(3-碘丙基)三甲氧基硅烷((3-iodopropyl)trimethoxysilane)。
所述表面活性剂可以是硅类表面活性剂或乙炔类表面活性剂。
所述硅类表面活性剂可以是改性的硅类表面活性剂。例如,BYK公司的BYK-378是所述硅类表面活性剂的市售产品。
例如,所述乙炔类表面活性剂的市售产品有Air Products公司的Dynol 604。
所述导电性涂布液组合物还可以包含pH调节剂。具体地,所述pH调节剂可以包含选自由2-二甲氨基乙醇(2-dimethylaminoethanol)、2,2'-亚氨基二乙醇(2,2'-iminodiethanol)及2,2’,2”-次氮基三乙醇(2,2',2”-nitrilotriethanol)构成的群中的一种以上。
以所述导电性涂布液组合物的总重量为基准,可以包含0.001~0.01重量%的pH调节剂。具体地,以所述导电性涂布液组合物的总重量为基准,可以包含0.001~0.005重量%的pH调节剂。
本发明的柔性显示器用透明导电膜包括透明基膜及导电层,所述导电层由包含PEDOT/PSS、有机粘合剂、有机溶剂、硅烷偶联剂及表面活性剂的导电性涂布液组合物形成。
所述导电层由包含PEDOT/PSS、有机粘合剂、有机溶剂、硅烷偶联剂及表面活性剂的导电性涂布液组合物形成。所述导电性涂布液组合物如上所述。
所述导电层的平均厚度可以是100~1000nm。具体地,所述导电层的平均厚度可以是100~700nm。
所述透明基膜可以包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚酰亚胺(PI)或无色透明聚酰亚胺(PI)。具体地,所述透明基膜可以由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)或无色透明聚酰亚胺(PI)构成。
所述透明基膜的平均厚度可以是12~200μm。具体地,所述透明基膜的平均厚度可以是15~150μm、15~130μm或20~130μm。
所述透明导电膜可以在施加5V电压的状态下弯曲30万次,以便弯曲半径达到3mm,然后使用下式1计算的表面电阻变化可以是-5.0~5.0%。具体地,所述透明导电膜可以在施加5V电压的状态下弯曲30万次,以便弯曲半径达到3mm,然后使用下式1计算的表面电阻变化可以是0~5.0%。
所述透明导电膜的表面电阻是100~200Ω/□或150~200Ω/□,切割成10cm×10cm×50μm(长度×宽度×厚度)后测量的雾度小于1%。具体地,所述透明导电膜的表面电阻是100~180Ω/□,切割成10cm×10cm×50μm(长度×宽度×厚度)后测量的雾度小于0.7%。
所述透明导电膜对可见光的透射率可以是80%以上,对水的接触角可以是60~85°。所述透明导电膜对可见光的透射率可以是80%以上,对水的接触角可以是63~84°。
在下文中,将参考以下实施例更详细地描述本发明。但是,以下实施例仅仅是为了示例本发明,本发明的范围并不限定于此。
[实施例]
以下实施例和比较例中所使用的化合物的制造商和产品名称示于下表1中。

实施例1.透明导电膜的制备
将42.9g的水性分散PEDOT-PSS、2.524g的有机粘合剂-1、0.9g的硅烷偶联剂-1、0.3g的表面活性剂-1、0.003g的pH调节剂、2.6g的有机溶剂-1及50.773g的有机溶剂-2混合后获得导电性涂布液组合物。然后,将导电性涂布液组合物湿式涂布(wet coating)在PET基膜(制造商:SKC,商品名:TU63,平均厚度:50μm)的一面上,在80℃下干燥3分钟并热固化,形成平均厚度为620nm的导电层,从而制备平均厚度为50.62μm的透明导电膜。
实施例2~8.
除了改变PEDOT-PSS、有机粘合剂、硅烷偶联剂、表面活性剂、pH调节剂及有机溶剂的种类和含量之外,使用和实施例1相同的方法制备平均厚度为50.62μm的透明导电膜。

实施例9.
除了基膜使用聚酰亚胺膜(制造商:SKC,商品名:CtPI,平均厚度:50μm)之外,使用和实施例1相同的方法制备平均厚度为50.62μm的透明导电膜。
实验例1.透明导电膜的物性评价
按照如下所述对实施例1~9的透明导电膜的物性进行评价,并示于表3。
(1)表面电阻
将透明导电膜切割成500mm×500mm(长度×宽度),使用Mitsubishi ChemicalAnalytech公司的MCP-T370测量导电层的表面电阻。
(2)雾度
将透明导电膜切割成10cm×10cm×50μm(长度×宽度×厚度),按照ISO 14782标准,使用Nippon Denshoku公司的NDH2000N测量雾度。
(3)透过率
使用Nippon Denshoku公司的NDH2000N测量透明导电膜对可见光(380~780nm)的透过率。
(4)接触角
将透明导电膜切割成1cm×5cm×50μm(长度×宽度×厚度),滴下一滴水,测量涂膜表面与水滴的切线之间的角度,判断接触角。
(5)附着性(交叉切割,cross
hatch
cut)
将透明导电膜切割成20m×20cm×50μm(长度×宽度×厚度),按照ISO 2409标准,测量通过交叉切割的附着性。

实验例2.透明导电膜的柔软性评价
为了评价实施例1及9的透明导电膜的柔软性,将透明导电膜切割成15mm×50mm(长度×宽度),然后将切割的透明导电膜(在下文中,记载为样品)安装在彼此相对的夹具上。将两个夹具之间的样品的长度从50mm调整到13mm,使得两侧的夹具彼此相邻,位于其间的样品成为弯曲(bending)结构且弯曲半径(bending radius)达到1mm或3mm,弯曲30万次的期间施加5V的DC的电压并测量表面电阻。另外,所述弯曲使得导电层在折叠时向外(拉伸)或向内(压缩),并且测量表面电阻的最大值、最小值及弯曲30万次后的表面电阻。
实施例1的膜的测量结果示于表4,实施例9的膜的测量结果示于表5。

如表4和表5所示,实施例的透明导电膜弯曲后的表面电阻变化率小,弯曲后的表面电阻在弯曲前的测量误差范围内。
实验例3.透明导电膜的金属附着力评价
根据表6的真空度、线速度、预处理条件及成膜条件,通过辊对辊金属喷镀法在实施例1的透明导电膜的导电层上层叠金属层,如铜(Cu)或银(Ag)。此后按照如下所述评价物性,并示于表7。

(1)电阻率(resistivity)及表面电阻
将透明导电膜切割成10cm×10cm(长度×宽度),使用Mitsubishi ChemicalAnalytech公司的MCP-T370测量电阻率及导电层的表面电阻。
(2)附着性(交叉切割,cross hatch cut)
将透明导电膜切割成20m×20cm×50μm(长度×宽度×厚度),按照ISO 2409标准,测量通过交叉切割的附着性。

如表7所示,可知本申请发明的透明导电膜不仅金属附着力优异、金属沉积后的表面电阻低,而且外观良好,因此适用于窄边框(narrow bezel)显示器。

Claims (19)
1.一种导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,包含聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩/聚苯乙烯磺酸盐、有机粘合剂、有机溶剂、硅烷偶联剂及表面活性剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,所述导电性涂布液组合物包含10~70重量%的聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩/聚苯乙烯磺酸盐、1~20重量%的有机粘合剂、10~80重量%的有机溶剂、0.05~1重量%的硅烷偶联剂及0.02~0.4重量%的表面活性剂。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,所述有机粘合剂包含选自由三聚氰胺树脂、聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂和聚丙烯酸树脂构成的群中的一种以上。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂包含醇类有机溶剂及酰胺类有机溶剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,所述醇类有机溶剂是碳原子数为1~4的醇。
6.如权利要求4所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,所述酰胺类有机溶剂包含选自由乙酰胺、N-甲基乙酰胺、N-二甲基乙酰胺及N-甲基吡咯烷酮所构成的群中的一种以上。
7.如权利要求4所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂包含重量比为10乃至30:1的醇类有机溶剂和酰胺类有机溶剂。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂包含选自由三甲氧基类硅烷、三乙氧基类硅烷、四甲氧基类硅烷及四乙氧基类硅烷构成的群中的一种以上。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂是硅类表面活性剂或乙炔类表面活性剂。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,所述导电性涂布液组合物还包含pH调节剂。
11.如权利要求10所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂包含选自由2-二甲氨基乙醇、2,2'-亚氨基二乙醇及2,2’,2”-次氮基三乙醇构成的群中的一种以上。
12.如权利要求10所述的导电性涂布液组合物,其特征在于,以所述导电性涂布液组合物的总重量为基准,包含0.001~0.01重量%的pH调节剂。
13.一种柔性显示器用透明导电膜,其特征在于,包括透明基膜及导电层,
所述导电层由包含聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩/聚苯乙烯磺酸盐、有机粘合剂、有机溶剂、硅烷偶联剂及表面活性剂的导电性涂布液组合物形成。
14.如权利要求13所述的柔性显示器用透明导电膜,其特征在于,所述导电性涂布液组合物包含10~70重量%的聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩/聚苯乙烯磺酸盐、1~20重量%的有机粘合剂、10~80重量%的有机溶剂、0.05~1重量%的硅烷偶联剂及0.02~0.4重量%的表面活性剂。
15.如权利要求13或14所述的柔性显示器用透明导电膜,其特征在于,所述透明基膜包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或无色透明聚酰亚胺,平均厚度为12~200μm。
16.如权利要求13或14所述的柔性显示器用透明导电膜,其特征在于,所述导电层的平均厚度为100~1000nm。
18.如权利要求13或14所述的柔性显示器用透明导电膜,其特征在于,所述透明导电膜的表面电阻是100~200Ω/□,切割成长度×宽度×厚度为10cm×10cm×50μm后测量的雾度小于1%。
19.如权利要求13或14所述的柔性显示器用透明导电膜,其特征在于,所述透明导电膜对可见光的透射率是80%以上,对水的接触角可以是60~85°。
