技术领域
本发明涉及一种氟胶硅胶复合软管及制备方法,属于化工技术领域。
背景技术
橡胶软管在各种生产活动中,被用于输送流体。尤其是在工业生产中,常被用于输送酸性、碱性、腐蚀性的液体。同时,在工业生产中,橡胶软管的使用环境也较为复杂,需要其本身的表面具有较稳定的性能。
目前的橡胶软管使用普通的橡胶制成,综合性能不好,使用寿命不好。尤其是软管的表面以及整体的强度不好。为此,我们研发复合型的软管,来提高软管本身的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种氟胶硅胶复合软管及制备方法,使复合软管的内侧和外侧均具有良好的稳定性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种氟胶硅胶复合软管,包括氟胶层和硅胶层;氟胶层为管状结构;氟胶层外表面编织增强层,硅胶层附着在增强层的外表面,增强层使用芳纶线编织形成。
一种氟胶硅胶复合软管的制备方法,原料如下,氟胶100-120份,吸酸剂10-15份,硫化剂2-3份,填料30-40份;A型硅胶 50-60份,固化剂1-2份;B型硅胶 50-60份,色母0.5-1份;芳纶线若干;
制备工艺如下:
1)、氟胶密炼,依次加入生氟胶、吸酸剂、填料和增塑剂,搅拌使物料均匀,然后过滤;再将物料加入硫化剂,并使用开炼机进行薄通;
2)、A型硅胶、B型硅胶加入固化剂和色母后混合;
3)、将处理好的氟胶通过挤出机挤出相应的管体规格,然后,将芳纶线编制在管体的表面,然后浸附硅胶;
4)、将步骤3的产物通过微波加热硫化得到成品。
本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进为,步骤1中氟胶的密炼温度为110℃-120℃,时间为15min。
本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进为,步骤1中氟胶薄通过程中控制温度为70℃-80℃,薄通8次。
本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进为,步骤4中微波加热硫化的温度为170℃-180℃,时间为40min。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明取得的技术效果有:
本发明是一种氟胶和硅胶复合软管,将氟胶层在内,硅胶层在外。氟胶层具有耐高温、耐油、耐高真空及耐酸碱、耐多种化学药品的特点,使该软管能够适合于多种化工原料的输送。硅胶具有干燥,防潮,防锈的特点,其化学性质稳定。同时,该复合软管在氟胶层和硅胶层之间通过编织的方式设置有增强层,是复合软管的强度能够得到保证。
本发明的复合软管,其管内侧和管表面的稳定性均好,能够长时间稳定使用,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明是一种氟胶硅胶复合软管以及该复合软管的制备方法,是一种同时使用了氟胶和硅胶制备形成的复合型软管。
如图1所示,该复合软管包括氟胶层1和硅胶层3。其中,氟胶层1位于最内侧,氟胶层1为管状结构。在氟胶层1的外表面编织增强层2,然后将硅胶层3附着在增强层2的外表面。增强层2通常是使用芳纶线编织形成的。
本发明还公开了上述氟胶硅胶复合软管的制备方法。具体流程如图2所示。
首先准备原料,各原料的配比如下,
氟胶100-120份,吸酸剂10-15份,硫化剂2-3份,填料30-40份。
A型硅胶 50-60份,固化剂1-2份;B型硅胶 50-60份,色母0.5-1份。
芳纶线若干。
具体的制备方法如下,
1)、氟胶密炼,在密炼机内依次加入配比好的原料,生氟胶、吸酸剂、填料和增塑剂,搅拌使各物料能够混合均匀,然后过滤;再将过滤后的物料加入硫化剂,并使用开炼机进行薄通。
优先地,氟胶的密炼温度控制在110℃-120℃的范围内,密炼时间控制为15min左右。
氟胶的薄通是在开炼机中进行的,薄通过程中控制温度为70℃-80℃,薄通8次。
2)、将A型硅胶、B型硅胶加入固化剂和色母后混合。A型硅胶为细孔硅胶,B型硅胶为粗孔硅胶。
3)、将处理好的氟胶通过挤出机挤出相应的管体规格,然后,将芳纶线编制在管体的表面形成增强层,然后浸附硅胶。
4)、将步骤3的产物通过微波加热硫化得到成品。优先地,微波加热硫化的温度为170℃-180℃,时间为40min。
上述各个步骤中,步骤1和步骤2分别是对氟胶原料和硅胶原料进行处理,步骤3和步骤4是对于复合软管的具体制备过程。步骤1和步骤2的顺序可以交换。

氟胶120份,吸酸剂15份,硫化剂3份,填料40份。
A型硅胶 60份,固化剂1份;B型硅胶 60份,色母0.5份。
芳纶线若干。
具体的制备方法如下,
1)、氟胶密炼,在密炼机内依次加入配比好的原料,生氟胶、吸酸剂、填料和增塑剂,搅拌使各物料能够混合均匀,氟胶的密炼温度控制在120℃左右,密炼时间控制为15min左右。然后过滤;再将过滤后的物料加入硫化剂,并使用开炼机进行薄通,薄通过程中控制温度为80℃左右,薄通8次。
2)、将A型硅胶、B型硅胶加入固化剂和色母后混合。A型硅胶为细孔硅胶,B型硅胶为粗孔硅胶。
3)、将处理好的氟胶通过挤出机挤出相应的管体规格,然后,将芳纶线编制在管体的表面形成增强层,然后浸附硅胶。
4)、将步骤3的产物通过微波加热硫化,微波加热硫化的温度控制在180℃左右,控制时间为40min;最终得到复合软管成品。
上述实施例1和实施例2中均能够得到性能符合要求的复合软管。

制备工艺如下:
1)、氟胶密炼,依次加入生氟胶、吸酸剂、填料和增塑剂,搅拌使物料均匀,然后过滤;再将物料加入硫化剂,并使用开炼机进行薄通;
