显示基板及显示装置,包括衬底基板(104),具有显示区(AA)和位于显示区(AA)周围的边框区(BB);多个触控电极(102),位于显示区(AA);多条信号线(103),位于边框区(BB);至少部分信号线(103)与多个触控电极(102)电连接;信号线(103)包括相邻的第一信号线(G1)和第二信号线(Tx1),第一信号线(G1)和第二信号线(Tx1)分别包括在垂直于衬底基板(104)的方向上相互交叠且电连接的第一层布线(TMB)和/或第二层布线(TMA),第一信号线(G1)的线宽大于第二信号线(Tx1)的线宽,第一信号线(G1)和第二信号线(Tx1)的线宽之比大于1时,第一层布线(TMB)中第一信号线(G1)和第二信号线(Tx1)的至少之一断开设置,且第一信号线(G1)中的第二层布线(TMA)在断开位置处连续设置。
