Detailed Description
The principles and spirit of the present invention will be described with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. It should be understood that these embodiments are described only to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and to implement the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention in any way.
The embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of a scalp care composition, which comprises the steps of preparing stock solution as an effective anti-dandruff ingredient and mixing the stock solution and auxiliary materials to obtain the scalp care composition.
The step of preparing the stock solution can be divided into a step of preparing She Suanshui solution as the first component, a step of preparing silver ion water solution as the second component, and a step of mixing the first component and the second component.
In one embodiment, the first component is prepared by first taking folic acid solids and then adding the folic acid solids to water or an aqueous buffer solution to prepare She Suanshui solution, which yields a first component She Suanzhi in an amount of 1-2%. The buffer may be selected from one or more of acetic acid-sodium acetate, sodium bicarbonate-sodium carbonate, boric acid-borax, N- (2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine-N' -2-ethanesulfonic acid, 3-morpholinopropanesulfonic acid, 2- (N-morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid, trimethylolmethylamine-hydrochloric acid, trimethylolmethylamine-boric acid, trimethylolmethylamine-acetic acid.
In one embodiment, when preparing the second component, the raw material for providing silver ions, such as organic silver like silver acetate, silver EDTA and the like, or silver nitrate, silver sulfate and the like, is dissolved in water to obtain the second component, wherein the mass percentage of the silver ions is 0.1-1%.
And finally, uniformly mixing the first component and the second component (for example, slowly adding the first component into the second component), and standing to obtain She Suanyin ionic material, namely the stock solution. The mol ratio of folic acid to silver ion in the stock solution is 11:1.5-1:2, folic acid is coordinated and connected with silver ions to form a structural formula shown in figure 1.

in the stock solutions of examples 1-3, the mass percentage of silver ions was 0.3%, the mass percentage of She Suanzhi was 0.6%, and the balance was 0.1M buffer solution (sodium bicarbonate-sodium carbonate).
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the raw materials in proportion (see the above examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2);
(2) Stirring deionized water, heating to 80-85 ℃, adding guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, keeping the temperature until the guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride is completely dissolved and uniformly mixed, adding a surfactant, uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature at 80 ℃ for 30 minutes to obtain a mixture I;
(3) Adding an auxiliary surfactant into the first mixture, cooling to 60-70 ℃ while stirring, and completely dissolving and uniformly mixing the added substances to obtain a second mixture;
(4) Adding the anti-dandruff agent into the mixture II until the added substances are completely dissolved and uniformly mixed to obtain a mixture III;
(5) Adding a pH regulator into the mixture III, regulating the pH value to 6.0-6.5, and cooling to 40-50 ℃ to obtain a mixture IV;
(6) Adding panthenol, a hair care conditioner and a thickening agent into the mixture IV, and uniformly stirring until the panthenol, the hair care conditioner and the thickening agent are completely dissolved to obtain a mixture V;
(7) And adding essence into the mixture five, and stirring until the essence is completely mixed to obtain the anti-dandruff shampoo.
Effect test 1:
the test method comprises the following steps: 4 men and women in the middle and young ages of 20-40 are selected, and the problems of much oil, dandruff, dry hair and the like are observed by eyes. Product example 1 was used 3 times a week (once every 2 days), and VISIA was used to observe the maintenance effect on the scalp before and one week after use, and questionnaires were used to investigate the effect of the subjects on the product. The application method comprises washing hair, pouring the product into scalp hair follicle root, massaging for about 10min, standing for about 10min, cleaning, and normally caring hair. Wherein, in order to obtain more accurate results, the number of days without washing hair before the VISIA test is firstly received is consistent with the number of days without washing hair after the product is used.
With reference to fig. 2-5, the results of the tests show that:
a) Except from the 4 th case, the remaining 3 cases showed a decrease in oil secretion.
b) A small reduction in dandruff was observed.
c) In case 1, the improvement of the whiteness of the scalp was clearly observed.
Questionnaires:
a) The texture, color and smell of the product can be evaluated in terms of auxiliary massage, and the general evaluation and the evaluation of the above accounts for 100 percent, and the satisfactory evaluation and the evaluation of the above are respectively 50 percent, 75 percent and 25 percent. The values are shown in FIG. 6.
b) Self scalp problems assessed the dandruff problem was at most (4.5, followed by scalp itching (3.75), dry hair (3.5), scalp laxity (2.5). The full scale score was divided into 5 points and the numerical line graph is shown in figure 7.
c) The treatment effect is evaluated, namely the dandruff problem is improved to the greatest extent (3.75), and then scalp pruritus (3), dry hair (3), excessive grease secretion (2.5) and scalp looseness (2.25) are carried out. The scale score was scored to be 5 points and the numerical broken line is shown in figure 8.
From the above results, it can be seen that the scalp care composition provided by the embodiment of the present invention has good oil control and alleviates the problem of dandruff, can improve dry hair and itching of the scalp, and does not cause skin staining.
Effect test 2:
the stock solution described in She Suanyin aqueous materials examples 1-3 was tested for malassezia furfur kill by:
test strains: malassezia furfur (ATCC 44344) supplied by Ji Taiyi Corsai, shanghai, was cultured for the 3 rd passage.

The bacteriostatic effect is as follows: the test substance acts for 1min, 3min and 10min, and the test is repeated for 3 times.
As shown in FIG. 9, it is clear that the inhibition rate of malassezia furfur is greater than or equal to 90%, and the product has strong inhibition effect.

Claims (8)
1. Use of She Suanyin ionic material in the preparation of a scalp care composition.
2. The use according to claim 1, comprising:
dissolving folic acid in water or water-based material, and controlling pH at 8-9 to obtain a first component with folic acid content of 0.01-1%;
dissolving silver salt in water or water-based material to obtain a second component, wherein the content of silver ions is 0.01-1%;
mixing the first component and the second component to obtain the She Suanyin ionic material, preferably with a folic acid to silver ion molar ratio of 1:1.5-1:2, the preferred concentration of silver ions is 0.1% -0.3%;
preparing the scalp care composition using the She Suanyin ionic material as an active ingredient.
3. A scalp care composition characterized by comprising:
she Suanyin ionic material as a scalp care ingredient;
an auxiliary material;
and (3) water.
4. A scalp care composition according to claim 3 wherein the scalp care composition has a mass fraction of She Suanyin ionic material of 1 to 10 parts.
5. The scalp care composition according to claim 4, comprising, in parts by mass:
she Suanyin ion material 1-5 parts;
the auxiliary materials comprise:
15-25 parts of a main surfactant;
auxiliary active agent 2-5 parts;
2-6 parts of a conditioner;
0.1-1 part of rheology modifier;
1-4 parts of a humectant;
0.1-0.5 part of pH regulator;
0.5-2 parts of a chelating agent;
essence capable of adjusting the amount of fragrance;
an appropriate amount of water.
6. A scalp care composition according to any of claims 3-5 characterized in that the She Suanyin ionic material is prepared by the steps of:
dissolving folic acid in water or an aqueous material to obtain a first component;
dissolving silver ions in water or an aqueous material to obtain a second component;
mixing the first component and the second component to obtain the She Suanyin ionic material.
7. A method of preparing a scalp care composition comprising:
preparing She Suanyin ionic material, wherein the preparation of She Suanyin ionic material comprises the following steps:
dissolving folic acid in water or an aqueous material to obtain a first component;
dissolving silver ions in water or an aqueous material to obtain a second component;
mixing the first component and the second component to obtain the She Suanyin ionic material;
mixing the She Suanyin ionic material as an anti-dandruff component with an auxiliary material and water to obtain the scalp care composition.
8. A method of preparing a scalp care composition according to claim 7 wherein said mixing of said She Suanyin ionic material as an anti-dandruff ingredient with an adjuvant, water, to provide said scalp care composition comprises:
weighing the raw materials in proportion;
heating to 80-85 ℃ under the stirring of deionized water, adding guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, keeping the temperature to be completely dissolved, uniformly mixing, adding a main surfactant, uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature to obtain a first mixture;
adding an auxiliary surfactant into the first mixture, cooling to 60-70 ℃ while stirring, and completely dissolving and uniformly mixing the added substances to obtain a second mixture;
adding She Suanyin ionic material as an anti-dandruff component into the second mixture, and completely dissolving and uniformly mixing the added substances to obtain a third mixture;
adding a pH regulator into the third mixture, regulating the pH value to 6.0-6.5, and cooling to 40-50 ℃ to obtain a fourth mixture;
adding the humectant, the conditioner and the thickener into the fourth mixture, and uniformly stirring until the humectant, the conditioner and the thickener are completely dissolved to obtain a fifth mixture;
and adding essence into the fifth mixture, and stirring to completely mix to obtain the scalp care composition.
