Description

Oral liquid for protecting livers of livestock and poultry and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines, and in particular relates to an oral liquid for protecting livers of livestock and poultry and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, people pay more attention to the health problem of food, especially livestock and poultry meat. The growth health of animals is ensured, the life quality of human beings can be improved, but in the culture process, the liver damage of livestock and poultry can be caused by a large amount of antibiotics, drug toxic and side effects, the eating of mildewed feed, water pollution, poor breeding environment, bacterial diseases, viral diseases, parasitic diseases and the like in the growth process of livestock and poultry.
The liver is one of the very important viscera of animals, belongs to wood in five elements, is yang in yin, is communicated with spring qi, is in body muscles and tendons, is open to eyes, blooms in claws, and is tear in fluid. The physiological function of the liver is to dredge the flow of qi, i.e., to dredge the smooth flow of qi. The liver governs smoothing flow of qi, meaning that the liver has the characteristics of dredging, smoothing, regulating and ascending, and can regulate qi movement of the whole body. The function is mainly shown in the following three aspects. 1) Regulating qi activity: qi movement means the ascending, descending, exiting and entering of qi. 2) Adjusting emotion: emotional feeling, feeling and emotion, refers to the regulation of qi movement by the liver through its function of smoothing flow of qi. 3) Assisting digestion: the function of the liver in smoothing flow of qi and promoting digestion is mainly achieved by coordinating the ascending and descending of the spleen and stomach and regulating the secretion and excretion of bile. In addition, the liver governs smoothing flow of qi and regulates qi movement, and is also beneficial to the smoothing of triple energizer water passage and coordination of water metabolism. The physiological function of the liver is to store blood, which means that the liver has the functions of storing blood and regulating blood flow to meet the needs of the body in different physiological states. The liver is also a detoxifying organ, and liver damage can have great influence on the body. When the liver of the body is damaged, the liver function is abnormal, the growth of the body is hindered, the immunity is reduced, the digestive and metabolic function of the body is disordered, the growth and development of the livestock are influenced slightly, and the death and culling rate of the livestock is increased seriously. Liver damage of livestock and poultry affects the healthy growth of animals, and the problem also seriously affects the healthy development of the breeding industry.
The clinical symptoms of the sick chicken are cachexia, slow growth and development of chicken heads, little and slow exercise amount, and most of chicken manure is yellowish white and more loose manure, which indicates that the majority of the sick chicken during the disease period is mainly damp-heat liver depression. The dead chicken is necropsied, and the liver shows the phenomena of fading, swelling, hard texture and bleeding due to the fact that heat and dampness epidemic toxin attacks nutrient blood, nutrient-qi disharmony, qi and blood are not sufficient, the disease is blocked in the liver for a long time, qi movement is blocked, blood stasis is left in the blood stasis, and phlegm blocks collaterals. In treatment, treatment is carried out according to the etiology by differentiation of symptoms and signs, and a prescription for clearing heat, removing toxicity, soothing liver and nourishing liver can obtain better curative effect.
At present, in the process of breeding livestock and poultry, generally after the livestock and poultry show clinical symptoms, most of the livestock and poultry are treated by using antibiotic drugs, and due to drug residues and drug resistance of the antibiotics, and long-term use of a large amount of the antibiotics can influence normal microbial colonies in intestinal tracts of organisms, and certain toxic and side effects can be caused on other tissues and organs, so that the effect is not ideal. With people focusing on healthy green food more and strict restrictions on the use of antibiotics in various countries, it is imperative that medicinal plants replace antibiotics to prevent and treat liver injury. Therefore, the development of a liver protection medicine which has no medicine residue, no drug resistance, no toxic or side effect, safety and effectiveness has very important significance.
