羽绒蓬松细软,容易穿过面料飞扬而去,因此对于羽绒服面料要求也逐渐提高,羽绒服的面料需要具有防钻绒功能和保暖功能,同时还需兼顾轻便透气功能,以便于减轻衣物重量,也便于穿着和清洗,但现有技术中保暖防钻绒功能和轻便透气功能难以同时具备。

椭球状的凹陷部的内部设有若干组呈锥形结构的超细竹炭纤维,一方面,由于超细竹炭纤维设置有若干组,在相邻的超细竹炭纤维之间交错形成荆棘状,羽绒的根部容易附着在荆棘状上,羽绒容易在荆棘状的超细竹炭纤维处起到阻挡作用,能有效的进一步阻止位于内胆内的羽绒飘出,而位于荆棘状的超细竹炭纤维处的羽绒,形成了整体保暖加厚层,在保证保暖的同时,整体的钻绒效果好;另一方面,超细竹炭纤维的内部设有球状的银纳米颗粒,银纳米颗粒的抗菌效果好,能有效的进一步的消除羽绒携带的细菌,整体的舒适度,抗菌性好;再一方面,凹陷部与下述热膨胀颗粒相匹配,当热膨胀颗粒受热膨胀时,促使凹陷部处于平整状态,此时凹陷部内的超细竹炭纤维向内张开,方便释放超细竹炭纤维处的羽绒,便于在清洗时,快速清洗凹陷部内的羽绒,避免产生清洗死角,造成局部霉变。
所述透气层包括由苎麻纤维以及涤纶纤维制成的透气面料,所述透气面料的内表面设有凸起部,所述透气面料与锁绒面料之间的对立面上设有热膨胀颗粒。
利用苎麻纤维以及涤纶纤维编织而成的透气面料,苎麻纤维以及涤纶纤维之间的孔隙大,并填充有热膨胀颗粒,热膨胀颗粒采用热膨胀冷收缩材料,便于与椭球状的凹陷部相匹配,在遇冷时收缩,此时羽绒快速填充在椭球状的凹陷部内,起到保温的作用,另一方面,预热膨胀时,此时,凹陷部处于平整状态,位于超细竹炭纤维上的羽绒间距会增大,便于起到快速透气的作用。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述防水层由在聚酯纤维外表面喷涂有防水涂层获得,所述防水层的内表面设有褶皱面,防水层的防水效果好,且易于延展。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述保温层包括由羊毛纤维和棉纤维编织而成的保温面料,所述保温面料的内表面设有椭球凸起点,羊毛纤维和棉纤维的保暖效果好,能大幅度的降低热量的损耗。
一种制备上述防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料的方法,其制备方法包括:
S1:将超细竹炭纤维浸泡在搅拌容器中,并分批次定量添加银纳米颗粒,放入由羊毛以及竹炭纤维制成的锁绒面料,搅拌、晾干和整理制得锁绒层;
S2:将透气面料浸泡在带有热膨胀颗粒的溶液中,加热搅拌,晾干制得透气层;
S3:取带有椭球凸点的模板,热压在保温面料的表面,并形成带有椭球凸起点的保温面料,即获得保温层;
S4:利用热压技术将由在聚酯纤维外表面喷涂有防水涂层获得的防水层、保温层、透气层和锁绒层形成防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料;在热压过程中,透气层内的热膨胀颗粒受热膨胀,并形成熔融状态,并透过防水层和透气层,大大增强防水层、保温层和透气层之间的粘附力度,使得该防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料的整体性好,并且当热膨胀颗粒遇冷收缩时,会缩小透气面料整体的内部孔隙,一方面避免热量的流失,同时具有良好的防钻绒效果,使得透气层与防水层、保温层和锁绒层之间协同效果好。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,在步骤S1中,所述银纳米颗粒至少分三批递加式添加,且前一次添加的用量是后一次添加用量的1.5倍,通过分批次的加入银纳米颗粒,使得银纳米颗粒和超细竹炭纤维的吸附更加的均匀,避免银纳米颗粒一次性投入,大量的银纳米颗粒会附着在超细竹炭纤维的外表面,难以进一步的渗透至超细竹炭纤维的内部,一方面导致上下层的超细竹炭纤维吸附不均,另一方面加大了搅拌负担,影响超细竹炭纤维和银纳米颗粒的吸附效果。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,在步骤S2中,所述加热温度区间范围在100-150℃,所述搅拌转速1500-2000r/S。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,在步骤S3中,所述热压温度区间范围为90-120℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:该防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料,通过利用羊毛和竹炭纤维交错制成锁绒层,竹炭纤维能有效的缓解上述缩水的状态,同时竹炭纤维可去除异味,能释放微量元素,具有弱导电性,起到防静电作用,可放射远红外线,波长适合人体吸收,加快血液循环,改善人体内环境,通过由羊毛以及竹炭纤维制成的锁绒面料舒适度强,且易于保暖效果好,能有效的缓解羊毛带来的缩水效果。
进一步,凹陷部在锁绒面料的内表面均匀分布,椭球状的凹陷部在空间上存在有长径方向和短径方向,一方面增强了锁绒层在空间上的弹性,另一方面,当椭球状的凹陷部的短径方向延伸并瞬间释放的弹力时候,椭球状的凹陷部的短径方向会发生快速的复位,并在锁绒面料的表面产生相对冲击力,该冲击力会使得均匀分布在锁绒面料内侧表面的羽绒发生蓬松,通过仿照“弹棉花原理”,使得长久穿戴的羽绒服内部的羽绒蓬松,大大增强其保暖效果。
椭球状的凹陷部的内部设有若干组呈锥形结构的超细竹炭纤维,一方面,由于超细竹炭纤维设置有若干组,在相邻的超细竹炭纤维之间交错形成荆棘状,羽绒的根部容易附着在荆棘状上,羽绒容易在荆棘状的超细竹炭纤维处起到阻挡作用,能有效的进一步阻止位于内胆内的羽绒飘出,而位于荆棘状的超细竹炭纤维处的羽绒,形成了整体保暖加厚层,在保证保暖的同时,整体的钻绒效果好;另一方面,超细竹炭纤维的内部设有球状的银纳米颗粒,银纳米颗粒的抗菌效果好,能有效的进一步的消除羽绒携带的细菌,整体的舒适度,抗菌性好;再一方面,凹陷部与下述热膨胀颗粒相匹配,当热膨胀颗粒受热膨胀时,促使凹陷部处于平整状态,此时凹陷部内的超细竹炭纤维向内张开,方便释放超细竹炭纤维处的羽绒,便于在清洗时,快速清洗凹陷部内的羽绒,避免产生清洗死角,造成局部霉变。

实施例
如图1-2所示,一种防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料,由外而内依次包括防水层1、保温层2、透气层3和锁绒层4,所述锁绒层4包括由羊毛以及竹炭纤维制成的锁绒面料41;
羊毛的质地柔软,且保暖效果好,热一点的水就会使蛋白部分凝固,所以会出现缩水现象,通过设置有竹炭纤维能有效的缓解上述缩水的状态,同时竹炭纤维可去除异味,能释放微量元素,具有弱导电性,起到防静电作用,可放射远红外线,波长适合人体吸收,加快血液循环,改善人体内环境,通过由羊毛以及竹炭纤维制成的锁绒面料41舒适度强,且易于保暖效果好,能有效的缓解羊毛带来的缩水效果;
所述锁绒面料41的内表面设有椭球状的凹陷部42,凹陷部42在锁绒面料41的内表面均匀分布,椭球状的凹陷部42在空间上存在有长径方向和短径方向,一方面增强了锁绒层4在空间上的弹性,另一方面,当椭球状的凹陷部42的短径方向延伸并瞬间释放的弹力时候,椭球状的凹陷部42的短径方向会发生快速的复位,并在锁绒面料41的表面产生相对冲击力,该冲击力会使得均匀分布在锁绒面料41内侧表面的羽绒发生蓬松,通过仿照“弹棉花原理”,使得长久穿戴的羽绒服内部的羽绒蓬松,大大增强其保暖效果。
椭球状的凹陷部42的内部设有若干组呈锥形结构的超细竹炭纤维43,其中,呈锥形结构的超细竹炭纤维通过机械分丝、软化脱胶、开松梳理、化学纺丝、一端捻压并断切1-2mm获得,所述超细竹炭纤维43的内部设有球状的银纳米颗粒44,其中,需要说明的是:银纳米颗粒以纯亲水无规共聚物poly的水相自组装体为模板,并加入纳米二氧化锗和橡胶混合制成的添加剂,搅拌并通过原位还原法制得的,其中,需要说明的是:银纳米颗粒经过处理形成的带有纳米银离子的溶液,纳米二氧化锗能快速增强与纳米银离子的溶液之间的吸附力,另外通过加入橡胶,一方面,大大增强了银纳米颗粒与超细竹炭纤维之间粘性粘附力,避免由于清洗揉搓,造成银纳米颗粒的流失,另一方面,大大增大了锁绒层整体的延展性,锁绒层的弹性好,另外银纳米颗粒抗菌效果好,再一方面银纳米颗粒能在锁绒层的内侧上形成抗菌网层,整体羽绒服面料不易发生霉变,羽绒的抗菌性好,当模板处于低pH值时,纯亲水无规共聚物poly形成微孔棒状及棒状的二级自组装体(球状或立方体状)的稳定结构;随着银还原率的提高,银纳米颗粒从球状或立方体状解体为小球状;
椭球状的凹陷部42的内部设有若干组呈锥形结构的超细竹炭纤维43,一方面,由于超细竹炭纤维43设置有若干组,在相邻的超细竹炭纤维43之间交错形成荆棘状,羽绒的根部容易附着在荆棘状上,羽绒容易在荆棘状的超细竹炭纤维43处起到阻挡作用,能有效的进一步阻止位于内胆内的羽绒飘出,而位于荆棘状的超细竹炭纤维43处的羽绒,形成了整体保暖加厚层,在保证保暖的同时,整体的钻绒效果好;另一方面,超细竹炭纤维43的内部设有球状的银纳米颗粒44,银纳米颗粒44的抗菌效果好,能有效的进一步的消除羽绒携带的细菌,整体的舒适度,抗菌性好;再一方面,凹陷部42与下述热膨胀颗粒33相匹配,当热膨胀颗粒33受热膨胀时,促使凹陷部42处于平整状态,此时凹陷部42内的超细竹炭纤维43向内张开,方便释放超细竹炭纤维43处的羽绒,便于在清洗时,快速清洗凹陷部42内的羽绒,避免产生清洗死角,造成局部霉变。
所述透气层3包括由苎麻纤维以及涤纶纤维制成的透气面料31,所述透气面料31的内表面设有凸起部32,所述透气面料31与锁绒面料41之间的对立面上设有热膨胀颗粒33。
利用苎麻纤维以及涤纶纤维编织而成的透气面料31,苎麻纤维以及涤纶纤维之间的孔隙大,并填充有热膨胀颗粒33,热膨胀颗粒33采用热膨胀冷收缩材料,便于与椭球状的凹陷部42相匹配,在遇冷时收缩,此时羽绒快速填充在椭球状的凹陷部42内,起到保温的作用,另一方面,预热膨胀时,此时,凹陷部42处于平整状态,位于超细竹炭纤维43上的羽绒间距会增大,便于起到快速透气的作用。
如图3所示,所述防水层1由在聚酯纤维外表面喷涂有防水涂层获得,所述防水层1的内表面设有褶皱面5,防水层1的防水效果好,且易于延展。
如图4所示,所述保温层2包括由羊毛纤维和棉纤维编织而成的保温面料21,所述保温面料21的内表面设有椭球凸起点22,羊毛纤维和棉纤维的保暖效果好,能大幅度的降低热量的损耗。
一种制备上述防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料的方法,其制备方法包括:
S1:将超细竹炭纤维43浸泡在搅拌容器中,并分批次定量添加银纳米颗粒44,放入由羊毛以及竹炭纤维制成的锁绒面料41,搅拌、晾干和整理制得锁绒层4;
S2:将透气面料31浸泡在带有热膨胀颗粒33的溶液中,加热搅拌,晾干制得透气层3;
S3:取带有椭球凸点的模板,热压在保温面料21的表面,并形成带有椭球凸起点22的保温面料21,即获得保温层2;
S4:利用热压技术将由在聚酯纤维外表面喷涂有防水涂层获得的防水层1、保温层2、透气层3和锁绒层4形成防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料;在热压过程中,透气层3内的热膨胀颗粒33受热膨胀,并形成熔融状态,并透过防水层1和透气层3,大大增强防水层1、保温层2和透气层3之间的粘附力度,使得该防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料的整体性好,并且当热膨胀颗粒33遇冷收缩时,会缩小透气面料31整体的内部孔隙,一方面避免热量的流失,同时具有良好的防钻绒效果,使得透气层3与防水层1、保温层2和锁绒层4之间协同效果好。
在步骤S1中,所述银纳米颗粒44至少分三批递加式添加,且前一次添加的用量是后一次添加用量的1.5倍,通过分批次的加入银纳米颗粒44,使得银纳米颗粒44和超细竹炭纤维43的吸附更加的均匀,避免银纳米颗粒44一次性投入,大量的银纳米颗粒44会附着在超细竹炭纤维43的外表面,降低其还原率,难以进一步的渗透至超细竹炭纤维43的内部,一方面导致上下层的超细竹炭纤维43吸附不均,另一方面加大了搅拌负担,影响超细竹炭纤维43和银纳米颗粒44的吸附效果。
在步骤S2中,所述加热温度区间范围在100℃,所述搅拌转速1500r/S。
在步骤S4中,所述热压温度区间范围为100℃。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料,其特征在于:该面料由外而内依次包括防水层(1)、保温层(2)、透气层(3)和锁绒层(4),所述锁绒层(4)包括由羊毛以及竹炭纤维制成的锁绒面料(41),所述锁绒面料(41)的内表面设有椭球状的凹陷部(42),凹陷部(42)的内部设有若干组呈锥形结构的超细竹炭纤维(43),所述超细竹炭纤维(43)的内部设有球状的银纳米颗粒(44)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述超细竹炭纤维(43)通过机械分丝、软化脱胶、开松梳理、化学纺丝、一端捻压并断切1-2mm获得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述银纳米颗粒(44)以纯亲水无规共聚物poly的水相自组装体为模板,并加入纳米二氧化锗和橡胶混合制成的添加剂,搅拌并通过原位还原法制得的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述透气层(3)包括由苎麻纤维以及涤纶纤维制成的透气面料(31),所述透气面料(31)的内表面设有凸起部(32),所述透气面料(31)与锁绒面料(41)之间的相对面上设有热膨胀颗粒(33)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述保温层(2)包括由羊毛纤维和棉纤维编织而成的保温面料(21),所述保温面料(21)的内表面设有椭球凸起点(22)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述防水层(1)由在聚酯纤维外表面喷涂有防水涂层获得,所述防水层(1)的内表面设有褶皱面(5)。
7.一种制备如权利要求1-6任一所述的防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将超细竹炭纤维(43)浸泡在搅拌容器中,并分批次定量添加银纳米颗粒(44),放入由羊毛以及竹炭纤维制成的锁绒面料(41),搅拌、晾干和整理制得锁绒层(4);
S2:将透气面料(31)浸泡在带有热膨胀颗粒(33)的溶液中,加热搅拌,晾干制得透气层(3);
S3:取带有椭球凸点的模板,热压在保温面料(21)的表面,并形成带有椭球凸起点(22)的保温面料(21),即获得保温层(2);
S4:利用热压技术将由在聚酯纤维外表面喷涂有防水涂层获得的防水层(1)、保温层(2)、透气层(3)和锁绒层(4)形成防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种制备防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料的方法,其特征在于:在步骤S1中,所述银纳米颗粒(44)至少分三批递加式添加,且前一次添加的用量是后一次添加用量的1.5倍。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种制备防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料的方法,其特征在于:在步骤S2中,所述加热温度为100-150℃,所述搅拌转速1500-2000r/S。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种制备防钻绒保暖防水羽绒服面料的方法,其特征在于:在步骤S4中,所述热压温度为90-120℃。
