【背景技术】
防寒保暖是冬季服装舒适性的重要指标,传统的衣物保暖方法通常是使用厚的织物或棉絮来保温,或是采用涂层面料。现代人对服装的舒适性、功能性以及美观性要求越来越高,传统的保暖服装由于蓬松、臃肿,存在穿着笨重,缺乏美感,不便于活动的问题。随着科技的快速发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对面料与服装实用功能的要求趋向于多元化。因此产热式保暖材料的开发具有重要的意义,而我国在这方面的研究甚少,导致服装的服用性较低。为了满足现代人对保暖服装既要轻薄又具有高效保暖性的需求,同时赋予耐高温保护的作用,防止在突发情况下造成人体烧伤烫伤等问题,有必要提出一种耐高温的发热复合面料及其制备方法。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种耐高温的发热复合面料及其制备方法,其旨在解决现有技术中传统保暖服装的舒适性、功能性、美观性较低,且不具有保护功能的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种耐高温的发热复合面料,包括吸湿发热层和耐高温保护层,所述的吸湿发热层和耐高温保护层通过双点涂层复合为一体结构,所述的吸湿发热层由吸湿发热纤维制成,所述的吸湿发热纤维是由中空吸湿纤维表面负载发热纳米颗粒构成的复合纤维,所述的吸湿发热层在与耐高温保护层复合的一面还负载有纳米发热层,所述的耐高温保护层由碳纤维和凯夫拉纤维混纺而成。
作为优选,所述的发热纳米颗粒由火山岩高温碳化并研磨后的火山岩纳米颗粒和海藻碳纳米颗粒构成。
作为优选,所述的火山岩纳米颗粒和海藻碳纳米颗的粒径为5~8nm。
本发明还提出了一种耐高温的发热复合面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步、制备纳米颗粒:将火山岩高温碳化得到粉体,然后研磨制成粒径为5~8nm的火山岩纳米颗粒;将天然的海藻类经过窑烧成灰烬物,然后抽出灰烬物内的藻盐类,将灰烬物烧成黑色,得到海藻碳,再经过研磨黑色化的海藻碳制成粒径为5~8nm的海藻碳纳米颗粒,备用;
第二步、制备纳米胶液:将火山岩纳米颗粒与海藻碳纳米颗粒与去离子水混合,并经过磁力搅拌和超声搅拌,得到纳米胶液,备用;
第三步、制备吸湿发热纤维:将中空吸湿纤维在紫外辐照箱中辐照一段时间,然后浸入储装有纳米胶液的储槽,提升后在超声波设备中超声处理,接着在真空烘箱中烘干处理,得到吸湿发热纤维;
第四步、制备面料层:采用第三步制得的吸湿发热纤维纺织成吸湿发热层;采用碳纤维和凯夫拉纤维混纺成耐高温保护层,备用;
第五步、负载纳米发热层:将第四步制成的吸湿发热层的一面浸入储装有纳米胶液的储槽,提升后再次在超声波设备中超声处理,接着在真空烘箱中烘干处理,使得吸湿发热层的一面均匀负载有纳米颗粒;
第六步、制备复合面料:在吸湿发热层负载有纳米颗粒的一面通过双点涂层与耐高温保护层复合为一体,并烘干处理得到耐高温的发热复合面料;
第七步、计量并封装。

本发明一种耐高温的发热复合面料,结构合理,采用中空吸湿纤维31表面负载发热纳米颗粒32制成吸湿发热纤维3,由于中空吸湿纤维31的内部中空,具有优异的保温性能,发热纳米颗粒32通过多次超声负载并真空处理,与中空吸湿纤维31的固着强度高,耐久性好,且发热纳米颗粒32由火山岩纳米颗粒和海藻碳纳米颗粒构成,具有远红外线蓄热升温的功能,在服用时能在人体与面料之间形成一个微气候环境,达到吸湿发热兼保温的效果,满足冬季轻薄型服装面料的生产需求,此外,耐高温保护层2由碳纤维和凯夫拉纤维混纺而成,具有耐高温、耐火焰的效果,对人体有充分的保护作用,减轻烧伤烫伤的危害。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐高温的发热复合面料,包括吸湿发热层(1)和耐高温保护层(2),其特征在于:所述的吸湿发热层(1)和耐高温保护层(2)通过双点涂层复合为一体结构,所述的吸湿发热层(1)由吸湿发热纤维(3)制成,所述的吸湿发热纤维(3)是由中空吸湿纤维(31)表面负载发热纳米颗粒(32)构成的复合纤维,所述的吸湿发热层(1)在与耐高温保护层(2)复合的一面还负载有纳米发热层(4),所述的耐高温保护层(2)由碳纤维和凯夫拉纤维混纺而成,所述的发热纳米颗粒(32)由火山岩高温碳化并研磨后的火山岩纳米颗粒和海藻碳纳米颗粒构成,所述的火山岩纳米颗粒和海藻碳纳米颗的粒径为5~8nm,制备方法包括如下步骤:
第一步、制备纳米颗粒:将火山岩高温碳化得到粉体,然后研磨制成粒径为5~8nm的火山岩纳米颗粒;将天然的海藻类经过窑烧成灰烬物,然后抽出灰烬物内的藻盐类,将灰烬物烧成黑色,得到海藻碳,再经过研磨黑色化的海藻碳制成粒径为5~8nm的海藻碳纳米颗粒,备用;
第二步、制备纳米胶液:将火山岩纳米颗粒与海藻碳纳米颗粒与去离子水混合,并经过磁力搅拌和超声搅拌,得到纳米胶液,备用;
第三步、制备吸湿发热纤维:将中空吸湿纤维(31)在紫外辐照箱中辐照一段时间,然后浸入储装有纳米胶液的储槽,提升后在超声波设备中超声处理,接着在真空烘箱中烘干处理,得到吸湿发热纤维(3);
第四步、制备面料层:采用第三步制得的吸湿发热纤维(3)纺织成吸湿发热层(1);采用碳纤维和凯夫拉纤维混纺成耐高温保护层(2),备用;
第五步、负载纳米发热层:将第四步制成的吸湿发热层(1)的一面浸入储装有纳米胶液的储槽,提升后再次在超声波设备中超声处理,接着在真空烘箱中烘干处理,使得吸湿发热层(1)的一面均匀负载有纳米颗粒;
第六步、制备复合面料:在吸湿发热层(1)负载有纳米颗粒的一面通过双点涂层与耐高温保护层(2)复合为一体,并烘干处理得到耐高温的发热复合面料;
第七步、计量并封装。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的发热复合面料,其特征在于:所述的第二步中先进行磁力搅拌再进行超声搅拌,磁力搅拌的时间为2h,超声搅拌时间为1h。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的发热复合面料,其特征在于:所述的第三步和第五步中在真空烘箱中烘干处理后,用去离子水进行冲洗,去除表面未固着的纳米颗粒。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种耐高温的发热复合面料,其特征在于:所述的真空烘箱内的真空度为-0.1atm。
