本发明公开了一种具有储热发热功能的纤维面料,包括:内吸热层、储热层、吸湿层和外表层;所述内吸热层为所述具有储热发热功能的纤维面料的最内层,所述储热层纺制在所述内吸热层外层,所述吸湿层贴合在所述储热层外层,所述外表层贴合在所述吸湿层外层,所述外表层还包括长纤维层和短纤维层,所述长纤维层长度为6μm,所述短纤维层长度为2μm,所述吸湿层涂覆有吸湿发热整理剂。通过上述方式,本发明能够有效的实现储热发热效果,在外部隔绝冷空气的侵袭、内部储存人体散发热量的同时实现自发热,达到御寒效果。

Description

一种具有储热发热功能的纤维面料
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维面料领域,特别是涉及一种具有储热发热功能的纤维面料。
背景技术
传统的冬服如棉絮、羽绒、裘皮和各类化纤絮片等保暖材料制成的服装,多通过阻止热量散发来达到保暖效果,其缺点是厚重、臃肿。随着人们审美和舒适要求的提高,能发热并持久保温的轻薄型面料日益受到青睐,从而促进了储热发热纤维的研发。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种,能够有效的实现储热发热效果,在外部隔绝冷空气的侵袭、内部储存人体散发热量的同时实现自发热,达到御寒效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有储热发热功能的纤维面料,其特征在于,包括:内吸热层、储热层、吸湿层和外表层;所述内吸热层为所述具有储热发热功能的纤维面料的最内层,所述储热层纺制在所述内吸热层外层,所述吸湿层贴合在所述储热层外层,所述外表层贴合在所述吸湿层外层,所述外表层还包括长纤维层和短纤维层,所述长纤维层长度为6μm,所述短纤维层长度为2μm,所述吸湿层涂覆有吸湿发热整理剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述内吸热层材料为超细致摇粒绒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述储热层材料为中空纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸湿层材料为羊毛纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸湿发热整理剂为特殊聚丙烯酸类化合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外表层材料为长棉纤维和短棉纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够有效的实现储热发热效果,在外部隔绝冷空气的侵袭、内部储存人体散发热量的同时实现自发热,达到御寒效果。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1本发明实施例包括:
一种具有储热发热功能的纤维面料,其特征在于,包括:内吸热层1、储热层2、吸湿层3和外表层4;所述内吸热层1为所述具有储热发热功能的纤维面料的最内层,所述储热层2纺制在所述内吸热层1外层,所述吸湿层3贴合在所述储热层2外层,所述外表层4贴合在所述吸湿层3外层,所述外表层4还包括长纤维层和短纤维层,所述长纤维层长度为6μm,所述短纤维层长度为2μm,所述吸湿层涂覆有吸湿发热整理剂。冷空气吹向纤维面料,在外表层4的长纤维层具有抵御效果,作为御寒的第一防线,冷空气中的水分通过外表层透入吸湿层3,吸湿层3吸收空气中的水分,同时吸收人体散发的水分,实现自发热,散发的热量被储热层2吸收,因为储热层2采用的是中空纤维,能够大量锁住内部的温度,使其传导至内吸热层,内吸热层1与人体贴合,使人体感受到温暖。内吸热层1、储热层2、吸湿层3和外表层4通过人体散发热量和散发水分,各层次间相互作用,实现循环储热发热,达到保暖的功效。
进一步说明,所述内吸热层1材料为超细致摇粒绒。超细摇粒绒采用小元宝针织结构,该面料除了普通的摇粒绒所具有的各类优点外,还比一般的摇粒绒手感更加的柔软,保暖效果更为理想。
再进一步说明,所述储热层2材料为中空纤维,中空纤维是指纤维轴向有细管状空腔的化纤,贯通纤维轴向具有管状空腔的化学纤维。中空纤维结构,包含大量静止空气,能为织物带来轻质弹性、良好透湿性以及舒适的保暖效果,中空特性锁住了内部空气,防止了热量的逸散,并且弹性好,起到面料的支撑作用。
再进一步说明,所述吸湿层3材料为羊毛纤维。天然纤维都具有一定的吸湿发热性能,其中尤以羊毛纤维更为明显。一般来说,吸湿发热纤维的发热性能与其回潮率有关,回潮率高,则其吸湿发热性能优良。羊毛纤维吸收水分时,纤维分子和水分子相互吸引而结合,水分子的动能降低而被转化为热(能)量释放出来,从而达到发热的效果。
更进一步说明,所述吸湿发热整理剂为特殊聚丙烯酸类化合物,采用特殊聚丙烯酸类化合物对羊毛进行涂覆,首先特殊聚丙烯酸类化合物对人体不会产生危害,其次,特殊聚丙烯酸类化合物同样具有吸湿发热的效果,涂覆在羊毛纤维上后,能够显著提高纤维的吸湿发热效果。
更进一步说明,所述外表层4材料为长棉纤维和短棉纤维,长棉纤维即长纤维层,具有抵御冷空气入侵的效果,短棉纤维即为短纤维层,起到保暖的效果。
本发明能够通过人体散发热量、水分和外部空气内水分的吸收,有效的实现循环储热发热的效果,在外部隔绝冷空气的侵袭、内部储存人体散发热量,设置层次合理的纤维结构,防止热量的逸散,极大的提高了纤维面料的保温效果,是一种理想的御寒纤维面料。

1.一种具有储热发热功能的纤维面料,其特征在于,包括:内吸热层、储热层、吸湿层和外表层;所述内吸热层为所述具有储热发热功能的纤维面料的最内层,所述储热层纺制在所述内吸热层外层,所述吸湿层贴合在所述储热层外层,所述外表层贴合在所述吸湿层外层,所述外表层还包括长纤维层和短纤维层,所述长纤维层长度为6μm,所述短纤维层长度为2μm,所述吸湿层涂覆有吸湿发热整理剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有储热发热功能的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述内吸热层材料为超细致摇粒绒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有储热发热功能的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述储热层材料为中空纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有储热发热功能的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述吸湿层材料为羊毛纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有储热发热功能的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述吸湿发热整理剂为特殊聚丙烯酸类化合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有储热发热功能的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述外表层材料为长棉纤维和短棉纤维。
