Abstract
本发明涉及服装面料技术领域,公开了一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布及其生产工艺,其中面布包括内衬层和外衬层,内衬层由第一经线和第一纬线交叉编织而成,外衬层由第二经线和第二纬线交叉编织而成,第一经线和第一纬线均包括提神层和缠绕编织在提神层外表面的具有保暖透气性的第一纤维层;第二经线和第二纬线均包括具有亲水性的第二纤维层和缠绕编织在第二纤维层外表面的至少一组耐磨层。采用内衬层和外衬层双层结构,内衬层包括提神层和具有保暖透气性的第一纤维层,在保暖的同时利用提神层在保暖时受热散发出提神气体,使得穿戴者精神抖擞;外衬层采用耐磨层和具有亲水性的第二纤维层,透气,降低摩擦损耗,第二纤维层具有亲水性,方便用户清洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料技术领域,具体为一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异,但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿着舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点,制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品,以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。
羽绒服由于其良好的保暖性能,适于冬季等寒冷季节穿着。羽绒服清洗时间间隔较长,长时间的不清洗导致衣服清洁较为麻烦,由于冬季风、雨、雪等天气较为频繁,羽绒服很容易就会沾染灰尘,不易清洁;此外传统的羽绒服布料在保证防水的同时不能够兼顾透气,因为防水需要涂胶,涂胶会影响透气,长时间穿戴容易滋生细菌,影响穿戴者的身体健康。因此有必要对现有的羽绒服面料进行优化设计。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的技术问题,从而提供一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布及其生产工艺。
为此,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布,包括内衬层和外衬层,所述内衬层由第一经线和第一纬线交叉编织而成,所述外衬层由第二经线和第二纬线交叉编织而成,所述第一经线和第一纬线均包括提神层和缠绕编织在所述提神层外表面的具有保暖透气性的第一纤维层;所述第二经线和所述第二纬线均包括具有亲水性的第二纤维层和缠绕编织在所述第二纤维层外表面的至少一组耐磨层。
可选的,所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,所述提神层包括浸泡有提神液的苎麻纤维芯层和包覆在所述苎麻纤维芯层外表面的纤维棉外层。
可选的,所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,所述提神层还包括缠绕在所述苎麻纤维芯层外表面的沿周向间隔分布的至少两根棉线,所述棉线位于所述纤维棉外层内侧。
可选的,所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,任一组所述耐磨层包括两条亲水纤维和两条疏水纤维,两条所述亲水纤维和两条所述疏水纤维的外表面间隔缠绕设置。
可选的,所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,所述第一纤维层包括竹炭纤维、蚕丝纤维、氨纶纤维和再生纤维素纤维,所述竹炭纤维、蚕丝纤维、氨纶纤维和再生纤维素纤维依序排列缠绕在所述提神层的外表面;所述第二纤维层为超细纤维。
可选的,所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,所述亲水纤维采用兔毛、驼毛、棉、麻等天然纤维中的一种或者多种制作而成,所述疏水纤维采用涤纶纤维制作而成;所述再生纤维素纤维选用天丝纤维和莫代尔纤维中的一种或者多种制作而成。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,所述透气易清洗羽绒服面布为上述任一项所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,包括以下步骤:
S1、提神层预制备:将苎麻纤维浸泡在提神液中一段时间,取出烘干,得到浸有提神液的苎麻纤维芯层;
S2、提神层制备:将棉线间隔均匀的缠绕在S1中得到的浸有提神液的苎麻纤维芯层外表面,然后将纤维棉包覆在棉线外,制得提神层;
S3、内衬层制作:将第一纤维层按照顺序排列缠绕在S2制得的提神层表面并固定,得到第一经线和第一纬线,然后对第一经线和第一纬线进行交叉编织,即可制得内衬层;
S4、外衬层制作:制备耐磨层,然后将耐磨层缠绕编织在第二纤维层表面,制得第二经线和第二纬线,然后对第二经线和第二纬线进行交叉编织,即可制得外衬层。
可选的,所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,在S1步骤中,还包括提神液的制备,所述提神液包括薄荷、薰衣草、丁香、玫瑰、茉莉、栀子花、天竺葵、白兰花、一抹香的一种或多种植物精油;所述提神液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称取适量的上述任一种植物精油、仙鹤草油、瓜萎皮精油、山苍子油、五味子油倒入到无水乙醇溶剂中,搅拌均匀得到混合液,将所述混合液密封在温度为15-18℃的无光环境下静置15-20天,加入菠萝酯和白花醇,搅拌均匀后超声处理15-20min,即得所述提神液。
可选的,所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,所述提神液各组分配方,按照重量百分比计算:仙鹤草油1%-1.5%,瓜萎皮精油1.3%-1.8%,山苍子油0.8%-0.9%,五味子油1%-2%,菠萝酯0.01%-0.02%,白花醇 0.05%-0.06%,无水乙醇58%-68%,其余为所述植物精油中的一种。
可选的,所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,所述超声处理条件为:功率250w,频率40-45KHz,温度为20-22℃。

1.本发明的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,包括:包括内衬层和外衬层,所述内衬层由第一经线和第一纬线交叉编织而成,所述外衬层由第二经线和第二纬线交叉编织而成,所述第一经线和第一纬线均包括提神层和缠绕编织在所述提神层外表面的具有保暖透气性的第一纤维层;所述第二经线和所述第二纬线均包括具有亲水性的第二纤维层和缠绕编织在所述第二纤维层外表面的至少一组耐磨层。
上述结构的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,采用内衬层和外衬层双层结构,内衬层包括提神层和具有保暖透气性的第一纤维层,在保暖的同时,利用提神层在保暖时受热散发出提神气体,使得穿戴者的精神更加抖擞;外衬层采用耐磨层和具有亲水性的第二纤维层,降低了摩擦损耗,同时具有一定的透气性,第二纤维层具有亲水性,方便用户清洁。
2.本发明的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,所述提神层包括浸泡有提神液的苎麻纤维芯层和包覆在所述苎麻纤维芯层外表面的纤维棉外层。苎麻纤维由于其纤维表面有大量的沟壑,可以大幅度的吸纳和保留提神液精华。而在使用过程中,由于沟壑的存在,释放相对缓慢,能达到长时间有效的目的,然后利用棉线进行缠绕,降低气味散发的速度,然后再通过纤维棉进行加强防护,在保证透气性的同时,降低单位时间内的气味散发量,延长气味的有效散发时间,实现持久提神。
3.本发明的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,耐磨层包括两条亲水纤维和两条疏水纤维,两条亲水纤维的外表面和两条疏水纤维的外表面间隔缠绕编织,利用耐磨层加强面布的耐磨性,保证羽绒服的质量,同时利用亲水纤维来保证面布的透气性,达到防水、透气的目的,并且两条亲水纤维和两条疏水纤维间隔排列,为面料的清洁提供了便利。亲水性纤维,洗涤过程中,亲水纤维水分的溢出,有助于化学纤维和亲水纤维自身污垢的去除。
4.本发明的透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,工艺简单,成本较低,采用植物精油配置提神液,将苎麻纤维浸泡得到具有缓释作用的提神的苎麻纤维芯层,再利用棉线缠绕并包覆棉纤维得到提神层,再与第一纤维层进行缠绕编织形成具有提神功能的易清洗透气性的羽绒服面布。

实施例1
请参阅图1至图4,本发明提供的一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布,包括内衬层1和外衬层2,内衬层1包括第一经线3和第一纬线4,且第一经线3 的外表面和第一纬线4的外表面交叉编织,第一经线3和第一纬线4均包括提神层9和缠绕在提神层9外表面的第一纤维层,其中第一纤维层包括竹炭纤维5、蚕丝纤维6、氨纶纤维7和再生纤维素纤维8,提神层9包括纤维棉14、八根棉线15和浸泡有提神液的苎麻纤维17,纤维棉14选用十孔棉制作而成,提神液采用薄荷、薰衣草、丁香、玫瑰、茉莉、栀子花、天竺葵、白兰花、一抹香等一种或者多种提取液制作而成,八根棉线15均缠绕在苎麻纤维17的外表面上,八根棉线15设置在纤维棉14的内部,配合纤维棉14、八根棉线15、提神液和苎麻纤维17的设置,利用苎麻纤维 17持续散发提神气味,然后利用八根棉线15进行缠绕,降低气味散发的速度,然后再通过纤维棉14进行加强防护,在保证透气性的同时,降低单位时间内的气味散发量,延长气味的有效散发时间,实现持久提神,竹炭纤维5、蚕丝纤维6、氨纶纤维7和再生纤维素纤维8均缠绕编织在提神层9 的外表面上,再生纤维素纤维8选用天丝纤维和莫代尔纤维中的一种或者多种制作而成,外衬层2包括第二经线10和第二纬线11,且第二经线10 的外表面和第二纬线11的外表面交叉编织,第二经线10和第二纬线11均包括第二纤维层13和缠绕在第二纤维层13外表面的至少一组耐磨层12,其中第二纤维层13的截面直径小于提神层9,具体的,第二纤维层13为现有市场上常见的超细纤维,对于超细纤维的旦数在此不做详细描述和限定,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求进行选择,耐磨层12包括三组,三组耐磨层12缠绕编织在超细纤维的外表面上,配合内衬层1、外衬层2、第一经线3、第一纬线4、竹炭纤维5、蚕丝纤维6、氨纶纤维7、再生纤维素纤维8、提神层9、第二经线10、第二纬线11、耐磨层12和超细纤维的设置,将羽绒服面布分为内衬层1和外衬层2,加设竹炭纤维5和再生纤维素纤维8,使得内衬层1在保暖的同时,极大的提高了透气效果,有效降低细菌的滋生概率,并且利用提神层9在保暖的时候受热散发提神气体,使穿戴者的精神更加抖擞,而且外衬层2采用耐磨层12和超细纤维编织制作,降低摩擦损耗,同时具有一定的透气性,同时还可以利用超细纤维的亲水特性,方便用户的清洁,对于耐磨层12而言,具体的,如图4所示,耐磨层12 包括两条亲水纤维18和两条疏水纤维16,两条亲水纤维18的外表面和两条疏水纤维16的外表面间隔缠绕编织,亲水纤维18采用兔毛、驼毛、棉、麻等天然纤维中的一种或者多种制作而成,疏水纤维16采用涤纶纤维制作而成,配合两条亲水纤维18和两条疏水纤维16的设置,利用涤纶纤维加强面布的耐磨性,保证羽绒服的质量,同时利用亲水纤维18来保证面料的透气性,达到防水、透气的目的,并且两条亲水纤维18和两条疏水纤维16 间隔排列,为面料的清洁提供了便利。可选的,棉线15的数量还可以为其他数量,比如两根、三根、四根、五根、六根、七根、九根等等,沿苎麻纤维芯层17的外表面周向均匀间隔分布。对于耐磨层12的数量,也可以为其他数量,比如一组、两组、四组等等,沿超细纤维的外表面周向间隔设置。
实施例2
本实施例的透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,透气易清洗羽绒服面布为实施例1的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,包括以下步骤:
S1、提神层预制备:将苎麻纤维浸泡在提神液中一段时间,取出烘干,得到浸有提神液的苎麻纤维芯层;
S2、提神层制备:将棉线间隔均匀的缠绕在S1中得到的浸有提神液的苎麻纤维芯层外表面,然后将纤维棉包覆在棉线外,制得提神层;
S3、内衬层制作:将第一纤维层按照顺序排列缠绕在S2制得的提神层表面并固定,得到第一经线和第一纬线,然后对第一经线和第一纬线进行交叉编织,即可制得内衬层;
S4、外衬层制作:制备耐磨层,然后将耐磨层缠绕编织在第二纤维层表面,制得第二经线和第二纬线,然后对第二经线和第二纬线进行交叉编织,即可制得外衬层。
其中,提神液制备方法:将薄荷、薰衣草、丁香、玫瑰、茉莉、栀子花、天竺葵、白兰花、一抹香等其中一种植物精油与1%(重量百分比)仙鹤草油,1.3%(重量百分比)瓜蒌皮精油,0.8%(重量百分比)山苍子油, 1%(重量百分比)五味子油倒入58%(重量百分比)无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液,将混合液密封在温度为15℃的无光环境下静置15天,加入 0.01%(重量百分比)菠萝酯、0.05%重量百分比)白花醇搅拌均匀,在功率为250W,频率为40kHz的超声波下超声处理15分钟后,得到本发明案例的提神液,其中超声波处理温度为20℃。
需要说明的是,当使用的提神液为混合植物精油时,按照上述配方和方法分别制备提神液,之后再按照等量的比例进行混合即得到混合植物精油提神液;通过植物精油与仙鹤草油、五味子油三者配合刺激中枢神经和大脑皮层来振奋提神,通过瓜蒌皮精油、山苍子油配合促进血液循环和增强呼吸机能来减轻机体疲劳,通过菠萝酯和白花醇调和香水气味,使香水具有清新的自然香味与果香味,香味清新柔和,吸入后可让人心情愉悦,减轻人体的焦虑烦躁感。
实施例3
本实施例中,提神液制备方法:将薄荷、薰衣草、丁香、玫瑰、茉莉、栀子花、天竺葵、白兰花、一抹香等其中一种植物精油与1.5%(重量百分比)仙鹤草油,1.8%(重量百分比)瓜蒌皮精油,0.9%(重量百分比)山苍子油,2%(重量百分比)五味子油倒入68%(重量百分比)无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液,将混合液密封在温度为18℃的无光环境下静置20天,加入0.02%(重量百分比)菠萝酯、0.06%(重量百分比)白花醇搅拌均匀,在功率为250W,频率为45kHz的超声波下超声处理20分钟后,得到本发明案例的提神液,其中超声波处理温度为22℃。其余步骤与实施例2 相同。
实施例4
本实施例中,提神液制备方法:将薄荷、薰衣草、丁香、玫瑰、茉莉、栀子花、天竺葵、白兰花、一抹香等其中一种植物精油与1.1%(重量百分比)仙鹤草油,1.5%(重量百分比)瓜蒌皮精油,0.8%(重量百分比)山苍子油,1.5%(重量百分比)五味子油倒入62%(重量百分比)无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液,将混合液密封在温度为16℃的无光环境下静置17 天,加入0.01%(重量百分比)菠萝酯、0.05%(重量百分比)白花醇搅拌均匀,在功率为250W,频率为42kHz的超声波下超声处理17分钟后,得到本发明案例的提神液,其中超声波处理温度为20℃。其余步骤与实施例2 相同。
实施例5
本实施例中,提神液制备方法:将薄荷、薰衣草、丁香、玫瑰、茉莉、栀子花、天竺葵、白兰花、一抹香等其中一种植物精油与1.3%(重量百分比)仙鹤草油,1.5%(重量百分比)瓜蒌皮精油,0.9%(重量百分比)山苍子油,1.5%(重量百分比)五味子油倒入60%(重量百分比)无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液,将混合液密封在温度为16℃的无光环境下静置18 天,加入0.02%(重量百分比)菠萝酯、0.06%(重量百分比)白花醇搅拌均匀,在功率为250W,频率为43kHz的超声波下超声处理18分钟后,得到本发明案例的提神液,其中超声波处理温度为21℃。其余步骤与实施例 2相同。
需要说明的是,本申请发明人经多次实验研究得出采用苎麻纤维作为提神层的芯层,苎麻纤维由于它自身的特点,其纤维表面有大量的沟壑,可以大幅度的吸纳和保留提神液精华。而在使用过程中,由于沟壑的存在,释放相对缓慢,能达到长时间有效的目的。而棉纤维是带状扁平结构,不能有效保留提神纤维原液精华。化纤纤维表面更为光滑,更不易吸收提神液。所以选择用苎麻纤维为母体,接收提神液精华,从而最大可能的满足了缓释提神液精华的作用。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的内衬层的第一经线和第一纬线中的纤维棉之所以不浸泡提神液,由于纤维棉是十孔棉,化学纤维制造,表面极为光滑。浸泡提神液后很容易挥发。发明人经实验得知对纤维棉进行提神液的浸泡,效果不明显,且成本增加较高。同时还考虑到留足其空间,其空间越大,透气、保暖、蓬松性就越好,空气量就越多。空气含量愈充足,其透气、保温性就愈好。同时孔腔中充盈空气越多,压缩与回弹的通道就越多,也就越能增强蓬松度,使其越软和。缓冲效果就越明显,进一步提高提神液的持久性。
需要说明的是,本实施例的外衬层的第二经线和第二纬线中的超细纤维为现有市场上常见的超细纤维,对于其单丝细度不做特别限定和描述,具有手感柔软而细腻且柔韧性好,抗皱性与耐磨性较好,织物高密度的结构与高清洁能力,保暖性好,较高的吸水性与吸油性的特点。有助于吸纳穿着时所产生的污垢,并在洗涤时跟随洗涤液轻易去除。与耐磨层中的亲水纤维共同构成面料,达到更佳的去污效果。
需要说明的是,内衬层的第一经线和第一纬线中的竹炭纤维是取毛竹为原料,采用了现有的纯氧高温及氮气阻隔延时的煅烧工艺和技术,使得竹炭天生具有的微孔更细化和蜂窝化,然后再与具有蜂窝状微孔结构趋势的聚酯改性切片熔融纺丝而制成的。这种独特的纤维结构设计,使其具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌、冬暖夏凉功能。
需要说明的是,内衬层的第一经线和第一纬线中的再生纤维素纤维是以天然纤维素为原料,它的吸湿性与透气性比棉纤维好,穿着更加舒适,手感柔软、光滑、透气性好,穿着舒适。
根据本实施例的生产工艺得到的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,其性能测试结果如下:
易去污性测试方法按:FZ/T 01118-2012《纺织品防污性能的检测和评价易去污性》;
断裂强力测定方法按:GB/T 3923.1-2013《纺织品织物拉伸性能第1 部分:断裂强力和断裂伸长率的测定(条样法)》;
防水性能测试方法按:FZ/T 98021-2019《纺织品防水性能试验仪静水压法》;
耐磨性能测定方法按:GB/T 21196.2-2007《纺织品马丁代尔法织物耐磨性的测定第2部分:试样破损的测定》;
防风性能评定方法按:FZ/T 01149-2019《纺织品防风透湿性能的评定》。
表1实施例的面料性能测试结果
从试验数据可以看出,面料试验结果色差高于初始色差0.5级,面料具有易去污性;面料断裂强力均在1400牛顿以上,完全达到了国家对羽绒服面料的强力要求;面料抗静水压在30kPa左右,等级均在3级左右,有较好防水性能;出现面料破损时摩擦次数在20000至40000之间,耐磨性能优良;透气率小于50,透湿率大于4000,防风透湿性能达到II水平,具有较好的防风透湿透气性能。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布,其特征在于,包括内衬层(1)和外衬层(2),所述内衬层(1)由第一经线(3)和第一纬线(4)交叉编织而成,所述外衬层(2)由第二经线(10)和第二纬线(11)交叉编织而成,所述第一经线(3)和第一纬线(4)均包括提神层(9)和缠绕编织在所述提神层(9)外表面的具有保暖透气性的第一纤维层;所述第二经线(10)和所述第二纬线(11)均包括具有亲水性的第二纤维层(13)和缠绕编织在所述第二纤维层(13)外表面的至少一组耐磨层(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布,其特征在于,所述提神层(9)包括浸泡有提神液的苎麻纤维芯层(17)和包覆在所述苎麻纤维芯层(17)外表面的纤维棉(14)外层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布,其特征在于,所述提神层(9)还包括缠绕在所述苎麻纤维芯层(17)外表面的沿周向间隔分布的至少两根棉线(15),所述棉线(15)位于所述纤维棉(14)内侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布,其特征在于,任一组所述耐磨层(12)包括两条亲水纤维(18)和两条疏水纤维(16),两条所述亲水纤维(18)和两条所述疏水纤维(16)的外表面间隔缠绕设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布,其特征在于,所述第一纤维层包括竹炭纤维(5)、蚕丝纤维(6)、氨纶纤维(7)和再生纤维素纤维(8),所述竹炭纤维(5)、蚕丝纤维(6)、氨纶纤维(7)和再生纤维素纤维(8)依序排列缠绕在所述提神层(9)的外表面;所述第二纤维层(13)为超细纤维。
6.根据权利要求5所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述亲水纤维(18)采用兔毛、驼毛、棉、麻等天然纤维中的一种或者多种制作而成,所述疏水纤维(16)采用涤纶纤维制作而成;所述再生纤维素纤维(8)选用天丝纤维和莫代尔纤维中的一种或者多种制作而成。
7.一种透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,所述透气易清洗羽绒服面布为权利要求1-6任一项所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、提神层预制备:将苎麻纤维浸泡在提神液中一段时间,取出烘干,得到浸有提神液的苎麻纤维芯层;
S2、提神层制备:将棉线间隔均匀的缠绕在S1中得到的浸有提神液的苎麻纤维芯层外表面,然后将纤维棉包覆在棉线外,制得提神层;
S3、内衬层制作:将第一纤维层按照顺序排列缠绕在S2制得的提神层表面并固定,得到第一经线和第一纬线,然后对第一经线和第一纬线进行交叉编织,即可制得内衬层;
S4、外衬层制作:制备耐磨层,然后将耐磨层缠绕编织在第二纤维层表面,制得第二经线和第二纬线,然后对第二经线和第二纬线进行交叉编织,即可制得外衬层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,其特征在于,在S1步骤中,还包括提神液的制备,所述提神液包括薄荷、薰衣草、丁香、玫瑰、茉莉、栀子花、天竺葵、白兰花、一抹香的一种或多种植物精油;所述提神液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称取适量的上述任一种植物精油、仙鹤草油、瓜萎皮精油、山苍子油、五味子油倒入到无水乙醇溶剂中,搅拌均匀得到混合液,将所述混合液密封在温度为15-18℃的无光环境下静置15-20天,加入菠萝酯和白花醇,搅拌均匀后超声处理15-20min,即得所述提神液。
9.根据权利要求8所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述提神液各组分配方,按照重量百分比计算:仙鹤草油1%-1.5%,瓜萎皮精油1.3%-1.8%,山苍子油0.8%-0.9%,五味子油1%-2%,菠萝酯0.01%-0.02%,白花醇0.05%-0.06%,无水乙醇58%-68%,其余为所述植物精油中的一种。
10.根据权利要求8所述的透气易清洗羽绒服面布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述超声处理条件为:功率250w,频率40-45KHz,温度为20-22℃。
