本发明公开一种防撕面料,包括顶层纤维、夹层纤维和底层纤维,所述顶层纤维中设置有高纶棉纤维,所述高纶棉纤维一侧设置有膜裂纤维,所述膜裂纤维一侧设置有芳纶纤维,所述芳纶纤维一侧设置有尼龙纤维,所述夹层纤维中设置有涤纶,所述涤纶一侧设置有棉纤维,所述底层纤维完全采用竹纤维材料;该防撕裂耐磨的纺织面料耐磨性高,防撕裂效果好,适合推广使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防撕面料,具体属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点,制作在正式的社交场合穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的,不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料。选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等,但是普通面料舒适性好的同时耐磨性却很差,特别是对于工地工作者或者运动员来说,衣服容易受到外界物体的刮擦而出现破损现象,更严重的情况则导致布料严重变形破损,使衣服不耐穿。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防撕面料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种防撕面料,包括顶层纤维、夹层纤维和底层纤维,所述顶层纤维中设置有高纶棉纤维,所述高纶棉纤维一侧设置有膜裂纤维,所述膜裂纤维一侧设置有芳纶纤维,所述芳纶纤维一侧设置有尼龙纤维,所述夹层纤维中设置有涤纶,所述涤纶一侧设置有棉纤维,所述底层纤维为竹纤维,所述顶层纤维与所述夹层纤维中纤维的编织方向呈四十五度夹角。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述顶层纤维、所述夹层纤维和所属底层纤维之间采用聚氨酯胶粘剂粘合而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述高纶棉纤维、所述膜裂纤维、所述芳纶纤维和所述尼龙纤维之间采用一上一下相互交叉的编织方式。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述膜裂纤维、所述芳纶纤维、所述尼龙纤维的数量比为三比二比二。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述涤纶与所述棉纤维之间采用一上一下相互交叉的编织方式。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明纺织面料防撕裂耐磨性好,顶层纤维中采用三种耐磨性好的纤维,增加该纺织面料的耐磨性,防止在磨擦过程造成严重的破损。夹层纤维则和顶层纤维的编织方向呈四十五度夹角,利用该编织方法可使夹层纤维与顶面纤维完全交织在一起,夹层纤维的防撕裂效果好,当顶层纤维受到外界的拉力时,夹层纤维会为其分担部分拉力,从而降低磨损程度。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例:如图1-3所示,一种防撕面料,包括顶层纤维1、夹层纤维2和底层纤维3,所述顶层纤维1中设置有高纶棉纤维4,所述高纶棉纤维4一侧设置有膜裂纤维5,所述膜裂纤维5一侧设置有芳纶纤维6,所述芳纶纤维6一侧设置有尼龙纤维7,所述夹层纤维2中设置有涤纶8,所述涤纶8一侧设置有棉纤维9,所述底层纤维3为竹纤维10,所述顶层纤维1与所述夹层纤维2中纤维的编织方向呈四十五度夹角。
为了使该防撕裂耐磨纺织面料防撕效果好、耐磨性高,所述顶层纤维1、所述夹层纤维2和所属底层纤维3之间采用聚氨酯胶粘剂粘合而成,所述顶层纤维1、所述夹层纤维2和所属底层纤维3之间采用聚氨酯胶粘剂粘合而成,所述高纶棉纤维4、所述膜裂纤维5、所述芳纶纤维6和所述尼龙纤维7之间采用一上一下相互交叉的编织方式,所述膜裂纤维5、所述芳纶纤维6、所述尼龙纤维7的数量比为三比二比二,所述涤纶8与所述棉纤维9之间采用一上一下相互交叉的编织方式,所述膜裂纤维5是高聚物薄膜经纵向拉伸、撕裂、原纤化制成的化学纤维,所述高纶棉纤维4是一种现有的纤维材料,其回潮率大于三,有较好的亲水性,能快速吸收人体的汗液。
本发明耐磨性好,顶层纤维1中采用三种耐磨性好的纤维,分别为膜裂纤维5、芳纶纤维6和尼龙纤维7,膜裂纤维5是高聚物薄膜经纵向拉伸、撕裂、原纤化制成的化学纤维,芳纶是一种新型高科技合成纤维,具有超高强度、高模量和耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、绝缘、抗老化、生命周期长等优良性能,广泛应用于复合材料、防弹制品、建材、特种防护服装、电子设备等领域,尼龙纤维7之耐磨性是所有合成纤维中最好的,同条件下,其耐磨性为棉纤维之10倍,羊毛纤维之20倍,如在毛纺或棉纺中掺入15%之尼龙纤维7,则其耐磨度比纯羊毛面料提高3倍,这样增加了该纺织面料表面的耐磨性,防止在磨擦过程中造成严重的破损。夹层纤维2和顶层纤维1的编织方向呈四十五度夹角,利用该编织方法可使夹层纤维2与顶面纤维1完全交织在一起,两层纤维之间相互关联,即使该纺织面料表面受到磨擦其内部也不会撕裂破损,对面料提供双重保护。高纶棉纤维4是一种现有的纤维材料,其回潮率大于三,有较好的亲水性,能快速吸收人体的汗液;而底层纤维3则采用普通柔和舒适的竹纤维10,竹纤维10是从自然生长的竹子中提取出的纤维素纤维,继棉、麻、毛、丝后的第五大天然纤维。竹纤维10具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能,适合和皮肤相接触,不会让皮肤感到粗糙的质感。

1.一种防撕面料,包括顶层纤维(1)、夹层纤维(2)和底层纤维(3),其特征在于,所述顶层纤维(1)中设置有高纶棉纤维(4),所述高纶棉纤维(4)一侧设置有膜裂纤维(5),所述膜裂纤维(5)一侧设置有芳纶纤维(6),所述芳纶纤维(6)一侧设置有尼龙纤维(7),所述夹层纤维(2)中设置有涤纶(8),所述涤纶(8)一侧设置有棉纤维(9),所述底层纤维(3)为竹纤维(10),所述顶层纤维(1)与所述夹层纤维(2)中纤维的编织方向呈四十五度夹角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撕面料,其特征在于,所述顶层纤维(1)、所述夹层纤维(2)和所属底层纤维(3)之间采用聚氨酯胶粘剂粘合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撕面料,其特征在于,所述高纶棉纤维(4)、所述膜裂纤维(5)、所述芳纶纤维(6)和所述尼龙纤维(7)之间采用一上一下相互交叉的编织方式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撕面料,其特征在于,所述膜裂纤维(5)、所述芳纶纤维(6)、所述尼龙纤维(7)的数量比为三比二比二。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撕面料,其特征在于,所述涤纶(8)与所述棉纤维(9)之间采用一上一下相互交叉的编织方式。
