背景技术
随着科学技术的进步和人们对生活用品性能要求的提高,运动服装中对面料的防水透气性能、舒展性、耐磨性和舒适度要求更为严格,防水透气面料是指既能防风防雨又能排汗透气,穿着舒适,水既不会浸透面料,而人体散发的汗液却能以水蒸气的形式通过面料传导到外界,现有的面料中透气效果较差效率低,使得吸湿排汗效果差。
如专利公开号为CN207100629U公开了一种防水透气面料,包括面料层、涂覆于面料层表面的黏着层、及涂覆于黏着层表面的防水透气薄膜层,该黏着层将防水透气薄膜层粘合于面料层上;所述防水透气薄膜层包括一PU防水膜层与一PE高分子透气膜层,该PE高分子透气膜层位于黏着层与PU防水膜层之间。上述实用新型防水透气面料兼具了高防水性与高透气性,且稳定性高。
但是,上述方案在使用中存在如下缺陷:PE高分子透气膜层位于黏着层与PU防水膜层之间,PE高分子透气膜黏着在面料层上连接紧密,透气面积小,透气效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水透气型面料及其制作工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

优选的,所述弹性凸块锦纶纺织层为氨纶、锦纶和棉纤维纺织而成,所述弹性凸块锦纶纺织层与第一透气孔锦纶纺织层等间距交错分布在防辐射层锦纶纺织层上。
优选的,所述防辐射层锦纶纺织层为纳米银纤维与嵌织的尼龙长丝纺织而成。
优选的,所述加固条锦纶纺织层呈波浪状分布在聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层锦纶纺织层与弹性凸块锦纶纺织层之间,且加固条锦纶纺织层之间设有第二透气孔锦纶纺织层锦纶纺织层,所述加固条锦纶纺织层的内部结构为蜂窝状分布的蜂窝孔锦纶纺织层,所述蜂窝孔锦纶纺织层、第二透气孔锦纶纺织层锦纶纺织层和第一透气孔锦纶纺织层相连通。
优选的,所述抗菌层锦纶纺织层锦纶纺织层包括纳米竹炭纤维层锦纶纺织层锦纶纺织层,所述纳米竹炭纤维层锦纶纺织层锦纶纺织层的下端设置有甲壳素抗菌纤维层锦纶纺织层锦纶纺织层。
优选的,所述聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层锦纶纺织层的表面覆有一层装饰面料层。
同时,本发明还公开了一种防水透气型面料的制作方法,具体包括如下操作步骤:
S1:面料层原料准备,棉纤维50%、蚕丝10%、莫代尔棉纤维15%、亚麻纤维5%、竹纤维15%、铜氨纤维5%;
S2:按重量比例取棉纤维50%、蚕丝10%、莫代尔棉纤维15%、亚麻纤维5%、竹纤维15%、铜氨纤维5%进行混纺得到混纺纱线;
S3:将混纺纱线合股形成两股线,同时作为经线和纬线进行织造;
S4:织造成面料布,经纱和纬纱在喷气织机上织成面料布;
S5:再处理,采用染整工艺对面料布进行精炼、染色、印花和整理四道加工工序,形成面料层;
S6:锦纶纺织层,按重量比例取锦纶纤维20%和棉纤维50%为经线和纬线,在经线和纬线表面涂覆抗紫外线涂料层,然后进行织造通过染整工艺处理后形成锦纶纺织层;
S7:防辐射层,按重量比例取纳米银纤维35%、尼龙长丝5%和棉纤维20%,进行编织通过染整工艺处理后形成防辐射层;
S8:弹性凸块,按重量比例取氨纶10%、锦纶5%和棉纤维30%进行编织厚度为2mm的面料块;
S9:加固条,将乳胶块裁剪为厚度为1mm的乳胶条块,由于其自身的弹性作用,把其折成波浪状分别粘合固定在聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层与弹性凸块之间;
S10:抗菌层,按重量比例取纳米竹炭纤维30%和棉纤维35%织造成纳米竹炭纤维层,按重量比例取甲壳素抗菌纤维15%和棉纤维30%织造成甲壳素抗菌纤维层,然后使用面料缝合机器,通过直径为0.05mm的弹力纤维将纳米竹炭纤维层和甲壳素抗菌纤维层缝合在一起形成抗菌层。
优选的,所述S3中股线捻向与单纱捻向相反,使得股线柔软光泽好,捻回稳定,结构均衡强度大。
优选的,所述面料层和聚氨酯防皱层、聚氨酯防皱层和锦纶纺织层、聚氨酯防皱层和防辐射层以及面料层和抗菌层之间均通过直径为0.05mm的弹力纤维用面料缝合机器缝合固定连接。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
本发明通过聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层锦纶纺织层、固定条锦纶纺织层和弹性凸块锦纶纺织层的设置,使得该面料防水透气的同时还具备一定的弹性,并且结构稳定使得布料更为牢固结实,通过第一透气孔锦纶纺织层、第二透气孔锦纶纺织层锦纶纺织层和蜂窝孔锦纶纺织层的设置,大大增强了面料的透气效果,提高吸湿排汗的效率,通过防辐射层锦纶纺织层和抗菌层锦纶纺织层锦纶纺织层,使得面料可以防止辐射避免人体健康造成伤害,并且消臭抗菌、吸湿排汗、防静电穿着更舒适,健康环保,通过聚氨酯防皱层锦纶纺织层和锦纶纺织层锦纶纺织层的交错夹层设置,使得面料具有抗皱效果并且耐磨性好,进一步提高了面料抗变形能力,通过面料层锦纶纺织层原料的混纺制作,使得各纤维原料的优势得以结合,使得面料光泽柔软、透气性好、抗菌、保持皮肤干爽亲肤舒适。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-3所示,一种防水透气型面料,包括面料层1,所述面料层1的上端设置有锦纶纺织层3,所述锦纶纺织层3的上端设置有防辐射层4,所述锦纶纺织层3和面料层1之间以及锦纶纺织层3和防辐射层4之间均设置有聚氨酯防皱层2,所述防辐射层4的上端设置有横向排列的弹性凸块5和第一透气孔6,所述弹性凸块5和第一透气孔6的上端设置有加固条7,所述加固条7的上端通过热固型粘胶固定连接有聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层8。
所述弹性凸块5为氨纶、锦纶和棉纤维纺织而成,所述弹性凸块5与第一透气孔6等间距交错分布在防辐射层4上,增强面料的弹性结构稳定,并且便于透气排汗。
所述防辐射层4为纳米银纤维与嵌织的尼龙长丝纺织而成,便于防辐射。
所述加固条7呈波浪状分布在聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层8与弹性凸块5之间,且加固条7之间设有第二透气孔10,所述加固条7的内部结构为蜂窝状分布的蜂窝孔9,所述蜂窝孔9、第二透气孔10和第一透气孔6相连通,使得结构连接更为稳定牢固,并且透气面积大,结构紧密牢固不易变形。
所述抗菌层11包括纳米竹炭纤维层12,所述纳米竹炭纤维层12的下端设置有甲壳素抗菌纤维层13,对重金属具有极佳的吸附性并且有助于面料吸湿排汗、消臭抗菌、防静电穿着更舒适,健康环保。
所述聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层8的表面覆有一层装饰面料层,便于装饰面料。
同时,本发明还公开了一种防水透气型面料的制作方法,具体包括如下操作步骤:
S1:面料层1原料准备,棉纤维50%、蚕丝10%、莫代尔棉纤维15%、亚麻纤维5%、竹纤维15%、铜氨纤维5%;
S2:按重量比例取棉纤维50%、蚕丝10%、莫代尔棉纤维15%、亚麻纤维5%、竹纤维15%、铜氨纤维5%进行混纺得到混纺纱线;
S3:将混纺纱线合股形成两股线,同时作为经线和纬线进行织造;
S4:织造成面料布,经纱和纬纱在喷气织机上织成面料布;
S5:再处理,采用染整工艺对面料布进行精炼、染色、印花和整理四道加工工序,形成面料层1;
S6:锦纶纺织层3,按重量比例取锦纶纤维20%和棉纤维50%为经线和纬线,在经线和纬线表面涂覆抗紫外线涂料层,然后进行织造通过染整工艺处理后形成锦纶纺织层3;
S7:防辐射层4,按重量比例取纳米银纤维35%、尼龙长丝5%和棉纤维20%,进行编织通过染整工艺处理后形成防辐射层4;
S8:弹性凸块5,按重量比例取氨纶10%、锦纶5%和棉纤维30%进行编织厚度为2mm的面料块;
S9:加固条7,将乳胶块裁剪为厚度为1mm的乳胶条块,由于其自身的弹性作用,把其折成波浪状分别粘合固定在聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层8与弹性凸块5之间;
S10:抗菌层11,按重量比例取纳米竹炭纤维30%和棉纤维35%织造成纳米竹炭纤维层12,按重量比例取甲壳素抗菌纤维15%和棉纤维30%织造成甲壳素抗菌纤维层13,然后使用面料缝合机器,通过直径为0.05mm的弹力纤维将纳米竹炭纤维层12和甲壳素抗菌纤维层13缝合在一起形成抗菌层11。
所述S3中股线捻向与单纱捻向相反,使得股线柔软光泽好,捻回稳定,结构均衡强度大。
所述面料层1和聚氨酯防皱层2、聚氨酯防皱层2和锦纶纺织层3、聚氨酯防皱层2和防辐射层4以及面料层1和抗菌层11之间均通过直径为0.05mm的弹力纤维用面料缝合机器缝合固定连接,增强面料连接结构的稳定性,并且提高面料的弹性,使得面料更加舒适亲肤。
本发明通过聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层8、固定条7和弹性凸块5的设置,使得该面料防水透气的同时还具备一定的弹性,并且结构稳定使得布料更为牢固结实,通过第一透气孔6、第二透气孔10和蜂窝孔9的设置,大大增强了面料的透气效果,提高吸湿排汗的效率,通过防辐射层4和抗菌层11,使得面料可以防止辐射避免人体健康造成伤害,并且消臭抗菌、吸湿排汗、防静电穿着更舒适,健康环保,通过聚氨酯防皱层2和锦纶纺织层3的交错夹层设置,使得面料具有抗皱效果并且耐磨性好,进一步提高了面料抗变形能力,通过面料层1原料的混纺制作,使得各纤维原料的优势得以结合,使得面料光泽柔软、透气性好、抗菌、保持皮肤干爽亲肤舒适。

Claims (9)
1.一种防水透气型面料,包括面料层(1),其特征在于:所述面料层(1)的上端设置有锦纶纺织层(3),所述锦纶纺织层(3)的上端设置有防辐射层(4),所述锦纶纺织层(3)和面料层(1)之间以及锦纶纺织层(3)和防辐射层(4)之间均设置有聚氨酯防皱层(2),所述防辐射层(4)的上端设置有横向排列的弹性凸块(5)和第一透气孔(6),所述弹性凸块(5)和第一透气孔(6)的上端设置有加固条(7),所述加固条(7)的上端通过热固型粘胶固定连接有聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气型面料,其特征在于:所述弹性凸块(5)为氨纶、锦纶和棉纤维纺织而成,所述弹性凸块(5)与第一透气孔(6)等间距交错分布在防辐射层(4)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气型面料,其特征在于:所述防辐射层(4)为纳米银纤维与嵌织的尼龙长丝纺织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气型面料,其特征在于:所述加固条(7)呈波浪状分布在聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层(8)与弹性凸块(5)之间,且加固条(7)之间设有第二透气孔(10),所述加固条(7)的内部结构为蜂窝状分布的蜂窝孔(9),所述蜂窝孔(9)、第二透气孔(10)和第一透气孔(6)相连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气型面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(11)包括纳米竹炭纤维层(12),所述纳米竹炭纤维层(12)的下端设置有甲壳素抗菌纤维层(13)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气型面料,其特征在于:所述聚四氟乙烯防水透气膜层(8)的表面覆有一层装饰面料层。
7.一种防水透气型面料的制作方法,其特征在于:具体包括如下操作步骤:
S1:面料层(1)原料准备,棉纤维50%、蚕丝10%、莫代尔棉纤维15%、亚麻纤维5%、竹纤维15%、铜氨纤维5%;
S2:按重量比例取棉纤维50%、蚕丝10%、莫代尔棉纤维15%、亚麻纤维5%、竹纤维15%、铜氨纤维5%进行混纺得到混纺纱线;
S3:将混纺纱线合股形成两股线,同时作为经线和纬线进行织造;
S4:织造成面料布,经纱和纬纱在喷气织机上织成面料布;
S5:再处理,采用染整工艺对面料布进行精炼、染色、印花和整理四道加工工序,形成面料层(1);
S6:锦纶纺织层(3),按重量比例取锦纶纤维20%和棉纤维50%为经线和纬线,在经线和纬线表面涂覆抗紫外线涂料层,然后进行织造通过染整工艺处理后形成锦纶纺织层(3);
S7:防辐射层(4),按重量比例取纳米银纤维35%、尼龙长丝5%和棉纤维20%,进行编织通过染整工艺处理后形成防辐射层(4);
S8:弹性凸块(5),按重量比例取氨纶10%、锦纶5%和棉纤维30%进行编织厚度为2mm的面料块;

8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防水透气型面料的制作方法,其特征在于:所述S3中股线捻向与单纱捻向相反,使得股线柔软光泽好,捻回稳定,结构均衡强度大。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种防水透气型面料的制作方法,其特征在于:所述面料层(1)和聚氨酯防皱层(2)、聚氨酯防皱层(2)和锦纶纺织层(3)、聚氨酯防皱层(2)和防辐射层(4)以及面料层(1)和抗菌层(11)之间均通过直径为0.05mm的弹力纤维用面料缝合机器缝合固定连接。
