本发明公开了一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,包括:步骤一:纺织机进行纺织得到印花坯布、透气坯布和柔性内衬坯布;步骤二:通过双针床经编机进行编织,得到空气层面料坯布;步骤三:通过面料裁剪机对透气坯布和空气层面料坯布进行裁剪;步骤四:通过电脑绣花机进行缝合固定;步骤五:将剪裁的印花坯布放入到印花机中进行印花处理,印花布;步骤六:印花布、毛布和柔性内衬坯布通过针刺机复合在一起,得到面料坯料,再通过水洗、烘干和定型后可得到产品。本发明不仅可以提高该面料的保暖性能,还可以保证面料在一定程度上的透气性,提高穿戴的舒适度和穿戴的体验。

本发明涉及面料加工技术领域,具体为一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法。
背景技术
服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装。
如中国专利CN202021186837.7公开了一种面料,其中凸点能够减小与人体的接触面积,加强空气流动性,提高穿着的舒适感。
但是,形成凸点的同时,该面料的手感并不丝滑,在穿戴的过程中,若与皮肤接触,虽然能够有效的增加及空气的流动性,但是,皮肤会明显感觉的粗糙感觉,穿戴体验感不佳,容易令使用者感觉的不舒服。
再如,中国专利CN201410272101.4,一种保暖面料,其采用采用大小股线交叉的方式有利增强面料的透气性,采用绒丝可以加强保暖效果;且绒丝是绕卷固定,使面料手感更柔软,舒适。
由于绒丝本身强度并不大,同时绒丝又是绕卷在副股线上的,因此,在使用的过程中容易出现“掉毛”的情况发生,使得身上其他部分容易粘接上绒毛。
针对上述问题,缺少一种面料能够使得面料透气的同时能够保暖,并且,减少“掉毛”的的情况发生,同时该面料应当还具备保证制成衣物以后的穿戴舒适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将聚丙烯腈纤维通过纺织机进行纺织得到印花坯布,将经线为聚乙烯纤维和纬线为汉麻纤维经过纺织机进行纺织得到透气坯布,将桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝纺织经过纺织机进行纺织得到柔性内衬坯布;
步骤二:采用棉纤维作为空气中层,聚酯纤维作为空气外层和空气里层,通过双针床经编机进行编织,可以得到空气层面料坯布;
步骤三:通过面料裁剪机对透气坯布和空气层面料坯布进行裁剪,透气型坯布的宽度和空气层面料坯布的宽度比例为1:3,对印花坯布和柔性内衬坯布进行裁剪,其宽度为两个透气型坯布与空气层面料坯布宽度之和;
步骤四:通过将裁剪后的透气型坯布和空气层面料通过单向缝合,进行初步固定,再通过电脑绣花机对两个坯布之间的缝合处进行缝合固定,并且缝合的密度为0.4mm,在对缝合后的坯布进行修剪,得到毛布;
步骤五:将剪裁的印花坯布放入到印花机中进行印花处理,再经过烘干、蒸化、水洗和定型,可以得到印花布;
步骤六:印花布、毛布和柔性内衬坯布通过针刺机复合在一起,可以得到透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料坯料;
步骤七:透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料坯料经过水洗、烘干和定型后,即可得到透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料。
优选的,为了提高产品面料的质量,所述针刺机的针刺密度为180针/平方厘米,所述步骤七中的烘干的温度为75-80℃,烘干时间为30-40min。

优选的,所述空气层组件包括空气中层,所述空气中层上设有空气外层,所述空气中层下设有空气里层,最佳保暖效果,并且面料不易产生褶皱,具有强吸湿汗性。
优选的,所述透气层与所述空气层组件交替分布,并通过所述缝合连接线相连接,所述缝合连接线包括聚乙烯纱线和聚丙烯腈纱线中的一种,可以在保证面料保暖的同时,还可以存在一定的透气性,提高穿戴体验。
优选的,所述印花层由聚丙烯腈纤维纺织而成,染色鲜艳,耐光性居各种纤维织物之首,弹性较好,穿着舒适度较高。
优选的,所述透气层是由经线和纬线纺织而成,并且经线包括聚乙烯纤维,纬线包括汉麻纤维、亚麻纤维和苎麻中的一种,可以提高透气层的强度和透气性。
优选的,所述柔性层是由桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝中一种或几种纺织而成,提高穿戴体验透气性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)通过采用本工艺,不仅仅可以提高该面料的保暖性能,还可以保证面料在一定程度上的透气性,提高穿戴的舒适度和穿戴的体验,并且空气层与透气层之间的宽度比为3:1,这样可以在保证面料保暖的同时,可以通过透气层与外界进行交换,保证空气的流动性,进而保证舒适度;
(2)空气层面料结构设计采用里、中、外三片的织物结构,从而在织物中形成空气中层,中间一层采用蓬松性好、弹性好的填充纱,以形成静止空气层,起到最佳保暖效果,并且面料不易产生褶皱,具有强吸湿汗性,这也是空气层面料的三层结构特性的独特,中间空隙大,表面为纯棉布料,所以有吸水锁水的功效弹性好、手感蓬松;
(3)透气层是由经线为聚乙烯纤维和纬线为汉麻纤维,聚乙烯纤维具有强度高,密度低,绝缘性佳,汉麻纤维可以让纺织面料更为轻薄、柔软,汉麻纤维属于纤维素纤维,纤维分子中含有大量的极性亲水基团,与水接触时易与水分子结合吸附水分子,纤维中心有较大的空腔,纵向有许多与之相连的裂隙和孔洞,使纤维具有较多的毛细管道,能够迅速转移和扩散织物内的水分和水汽;
(4)印花层采用聚丙烯腈纤维纺织而成,染色鲜艳,耐光性居各种纤维织物之首,弹性较好,穿着舒适度较高,在合纤织物中属较轻的织物,仅次于丙纶,因此它是好的轻便服装衣料,蓬松柔软,质轻,保暖,易洗易干,不怕虫蛀和霉烂,由于其耐晒性能,因此可以使用该面料的外层,保证使用寿命;
(5)柔性层采用桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝纺织而成,由于真丝面料由蚕丝组成,而蚕丝是蛋白质纤维组成的,其具有与人体良好的生物相容性,具有光滑的表面相结合,因此触感特别柔软,可以吸收空气中的水分或水供应,可以调节温度,同时也可以将有害气体,粉尘,微生物吸掉,因此可以作为该面料的内衬。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将聚丙烯腈纤维通过纺织机进行纺织得到印花坯布,将经线为聚乙烯纤维和纬线为汉麻纤维经过纺织机进行纺织得到透气坯布,将桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝纺织经过纺织机进行纺织得到柔性内衬坯布;
步骤二:采用棉纤维作为空气中层,聚酯纤维作为空气外层和空气里层,通过双针床经编机进行编织,可以得到空气层面料坯布;
步骤三:通过面料裁剪机对透气坯布和空气层面料坯布进行裁剪,透气型坯布的宽度和空气层面料坯布的宽度比例为1:3,对印花坯布和柔性内衬坯布进行裁剪,其宽度为两个透气型坯布与空气层面料坯布宽度之和;
步骤四:通过将裁剪后的透气型坯布和空气层面料通过单向缝合,进行初步固定,再通过电脑绣花机对两个坯布之间的缝合处进行缝合固定,并且缝合的密度为0.4mm,在对缝合后的坯布进行修剪,得到毛布;
步骤五:将剪裁的印花坯布放入到印花机中进行印花处理,再经过烘干、蒸化、水洗和定型,可以得到印花布;
步骤六:印花布、毛布和柔性内衬坯布通过针刺机复合在一起,可以得到透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料坯料;
步骤七:透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料坯料经过水洗、烘干和定型后,即可得到透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料。
其中,所述针刺机的针刺密度为180针/平方厘米,所述步骤七中的烘干的温度为75℃,烘干时间为30min。
实施例2
与实施例1不同之处在于:所述步骤七中的烘干的温度为76℃,烘干时间为35min。
实施例3
与实施例1不同之处在于:所述步骤七中的烘干的温度为80℃,烘干时间为40min。
实施例1-3中产品面料的参数如表1所示。

经比较在步骤七中烘干温度为76℃,烘干时间为35min,该面料的综合性能较佳。
实施例4:
本实施例记载的是根据实施例2的方法所生产的一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料的结构,包括空气层组件,所述空气层组件的两端均通过缝合连接线5设有透气层2,并且透气层2和空气层组件的上设有印花层1,所述透气层2和所述空气层组件下设有柔性层3。
其中,所述空气层组件包括空气中层6,所述空气中层6上设有空气外层4,所述空气中层6下设有空气里层7,中间一层采用蓬松性好、弹性好的填充纱,以形成静止空气层,起到最佳保暖效果,并且面料不易产生褶皱,具有强吸湿汗性,这也是空气层面料的三层结构特性的独特,中间空隙大,表面为纯棉布料,所以有吸水锁水的功效弹性好、手感蓬松。
其中,所述透气层2与所述空气层组件交替分布,并通过所述缝合连接线5相连接,所述缝合连接线5包括聚乙烯纱线和聚丙烯腈纱线中的一种,可以保证面料在一定程度上的透气性,提高穿戴的舒适度和穿戴的体验,并且空气层与透气层之间的宽度比为3:1,这样可以在保证面料保暖的同时,可以通过透气层与外界进行交换,保证空气的流动性,进而保证舒适度。
其中,所述印花层1由聚丙烯腈纤维纺织而成,染色鲜艳,耐光性居各种纤维织物之首,弹性较好,穿着舒适度较高,在合纤织物中属较轻的织物,仅次于丙纶,因此它是好的轻便服装衣料,蓬松柔软,质轻,保暖,易洗易干,不怕虫蛀和霉烂。
其中,所述透气层2是由经线和纬线纺织而成,并且经线包括聚乙烯纤维,纬线包括汉麻纤维、亚麻纤维和苎麻中的一种,聚乙烯纤维具有强度高,密度低,绝缘性佳,汉麻纤维可以让纺织面料更为轻薄、柔软,汉麻纤维属于纤维素纤维,纤维分子中含有大量的极性亲水基团,与水接触时易与水分子结合吸附水分子。
其中,所述柔性层3是由桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝中一种或几种纺织而成(柔性层3面料的纺织工艺为较为成熟的技术手段,工艺原理参考文献:CN113005676A),蚕丝是蛋白质纤维组成的,其具有与人体良好的生物相容性,具有光滑的表面相结合,因此触感特别柔软,可以吸收空气中的水分或水供应,并保持一点点水,在正常温度下,它可以帮助皮肤保持一定水分,不使皮肤过于干燥。
综上所述,通过采用本工艺,不仅仅可以提高该面料的保暖性能,还可以保证面料在一定程度上的透气性,提高穿戴的舒适度和穿戴的体验,并且空气层与透气层之间的宽度比为3:1,这样可以在保证面料保暖的同时,可以通过透气层与外界进行交换,保证空气的流动性,进而保证舒适度,空气层面料结构设计采用里、中、外三片的织物结构,从而在织物中形成空气中层,中间一层采用蓬松性好、弹性好的填充纱,以形成静止空气层,起到最佳保暖效果,并且面料不易产生褶皱,具有强吸湿汗性,这也是空气层面料的三层结构特性的独特,中间空隙大,表面为纯棉布料,所以有吸水锁水的功效弹性好、手感蓬松,透气层是由经线为聚乙烯纤维和纬线为汉麻纤维,聚乙烯纤维具有强度高,密度低,绝缘性佳,汉麻纤维可以让纺织面料更为轻薄、柔软,汉麻纤维属于纤维素纤维,纤维分子中含有大量的极性亲水基团,与水接触时易与水分子结合吸附水分子。由于汉麻纤维的独特结构,纤维中心有较大的空腔,纵向有许多与之相连的裂隙和孔洞,使纤维具有较多的毛细管道,能够迅速转移和扩散织物内的水分和水汽,当人体出汗时,能将汗液或湿气及时疏导到织物表面散失到空气中,据测算,汉麻吸汗速率是棉的两倍,穿着汉麻织物与棉织物相比,可使人体感觉温度低5℃左右,同时两者相互配合,还可以提高透气性,保证透气效果,提高使用体验,印花层采用聚丙烯腈纤维纺织而成,染色鲜艳,耐光性居各种纤维织物之首,弹性较好,穿着舒适度较高,在合纤织物中属较轻的织物,仅次于丙纶,因此它是好的轻便服装衣料,蓬松柔软,质轻,保暖,易洗易干,不怕虫蛀和霉烂,由于其耐晒性能,因此可以使用该面料的外层,保证使用寿命,柔性层采用桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝纺织而成,由于真丝面料由蚕丝组成,而蚕丝是蛋白质纤维组成的,其具有与人体良好的生物相容性,具有光滑的表面相结合,因此触感特别柔软,可以吸收空气中的水分或水供应,并保持一点点水。在正常温度下,它可以帮助皮肤保持一定水分,不使皮肤过于干燥,夏天的衣服,又是汗水和抑制体内热量迅速散发,让人感觉很凉爽,由于蚕丝具有吸湿,放湿性能和防潮性能,吸气阻力和孔隙度,可以调节温度,同时也可以将有害气体,粉尘,微生物吸掉,因此可以作为该面料的内衬,该面料特别适用于贴身衣物的的制造,例如内衣,T恤,秋衣等等。
实施例5:
对于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料整体来说,请参阅图2-3,包括面料主体8,所述面料主体即实施例一所述的用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料,面料主体8内层等距设有球形凸起9,能够减小与人体的接触面积,加强空气流动性,提高穿着的舒适感,球形凸起9下设有真丝网纱11,可以保证在穿戴时球形凸起与人体接触,影响穿戴效果,采用真丝网纱11可以提高触感,可以让面料手感更加柔软舒适,同时可以增加空气的流动性,球形凸起9内部设有保温填料10,可以在面料主体8具有一定空气流动性的同时,还可以保证保暖效果,并且通过上述材料,可以有效的避免掉毛的情况发生,提高面料的质量,该面料可以用于除却隐秘部位的贴身衣物,薄穿外套,衬衣、衬衫等等。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。例如,在所述面料主体8与球形凸起9之间填充保暖物质,可以制成棉衣棉服,再比如,在面料主体8之间填充防水透气层,可以制作冲锋衣,等等,基于此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将聚丙烯腈纤维通过纺织机进行纺织得到印花坯布,将经线为聚乙烯纤维和纬线为汉麻纤维经过纺织机进行纺织得到透气坯布,将桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝纺织经过纺织机进行纺织得到柔性内衬坯布;
步骤二:采用棉纤维作为空气中层,聚酯纤维作为空气外层和空气里层,通过双针床经编机进行编织,可以得到空气层面料坯布;
步骤三:通过面料裁剪机对透气坯布和空气层面料坯布进行裁剪,透气型坯布的宽度和空气层面料坯布的宽度比例为1:3,对印花坯布和柔性内衬坯布进行裁剪,其宽度为两个透气型坯布与空气层面料坯布宽度之和;
步骤四:通过将裁剪后的透气型坯布和空气层面料通过单向缝合,进行初步固定,再通过电脑绣花机对两个坯布之间的缝合处进行缝合固定,并且缝合的密度为0.4mm,再对缝合后的坯布进行修剪,得到毛布;
步骤五:将剪裁的印花坯布放入到印花机中进行印花处理,再经过烘干、蒸化、水洗和定型,可以得到印花布;
步骤六:印花布、毛布和柔性内衬坯布通过针刺机复合在一起,可以得到透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料坯料;
步骤七:透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料坯料经过水洗、烘干和定型后,即可得到透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,其特征在于:所述针刺机的针刺密度为180针/平方厘米,所述步骤七中的烘干的温度为75-80℃,烘干时间为30-40min。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,其特征在于:所生产的透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料包括空气层组件,所述空气层组件的两端均通过缝合连接线(5)设有透气层(2),并且透气层(2)和空气层组件的上设有印花层(1),所述透气层(2)和所述空气层组件下设有柔性层(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,其特征在于:所述空气层组件包括空气中层(6),所述空气中层(6)上设有空气外层(4),所述空气中层(6)下设有空气里层(7)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,其特征在于:所述透气层(2)与所述空气层组件交替分布,并通过所述缝合连接线(5)相连接,所述缝合连接线(5)包括聚乙烯纱线和聚丙烯腈纱线中的一种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,其特征在于:所述印花层(1)由聚丙烯腈纤维纺织而成。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于透气型聚乙烯方格空气层面料生产的方法,其特征在于:所述透气层(2)是由经线和纬线纺织而成。
