以往,已知有下述的专利文献1及2所公开的用于防寒服的防寒素材。在这种防寒素材中,采用了在第1布料与第2布料之间的空间装填羽绒、羽毛、棉絮等填充材料的结构,因此,能够确保保温性。为了将如此装填填充材料的空间形成在第1布料与第2布料之间,如图10及图11所示,在专利文献1所公开的防寒素材中使用了带状构件80。带状构件80是具有指定的宽度并且在一个方向上较长的带状的构件,其的宽度方向的一个缘部80a被缝合于第1布料81,其的宽度方向的另一个缘部80b被缝合于第2布料82。在将带状构件80缝合于第1布料81及第2布料82时,首先如图12所示那样先将带状构件80在宽度方向的中央部处折弯为2个,在该状态下,将所被折弯的其中一个部位80c的中间位置缝装于第1布料81。而且,如图13所示那样将所被折弯的另一个部位80d缝装于第2布料82。此后,使第1布料81与第2布料82的间隔扩展,对在两布料81、82之间形成的空间装填填充材料83。此外,在图10中,带状构件80被折弯成大致U状,但是,带状构件80也可以如图11所示那样被折弯成大致Z状。此情况下,带状构件80便以在宽度方向上被折弯为3段的状态被缝装于第1布料81及第2布料82。
在专利文献2所公开的防寒素材中,由网状带构成的带状构件在宽度方向上被折为3段,在两端的部位上分别缝装有粘接带。而且,其中一方的粘接带被粘接于第1布料,另一方的粘接带被粘接于第2布料。在该结构中,带状构件便成为被折弯为大致Z状的结构。然而,由于带状构件被粘接于第1布料及第2布料,因此,在布料上不会形成缝孔。因此,能够防止填充材料通过缝孔逸出。
如上所述,在专利文献1及2所公开的防寒素材中,使用了带状构件,在将填充材料收纳到第1布料与第2布料之间时,需要进行使带状构件变形的作业,以便扩展第1布料与第2布料之间的间隔。即,带状构件由在宽度方向上能够弯折的素材构成,以便被缝装于或被粘接于第1布料。因此,如图13所示,在填充材料83被装填之前的状态下,第1布料81与第2布料82之间的间隙宽度非常狭窄,故此,为了将填充材料83插入到布料81、82之间,便需要进行扩展第1布料81与第2布料82之间的间隔的作业。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种如下的防寒素材:能够减轻在将填充材料填充到外侧布料与内侧布料之间时的作业负担。
本发明的一个方面所涉及的防寒素材用于防寒服,其包括:外侧布料,构成所述防寒服的面料或者构成被配置在所述面料的里侧的布料;内侧布料,被配置在所述外侧布料的内侧;2个连结构件,被粘接于所述外侧布料及所述内侧布料,并且在所述外侧布料与所述内侧布料之间形成空间;以及,填充材料,被收纳在所述空间;其中,所述2个连结构件各者具有被粘接于所述外侧布料的外侧面和被粘接于所述内侧布料的内侧面,并且具有透气性,所述2个连结构件各者由柔软的素材形成,并且具有如下程度的柔软度:基于所述外侧布料或所述内侧布料的重量而不会发生使所述外侧面与所述内侧面之间的间隔缩窄的变形。
本发明的一个方面所涉及的防寒素材的制造方法中,将2个连结构件以各者的外侧面或内侧面朝上方的状态配置到指定的位置,将外侧布料和内侧布料中的一者放置在被配置于所述指定的位置的所述2个连结构件,从上方按压所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者而使之粘接于所述2个连结构件,将粘接了所述2个连结构件的所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者以所述2个连结构件位于上方的状态放置于冲压台,将所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的另一者粘接到被粘接于所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者的所述2个连结构件,将填充材料插入到所述外侧布料与所述内侧布料之间且所述2个连结构件之间的空间。
如上所述,根据本发明,能够减轻在将填充材料填充到外侧布料与内侧布料之间时的作业负担。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来说明实施方式。以下的实施方式只不过是本发明的一个具体例子,其并不具有限定本发明的技术范围的性质。
图1所示的防寒素材10是作为具有保温性的防寒服的要素而被使用的素材。防寒服例如是夹克、背心、裤子、外套、束腰夹克、连帽衫等衣服,是保温性优异的衣服。防寒素材10例如可以如图2所示那样被构成为夹克的后身1。此外,图1仅表示了构成后身1的防寒素材10的一部分。防寒素材10也可以不是以构成后身1的方式而被形成,而是以构成前身、腋下、袖子、领子等的方式而被形成。此外,防寒素材10还可以以构成裤子的立裆、下裆的方式而被形成。
如图1所示,防寒素材10具备外侧布料12、内侧布料14、至少2个连结构件16、16、填充材料18。
外侧布料12可以构成防寒服的面料(外层布料),也可取代此而构成被配置于所述面料的里侧的布料。外侧布料12由不透气的合成纤维或几乎不透气的合成纤维而成。
内侧布料14是被配置在外侧布料12的内侧的布料,例如由防寒服的衬料构成。但是,内侧布料14也可以不必由防寒服的衬料构成。内侧布料14例如也可以由防寒服中位于衬料的外侧的布料(例如,在防寒服为4层结构的情况下,其为从外侧起的第3层的布料)而成。
2个连结构件16、16分别是连结外侧布料12与内侧布料14的构件,被形成为在一个方向上较长的带状。2个连结构件16、16以相互平行地排列的状态呈直线状延伸。但是,其并不限于此形态,各连结构件16也可以弯曲,此外,其也可以不相互平行。
连结构件16的外侧面16a(即,与所述一个方向正交的面的其中1个面)被粘接于外侧布料12。连结构件16中的朝向外侧面16a的相反侧的内侧面16b被粘接于内侧布料14。连结构件16与外侧布料12之间的粘接利用热塑性粘接剂(热熔胶)、溶剂型粘接剂、湿气固化型粘接剂、UV固化型粘接剂、或者丙烯酸粘接剂(非交联粘着剂)来进行。连结构件16与内侧布料14之间的粘接也同样。
基于2个连结构件16、16与外侧布料12和内侧布料14结合,便由外侧布料12、内侧布料14及2个连结构件16、16形成空间20。也就是说,2个连结构件16、16分别是用于在外侧布料12与内侧布料14之间形成闭合的空间20的构件。
各连结构件16由柔软的素材形成。但是,各连结构件16具有如下程度的柔软度:基于外侧布料12或内侧布料14的重量也不会发生缩窄外侧面16a与内侧面16b之间的间隔那样的变形。也就是说,各连结构件16具有不会因外侧布料12或内侧布料14的重量而被压溃或折曲的程度的强度,因此,即使在处于在空间20内未填充有填充材料18的状态时,连结构件16近傍的外侧布料12与内侧布料14之间的间隔也不会缩窄。
各连结构件16具有透气性。因而空气能够通过连结构件16,因此,空气能够通过连结构件16而在空间20的内外流通。
填充材料18被收纳于空间20。填充材料18是羽毛、羽绒、棉等素材,是基于被封闭在空间20中而有助于防寒素材10发挥保温性的素材。
如图3所示,各连结构件16由双拉舍尔编织料(double raschel knitted fabric)而成。即,连结构件16被构成为包含面料24、衬料25、透气层26的三层结构。面料24的表面形成连结构件16的外侧面16a,衬料25的里面形成连结构件16的内侧面16b。面料24的表面被粘接于外侧布料12,衬料25的里面被粘接于内侧布料14。而且,透气层26被结合于面料24的里面,并且被结合于衬料25的表面。此外,透气层26也可以被粘接于面料24的里面,也可以被粘接于衬料25的表面。
面料24及衬料25分别可以由例如尼龙与聚氨酯的混纺布料(纺织物)形成,或者由聚酯布料(纺织物)形成。此外,面料24与衬料25可以由彼此不同的布料而成。
透气层26是在连结构件16中确保透气性的部分,位于面料24与衬料25之间。透气层26由编织物26a而成。该编织物26a被编织于面料24及衬料25。因此,面料24难以从透气层26剥落,此外,衬料25也难以从透气层26剥落。
此外,透气层26可以取代编织物26a而由泡沫体26b而成。此情况下,其由长方体形状的泡沫体26b而成,泡沫体26b被粘接于面料24及衬料25。此外,如图4所示,可以将层压层26c、26d分别粘接于泡沫体26b的表面及里面,也可以将面料24粘接于该表侧的层压层26c,将衬料25粘接于里侧的层压层26d。
此外,透气层26可以取代编织物26a而由纺织物形成,或者也可以由无纺布而成。在透气层26由纺织物形成的情况下,较为理想的是该纺织物是比面料24及衬料25粗的纺织物。
各连结构件16的横向方向的宽度w与高度方向的宽度h之比为1倍以上且5倍以下,且,横向方向的宽度w为3mm以上且15mm以下。但是,其并不限于该尺寸,连结构件16可以具有其它的尺寸。
此外,连结构件16并不限于由双拉舍尔编织料而成的形态。例如,连结构件16可以如图5所示那样由泡沫体28而成。泡沫体28被形成为在一个方向上较长的带状,外侧面28a(亦即,与所述一个方向正交的面的其中1个面)被粘接于外侧布料12,朝向外侧面28a的相反侧的内侧面28b被粘接于内侧布料14。
此处,参照图6至图9进行说明防寒素材10的制造方法。此处说明将连结构件16首先粘接到外侧布料12然后粘接内侧布料14的方法。但是,先粘接内侧布料14然后粘接外侧布料12的方法也能够同样地进行。此情况下,在使用外侧布料12及内侧布料14的顺序变为相反这一点有所不同,而其它的为相同,因此,此处省略其说明。
为了制造防寒素材10而使用图6所示的承接构件30。承接构件30例如由硅垫形成,在上侧面形成有至少2个槽30a、30a。各个槽30a具有适合连结构件16的形状的形状,槽30a、30a按连结构件16、16被配置于外侧布料12及内侧布料14时的间隔而被形成。该承接构件30载置在冲压台35之上。
将所需数量的连结构件16、16分别以外侧面16a朝上的状态载置于槽30a。此时,连结构件16的外侧面16a相对于承接构件30的上侧面而向上侧突出。也就是说,承接构件30的槽30a的深度相比于连结构件16的高度方向的宽度h而较浅。
如图7所示,在连结构件16的外侧面16a及内侧面16b上分别安装有离型纸32a、32b,因此,首先除去附着于外侧面16a的离型纸32a。由此,附着于连结构件16的外侧面16a的粘接剂34a露出。此外,除去外侧面16a的离型纸32a的作业可以在连结构件16被配置到槽30a之前进行。
其次,如图8所示,将外侧布料12放置在被载置在槽30a中的各连结构件16上,并且通过冲压机从上方按压外侧布料12,以将外侧布料12粘接于各连结构件16、16。此时,可以根据粘接剂34a的种类,一边加热一边进行按压。即,将多数连结构件16、16一次性地粘接于外侧布料12。
在连结构件16、16被粘接到外侧布料12后,将被粘接于外侧布料12的连结构件16、16从承接构件30卸下,并且将该外侧布料12以连结构件16、16位于上方的状态放置在冲压台35之上。在该状态下,除去被安装在连结构件16的内侧面16b上的离型纸32b而使粘接剂34b露出,在该状态下,如图9所示,对准外侧布料12的位置而从上方放置内侧布料14。此时,虽然填充材料18还未被配置在空间20内,但是即使在该状态下,各连结构件16也不会发生因外侧布料12或内侧布料14的重量而使得外侧面16a与内侧面16b之间的距离变小那样的变形。另一方面,外侧布料12或内侧布料14会基于自身的重量而发生使空间20凹陷那样的挠曲。
而且,通过由冲压机从上方按压内侧布料14来将内侧布料14粘接于连结构件16、16。此时,可以根据粘接剂34b的种类,一边加热一边进行按压。即,将多数连结构件16、16一次性地粘接于内侧布料14。此时,连结构件16、16基于冲压机的按压力而会发生使外侧布料12与内侧布料14相互接近那样的变形,但是当冲压机的按压力被解除时,连结构件16、16会复原到被冲压之前的形状。因此,无需进行为了扩大外侧面16a与内侧面16b之间的距离而使连结构件16变形的作业。
关于这一点,在如图12及图13所示的以往技术那样采用被折弯成U状的带状构件80的情况下,如果使用冲压机欲将多数带状构件80同时地粘接于第1布料81或第2布料82时,会在带状构件80上产生折痕,使得带状构件80维持呈U状折弯的状态。因此,第1布料81与第2布料82之间的间隙便几乎不存在。因此,便需要进行扩大第1布料81与第2布料82之间的距离的作业。另一方面,为了在带状构件80上不会产生折痕,必须将各带状构件80分别逐一地粘接于第1布料81或第2布料82,因而会使得用于进行空间形成的工时增加。
对此,本实施方式的连结构件16即使在将该连结构件16粘接于外侧布料12及内侧布料14时被冲压,此后,其也会复原到不会因外侧布料12或内侧布料14的重量而被压溃的状态。因此,能够使用冲压机将多数连结构件16粘接到外侧布料12及内侧布料14。
最后,将填充材料18插入到外侧布料12与内侧布料14之间的空间20。由此,完成防寒素材10。
如上所述,在本实施方式所涉及的防寒素材10中,在外侧布料12与内侧布料14之间的空间20未收纳有填充材料18的状态下,且在2个连结构件16、16上放置有外侧布料12或内侧布料14的状态下,2个连结构件16、16各自不会发生使得连结构件16、16的外侧面16a与内侧面16b之间的间隔缩窄那样的变形。也就是说,2个连结构件16、16在外侧布料12与内侧布料14之间的空间20未收纳有填充材料18时的形状被维持为与在该空间20收纳有填充材料18时的形状大致相同的形状。因此,连结构件16近傍处的外侧布料12与内侧布料14之间的间隙的宽度被确保为连结构件16、16的高度宽度。因此,在对外侧布料12与内侧布料14之间的空间20装填填充材料18时,便不需要进行使连结构件16、16的形状变形的作业。另一方面,由于连结构件16、16分别由柔软的素材形成,因此在防寒素材10被用于防寒服的情况下,难以发生因连结构件16、16的存在而损害防寒服的轮廓这样的事态。此外,由于连结构件16、16具有透气性,因此能够允许空气在收纳填充材料18的空间20中进出。
在防寒素材10中,通过透气层26确保了空气相对于2个连结构件16、16之间的空间20的进出。此外,连结构件16、16通过面料24而被粘接于外侧布料12,因此确保了连结构件16、16与外侧布料12之间的接合力。此外,连结构件16、16通过衬料25而被粘接于内侧布料14,因此确保了连结构件16、16与内侧布料14之间的接合力。
此外,由于透气层26由编织物形成,因此连结构件16、16易于确保透气性。此外,构成透气层26的编织物可以是经编编织物,或者可以是圆筒编织物。
此外,由于编织物被编织到面料24及衬料25,因此面料24与透气层26之间的剥离强度被提高,并且通气层26与衬料25之间的剥离强度也被提高。其结果,确保了外侧布料12与内侧布料14之间的连结强度。
此外,各连结构件16由双拉舍尔编织料形成,因此,通过连结构件16、16能够确保空气相对于空间20的进出。而且,由于能够确保连结构件16、16与外侧布料12的接合强度以及连结构件16、16与内侧布料14的接合强度,因此能够确保外侧布料12与内侧布料14之间的连结强度。
此外,各连结构件16的横向方向的宽度w与高度方向的宽度h之比为1倍以上且5倍以下,因此,即使在通过冲压来将连结构件16粘接于外侧布料12及内侧布料14的情况下,也能够抑制连结构件16的折曲。此外,由于连结构件16的横向方向的宽度w为3mm以上且15mm以下,因此,能够确保各连结构件16与外侧布料12及内侧布料14的接合面积。
应该认为此处所公开的实施方式在所有的方面上均只是例示而并非是限制性的实施方式。本发明并不限于所述的实施方式,其可以在不脱离其宗旨的范围内进行各种各样的变更及改良等。例如,所述防寒素材10可以由双面料形成,而替代双拉舍尔编织料。双面料是将二块布料相互缝合或者相互粘合而成的布料。此情况下,至少一方的布料由透气性良好的布料而成。既可以是将2块布料彼此局部地缝装在一起的双面编织,也可以是利用聚氨酯树脂粘接剂等粘接剂将2块布料粘合在一起的结构。
为了制造所述实施方式的防寒素材10而使用了承接构件30,但是,并不仅限于此。例如,如果通过设置标志等而能够将多个连结构件16、16排列配置在冲压台35上的指定位置,也可以不必使用承接构件30。
在所述实施方式中,将多数连结构件16、16一次性地粘接于外侧布料12,但是,也可以取代此方法,而将多数连结构件16、16一个一个地粘接于外侧布料12。有关粘接于内侧布料14的方法也同样。
此处,对所述实施方式进行概述。
(1)所述实施方式所涉及的防寒素材用于防寒服,其包括:外侧布料,构成所述防寒服的面料或者构成被配置在所述面料的里侧的布料;内侧布料,被配置在所述外侧布料的内侧;2个连结构件,被粘接于所述外侧布料及所述内侧布料,并且在所述外侧布料与所述内侧布料之间形成空间;以及,填充材料,被收纳在所述空间;其中,所述2个连结构件各者具有被粘接于所述外侧布料的外侧面和被粘接于所述内侧布料的内侧面,并且具有透气性,所述2个连结构件各者由柔软的素材形成,并且具有如下程度的柔软度:基于所述外侧布料或所述内侧布料的重量而不会发生使所述外侧面与所述内侧面之间的间隔缩窄的变形。
在所述实施方式所涉及的防寒素材中,在外侧布料与内侧布料之间的空间未收纳有填充材料的状态下,且在2个连结构件上放置有外侧布料或内侧布料的状态下,2个连结构件各自不会发生使得连结构件的外侧面与内侧面之间的间隔缩窄那样的变形。也就是说,2个连结构件在外侧布料与内侧布料之间的空间未收纳有填充材料时的形状被维持为与在该空间收纳有填充材料时的形状大致相同的形状。因此,外侧布料与内侧布料之间的间隙的宽度被确保为连结构件的高度宽度,因而在对外侧布料与内侧布料之间的空间装填填充材料时,便不需要进行使连结构件的形状变形的作业。另一方面,由于连结构件分别由柔软的素材形成,因此在防寒素材被用于防寒服的情况下,难以发生因连结构件的存在而损害防寒服的轮廓这样的事态。此外,由于2个连结构件具有透气性,因此能够允许空气在收纳填充材料的空间中进出。
(2)所述2个连结构件各者基于冲压机在将该2个连结构件粘接到所述外侧布料或所述内侧布料时的按压力而变形,并且在所述冲压机的按压力被解除后,复原为冲压前的形状。在该方案中,即使在利用冲压机将外侧布料及内侧布料按压而粘接于2个连结构件之后,也不会被维持于连结构件以该连结构件的外侧面与内侧面之间的宽度缩窄的方式而变形的状态。因此,在冲压后,便不需要进行使连结构件的形状变形的作业。
(3)所述2个连结构件各者包括形成所述外侧面的面料、形成所述内侧面的衬料、以及在所述面料与所述衬料之间的透气层。在该方案中,通过透气层确保了空气相对于2个连结构件之间的空间的进出。此外,连结构件通过面料而被粘接于外侧布料,因此确保了连结构件与外侧布料之间的接合力。此外,连结构件通过衬料而被粘接于内侧布料,因此确保了连结构件与内侧布料之间的接合力。
(4)所述透气层由编织物、纺织物或无纺布形成。在透气层由编织物或无纺布形成的情况下,连结构件易于确保透气性。另一方面,在透气层由纺织物形成的情况下,较为理想的是该纺织物是比面料及衬料粗的纺织物。
(5)所述编织物被编织于所述面料及所述衬料。在该方案中,面料与透气层之间的剥离强度被提高,并且通气层与衬料之间的剥离强度也被提高。其结果,确保了外侧布料与内侧布料之间的连结强度。
(6)所述透气层由泡沫体形成。在该方案中,确保了空气经由连结构件相对于所述空间的进出。此外,泡沫体可以被直接粘接于面料及衬料,但是也可以将层压层分别粘接于泡沫体的表面及里面,也可以将面料粘接于该表侧的层压层,将衬料粘接于里侧的层压层。
(7)所述2个连结构件各者由双拉舍尔编织料形成。在该方案中,通过连结构件能够确保空气相对于所述空间的进出。而且,由于能够确保连结构件与外侧布料的接合强度以及连结构件与内侧布料的接合强度,因此能够确保外侧布料与内侧布料之间的连结强度。
(8)所述2个连结构件各者由泡沫体形成。在该方案中,确保了空气经由连结构件相对于所述空间的进出。
(9)所述2个连结构件各者的横向方向的宽度相对于高度方向的宽度之比为1倍以上且5倍以下,且横向方向的宽度为3mm以上且15mm以下。在该方案中,横向方向的宽度与高度方向的宽度之比为1倍以上且5倍以下,因此,即使在通过冲压来将连结构件粘接于外侧布料及内侧布料的情况下,也能够抑制连结构件的折曲。此外,由于连结构件的横向方向的宽度为3mm以上且15mm以下,因此,能够确保连结构件与外侧布料及内侧布料的接合面积。
(10)所述防寒素材的制造方法中,将2个连结构件以各者的外侧面或内侧面朝上方的状态配置到指定的位置,将外侧布料和内侧布料中的一者放置在被配置于所述指定的位置的所述2个连结构件,从上方按压所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者而使之粘接于所述2个连结构件,将粘接了所述2个连结构件的所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者以所述2个连结构件位于上方的状态放置于冲压台,将所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的另一者粘接到被粘接于所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者的所述2个连结构件,将填充材料插入到所述外侧布料与所述内侧布料之间且所述2个连结构件之间的空间。
(11)所述防寒素材的制造方法中,准备在上侧面形成有至少2个槽的承接构件,将所述2个连结构件以各者的外侧面或内侧面朝上方的状态载置到所述2个槽,将所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者放置在被载置于所述2个槽的所述2个连结构件,并且从上方按压所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者而使之粘接于所述2个连结构件。
Claims (11)
1.一种防寒素材,用于防寒服,其特征在于包括:
外侧布料,构成所述防寒服的面料或者构成被配置在所述面料的里侧的布料;
内侧布料,被配置在所述外侧布料的内侧;
2个连结构件,被粘接于所述外侧布料及所述内侧布料,并且在所述外侧布料与所述内侧布料之间形成空间;以及,
填充材料,被收纳在所述空间;其中,
所述2个连结构件各者具有被粘接于所述外侧布料的外侧面和被粘接于所述内侧布料的内侧面,并且具有透气性,
所述2个连结构件各者由柔软的素材形成,并且具有如下程度的柔软度:基于所述外侧布料或所述内侧布料的重量而不会发生使所述外侧面与所述内侧面之间的间隔缩窄的变形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防寒素材,其特征在于:
所述2个连结构件各者基于冲压机在将该2个连结构件粘接到所述外侧布料或所述内侧布料时的按压力而变形,并且在所述冲压机的按压力被解除后,复原为冲压前的形状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防寒素材,其特征在于:
所述2个连结构件各者包括形成所述外侧面的面料、形成所述内侧面的衬料、以及在所述面料与所述衬料之间的透气层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防寒素材,其特征在于:
所述透气层由编织物、纺织物或无纺布形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防寒素材,其特征在于:
所述编织物被编织于所述面料及所述衬料。
6.根据权利要求3所述的防寒素材,其特征在于:
所述透气层由泡沫体形成。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的防寒素材,其特征在于:
所述2个连结构件各者由双拉舍尔编织料形成。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的防寒素材,其特征在于:
所述2个连结构件各者由泡沫体形成。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的防寒素材,其特征在于:
所述2个连结构件各者的横向方向的宽度相对于高度方向的宽度之比为1倍以上且5倍以下,且横向方向的宽度为3mm以上且15mm以下。
10.一种防寒素材的制造方法,是权利要求1至9中任一项所述的防寒素材的制造方法,其特征在于:
将2个连结构件以各者的外侧面或内侧面朝上方的状态配置到指定的位置,
将外侧布料和内侧布料中的一者放置在被配置于所述指定的位置的所述2个连结构件,
从上方按压所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者而使之粘接于所述2个连结构件,
将粘接了所述2个连结构件的所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者以所述2个连结构件位于上方的状态放置于冲压台,
将所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的另一者粘接到被粘接于所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者的所述2个连结构件,
将填充材料插入到所述外侧布料与所述内侧布料之间且所述2个连结构件之间的空间。
11.根据权利要求10所述的防寒素材的制造方法,其特征在于:
准备在上侧面形成有至少2个槽的承接构件,
将所述2个连结构件以各者的外侧面或内侧面朝上方的状态载置到所述2个槽,
将所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者放置在被载置于所述2个槽的所述2个连结构件,并且从上方按压所述外侧布料和所述内侧布料中的所述一者而使之粘接于所述2个连结构件。
